Carepal

The Carepal service was founded in 2007 to address the need for more specialist help and support for familes who have relatives with a care need. Over the years the range of services has developed as it still remains a massive challenge for most people with care queries to access high quality, impartial advice and guidance. We offer help and advice and support for those with a care need or those who want to plan ahead. Our role is to do whatever it takes to ensure that the person who has a care need, and their family, achieve the correct type of care, that it gets funded in the correct manner and that the outcomes are sustainable and fair. We treat all our clients as if they are a family member, and our pioneering approach focuses on assisting the vulnerable and their relatives who need help.
