Payment Terms – Local authority buying orders will be granted a 30 days credit account subject to the terms and conditions. Private non-account customers can be supplied on a payment with order basis. Unless otherwise agreed payment is due within 30 days of invoice. The company reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at the rate of 2% per month above the Bank of England base rate, compounded monthly. Carriage & Packing – Free within the mainland UK for orders over £199. For orders under £199 a small order surcharge will be applied of £6.50. For delivery to other destinations including Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, please ask for a quotation.

Returns – Goods are made to order. We do not supply on a sale or return basis. All goods must be returned in pristine condition, in the original packaging and suitable for resale. We reserve the right to withhold full credit if any goods are returned without their original packaging and in a condition unfit for resale. An appropriate collection charge (determined on the size and weight of the item/s) and the outbound carriage charge will be applied.
