His career as an industrialist began in 2007. In Bahrain, he began work on his visionary project, Ascon Control WLL, a full-fledged switchgear manufacturing company. In the year 2021, the plant moved to its own location in Bahrain's Al Mazraa Industrial Park.

Currently,Amad has a group that is expertly managed, with a technically skilled, capable, and dedicated sales team managing the diverse customer requirements.
