GENERAL NOTES:
1. ALL WORK SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LOCALBUILDING CODES AND REGULATIONS. CONTRACTOR SHALL BERESPONSIBLE FOR PERMITS APPLICABLE TO SPECIFIC TRADES ORSUBCONTRACTORS 2. CONTRACTOR WILL HAVE EXAMINED THE PREMISES AND SITE SO ASTO COMPARE THEM WITH THE DRAWINGS AND WILL HAVESATISFIED HIMSELF AS TO THE CONDITION OF THE EXISTING WORKAN ADJACENT PROPERTY PRIOR TO SUBMISSION OF BID. NOALLOWANCES WILL SUBSEQUENTLY BE MADE ON BEHALF OF THECONTRACTOR BY REASON OF ANY OMISSION ON HIS PART TOINCLUDE THE COSTS OF ALL ITEMS OF WORK, EITHER LABOR ORMATERIALS, WHETHER THEY ARE OR ARE NOT SHOWN OR NOTEDBUT WHICH ARE IMPLIED OR REQUIRED TO ATTAIN THE COMPLETEDCONDITIONS PROPOSED IN THE DRAWINGS. 3.
