Payments are issued to individuals monthly, to be used with a designated amount of their monthly income to pay an ALF or AFC maximum monthly rate.

The Free Clinic is just like a regular doctor's office. It is the place to go when you have an earache, toothache, diabetes, high blood pressure, or the flu. It is the place to go when you need a mammogram, lab work, a flu shot diagnostic testing, medication, referral to a specialist, or a follow-up from a hospital visit or a trip to the ER. Dental Services
The Dental Clinic provides emergency and preventive care including comprehensive exams, fillings, extractions, X-rays, and cleanings. Oral surgery and assistance in obtaining dentures is offered on a limited basis. Patients who are covered by Medicaid and meet residency requirements (Fauquier or Rappahannock county) are qualified to be seen at the dental clinic. Patients who have Medicare, or no health insurance, are eligible if they meet residency and financial requirements.
