HOW TO APPLY/REMOVE GEL POLISH

How-to APPLY &

BASIC APPLICATION STEPS

1. The edge of the nail should be smooth; if necessary, use a GelMoment Nail File to gently file the nail. 2. Buff the nail surface well, including the corners. Only buff, but do not polish or shine. Buffing will help remove any natural oils from the nail surface, which can inhibit the adhesion of the Gel Polish. 3. Wipe the nail clean with GelMoment Nail Cleansers. Make sure nails are clean and dry before applying the Gel Polish. 4. Before applying, gently roll the bottle between the palms of your hands. Heavy shaking can produce air bubbles. 5. Apply a thin coat of Gel Polish. Avoid getting any polish on your skin or cuticles, as this can cause it to peel. For best results apply polish over the nail tips too. 6. Cure under your choice of GelMoment LED Lamp until it automatically turns off. *GelMoment Gel Polish will cure in 45-60 seconds, depending on the LED

Lamp used.

Should you wish to add a second coat, repeat steps 5 & 6.

NOTE: Gel Polish is sensitive to LED and natural light and therefore cannot be left open near or come in contact with the LED Lamp, or be used in direct sunlight or outdoors. Doing so may result in premature curing of the unused polish.

REMOVE...

GELMOMENT GEL POLISH

To remove the Gel Polish, simply use your choice of GelMoment Flake Off Remover or GelMoment Remover Pads.

FLAKE OFF REMOVER INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Gently buff off the surface, to allow the Flake Off Remover solution to work more effectively. 2. Apply a thick layer of Flake Off Remover over Gel Polish, avoiding the skin. 3. Let the product sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Multiple coats of polish or any top coats added may require additional time. 4. Remove residue with GelMoment Cuticle Pusher. 5. Flake Off will remove at least the first coat of polish, but if you are wearing multiple coats you may wish to add more Flake Off Remover to any of the polish that remains, and repeat the above process until all polish is removed.

REMOVER PAD INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Tear across the dotted line and place your nail inside the pouch, underneath the moist pad. 2. Remove the protective plastic strip on the outer side of the pouch to reveal the sticky tape below. This facilitates the ability to tightly wrap the pouch around the nail. 3. Leave inside between 5 to 10 minutes (depending on your nail type) and remove. 4. Use the GelMoment Cuticle Pusher to eliminate remaining residue.

If you are ready for your next manicure, apply your favourite Gel Polish, following the recommended application instructions. NOTE: For best results, use in conjunction with GelMoment Remover Clips.
