Scottish Tradition - Hogmanay and First Foot

Hogmanay is a very big deal in Scotland. It’s the biggest day in the festive calendar, a celebration that makes Christmas Day seem very small indeed – and it’s like nothing else on Earth. What is Hogmanay? Hogmanay is what the Scots call their New Year’s Eve celebrations. The origins of the word are unclear – some say it’s a corruption of the Greek words for ‘holy month’, others that it’s of French origin – but the celebrations themselves go back centuries.

Where did Hogmanay come from? Hogmanay’s origins are viking. Norse invaders celebrated the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year, with wild parties in late December. Those parties began to incorporate elements from the Gaelic Samhain winter festival, which celebrates the beginning of winter, and Yule, whose celebrations were known as ‘daft days’ in Scotland. Like many annual celebrations, the end result is a mix of its various influences. ______________________

"Red Truck" By Jane F. Lee

RED TRUCK PREFACE William Berry Archer Sr., my grandfather, died when he was 51 and I was nine. He wasn't a perfect man, but he was perfect to me. My heart remembers him vividly. He and my grandmother were the first to show me love. Amazing that my grandfather found space to bond with me since my grandmother was all encompassing. Amazing that my memories are so deeply felt because I was very young when he passed.

My slim grandfather had golden bronze skin, dark brown hair and deep brown eyes. His linage was likely responsible for that tiny bit of Creek Indian in my DNA. He was a lumberman in South Georgia. He loved trees and wood and building furniture. When I was three he took me to his chaotic and loud sawmill. I would play gleefully in the 30 foot tall piles of moist sawdust that collected under the massive wood planer where pine, oak and cypress trees were turned into lumber. I'd return home, much to my grandmother’s dismay, with sawdust in the cuffs of my brown corduroy pants and itchy red spots on my tiny waist where sticky bits caught under the too tight elastic Page | 15

waistband. She’d get after my grandfather for letting her precious and only grandchild play unsupervised, in that dangerous place.

My grandfather made wooden toys for me. He created yellow rocking horses with long-lashed white eyes and an enormous green Noah's Arc with hand painted pairs of all the animals. The largest and most long lasting of his creations was a seven-foot tall giraffe siding board painted bright orangeyellow with huge black eyes and large brown spots. This giraffe was made from cypress so it lasted 30 years - long enough for my brother, sister and daughter to slide down in sheer joy.

At night my grandfather would read me Uncle Remus stories** in the deeprooted Southern vernacular. Amidst the chaos in my life and unpacking from a move, I can easily put my hand on that precious, tattered red book. The stories often ended when Brer Rabbit had angered a bear or fox. Brer Rabbit said that they could drown him as deep as they wanted or chop off his foot, but for “de Lor’d sake, don’t fling me in dat brier-patch.” The bear or fox always flung Brer Rabbit into the brier-patch. Then Brer Rabbit happily bounce around in the briers, laughing and saying he was born and bred in a briar patch.

Not long ago, I was suffering from ending a 40-year relationship and reeling from sudden banishment. I was no longer welcome in the beautiful, serene place that I called home for many years. I was scared, anxious and desperately searching for a place to go. Fortunately, through dear friends, I found a community called Sawmill. Not only did the Sawmill name call out to me, but I was told that my street name, Mis Abuelitos, is Spanish for little grandfather. I knew immediately I was in the right place. When I discovered the translation was actually little grandparents, my grandmother whispered, “Did you think he found your home all by himself?” I must have been bred in a sawmill. Maybe this means that you're get what you need when you pay attention to signs.

My little grandfather has always been with me, hidden somewhere in my psyche, my soul. He sends messages to me when I pay attention. Which leads me to the Red Truck story. A story I thought was about my brother. It’s about all my family and so much more.

RED TRUCK© In August 1993, my brother, John, was in the hospital again. He had AIDS, but this time his doctor didn’t know what was causing the unrelenting headaches or why he'd collapsed in his office a few days before. I talked with John on the phone every day. He was not getting better. Then he stopped answering.

John had recently moved from Los Angeles to Miami. I hated his move, so far away from me in California. Only a month before when my sister visited him, she confirmed he had gained weight, was working out every day and preparing for law school in the fall. New test results from his Miami doctor reported only minor issues from his illness. John had been HIV positive for several years. That spring he received a full blown AIDS diagnosed after a short bout with Pneumocystis Carinii. I remembered holding him as he sobbed one sunny afternoon on an isolated California beach. My brother admitted he was afraid and so was I. I thought I had a solution for everything, but not this time. Grief and helplessness overwhelmed both of us.

When John didn’t answer the phone in his hospital room, I had no way to reach him. I was worried and desperate. After five calls to hospital reception, several recordings and a few real people who had less information than the recordings, someone said he was in stable condition. She suggested I call the floor nurse. I tried in vain to reach her. I gave up and called my parents.

John had been estranged from my parents for years. He’d been adamant about not wanting them at the hospital. He was fine, he said. He'd call if he needed us. That was typical of my strong-willed brother. After reaching John’s doctor, my parents were in shock. It was happening so fast. The doctor said my brother had lost his sight and use of his legs. He might have cancer.

Because of their relationship struggle, my mother tentatively asked if I thought it would be OK with John for them to visit. "Definitely," I said, "and tell him not to be afraid.” My parents left for the long drive to Miami and I scheduled a flight as soon as possible. I couldn't eat, sleep or think straight.

How could my baby brother be dying at thirty-five? Why would this devoted doctor suggest cancer? Was my brother actually blind and paralyzed when he was seemingly healthy a month ago? Little was known about AIDS and its progression in 1993. Doctors didn’t understand the seesaw of AIDS-related sickness and health but we all knew there was no effective treatment or cure.

Over lunch with a savvy friend, I shared my grief and anxiety. He gently said to me, “This is not about you. He is gifting you with his death process.” I was stunned and later, grateful. I wanted to be there for John, to help him and to hold his hand, even if that was all I could do.

I knew the next days would be the most challenging of my life. Feeling helpless, I needed a healing place where I could nourish my body and fortify my soul before this painful trip. The nearby Esalen Institute came to mind.

Maybe I could forget my worries for a while.

At Esalen, a petite topless masseuse greeted me with a blast of powerful energy. I lay on her table in the fresh air as the Pacific Ocean crashed below Page | 17

me and the early morning sun caressed my nude body. She began to work my back and shoulders. My body was tense with helplessness and fear.

My distress translated into a resistant and rigid body. "Come on," I said to myself, "it’s OK to relax for a moment." The masseuse worked methodically on my stubborn flesh. As she began humming soothing tones I felt myself drifting with the waves. Visualizing the ocean in my mind's eye, I saw a tiny, old red truck floating in the distant, glittering water. That red truck wouldn’t go away.

Funny red truck. Ahhh. I'm finally letting go. Exceptional massage, I thought as I drifted into quiet bliss. After waking from this tranquil state and dragging myself off the table, I sank into the hot baths suspended precariously on the steep cliff over the Pacific. I had a broken place in my heart, but strangely, I let the tension go when visualizing that red truck.

My mind began to wander. Being a new-ager, I asked myself, "What is the symbolic meaning of the red truck?" The answer came immediately. "The red truck is a reminder for you to relax. You can use this symbol when you find yourself worrying about your brother." Later than night, I thought of the red truck when sleep wouldn’t come.

I reached Miami after routine airport nonsense and went straight to the hospital. My brother was in intensive care after a non-approved brain biopsy.

He was awake, aware and hooked to noisy machines. Immediately he asked when I was going to heal him. I failed to hold back tears because I knew that I would fail him. I began a gentle hand massage and Reiki. I told him how much I loved him while worrying silently about his blindness and paralysis and marveling at his handsome, suntanned body.

We were not allowed to stay in intensive care, so my parents, my sister and I left for dinner. On the drive to the restaurant, we shared our concerns and pain. I thought I might cheer them up by telling the red truck story. My family often teased me about becoming the next Shirley MacLaine. Maybe they would get a much needed smile at me trying to find the metaphysical meaning in a silly red truck. I ended my tale dramatically with "Nothing, the truck means absolutely nothing."

Startled, my mother, the staunch Baptist, replied, "I know what the red truck means." "Yeah, what?" What did my mother know about metaphysics? She told me that my grandfather had owned a red truck when I was a toddler. And the words "red truck, red truck" were some of my first words! "You would stand in the driver's seat of that truck demanding that your grandfather take you for a ride.” I remembered an old black-and-white photo of me in that Page | 18

truck. I didn’t remember it was red.

The next day I asked my brother if he was still afraid. He said, "Yes, a little.”

When I asked him what he was afraid of, he said, "Of going where no one loves me." John was adopted and had dealt with abandonment issues his entire life. I tried to reassure him, telling him that he would always be around people who loved him.

As I tossed in bed that night, my grandfather came to me in a vision. He assured me he would be there to “catch” my brother when he crossed over.

The next morning I mentioned that I had heard from our grandfather. I told my brother and sister that I was sorry neither of them had met our gentle grandfather in this lifetime, since he died before they were born. I let my brother know that our grandfather, who loved him, would be there when he was ready to pass.

My father and I were with my brother a few nights later when he died. My father held me as I sobbed and then I held him. It was the only time I saw my father cry. That night when I finally drifted off to a dream filled sleep, I saw my gangling, six-foot-four brother resting in the loving arms of my little grandfather and then riding away together in that shiny red truck.

I often walk by the vestiges of the old sawmill in my new neighborhood. A renewed energy is taking place as the dilapidated site is transformed into a hive of social activities and a grand marketplace with fresh produce, restaurants and art galleries. The giant bulbous funnel that released tons of sawdust remains as a beacon of rejuvenation and my own life renewed. I remind myself to recognize the precious presence and guidance of my brother, my grandfather and my grandmother. I ask for their support so I can pass along a few valuable insights to my daughter, sister, grandkids and my friends. ********************************* *The stories often ended with "Den dat Brer Rabbit begged Brer Fox, ‘Drown me des ez deep ez you please, Brer Fox,’ sez Brer Rabbit, sezee, ‘but do fer de Lord’s sake, don’t fling me in dat brier-patch,’ sezee. ‘Co’se Brer Fox wanter hurt Brer Rabbit bad, he slung ‘im right in de middle er de brierpatch.

"Making Your Heart a Safe Space" By Barry & Joyce Vissell

The following article is an excerpt from the Vissell’s new book: Heartfullness: 52 Ways to Open to More Love With the New Year almost upon us, we tend to put our attention upon changes and resolutions that will help us live a better life. Have you ever noticed that most New Year’s resolutions have to do with cleaning something or more discipline around maintaining the body? When Barry and I were in our thirties, we had a New Year’s gathering and about fifty people came.

During this gathering, each person stood up and proclaimed their New Year’s resolution. Of those fifty people, forty, or 80% vowed to floss their teeth each night (perhaps the first person inspired all the others). Other popular vows were to lose weight, exercise more, and clear the clutter in the garage (we could use that one). All of these New Year’s vows are great, and my dentist would heartily agree. But have you ever heard someone say to you, “My New Year’s vow this year is to clear my heart and make it a safe place for all beings.”

One of my favorite quotes is, “If you have room in your heart for one enemy, your heart is an unsafe place for a friend.” I do not know who originally spoke or wrote that statement, but I do know it contains a volume of wisdom. The act of holding a resentment, anger or even hatred towards another human being, makes the entire space of the heart unsafe for friends and family. If you can hold that space of negativity for one person, then you are also capable Page | 21

of holding that space for others, even someone you love very much. Negativity has trouble staying confined to just one person.

For this New Year, perhaps add a vow of clearing your heart of negativity towards other human beings. This one vow is perhaps the healthiest thing you could ever do for your body, mind and soul.

From the time I was eighteen and heading off to college, my mother ordered a subscription to Guideposts magazine for me. She kept up this gift for the rest of her life and now I order it myself. At least once a year the magazine will run an article about a person who has healed an enormous hatred in their heart, and the positive result in their life. One time it was the story of a young woman who was attacked in a parking lot, beaten up and left on the concrete to die. She miraculously recovered and the attacker was found and imprisoned. She regained her health, but her heart suffered. She had so much anger towards this man that over time she developed a serious illness. While lying in a hospital bed one night in tremendous pain, she realized the only way she could recover was to go to the prison and speak to her attacker and forgive him. Her husband and friends thought this was a terrible idea, but she was determined and felt it was the only way she could ever have her health and peace back again.

She set up a visit with the prison officials to see this man. When he walked in to see her, she saw a very little man who had been so humbled by his time in prison. He cried when he saw her, and begged her to forgive him, saying he had been under the influence of drugs when he did that horrible thing to her.

All of her hatred melted away and she felt so much compassion for the terrible mistake he had made and the consequences that he was now forced to endure. She reached out her hand and he took it. They looked into each other’s eyes for a minute and forgiveness flowed from heart to heart. The man thanked her for coming and allowing him to apologize. She thanked him for allowing her to see him.

As she walked out of the prison, she realized that, for the first time since the attack, she was free of the anger that had been in her heart. She felt peaceful once again. Her health also gradually returned. She and this man wrote each other from time to time and a connection was formed. She sent him books and other things that helped him in prison.

If you feel anger in your heart towards someone, perhaps it’s not as extreme as this previous example. And yet anger, hatred and resentment in any form are still a poison to the body and soul, and make the heart an unsafe place for others.

How does a person clear their heart? What do we do with the anger, resentment and even hatred that we might feel towards another person?

I use two practices to “clear my heart.” Since I know this is so important, I do this every day. I look inside my heart to feel if there is any person with whom I am holding resentment or look upon with negativity. Often there is not, but sometimes there is and I then make myself feel grateful for something about that person. Now I must admit that sometimes I don’t want to do this. But I make myself, just like every night no matter how tired I am, I get out the dental floss. Feeling something I can be grateful for about this person usually allows me to let go of the negativity. However, if the feelings are really intense for me and the gratitude does not work, then I ask that the person be blessed and have a good life. Sometimes I have to do this with the same person every single day over a period of time, but eventually I am left with compassion and a feeling of having a safe and loving heart.

I do this practice because I cherish my family and friends and I want my heart to be a safe place for them. I want my heart to be a safe and loving place for all beings. I do this practice because it is one of the most important things I can do in this life.

"The Third Eye" by T. Stokes

We are basically the same people we were back in the stone age, but back then we only had 3 things to worry about, getting enough food, keeping warm, and safety from wild animals.

Now it’s not just 3 things, psychologists say driving in heavy traffic with children in the car through the day can give 2500 causes for concern stress and anxiety.

When you feel very stressed the brains frontal lobes alert the Hypothalamus the tiny part which regulates temperatures sleep, appetite and body functions.

The Hypothalamus works closely with the Pituitary by sending a chemical called Corticotrophin which then makes Adrenocorticotropic hormones, this ACTH as it’s called reacts on the blood stream where it triggers Adrenaline and Nor-adrenaline, which act on the kidneys, and this chain reaction helps us deal with stress.

Rapid heart and Breathing rate, pupil dilation and increased perspiration will increase stress levels.

The human glandular system has not evolved enough to cope with modern life, and supermarket G.M. foodstuffs have been adulterated, with up to 50 chemicals such as Aspartame and Monosodium Glutemate which damage the gut and the glandular system, these foods now contain a third of the nutriment they did in W.W.2.

It is this fact which has made such a success of the farmers markets, where people can buy locally grown un-sprayed natural produce.

The addition of Chlorine and Fluoride to drinking water, has been extremely harmful as these two chemicals are the most damaging to the Thyroid and Pineal gland, which work the third eye the base for much psychic work.

The third eye gives clear seeing and you can see through all kinds of falsity in things like politics, TV, general propaganda and even what the people around you say.

A drinking water filter to get these toxins out is a major requirement, even many bottled waters contain these chemicals, Tesco was in big trouble some years back by selling bottled water which came straight out of the tap, so check carefully what you are drinking.

The colour associated with the third eye is a bluish purple, and it is not difficult to see the etheric body that grey whitish glow round and close to the physical body, but not many people can see the full auric colours but with various breathing rhythms you can see the more subtle colourings, particularly round the third eye.

This Third Eye, or Ajna Chakra is the basis for seeing the Akashic records and things of the past, but it’s also good for looking internally into yourself in such areas as past lives and self-examination, this is achieved by putting the conscious mind to rest and stimulating and involving the subconscious.

The mention of the second death in the Bible has puzzled many scholars, but it’s simply that we live in the etheric body for up to 4 days after death, before it fades.

In the North of England there used to be held what was called a Lykewake, the deceased would lay in an open coffin for 4 days in the parlour, and friends and relatives would come and chat and say their goodbyes.

Using the Third Eye to see such things as the human aura, is done by looking in a way that throws the visual image not onto the cones but onto the rods at the back of the eye, this is a technique that is not difficult to learn.

The first exercise I used to teach my students was to wash your hands in cold water and dry them on a fresh towel, rub hands together and blow into them, slowly move the hands just 3 or 4 inches apart, and gradually with practice colours will be seen.

The best way to clear the Third Eye is to be a vegetarian, take chlorella kelp and blueberries daily which clears Fluoride and Chlorine blockages. Chlorella is an algea, blueberries a fruit and kelp is a seaweed.

Practice is necessary as is relaxation, concentration, silence and meditation on what you are trying to do, convince yourself you can do it, belief is a powerful tool.

"The Recalibration of Shoulds" by Lee Carroll/Kryon Thursday, 26 January, 2012 at Patagonia Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. Have you started to feel it yet? There's a difference in your perception, which makes it easier for you to come along with me to a quantum place. The ship [Cruise Ship] isolates you from the land just enough to suspend the reality of your everyday life. By the time you end this cruise, you will have bonded with the family with an energy of joy. Some solutions will be at hand, there will be a few epiphanies, and right now there is the potential for three healings. For some, peace will be delivered, replacing anxiety. There'll be some clarity on some future plans as well, all because you sat together with me here today.

Your willingness to do this creates a state that is a different paradigm, a different way of being, an allowance for clearer thinking. The more often you do it, the more often you will feel the shift. So I want you to enjoy this moment and relax in it, knowing it is indeed safe and appropriate and proper.

Dear ones, open your heart this day. You've done many heartfelt things this day [during the seminar], so now let us do some exercises in spiritual logic.

This will not be a long channelling, but I'll do some information transfer for you. I will call this the recalibration of "shoulds" - things you feel you should do or should not do according to those who are in charge. "In charge of what?" you might ask. Well, they are the ones who are in charge of "shoulds", and you know who they are. They are tradition, spiritual authority, history and the learning of the past. The information I give is specific for every should, but not necessarily what you have been taught. Things are changing, and with the recalibration of energy on the planet, the puzzle you have worked for a long time as a Lightworker is starting to shift as well. There are only a few questions about the shoulds to cover today, but they will be questions that are answered easily, but asked quite often. They cover a lot of different kinds of subjects.

Worship Let's start with a spiritual one: God is the creator of the world, correct?

Indeed, He is. Indeed, She is. Should not the creator then be worshipped? For all of mankind has seen this fact and has, therefore, worshipped the idea of God in many forms from the very beginning. In the New Age esoteric movement, there is no worship. There truly are no grand altars or buildings.

There is no place to kneel and give God thanks for anything. So some might face off with you and point their fingers and say, "You are not worshipping as you should." What is the answer to this? And what would you say?

I've given the metaphor before: Do you believe you are a piece of the creator?

The masters who walked the planet have told you that you are. One of the most recent ones, the Christ, identified himself and He said, "I am the Son of God," and then he looked up and said, "And so are you." So it is the great "I am" that is inside you, but this is difficult to see or understand, for Humans look for grandness in divinity. They look for what they expect would be God in the sky, but they do not see that attribute inside themselves.

So let us redefine the "I am". Let us decide what the Son of God terminology means. It means you are related to the creator. It means that the creator may very well be a family member. It means that you have information and understanding inside that you are, indeed, a family member. You have tranquility, lack of drama and safety when you think about what is inside yourself.

So that which is inside the Human is not necessarily felt as the grandness of the creator, but the family of the creator. So I ask, how do you treat your biological family? Which one have you worshipped lately? Mother? Father?

Sister? Brother? And you would say, "No, we do not worship one another. We respect one another. We look forward to being with certain family members.

Sisters and brothers. There's no drama, but rather there is often the expectation of fun, enjoyment and joy. We care about one another. We love one another." And that, dear one, is the answer to this should!

Instead of worship, there's appreciation, acknowledgment, ceremony of thanks and love. That is a big difference from "down on your knees" worship, don't you see? Why not emulate the Master's words? If you are a Son of God, then don't worship God. Instead, be part of the family. Appreciate that which is inside. Feel close to the creator when you sit in the chair and do not elevate that which should not be elevated, but love that which should be loved.

Communal Living for Strength Here's another one: Some of you have been told that it makes more sense for Lightworkers to clump together, for logically, this would create more light. It would make more sense because Lightworkers would be of like mind and come together as a group and live together as a group. They could then better build that city as a group which has been called the light on the hill.

In addition, grouping together will create better communication, teaching and protection against the older energies of Earth and those things that would get in the way of the path of a true Lightworker. Is there anything wrong with this? Now I will tell you that those who would say this to you are in an old, linear paradigm. They're looking for things they feel will build a Page | 28

greater life, but have lost sight of what a Lightworker really does.

You are learning to be a self-sufficient creator of life. You could walk into the wilderness and contain all that is. This is the core of the statement, "I am that I am." The statement is not, "I am that I am, as long as they are what they are." You see? You are a self-sufficient lighthouse! When is the last time you saw a great deal of lighthouses all on one rock? They don't need each other!

When is the last time you saw a lighthouse convention?

"Well, that's silly," you might say. "Lighthouses are all anchored on rocks.

They cannot come and visit one another." Correct, but they can certainly send light to one another, could they not? After all, that's what a Lighthouse is equipped for. Perhaps Lightworkers can even be entangled with one another quantumly, and then distance would not matter? [quantum entanglement was mentioned in the seminar] So perhaps it's time for you to change the paradigm of how you imagine your place on the planet. Do you need protection? Is your light in danger?

When you leave this place and the boat that you are on docks for its final time on your cruise, you will all scatter. You'll go all over the world. Some of you will go unwillingly with tears in your eyes and you will say, "I liked this. I would like to stay doing this." But I can tell you that you are looking at an old paradigm to have sorrow at all! Once you have touched the heart of another, it's for life if you want it to be. You can connect and stay connected if you want. Your meeting here may create a network of light as you return to those places where you anchor yourself on your own rock and, all by yourself, create light in a dark place where you might live. Do you understand?

There is no should to live together as a group. If you were to do such a thing, it leaves the rest of the planet in the dark! It is incredibly self-serving and does nothing for anyone but the group. Those who do it just want to feel good with each other, and it does not help the planet. That's the second should.

Spiritual Eating - What Food Is For You? Let us change the subject. "Kryon, what should I eat as a Lightworker? I've heard many ideas. There are the ones who eat meat and the ones who do not, the ones who remove themselves from all things processed, and those who don't. There are even those who eat nothing at all and only breathe air! What is the thing I should do to honor God, and my body, with the food I eat?"

Immediately there will be those who point to many spiritual scriptures and say, "This is what you should do." Others, less spiritual, may give you pure chemistry for cleansing and diet and health. Still others will stick with the tradition of your family heritage or ponder the integrity of eating an animal.

So where is the truth in this? It appears to have apparent logic and makes Page | 29

sense to many.

Dear ones, what is the goal? Is it to be healthy and, at the same time, honor God? Most would say, "Yes." All right, it's time for some spiritual logic.

Question: Where did we establish that God was? Answer: The creator is inside you. So how do you honor that divine plan that is inside you? The answer is to stay alive as long as you can! It's to hold your light on the planet as long as you can. So how can I give one dietary "should" to all of you who are so unique and different? For that matter, how could anyone give a generic instruction about one "correct diet" to such a vast array of different Human body types?

Yet they do.

Here's the answer: Inside each of you there's something called innate. Innate is "body intelligence". Innate is the energy of body consciousness you use when you do "muscle testing" [kinesiology]. Innate knows what's happening at the very cellular level of your own body, which you do not know. Innate is the consciousness of your DNA itself. It's the ultimate source for your own "body awareness".

Innate knows about something called Akashic inheritance. This is the knowledge of who you used to be in past lives. All your dietary needs, to stay alive longer with health, are based on a cellular structure that knows what it wants and needs, and it "needs" what it is used to, dear ones.

It doesn't matter who you are or where you live. If you have arrived on this planet from a past lifetime in India, you're going to want to eat like an Indian - even if you are in Montana! If you had spent lifetimes in Asia, and today you're from Brooklyn, you might still want to eat like an Asian. Your chemistry "remembers" and craves what it feels will satisfy efficient digestion and health.

Your Akashic inheritance is far stronger than you give it credit for. Past life energies are NOT in the past! They are a quantum energy of your spiritual makeup that is current and something you carry around as part of your "whole self" this time around. They affect you!

The body will tell you that very thing, if you ask it. Your cellular structure will cry out for those things that you are used to, and will make your body relax and be comfortable with the chemistry it is used to. If you are new to this culture and spent the last five lifetimes in another one, don't be surprised if the former culture's diet is what you crave. The vegetarian diet will be something that serves him/her because they're in touch with their Akash.

They are eating what their cellular structure thrives to eat, not what someone told them to eat to make them more spiritual.

Pay attention to your body intelligence, for it will tell you a lot about who you've been. There is no should except one: Stay alive and be healthy. Listen to your cellular structure and it will tell you what you should eat. Is this not spiritual logic for you? Do not try to convert another to your "correct way" of eating. Honor the Akashic system and realize that your innate knows far better than you do what will work for you. My partner is currently attempting the "Glutton Free" diet. [Kryon humor] Should I use Doctors and Drugs to Heal Me or Spiritual Methods?

"Dear Kryon, I have heard that you should stay natural and not use the science on the planet for healing. It does not honor God to go to a doctor.

After all, don't you say that we can heal with our minds? So why should we ever go to a doctor if we can do it ourselves? Not only that, my doctor isn't enlightened, so he has no idea about my innate or my spiritual body needs.

What should I do?"

First, Human Being, why do you wish to put so many things in boxes? You continue to want a yes and no answer for complex situations due to your 3D, linear outlook on almost everything. Learn to think out of the 3D box! Look at the heading of this section [above]. It asks which one should you do. It already assumes you can't do both because they seem dichotomous.

Let's use some spiritual logic: Here is a hypothetical answer, "Don't go to a doctor, for you can heal everything with your mind." So now I will ask: How many of you can do that in this room right now? How many readers can do that with efficiency right now? All of you are old souls, but are you really ready to do that? Do you know how? Do you have really good results with it?

Can you rid disease and chemical imbalance with your mind right now?

I'm going to give you a truth, whether you choose to see it or not. You're not ready for that! You are not yet prepared to take on the task of full healing using your spiritual tools. Lemurians could do that, because Pleiadians taught them how! It's one of the promises of God, that there'll come a day when your DNA works that efficiently and you will be able to walk away from drug chemistry and the medical industry forever, for you'll have the creator's energy working at 100 percent, something you saw within the great masters who walked the earth.

This will be possible within the ascended earth that you are looking forward to, dear one. Have you seen the news lately? Look out the window. Is that where you are now? We are telling you that the energy is going in that direction, but you are not there yet.

Let those who feel that they can heal themselves begin the process of learning how. Many will be appreciative of the fact that you have some of the gifts for Page | 31

this now. Let the process begin, but don't think for a moment that you have arrived at a place where every health issue can be healed with your own power. You are students of a grand process that eventually will be yours if you wish to begin the quantum process of talking to your cells. Some will be good at this, and some will just be planting the seeds of it.

Now, I would like to tell you how Spirit works and the potentials of what's going to happen in the next few years. We're going to give the doctors of the planet new inventions and new science. These will be major discoveries about the Human body and of the quantum attributes therein.

Look at what has already happened, for some of this science has already been given to you and you are actually using it. Imagine a science that would allow the heart to be transplanted because the one you have is failing. Of course! It's an operation done many times a month on this planet. That information came from the creator, did you realize that? It didn't drop off the shelf of some dark energy library to be used in evil ways.

So, if you need a new heart, Lightworker, should you go to the doctor or create one with your mind? Until you feel comfortable that you can replace your heart with a new one by yourself, then you might consider using the God-given information that is in the hands of the surgeon. For it will save your life, and create a situation where you stay and continue to send your light to the earth! Do you see what we're saying?

You can also alter that which is medicine [drugs] and begin a process that is spectacular in its design, but not very 3D. I challenge you to begin to use what I would call the homeopathic principle with major drugs. If some of you are taking major drugs in order to alter your chemistry so that you can live better and longer, you might feel you have no choice. "Well, this is keeping me alive," you might say. "I don't yet have the ability to do this with my consciousness, so I take the drugs."

In this new energy, there is something else that you can try if you are in this category. Do the following with safety, intelligence, common sense and logic.

Here is the challenge: The principle of homeopathy is that an almost invisible tincture of a substance is ingested and is seen by your innate. Innate "sees" what you are trying to do and then adjusts the body's chemistry in response.

Therefore, you might say that you are sending the body a "signal for balance."

The actual tincture is not large enough to affect anything chemically - yet it works!

The body [innate] sees what you're trying to do and then cooperates. In a sense, you might say the body is healing itself because you were able to give it instructions through the homeopathic substance of what to do. So, why not do Page | 32

it with a major drug? Start reducing the dosage and start talking to your cells, and see what happens. If you're not successful, then stop the reduction.

However, to your own amazement, you may often be successful over time.

You might be able to take the dosage that you're used to and cut it to at least a quarter of what it was. It is the homeopathy principle and it allows you to keep the purpose of the drug, but reduce it to a fraction of a common 3D dosage. You're still taking it internally, but now it's also signaling in addition to working chemically. The signal is sent, the body cooperates, and you reduce the chance of side effects.

You can't put things in boxes of yes or no when it comes to the grand system of Spirit. You can instead use spiritual logic and see the things that God has given you on the planet within the inventions and processes. Have an operation, save your life, and stand and say, "Thank you, God, for this and for my being born where these things are possible." It's a complicated subject, is it not? Each of you is so different! You'll know what to do, dear one. Never stress over that decision, because your innate will tell you what is appropriate for you if you're willing to listen.

There is no New Age. God doesn't change. Stay with tradition.

Let us look at the final one. There are those who will tell you that God is the same yesterday, today and forever. They would say you should not, therefore, be in a New Age movement, for God will never change and the energy of God will always be the same. Therefore, your ideas of the energy shifting and God changing are foolishness. Then they will warn you and say, "Stay away from the New Age and instead go with the traditions and the systems of religion and spiritual learning that are set up and have a history with billions of people on the earth."

This entire argument above is based on a misunderstanding, dear ones. Here is the statement I wish to make. God is the same yesterday, today and forever.

It's beautiful, for God the creator will never change. What is changing, however, is the Human Being's relationship to an unchanging God. What is changing is the Human Being's ability to get past an older energy and, with a new energy, meet the creator inside. It is the Human Being who is changing, not God. The very environment around you is cooperating [Gaia] in order to better understand a God who is the same yesterday, today and forever. The New Age is about Human Beings recognizing that their relationship to Spirit is changing and becoming more real in their lives. This means that Humans can now begin to see and feel the creator inside in a new, profound way. New spiritual tools are at hand and an awareness of self is beginning to slowly Page | 33

increase. Humans are changing! God is the same.

Remove yourself from tradition, for it will only serve to keep you in a prison of your own making, where you cling to mythology and never see the magnificence of your own soul.

The ONE Should You might say there is one attribute that runs all through the shoulds. You should always allow yourself spiritual discernment in all things. Do not compartmentalize the energies around you - something your linear mind wishes to do. Instead, meld these things into a soup of spiritual logic that makes sense for your life. Do not apply your rules to any other Human Being, but instead find out what works for you and celebrate it as you become more healthy.

Dear ones, I am the brother/sister Kryon. I know you. It doesn't matter whether you are young or an elder in this group. All of you are old souls who will be together a very long time. Remember this. The first month of 2012.

The beginning of many new things. And so it is.

"Welcome to the New Earth" By Patricia Cota Robles

Tuesday, 8 January, 2013 Congratulations! Through the unified efforts of Heaven and Earth, we have God Victoriously Birthed the New Earth in the 5th-Dimensional Realms of CAUSE. During the unprecedented celestial alignment that took place on December 21st and 22nd, 2012, our Father-Mother God Inbreathed the Earth and ALL Creation up the Spiral of Evolution into the next octave of our learning experiences. This event, which was called the Shift of the Ages, is a natural part of our evolutionary experience that occurs only once every so many million years.

This shift involved not only the Sons and Daughters of God evolving on Earth, but also the Sons and Daughters of God throughout Infinity. Each and every Child of God is now in position to cocreate with our God Parents the next phase of our journey back to the Heart of our Father-Mother God. This will be a unique process for every Child of God throughout the Universe, but on Earth it will be glorious beyond our wildest imagination.

In order to grasp the magnitude of what the Birth of the New Earth in the 5thDimensional Realms of Cause means for each of us, we must understand that the 5th Dimension is a frequency of Light that transcends separation and duality. Within this higher frequency of vibration the gross mutations of disease, poverty, hunger, war, greed, hatred, or pain and suffering of any kind cannot be sustained. The 5th Dimension is a timeless, spaceless frequency of God's Infinite Light and Perfection. It is the frequency that we have always known as the Heavenly Realms. Now with the Shift of the Ages God Victoriously accomplished, the Heavenly Realms have Ascended up the Spiral of Evolution into the 6th-Dimensional Realms of Light.

Within the 5th Dimension Divine Love and the consciousness of Oneness and Reverence for Life are the ONLY reality. The Sons and Daughters of God abiding in the 5th Dimension are destined to cocreate experiences that enhance life with every thought, word, action, feeling, and belief we express.

We will cocreate win-win situations for everybody as we perpetually focus on Page | 37

Love, Light, and the highest good for ALL concerned. This may sound too good to be true, but actually it does not even begin to describe the wonders and joyous things we will be cocreating once we accept that the New Earth has been Birthed, and we daily and hourly live out of that profound Truth.

I know the events of the 2012 December Solstice have created a lot of confusion. That is because of people's expectations, and because it is difficult for people to step back and see the bigger picture. For aeons of time our fragmented, fear-based human egos have manipulated us into believing that our physical body is who we are and that the physical plane is our only reality.

Nothing could be further from the Truth, but that illusion is a hard habit to break. We look at the outer world and come to erroneous conclusions about events that have taken place in multidimensional levels of our existence. Our conclusions are wrong because we are multidimensional Beings of Light abiding within many dimensions simultaneously. The physical plane is the least real of all of the dimensions we abide in, and it is the very last dimension to reflect the changes that have taken place in the Realms of Cause.

The Company of Heaven is very aware of the challenge we have with our egos, and they are doing everything they can to help us perceive the Truth of the miraculous Birth of the New Earth. Ask your I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven for clarity as you take the following information into your heart of hearts. You are already aware of the wonders that have transpired. That is true even if you do not remember these events on a conscious level. You have been an instrument of God during this Cosmic Moment, and you were an intricate part in the fulfillment of this important part of the Divine Plan.

On December 21, 2012, during the moments of Earth's alignment with the Galactic Core of the Milky Way, our Father-Mother God Inbreathed this planet and all Life evolving upon her up the Spiral of Evolution. During that Cosmic Moment, this precious planet reclaimed her rightful place in our Solar System. That sacred event paved the way for another activity of Light that had to be victoriously accomplished in order for the New Earth and ALL Humanity to be successfully Birthed into the full embrace of the 5th Dimension.

Over 2,000 years ago, Jesus, the Avatar of the Piscean Age, revealed an activity of Light that would take place during these "end times" which would serve as a catalyst for returning the fallen Sons and Daughters of God on Earth to Christ Consciousness. The event he revealed was a Baptism by Sacred Fire that would be initiated by our Mother God, the Holy Spirit, on behalf of awakening Humanity. This miraculous event was God Victoriously accomplished on December 22, 2012, thus paving the way for the successful Birth of the New Earth in the 5th Dimension.

In order for us to comprehend the enormity of what has occurred for Humanity and the Earth, the Company of Heaven asked me to reiterate some important information they gave to us about events that paved the way for the wondrous Birth of the New Earth. There are thousands of new people on our newsletter list, and this background is very important. This article is a little long, but I promise you it is well worth your time.

Baptism by Sacred Fire In the beginning, we were a full-grown Being of Light, and an Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame enveloped our Earthly bodies. The Blue Flame of our Father God's Power activated our left-brain hemisphere and the rational, logical portion of our brain. It also activated the masculine power center within our Throat Chakra. The Pink Flame of our Mother God's Love activated our right-brain hemisphere and the creative, intuitive portion of our brain. This Sacred Fire also activated the feminine love center within our Heart Chakra. Our Mother God is the feminine polarity of God. She is the Holy Comforter and expresses the Love Nature of God. She is the Being we came to know as the Holy Spirit within the Holy Trinity.

Initially, the masculine and the feminine polarities of our Father-Mother God were perfectly balanced within us. This allowed our Father God's Blue Flame of Power and our Mother God's Pink Flame of Love to merge into the Violet Flame of God's Infinite Perfection.

This perfectly balanced Violet Flame activated our spiritual brain centers, which are our pituitary, pineal, hypothalamus glands, and the ganglionic centers at the base of our brain. When these spiritual brain centers were activated, our Crown Chakra of Enlightenment opened to full breadth allowing the Yellow-gold Flame of Christ Consciousness to Birth the Child of God that we are into the physical plane of Earth. This Yellow-gold Flame completed our Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame and the manifestation of the Holy Trinity within us.

After our fall from Grace, we created overwhelming pain and suffering for ourselves. We used our gift of free will and our creative faculties of thought and feeling to create patterns of imperfection that resulted in all of the maladies that are now existing on Earth. When we began experiencing pain for the first time we were afraid, and we had no idea how to cope with what was happening in our lives. We were so buried in our self-inflicted strife that we could not raise our heads above the mud puddle of our miscreations enough to see the Light. This prevented us from communicating with our God Self or from perceiving viable solutions to our problems through Christ Consciousness. All we wanted to do was make the pain stop.

We knew that our Heart Chakra was the portal through which our feelings were expressed in the physical plane. We thought that maybe if we blocked this portal, the pain would stop. So the Children of Earth, in a desperate attempt to stop our pain, made the fateful decision to close our Heart Chakras.

The Beings of Light revealed that when we closed our Heart Chakras, we blocked the portal through which our Mother God's Love entered the physical plane of Earth. This catastrophic occurrence forced our Mother God to withdraw her Love to a mere trickle of its original intensity. This created monumental problems that catapulted the Earth and all her Life into a downward spiral of darkness, pain, and suffering.

Once we closed our Heart Chakras, the infinitesimal amount of Divine Love our Mother God was able to project through our right-brain hemispheres, was barely enough to sustain brain consciousness. This caused our right brains to became almost dormant. When that occurred, the Blue Flame of Power from our Father God and the Pink Flame of Love from our Mother God no longer merged into the perfectly balanced Violet Flame of God's Infinite Perfection.

Our Father-Mother God's balanced Violet Flame was the catalyst that activated our spiritual brain centers and opened our Crown Chakra. Without the support of the Violet Flame, our spiritual brain centers began to atrophy.

This forced our Crown Chakra to close, which prevented us from communicating with our God Self and the Company of Heaven. We were no longer able to maintain Christ Consciousness.

When we lost conscious awareness of our God Self and the Company of Heaven, we started to perceive the physical plane as our only reality. We came to the distorted conclusion that our physical body is all that we are and that the gratification of our physical senses is our purpose and reason for being. As we plodded through our Earthly existence making choices that took us further into separation and darkness, we developed a fear-based alter ego.

This fragmented aspect of our personality is known as our human ego. Our human ego usurped the control our God Self was supposed to have over our Earthly bodies.

Without the balance of our Mother God's Love, we began abusing our masculine power. We made power-oriented decisions that did not take into consideration how our choices would affect other people, or if they reflected Love or a Reverence for Life. When we were in male bodies we abused our power by being violent and aggressive. When we were in female bodies, we abused our power by suppressing it and allowing ourselves to be dominated and oppressed. The more we abused our power, the deeper we fell into the Page | 40

abyss of our human miscreations. As time went on, our plight became much worse.

Then, 2,000 years ago, during the dawn of the Piscean Age, an evaluation was made by our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven to see what the greatest need of the hour was for Humanity. The Shift of the Ages was coming and our hearts were still closed. We were oblivious about the Love of our Mother God, and we no longer functioned with Christ Consciousness. It was clear that without powerful Divine Intervention Humanity would not be ready to make the shift into the 5th Dimension.

The Children of God on Earth had fallen into an abusive and power-oriented patriarchal consciousness. We were being totally manipulated by the "dog eat dog" attitude of our fragmented and fear-based human egos. We were oblivious of our Mother God and her Divine Love. We knew that there was only One God and that we are all Children of God, but it did not occur to us that this all-encompassing Presence of God was both masculine and feminine.

Amazingly, we assumed that as Children of God we had a single parent, and we believed that parent was male-a Father God. What child is ever birthed without a Mother? "As above, so below."

During Earth's evaluation by our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven at the inception of the Piscean Age, it was clear that the greatest need of the hour was for Humanity to reclaim our Divine Birthright as Sons and Daughters of God. The only way to accomplish that goal was for us to return to Christ Consciousness. And the ONLY way to return to Christ Consciousness, was for us to open our Heart Chakras and the portal within our right-brain hemispheres through which our Mother God could return to Earth. In other words, without the Love of our Mother God there was no way to regain Christ Consciousness. Humanity would have to open our Heart Chakras and balance our Mother God's Flame of Divine Love within our Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame. Only then could our right and left brain hemispheres become balanced, and our spiritual brain centers reactivated, thus opening our Crown Chakra and returning us to Christ Consciousness.

In order to accomplish this mighty feat, a Divine Plan was set into motion.

Our Father-Mother God summoned a Beloved Son and Daughter of God from the Great Silence. These precious Beings were Twin Flames who had been in the Great Silence for a very long time learning how to anchor the archetypes for both the return of our Mother God and Humanity's return to Christ Consciousness. They are the ones we have known as Jesus the Christ and Mary Magdalene. These selfless Beings of Light volunteered to embody on Planet Earth to demonstrate to the fallen Children of God the reality of our Mother God, and the path of Divine Love Humanity must follow in order to Page | 41

return to Christ Consciousness.

Jesus and Mary Magdalene knew that because of Humanity's ingrained belief in the patriarchal authority of a single Father God, Mary's role would initially be as a silent partner. Her part of the Divine Plan was cloaked in secrecy to prevent the plan from being blocked through the abuse of power being wielded by Humanity's patriarchal human egos at the time. Jesus and Mary Magdalene were equal partners, and together they God Victoriously accomplished the Immaculate Concept of their Divine Missions.

During what is referred to as "the lost 18 years," Jesus and Mary Magdalene studied in the mystery schools of India, Tibet, and Egypt. When it was time to begin their mission of anchoring the archetypes for the return of our Mother God and Humanity's return to Christ Consciousness, Jesus demonstrated for all the world to see the imperative first step-the return of the Divine Feminine, our Mother God, the Holy Spirit.

At the age of 30, Jesus and Mary Magdalene came to the banks of the Jordan River, where Jesus immersed himself in the sacred water element. Water represents the emotional strata for the Earth as well as the emotional bodies for Humanity. Once Jesus was in the water, he participated in a Divine Ceremony that anchored the archetype for the return of our Mother God. In that ceremony, John the Baptist washed away the sins of the world by Baptizing Jesus with the Love of our Mother God-the Holy Spirit.

We have all seen pictures of Jesus standing in the Jordan River with the Dove of the Holy Spirit descending into his Crown Chakra. In that moment, Jesus' right-brain hemisphere was brought into perfect balance with his left-brain hemisphere. His spiritual brain centers were activated, and his Crown Chakra was opened to full breadth. When this occurred, Jesus became the Christ grown to full stature and his mission of modeling Humanity's Divine Potential as a Beloved Child of God began in earnest. Simultaneously, Mary Magdalene experienced the same anointing through a Baptism of the Holy Spirit. At that moment, Jesus and Mary Magdalene became the Avatars of the Piscean Age. For the next three years Jesus modeled to the world the path of Oneness and Divine Love that each of us must follow in order to regain Christ Consciousness. Day in and day out, Mary Magdalene supported Jesus with her love, and held the sacred space for the fulfillment of their Divine Missions.

The path of Oneness and Divine Love is the only way the Children of God will return, through Christ Consciousness, to the Heart of our Divine Father and Mother. Jesus demonstrated this path and our Divine Potential through Page | 42

various activities of Light and the miracles he performed. Both he and Mary Magdalene clearly revealed the Oneness of Life through their dedication to each other and their reverence for ALL Life.

At the age of 33 Jesus accomplished the final facets of his Divine Mission.

Thirty-three is the master number that reflects the Christ made manifest.

There is a lot of discussion at this time as to whether Jesus was actually crucified and whether or not he resurrected his body. The Company of Heaven has confirmed that both of these events were vitally important to the fulfillment of Jesus and Mary Magdalene's Divine Plan.

Contrary to the guilt-inducing things we are often told, the reason Jesus was tortured and crucified was not to atone for Humanity's sins because we are such worthless sinners and worms in the dust that someone had to save us. In Truth, our Father-Mother God gave each of us the gift of free will and NO ONE is allowed to interfere with Humanity's experience, or the ramifications, of our free-will choices. We are responsible for how we have used our gift of Life, and we must experience the consequences of our thoughts, words, actions, feelings, and beliefs whether they were positive or negative.

Jesus agreed to be crucified because he wanted to prove to the world that there is nothing the fallen human ego can do to the physical body that will destroy the Divinity within us. His crucifixion and resurrection proved that even if one's body is reviled, tortured, and crucified, the Divinity within is eternal and lives on in our Light Body.

Jesus and Mary Magdalene came to anchor the archetypes for the return of our Mother God and to demonstrate the path of Oneness and Divine Love that each of us must follow in order to return to Christ Consciousness. Jesus knew, however, that our human egos were powerful and that our lack of trust in ourselves was overwhelming. He was very aware that the potential was great that we would misunderstand his mission. After all, many Avatars had come and gone since Humanity's fall from Grace, each one with the intent of teaching Humanity the path of Divine Love that would lead to Christ Consciousness. In every attempt, Humanity separated ourselves from the Avatars and Deified them with the hope that they would save us. Jesus was determined to not let that happen this time, so he created a plan that would clearly demonstrate to Humanity that we are each responsible for our individual return to Christ Consciousness.

In the final act of Beloved Jesus' mission he wanted to clearly reveal to Humanity that he cannot do this for us and that we are not saved simply because he was here. Jesus left a powerful archetype to prove that no matter how dedicated we are to him, we are each responsible for our return to Christ Consciousness. In order to create this archetype, Jesus invoked the assistance Page | 43

of his Beloved Disciples.

After Jesus' resurrection in his Light Body, he remained on Earth for 40 days.

During that time he expanded his Light Body and lifted the Disciples into Christ Consciousness, so that they could experience the return of our Mother God and what it was like to reconnect with their God Selves. In Christ Consciousness the Disciples were able to perform all of the miracles Jesus performed. They quickly learned the lessons that would enable them to continue the mission that had been started by their beloved brother, Jesus.

They prepared to spread the Truth of our Mother God, the reality of Humanity's Divinity, and the Path of Oneness and Divine Love that would lead to Christ Consciousness for every evolving soul.

At the end of the 40 days, it was time for Jesus to Ascend into the next phase of his mission. When the Heavens opened and Jesus Ascended into the Realms of Illumined Truth, he withdrew his Light Body from the Disciples.

Since the Disciples had not attained Christ Consciousness through their own endeavors they began to falter and they lost the ability to sustain Christ Consciousness.

The Disciples realized that in spite of their great love for Jesus and their dedication to him and his mission, he could not save them or sustain them in Christ Consciousness. It was not enough for them to love him, or for them to accept him as their personal savior. Reaching Christ Consciousness was something each of them would have to accomplish on his own. The most Jesus and Mary Magdalene could do was anchor the archetypes for the return of our Mother God, and demonstrate the path of Oneness and Divine Love that we must each follow in order to return to Christ Consciousness.

For ten days the Disciples struggled with their predicament. On the 50th day after Jesus' resurrection, the day we now call Pentecost, the Disciples realized what they must do in order to attain and sustain Christ Consciousness. On that day the Disciples entered what was called the Upper Room. This was a higher state of consciousness that they each attained by consecrating their lives to the path of Oneness and Divine Love. In that elevated state of consciousness, each of the Disciples opened his heart and from the depths of his Being invoked the return of our Mother God through a Baptism of the Holy Spirit. This time the Baptism was by Sacred Fire instead of water.

In that instant, the Disciples' right-brain hemispheres were brought into perfect balance with their left-brain hemispheres. Their spiritual brain centers were activated, and their Crown Chakras were opened to full breadth.

This allowed the Disciples to regain Christ Consciousness and to reconnect with their God Selves. We have all seen depictions of the Disciples after their Baptism with Sacred Fire by the Holy Spirit. They are shown with a Flame Page | 44

pulsating from their Crown Chakras indicating that they had regained Christ Consciousness.

Even with all of the archetypes that were carefully anchored during the Piscean Age, Jesus and Mary Magdalene knew that it would be millennia before Humanity would really understand their message and reclaim our Divine Birthright as Beloved Children of God. It was obvious that our human egos were not going to relinquish their patriarchal control easily. The resistance would be great, and every possible effort would be made to suppress the role of Mary Magdalene and the Truth of our Mother God. Jesus confirmed this knowing in Revelations when he stated, "In the Day of the Seventh Angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God will be fulfilled and time will be no more." He said this would involve the Second Coming of the Christ through a Baptism by Sacred Fire.

The Piscean Age was the Day of the Sixth Angel. Jesus is known as the Prince of Peace because of the Divine Qualities associated with the Sixth Solar Aspect of Deity, which was the predominant influence during the 2,000-year cycle of the Piscean Age. Jesus' symbol is the fish, because he and Mary Magdalene were the Avatars of the Piscean Age, which is represented by the symbol of the fish.

The Shift of the Ages and the Birth of the New Earth Now we have entered the Age of Aquarius and the 7th Angel is beginning to sound. During the next 2,000 years, the 7th Solar Aspect of Deity which pulsates with the Violet Flame will be the predominant influence on Earth.

During the past 25 years, Humanity en masse reached a tipping point that allowed for the return of our Mother God in profound and unprecedented ways. The I AM Presence of every man, woman, and child on Earth has made the choice to reclaim our Divine Birthright as Sons and Daughters of God and to return to Christ Consciousness. On December 21, 2012, we God Victoriously passed through the Shift of the Ages. On December 22, 2012, Humanity received a Baptism from our Mother God-the Holy Spirit-that bathed Humanity and the Earth in 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Sacred Fire. This paved the way for the God Victorious Birth of the New Earth into the 5th-Dimensional Realms of Cause.

On December 22, 2012 literally millions of awakened Humanity around the world focused the power of our attention on the Birth of the New Earth.

Together we created a Forcefield of Divine Light that moved the Earth and ALL her Life through an unstoppable shift of energy, vibration, and consciousness. Now every particle of Life on Earth is abiding in frequencies of Divine Light that will transform this blessed planet into the patterns of perfection for our new Planetary Cause of Divine Love as we focus on them Page | 45

through our thoughts, words, actions, feelings, and beliefs. This is the beginning of the Renaissance of Divine Love Humanity is destined to cocreate in the physical world of form as we live, move, breathe, and act out of this new reality. Pay attention. Focus ONLY on what you want to cocreate on the New Earth through Love and Reverence for ALL Life.

With the Birth of the New Earth we have moved into a Higher Order of Being.

Love is the Order of the New Day on Planet Earth. This is not just a lofty platitude or wishful thinking. This is the reality of the New Earth we are now living upon. A supreme consciousness of Love is filtering into the heart and mind of every person on the planet. The masses of Humanity will soon "see with new eyes and hear with new ears." Daily and hourly keep this inner knowing in your heart and mind. Pay attention to the Loving experiences manifesting all around you. You will be amazed at the things that are happening within Humanity that reflect a new consciousness of Love, Oneness, and Reverence for ALL Life.

Just for a moment, take a deep breath and enter the Divinity of your heart.

Feel the elation pouring forth from our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven in response to the unprecedented Victory in the Light the I AM Presences of Humanity have cocreated. Never in the history of time has the collective energy, vibration, and consciousness of Humanity taken such a quantum leap into the frequencies of Light.

Throughout 2013, 2014, and 2015 the Company of Heaven will guide us through amazing opportunities that will accelerate the process of our tangible manifestation of the New Earth. All we have to do is ask. Those patterns of perfection exist right here, right now. These are wondrous times. Stay focused in the Light and pay attention. This is the beginning of our glorious New Reality. And so it is!

Templar and Rosicrucians The Inner and Secret Part of the Temple Order By Domizio Cipriani

What happened after the death of Jacques de Molay On 13 October 1307 the King, fearing that the Temple Order would no longer submit to his wishes, did so (as told by DUPUY: condemnation des Templiers, p. 10) that all the Templars were arrested, sending to his officers his letters containing the arrest and arrest warrant for all the militiamen, with the precise order that all these letters be opened simultaneously on the same day and at the same time, under the penalty of being subjected to his indignation.

All this was implemented, also towards the Grand Master of the Order who Page | 48

was in the Temple of Paris. “The King instantly took possession of the Temple, moved into the see, put his treasure and the papers of France, appropriated all the rest of their possessions.” Many Templars suffered the torment, and many times confessed ignominies even to stop the suffering of torture, a witness who declared this was one of the superiors of the Order, PONZARD de GYZIACO who admitted: “that they had been tortured in many places, that everything they had confessed had been for fear of death” (Op. cit., page 44).

Thus over the years, of bubbles in decrees, from councils to councils ...

Philippe and Clement V tore the temple to pieces.

The March 11, 1313, still describes DUPUY (page 66): “the two prisoners (Jacques de Molay and the brother of Dauphin de VIENNOIS) were burned alive on the island in front of the AUGUSTINS of Paris where they endured death very constantly.

Historians like MARIANA and Paul EMILE remember that the Grand Master said something about death. And, the sure thing that happened was that in the same year, Pope CLEMENT V died on the 12th of the calends of May (20 April 1314), and that PHILIPPE the BEL, falling from his horse in the forest of Fontainebleau, died on 29 November, without having had time to reconcile with GOD. We know however that in these years of trials, from 1307 to 1313, the Templars were not treated everywhere in the same way, in LONDON, well protected in their Commends, 230 militiamen, mostly coming from the high nobility, lived in great opulence.

EDOUARD, KING of England, had not yet confiscated their property.

Condemned in Lombardy, they were declared innocent in Ravenna, in Bologna and in SALAMANQUE. The German writers reported (MUTIUS IN CHRON, book 22 p. 211 and SERARIUS IN CHRON MOGUNT book 5 p. 850): "that Pope Clement V sent the Archbishop of Mayence the bull of condemnation of the Templars to publish it, and that having gathered the his cleric to make this publication, Hugues WALYGRAFF or COMES SILVESTRIS, one of the first of the ORDER, accompanied by twenty armed Templars, entered the place where the Archbishop was holding his assembly. The astonished Archbishop received them humanly, Hugues assured them that they had not come to do violent acts, he nevertheless said what they had heard said in anger: that they had gathered to publish the bubble against them; that there was an order of condemnation by Clement to the future Council under the next Pope. The Archbishop fearing to be captured by these armed Templars under their cloaks, promised to read the contents to those who wished, but Hugues invited him to do it at that time, and so it was. heard, it was understood that it contained their defenses and the injustice used by their enemies, that everything the witnesses heard against them was false, that miraculously their clothes were not burned.“ (Condam. Des Templiers, page 69).

In Aragon (Op. cit., page 57), the King camps around the castle of MONCON, the main fortress of the Temple, Barthelemy de BELUIS defends the position, but is besieged by ARRAULT de LUNA, governor of Aragon. After a long resistance, the surrender happened, other fortifications fell in their turn.

MIRAUETE, CANTAVIEJA, CASTELLOT; the survivors are taken prisoner and the Pope instructs the Bishop of VALENCE to instruct the process.

The letter n ° 142 contained in the “Registre du trésor” speaks of the TRAITE ENTRE LES GENS DU ROY ET LES HOSPITALIERS, touching the assets of the Templars, the Pope recognizing the frank will of the King asked him to help and favor the Hospitaliers in taking possession of Templar assets. Thus it was that the Hospitaliers, by virtue of the Bull of Union and the orders of the King, became owners of the assets of the Temple in the Kingdom of France (DUPUY, pages 70 and 73).

The act was ratified on February 14, 1315 between King LOUIS le HUTIN and FOULQUES de VILLARET, Grand Master of the Hopital.

Finally in France, many were the Templars who managed to flee to Spain, Portugal to England and Germany, many took refuge in monasteries and others even asked for admission to the Order of the Hospitallers. Among the fugitives we also find the founders of the Order of Freedom Friars of the Rose Croix: Gaston de la Pierre PHOEBUS, Guidon de MONTANOR, Gentilis de FOLIGNO, Henri de MONTFORT, Louis de GRIMOARD, Pierre Yorick de RIVAULT and Cesar MINVIEILLE. Warned by the chaplain of the manor of la BUZARDIERE near MANS, our 7 Templars hurriedly turned towards DINARD, then in the direction of SAINT-MALO where they embarked at night on a fishing boat that led them to English soil. The LONDON Commandery received them fraternally and hosted them.

The Four Laws of Energetic Attraction By Dr. Judith Orloff

Are you longing for relationships that do your heart good and generate stronger connections? Knowing about energy can transform your ability to build positive relationships, prevent loneliness and ward off fatigue. Positive Energy Law No. 1: We attract who we are.

The more positive energy we give off, the more we’ll receive. Ditto for negativity. It works like this: Love attracts love. Grumpiness attracts grumpiness. Passion attracts passion. Rage attracts rage.

First, define what being positive does and doesn’t mean for you in terms of attitude and behavior. Don’t worry if you’re far from a positive place. It’s an evolution. Give thought to what you value most in yourself or other. You can then strengthen these traits in yourself, and attract the same.

The idea is to find reciprocally nourishing interactions, not to win a popularity contest. (Of course, it feels good to be liked. But I’ve seen this need turn into addiction.) The following exercise will help you boost your positive signals.

Identify your best qualities and project them to the world. Before meeting new people or going to important events, prime yourself. Think, “I’m not going to focus on my insecurity but on a strength like my sensitivity, compassion or humor; I’m going to feel and trust the positive energy inside me. I’m going to claim my full power.” Such selective attention puts your best parts front and center.

Law No. 2: Intuition clarifies smart choices.

Relationships are tricky; they can be a big blur even when your eyes are open.

We’ve learned to draw conclusions from surface data: how nice someone seems, looks or is educated, or how a situation adds up on paper. But attraction goes deeper; to make it work for you, other ingredients must be considered. Respect your intuitions about relationships and identify those that highlight compatible matches.

What may obscure the picture is anxiety or intense sexual attraction. If so, go slow until you get a keener intuitive read. In my book, Positive Energy I give exercises to help train you to act from instinct, not impulse.

Tune in. Choose a relationship or situation that needs clarification – perhaps you’re confused about a friendship or vacation. Run it by your intuition criteria: Do you feel troubled and nervous or energized and safe?

Act on vibes. Insecurity, ego, lust or stubbornness can obscure your better judgment. If a person feels positive, explore the possibilities. If the vibes are mixed, take a pass or at least wait. If all you sense is negative, have the courage to walk away, no matter how tempting the option seems. Then observe how listening to energy in this way leads you to the juiciest opportunities.

Law No. 3: Seeing the best in people magnetizes them.

Instead of reflexively accentuating the worst in a person or situation, choose to energize positive qualities. The object isn’t to flatter, make nice, be politically correct or ignore intuitive red flags – nor to deny someone’s dark side or placate abusers. Your goal is to mine the gold in positive relationships and elevate the communication in more difficult ones.

We want to have the goodness in us acknowledges. If you want to connect with someone, notice his or her assets. Let’s say a co-worker is snitty. Realize that happy people don’t act this way. So instead of being snitty back or constantly miffed, redirect the energy. Comment on the long hours she puts in, or her dynamite shoes. Use this approach for a week – as well as the ones below – and watch the vibes change.

Tell at least two people you love what you’re grateful for about them.

Tell at least two people you don’t love what you’re grateful for about them.

Adjust your perception. Spend an afternoon noticing the positive qualities of everyone you meet.

Praise other people’s abilities.

Law No. 4: Soulful giving generates abundance.

Giving is supposed to feel good; if not, something’s wrong. Soulful giving enlarges your capacity to be more caring – you give for the joy of it, expecting nothing in return. In contrast, codependent giving bleeds life force; it’s driven by obligation, guilt or a martyr-complex, and it leaves the giver feeling sucked dry, unappreciated and put upon.

You want to give for reasons that energize you, not because you’re taking inappropriate responsibility for others. The following strategies will generate bountiful vibes for you and the receiver. If you give from your heart, your vitality will soar.

Give spontaneously. Any time is right to offer simple tokens of appreciation to friends or colleagues; a candle, rose, small plant, fragrant soap or funny card.

Give anonymously. Walk an old lady across the street; hold open an elevator; let a car go before you in traffic; or do something nice behind the scenes for someone, but don’t get found out. Such good deeds add light to your energy field and ultimately draw the same goodness back to you. As a 14-year-old friend told me, “The best way to cheer yourself up is to cheer up someone else.”

Use these “laws” to mobilize excellence and kindness in your relationships.

Emphatically say “no” to anything that doesn’t further the heart. Cheer each success. Don’t cheat your joy by jumping too quickly to the next ambition.

Instead, pledge to value even the tiniest of triumphs. That’s what the art of positive living is about.

"The Higgs Field & The Evolution of Consciousness On Earth" By Sean McCleary

The Higgs field is interconnected to the human experience and I will explain something. The foundation for the evolution of consciousness in existence is light energy, dark energy, pressure and love. Consciousness is contained everywhere in existence in the form of frequency vibrations contained within light and dark energy. Consciousness and higher frequency vibrations generate light energy and consciousness and lower frequency vibrations generate dark energy. Love is the primary evolutionary force which makes frequency vibrations, consciousness and light and dark energy more powerful. Pressure accumulates within the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy when certain types of evolutionary activity occur; or where there is change implemented with consciousness and matter in time and space.

Pressure is what helps create solar systems, stars, galaxies, planets and living organisms because they have bodies or a structure. The foundation for a human being is consciousness, light energy, dark energy and pressure; which generates DNA and a molecular body.

There is a level of consciousness, energy and love in existence which contains a foundation of power called the Higgs field. The Higgs field is a field of energy in Universal Consciousness which maintains an evolutionary connectivity with infinity and consciousness that contains the element of infinity. This consciousness is also where eternal love came from and how eternal love was introduced into Universal Consciousness. Because there was an initial conceptualization, introduction, a will and the moment of introduction with love; this is represented in a primary field of consciousness and energy in the universe. The Higgs field is contained within Earth's Consciousness and the environment. The Higgs field contains a perfect combination of both frequency vibrations of light and dark energy; because Page | 60

the moment where these two forms of energy fused together exists within Universal Consciousness and time and space. This is how human beings and life on Earth experience love. Love is also generated from the will of life and this transfers back into the Higgs field; the evolution of consciousness and love is reciprocal and this is what drives eternity. Human beings are incorporated into the Higgs field but they can't see, feel or detect this field of energy and there is a primary reason why. The perception of the experience of death.

When death happens here with any living organism it just appears as though that this is the end of them and that's it; when it is only a new beginning. All living organisms transfer into the Higgs field very quickly when death is experienced and transfer into other world's contained in the Whirlpool galaxy which is about 23 million light years from Earth; but this process happens very quickly and can't be detected here on Earth. The perception of separation in consciousness is at it's most powerful level on Earth. Human beings hope for an afterlife and have been exposed to several different experiences that deal with the evolution of consciousness with NDE's. The perception of non-existence due to a lack of understanding about death is contained within every living organism on Earth. The Higgs field contains eternal life and eternal love. This means that the separation contained within the living organism is going to repel the frequency vibrations away from them because this form of separation within the individual takes on a powerful form of pressure within the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy contained within the individual.

The most powerful evolutionary activity contained within consciousness is when the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy converge; because this is the basis for creation. Pressure between frequency vibrations in the consciousness gives the living organism a sensation like separation and this experience of separation is where fear comes from. Pressure that expands and accelerates comfortably with the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy is fear that's contained in the body or consciousness; but is understood or contains truth so the consciousness does not experience separation. It is only fear that has a difficult time with evolution that generates powerful levels of the experience of separation. Light energy, dark energy and pressure are all integrated into the fight or flight mechanism. The response of fear in the body is an amplification of energy and pressure.

Information or experience that generates fear that is not easily understood becomes restricted in the body; because it's consciousness, energy and pressure associated with experience that has a difficult time with evolutionary development. When I say evolutionary development I mean the experience of love. The entire body is comprised of consciousness and energy; not just the brain because consciousness exists everywhere and you are a part Page | 61

of this eternal consciousness and energy.

If there is information stored in the body or consciousness where fear, neglect, trauma, sorrow or the experience of separation has happened; this consciousness, energy and restrictive type pressure is stored in different areas of the body also known as subconscious energy. When someone goes through therapy, the 12 step process, spiritual enlightenment or powerful self-actualization in reference to that event a transfer of truth and love happens within that area and pressure is released from that location or locations in the body through the CNS and it generates the experience of crying. Crying is consciousness experiencing evolutionary development and the release of pressure in the body. Because an individual is contained within time and space here on Earth and there is consciousness and energy everywhere when pressure is released from the body through healing it introduces more love from the Higgs field into the living organism and the evolution of love happens in the consciousness or body. This description is a powerful illustration of the existence of the Higgs field here and the evolutionary development of consciousness in Earth's environment.

"Ancestral Cycles" By Aeolea Wendy Burwell & Peter Doughty Cycles and circles and spirals are at the core of who we are, despite the fact that we have mostly lost sight of them. What you are about to read is intended to offer insights into ways to reconnect with your roots though the ancient art/science of Astrology.

Over the past few articles we have begun our monthly focus on the Moon’s cycle from New to Full and back again. This is the fastest moving cycle in our heavens and the most readily accessible in the sky to even the most casual observer. Since in astrological understanding, the Moon represents our emotions - and how we respond to the ebb and flow of everyday life - it is also the most easily observed internally.

As January begins we will be in between the solar eclipse on the New Moon on Dec. 26 in grounded, earthy, serious Capricorn (please see Ancestral Cycles Dec. article) and the Full Moon lunar eclipse in warm, nurturing Cancer on Jan. 10. Eclipses most often occur in pairs and the time between them is highly charged with an atmosphere of impending changes. Where they are visible on the planet is where they are felt most strongly (www.timeanddate.com) however their effects are in evidence everywhere.

Regionally we can expect a serious tone related to matters of hearth, home and even ancestry starting midnight on Dec. 26. This could include the real estate market such as a reduction in construction projects beyond the usual seasonal dip.

With the Full Moon lunar eclipse on Jan. 10 at 2:21 pm EST, our focus we will be on a major shift in the economic and financial picture both locally and in Washington DC. After all this is traditionally the time when credit card bills start rolling in and the burdens taken on in an effort to have an affluent Holiday season come due. We are likely to see this intensify as a result of the eclipse.

The New Moon in early Aquarius on Jan. 24 at 4:42 pm EST begins a new cycle related to group energy and humanity as a whole. We likely will see sudden challenges or breakthroughs. We may be presented with opportunities to shatter illusions and seek new understandings and behavior patterns between the sexes. Artistic endeavors are strongly energized by an adventurous spirit and characterized by boundless changeability. We are likely to find ourselves seeking a hard to define union with the cosmos. Stay loose and open to what materializes in your imagination.

Mercury will be in Capricorn until the 16 of Jan. when it shifts into Aquarius.

The winged messenger expresses itself quite comfortably in this humanitarian air sign and we can expect communications to quicken. This change in expression especially around group dynamics should be easily observable both personally and politically.

Venus, goddess of love, harmony and beauty, continues to climb higher in the evening sky after sunset as she also journeys thru freedom loving Aquarius through Jan. 13. So for the first half of this month we will notice a certain detachment towards our objects of affection and primary focus is likely to be on group dynamics rather than one on one relationships. We will be more willing to be more socially engaged with and appreciate people who are different.

Then on Jan. 13, Venus will move into Pisces where she will stay until Feb. 7, and our hearts will be drawn into the spiritual realms. Boundless love will be most comfortable in the spotlight. Artistic and romantic endeavors will be highly idealized and caution should be taken to avoid deception if at all possible.

On Jan. 3, Mars moves out of the recesses of Scorpio into fiery Sagittarius, until Feb. 16. Energetically we emerge from the emotional depths and take Page | 65

impulsive flight toward higher ideals and principles. We will be moving on enthusiastic waves capable of taking us to new places without regard for personal sensitivities. And there is a restless need for exploration.

The slower moving pair of Saturn (with a 29-year orbit) and Pluto (with a 248-year orbit) have been moving closer together for the past two years, since Saturn entered Capricorn. Pluto entered Capricorn in 2008 and Saturn catches up to it on Jan. 12. The pressure symbolized by this combination reflects the transformative times we are all living through. For example two of their previous meetings were in 1982 and 1947 reflecting shifts in global power. (For deeper reflection please read Cosmos and Psyche by Richard Tarnas.)

The worldwide social upheavals reported on daily are also manifesting in our personal lives in direct proportion to how this planetary combination is impacting our own individual natal (birth) charts. Those born near Jan. 12-15, April 12-15, July 14-17 and Oct 15-18 are likely to feel the impact most strongly but not exclusively.

Jupiter will continue to move toward them and will catch up to Saturn on the Winter Solstice 2020. We will surely feel the energetic force of this impending union throughout the coming year. This is a dynamic combination of boundaries (Saturn) and no boundaries (Jupiter) that takes place in various signs every twenty years. This coming one is enhanced by the addition of other planets, the slowest moving and most powerful one being Pluto, representing deep, profound transformation.

One facet of this energy relates to the chart of the United States in particular.

(Countries and events etc also have charts !) When our country was founded, Pluto was in late Capricorn and will return there in 2022. In these years leading up to that exact event (and for some time afterward), we will experience ever more mounting pressure toward new models of business and government and our standing as a world power.

This combination of these outer planets is a rare convergence the meaning of which astrologers all over the globe have long been pondering and discussing.

Perhaps we are slated to witness the coming of the Aquarian Age. Surely it will be a paradigm shift beyond what anyone now alive has experienced.

Personal and collective choices remain vital to the course of our planetary evolution. All manner of decisions, large and small, will contribute to the unfoldment of events. May we all choose wisely.

"Darkness" By Monique Lang

We enter the last phase of darkness for this year. Soon we will have the longest night of the year... which leads to the beginning of more light.

In our lives we go through periods of darkness, either due to external circumstances or as what my teacher called periods of darkness of the soul.

This is not depression though it might look/feel like it. Often this is a calling to move into a new beginning. A different way of being in our internal lives, though at times it might also mean changing our outsides.

The gift is knowing that there is great value in those dark times. A chance for introspection and for bringing light to the new.

About Monique: Originally trained in psychoanalysis and Gestalt, I am certified in Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Comprehensive Resource Model and Past Life Regression. zen habits by Leo Babauta “A Guide To Making This Your Best Year Ever” Happy New Year my friends! It’s that time of year when we start afresh, with a blank slate, and think about the possibilities that the new year holds for us.

I love this time of year. It’s a beautiful thing to reflect on your past year, how you grew and what you learned, and then say goodbye to the year. And then to think about what you might create with this year, the gorgeous freshness of it all just invigorating you.

But it can also be a fruitless effort for many people, making resolutions only to break them within a week or two. I am not about New Year’s resolutions, because they are things tossed out lightly with no structure in place for success. Let’s not repeat that mistake this year!

We’re going to create aspirations that will actually happen. We’re going to dream, to choose lovely focuses for ourselves, and then put a plan in place that will make them a reality.

Let’s look at how to make this year our best year ever.

What Do You Want Your Year to Be? I like to start out by reflecting on my last year … you saw a bit of that when I wrote the Essential Zen Habits of 2017 post, but I’ve been journaling about it, looking back on my calendar and emails and journal entries and monthly reviews. It was a fabulous year, and I got a lot done, struggled and learned and grew.

So take a minute to reflect on the past year for yourself. Then give it a bow of gratitude, and say goodbye.

Now it’s time to think about the coming year … what do you want to create out of this beautiful blank canvas?

I like to ask myself: How do I want to grow? What do I want to learn? What skills and capacities would I like to develop?

What areas of my life need some refreshing? Health, mindfulness, relationships, work?

What do I want to put my focus on, if I could just choose 4-6 things to focus on?

If I were looking back on 2018 a year from now, what would be fantastic to see? What changes would I be psyched to have happened?

For me, I’ve picked a handful of focuses: Meditation/mindfulness Healthy eating Fitness My mission (work focus) Deepening personal relationships Practicing yoga Your list will look different, of course. Take a minute now to write down your 4-6 focuses for 2018.

Why Are These Important?

As you look over your list of focuses, ask yourself why they’re important. Is it really that important that I practice yoga? If so, why?

For example, I might think, “Well, it would be nice to have a regular yoga practice. I could use the stretching, for sure.” But that’s not important enough, and when I don’t feel like it, that won’t be a strong enough reason to push through my discomfort.

A better reason: “Yoga is a mindfulness meditation, and becoming more mindful, pushing into discomfort and uncertainty, are the training I want to do that feels most meaningful to me. It sets an example for my kids, it trains me to be able to help my readers, it makes me a healthier and happier person.”

Now that’s a reason to get me off my butt, away from my computer, and on the mat.

Take a moment to reflect on why your focuses are important to you. What will get you on the mat?

What Rituals Can You Create?

It’s one thing to say, “I want to get fitter this year,” or “I’m going to write a book this year!” … but it’s another to actually make it happen.

The best way to make big things happen, I’ve found, is to create actual daily rituals that you’ll practice every day (or at least, every day that you’re able to).

A ritual is a practice that you hold to be special, not to be taken lightly, that you set apart from the rest of your day. It’s something you surrender yourself to, not allowing yourself to reject the parts of it you don’t like, but just giving Page | 71

in to the experience fully.

An example might be a writing ritual, where you decide to write every morning at daybreak, shutting off your phone and Internet and just writing with a distraction-free writing app (like Ommwriter). You start by clearing your space, setting an intention to focus and pour yourself into your writing for 20 minutes. You set a timer, and then you give yourself fully to the writing, not allowing yourself to switch to other tasks until the timer goes off.

When it goes off, you bow in gratitude to the practice. (This is just an example, you don’t have to do it this way.)

In this ritual, you have a structure and a regular sequence … and in this sacred structure, you’ll find yourself wanting to rebel. You’ll see your habitual tendencies to run away. You’ll see your ego thrashing about. And that’s where the true learning of the ritual takes place — in the actual practice. In the discomfort of staying in it. Rituals can be transformative if you open yourself up to them.

My rituals for this year, to support my 2018 focuses: Morning meditation A Focus Session (to work on my mission) in the morning Cook a healthy meal (to be eaten at breakfast & dinner) Afternoon workout or run Evening yoga Formally close my eating period for the day at 7pm (meaning I won’t snack after that) I have some relationship practices that I plan to set up as well, but for now, the rituals above are what I want to create.

Now pick just two of those to focus on this month. Then two next month. Then another two the month after.

Pour everything you have into practicing those rituals, daily. Now let’s talk about setting up a structure to make the rituals stick.

What Structure Can You Set Up? So you have some focuses, you have some rituals you’d like to create … but how will you actually make them happen? How will you stick to them this year, as opposed to what you’ve done in previous years?

This is where structure comes in.

If you pick two rituals for this month, you can create some structure for making them actually happen: Pick a time and place. What space will you do them in? What time of day? Be specific.

Set up two reminders.. One on your calendar or phone (digital reminder) and a note near where you’ll be at that time of day (visual reminder). For example, I might have a phone reminder to go off at 9am every day so I’ll do my Focus Session ritual, and a note by my computer that I’ll see at that time.

Write down your ritual. When it’s time to do your ritual, what will you do?

Clear away distractions? Practice with a yoga mat or pen and notebook? Set an intention to be fully present? Bow, light incense, stretch? Set a timer? You don’t have to do these things, but write down the sequence of your ritual. On paper.

Create accountability with others. Share your intention to practice with others, and see if others have a practice they’d like to stick to. Form a Facebook group or just commit to checking in with each other weekly on a certain day every week.

Review daily, weekly and monthly. Set a reminder to journal about your rituals and focuses at the end of the day. Or review the previous day at the beginning of each day if that works better for you. This daily review doesn’t have to be long (one or two sentences) but it helps to form the habit. Set a weekly reminder to review how you did (just a couple sentences) and then share it with your accountability partner(s), and renew your intention for the coming week. Then do the same thing for the end of each month — how did you do, what did you learn, what obstacles came up (and how will you adjust for them going forward), and what is your intention for the coming month?

I find each of these five elements to be incredibly helpful and important. I highly recommend that you do this for each of the two rituals you plan to focus on this month, and then again each month for other rituals you want to create.

If you do these actions — pick a few focuses for the year, create rituals to make them happen, and then create this kind of structure to make the rituals stick — I believe this is going to be your best year ever.

BO’S FOR DAILY TRAVELS M.J. writes: I request MBO’s so many times each day that I lose track of how often I request help. Yesterday, I requested an MBO to arrive early enough to get a spot in a popular fitness class. I arrived early enough but when I was gathering my equipment for the class, I realized I left my weighted gloves in my car. The parking lot was a glare of ice so I requested an MBO to walk safely to my car and back. I got to my car and back safely. As the class was over, I requested an MBO to arrive on time to the food pantry where I was going to volunteer that day. I arrived on time and thanked my angels. Before I got out of the car, I requested an MBO to have an opportunity to expand my compassion and joy during my volunteer experience. I also requested an MBO so that everyone volunteering together would get along well and be congenial with each other.

We did all get along well together. One volunteer brought her husband to help because we were anticipating a busy day. One of our clients brought her twin children with her and they always melt my heart. Another client gave me a hug after I assisted her in selecting food. When I got into my car to drive home, I thanked my angels for all the blessings and the MBO’s. It was a pretty great day!

MBO FOR NEW JOB Helen in Hawaii writes: I started a new job today. My old job was so close to home that I could come home for lunch and read my emails, watch TV, relax before going back. The convenience of being so close to home was what I enjoyed about the job the best and would have stayed until retirement but the end was coming – the federal government is downsizing and my position Page | 75

(which had been a permanent position) was one of the many being cut, effective 1 Oct. 2015. I had heard about the cuts since about April 2014 and I began in June 2014 in earnest applying for other federal jobs.

In mid-December I received a call from one of the many jobs I applied and was thrilled! Just want to say, that each time before I went on the website and before I hit the submit button to send off my resume, I said a MBO that I would be selected for a job that would be most benevolent for me and for the people I would work with, have a supporting and kind supervisor, and be in a safe and happy environment without the fear of losing my job again. So, when I got the call, I felt secured that this was the one that my MBO brought my way.

The job is at Ford Island – which means I drive across the bridge that overlooks the Arizona Memorial everyday going to work! This also means no more coming home for lunch (awwww). But everything else in my MBO has been granted to me. I feel very appreciative and fortunate to have this job.

Saying the MBOs each time lessened the stress level (looking and applying for jobs can be so stressful) and knowing that whatever was going to happen, it would be the most benevolent all the way around!

I was traveling out of town and by the time I arrived home I realized I’d lost a very expensive bracelet that was gifted to me years ago. Right away I asked my guardian angel for a MBO to have my bracelet returned. Then asked my gifted reader to check on it for me. She assured me that I would have it back again.

So I kept making phone calls. It took a few days and it was found in the Albany, NY Enterprise car rental, turned in safe and safe. They graciously shipped it back to me and I received it today. “The Concept of The Hedge (How to Balance Your Life as a Witch While Living in the Mundane)”

By Elizabeth Chapman & Su Weber In times past when the world was populated by a series of small villages, the Hedge was seen as a dividing line or boundary between safety within the confines of the village and the wild parts of the world which were thought of as unsafe or downright dangerous. Have you noticed that the old fairy tales, such as Little Red Riding Hood or Hansel and Gretel, depict a person who ventures into the woods and encounters all sorts of dangers? There is the wolf or the witch who wants to eat you and, of course, the hero gets lost in the woods first and then is saved by someone brave from the village who escorts them back to the safety of the known. The women wo had knowledge of herbs and healing often lived outside the Hedge and were viewed as a necessary evil and often called witches.

Nowadays many of us live in cities and even most of those who live outside of them are connected to the rest of the world through various types of technology. The old barriers to keep out the “frightening or different” are long gone. However, the concept of the Hedge still stands as a way to differentiate between the magickal and the mundane for those of us who practice magick regularly. Those who follow our path need to be able to walk that dividing line between these worlds successfully, spending time in both or each as needed. After all, a Hedge is porous; leaves do not make a solid boundary like a stone wall would. Part of our practice is to work to maintain a sense of whatever side you are not on at any given moment while on the other side.

It is important not to spend too much time immersed in one side without spending time on the other. If you focus too much on the mundane, you may lose the sense of magick and joy you need. Conversely, if you focus too much on the magickal you may lose the grounding you need from the mundane. I like to think of it as learning how to create practical magick; in order to generate the changes we need in the mundane world, we need to use the Page | 79

simplest magick possible (which is very difficult to do at times) but we also need to take the actions we need in order for it to come to fruition (fancy word but I like it). An example is if you work magick to find your ideal job but go to no interviews or job fairs or never submit your resume anywhere, you won’t find a job. You have to do the footwork!

Working with the concept of the Hedge is all about balance, that pesky perennial theme that shows up all the time and often in unexpected moments in my life and my practice even when I want to ignore it. At its most basic, we need to learn to work towards the balance necessary to walk the line of the Hedge and gain wisdom and knowledge of both worlds.

"Just Thinking..." By PJ Perkins

Woo Hoo, its the New Year and it's a big one 2020 or so they say. I am not very good at making new year's resolutions. I never made the list or picked something like weight loss or some big deal to focus on. It seems from my conversations with people that it is a flawed activity. Sorry I'm a "debby downer" on resolutions. If it is something you want to do then go for it, my not so positive spin is my own thing.

Thinking about this and recognizing my own personal judgement and criticism about my weight, looks, fashion sense, not leading a Oprah/Jennifer Aniston/Brene Brown life style and anything else that I can drive myself crazy about. How about taking that energy and refocusing?? I saw something on Facebook that gave me motivation. Plus I have been listening to loads of Abraham Hicks about being in the Vortex, manifesting positive options.

Hopefully you know what I'm talking about. (If not I would highly recommend the Abraham Hicks You Tube and books - Ask and It Is Given and The Law of Attraction and many more.)

Each week or day when something positive happens, write it down on a piece of paper and put it in a container of some kind. Write about anything positive that happened - BIG and SMALL. Sometimes we don't remember that nice person who let us in the line or allowed us ahead on the highway. Or big things like a compliment or acknowledgement. We always seem to remember when that negative conversation or action happened to us. Let us start building our own positive energy vortex. At the end of the year pull out all those pieces of paper and see what great, positive, life affirming things Page | 83

“Degrees of Destiny� by Niann Emerson Chase

Often it is difficult to hold fast to the vision of where you belong in your highest destiny. Often you probably feel as if you are walking in a maze of distress and confusion due to your own choices as well as the choices of others. It is so easy for any of us to get confounded in the thick forest of daily living. We get caught up in seeing only the trees right in front of us, lose our sense of direction and get lost, unable to find the path that leads out of the dense darkness of the forest into a meadow of light where a refreshing stream flows. With the vision of our highest destiny and a spiritized perspective, we are lifted out of the seeming maze of the forest and raised above to see a broader perspective, thus able to find the pathways that we should take in the moment that leads eventually to light and life. ________________________________________ Since childhood I have carried within me a sense of destiny, meaning that I felt a specific calling, a particular purpose, a "mission" that I was meant to fulfill if I chose to do so. By the time I was in my early teens, I had grown to realize that this calling came from divine sources and involved being of service to humankind. Looking back at the unfolding events of my life, I see a thread of divine presence and leading, but I also see certain detours I took off of that path of preparation for my true vocation. I temporarily got lost in the maze of the challenges of daily living a few times, but I always found my way back to the more reasonable and healthy way of thinking, feeling, and doing.

Not everyone has the sense of destiny that I have experienced. A vocation is different than a job or a career, though someone's job or career may actually be their vocation, if they are so blessed. A vocation is an ideal, an aspiration, a lifework, something that a person would do whether they got paid for it or not. At times people may serve in "intermediate" callings or destinies that Page | 86

prepare them for the one that they have felt driven to discover.

But destiny goes beyond just having a vocation that gives someone a sense of purpose and fulfillment; in a bigger sense it involves serving humankind.

Certain world leaders have felt that bigger sense of destiny. Winston Churchill was one who had that understanding of his own destiny and spoke of it in his reference to his role in leading his nation into the fight against Hitler and his Nazi movement that threatened to take over the world, at least the Western world. Ironically, both Churchill and Hitler believed that their respective nations had a destiny to rule the world; and England used the principle of "manifest destiny" to build its empire through colonization of other nations, a practice that brought much exploitation of human and natural resources that mostly benefitted England and its interests—of course at the expense of the peoples, cultures, and lands being colonized.

In spite of the negative aspects of colonization, some colonized peoples and nations did progress to a degree in their own evolution and development as a result of British influence; so, often an individual's or group's (even nation's) sense of destiny may be partially within the pattern of divine principles and partially outside of the higher manifestation of that destiny. After all, there is much imperfection in all attempts at manifesting higher destiny—personal and collective.

The late Nelson Mandela (first President of apartheid-free South Africa) definitely had an understanding of personal destiny, and his predecessor President de Kerk of apartheid South Africa recognized Mandela's destiny when, in reference to Mandela's release from almost thirty years' imprisonment, he stated: "Mr. Mandela has walked a long road and now stands at the top of the hill. A traveler would sit down and admire the view.

But a man of destiny knows that beyond this hill lies another and another.

The journey is never complete." Mr. Mandela certainly fulfilled his destiny of bringing a country out of violent turmoil into the beginning stages of reconciliation and democracy.

The term Destiny Reservists refers to individuals who have a divinely-led mission to take part in assisting in bringing progress to civilization, especially in emergency situations, like the threat of Nazism or assisting South Africa to transition from the lower apartheid government into a more just and higher form of government. Many who are familiar with the concept of Destiny Reservists conjecture that both Winston Churchill and Nelson Mandela were of this category during their time of service on earth, though neither one of them knew of the term. And there are those who think that Churchill's colleague and friend Franklin D. Roosevelt was a Destiny Reservist.

President Roosevelt believed in the collective destiny of a generation, and in his acceptance speech of the Democratic Party's presidential nomination in 1936, he declared: "There is a mysterious cycle in human events. To some generations much is given. Of other generations much is expected. This generation has a rendezvous with destiny." Of course, within the destiny of an individual or group is their choice to accept that destiny and meet its requirements or not accept that responsibility and default in meeting their destiny at that moment in time and space.

As there was a time for the black race of South Africa to begin to find its proper destiny of discovering their place of citizenship with equal opportunities in South Africa (with the ending of apartheid), so too does the black race of the U.S. have a destiny of moving out of marginalization into full acceptance with equal rights, which culminated in the first black U.S. President. But this progress began decades (even generations) before Barack Obama was elected to the highest office in our nation. In a 1984 speech at the Democratic National Convention, civil rights activist and Christian minister Jesse Jackson referred to the destiny of the black race coming into their proper place as citizens when he stated: "Our time has come! No lie can live forever. Our time has come. We must leave the racial battleground and come to the economic common ground and the moral high ground. America, our time has come!"

A much beloved and well-known leader in activism against the tyranny of corporate-controlled media, politics, and economics, Noam Chomsky, spoke of the destiny of our entire world, which will be determined by the decision of humankind. He warned: "At this stage of History either one of two things is possible: either the general population will take control of its own destiny and will concern itself with community interests, guided by values of solidarity and sympathy and concern for others; or alternately, there will be no destiny for anyone to control. As long as some specialized class is in a position of authority, it is going to set policy in the special interests that is serves. But the conditions of survival, let alone justice, require rational social planning in the interests of the community as a whole, and by now, that means Global Community." ________________________________________ The meaning of destiny then has many layers and levels. There is the personal destiny of an individual that, if divinely-led, is in some manner related to a collective destiny of others and always contributive to the true progress of civilization. Nations have a destiny to evolve into higher more just forms of governments based on divine-administration principles, eventually outgrowing nationalistic values that use policies and practices (like colonialism) to basically control and exploit other nations and peoples. destiny of nations and governments on this world are to move into a cooperative coordination among each other that benefits all of humanity, thus manifesting worldwide brotherhood/sisterhood.

Rodan of Alexandria, a Greek philosopher of Jesus' time understood that fulfilling destiny on a world such as ours would not be a perfectly harmonious process, personally or collectively. Besides seeing destiny as something to strive for on an earthly level, he realized that there was much more to an individual's destiny than just realizing goals on this world. He understood that it went beyond a person's life here in material form but continued after physical death in an ascension to the perfection of Paradise realization.

In a continually changing world, in the midst of an evolving social order, it is impossible to maintain settled and established goals of destiny. Stability of personality can be experienced only by those who have discovered and embraced the living God as the eternal goal of infinite attainment. And thus to transfer one's goal from time to eternity, from earth to Paradise, from the human to the divine, requires that man shall become regenerated, converted, be born again; that he shall become the re-created child of the divine spirit. . .

(1) Most evolutionary religions (2) have some level of understanding that the destiny of an individual is to become a better person—on this world and in the afterlife beyond physical death. Some even have an inkling that the goal is Paradise, but there is so much misunderstanding and confusion about all of this that severe distortions have manifested throughout human history, resulting in some religious extremists thinking God wants them to maim and murder "infidels" and other people who just happen to be in the path of their destruction, which is the opposite of what the Universal Father desires of His created beings. ". . . God is the source and destiny of all that is good and beautiful and true." (3) Revelatory religion, (4) as is found in The URANTIA Book, gives a cosmic view of destiny that is far-reaching—involving the unfoldment of the master universe that includes the nucleus Paradise, the central universe of Havona, and the seven super universes of time and space, which encompasses millions of local universes, constellations, and systems with billions of life-inhabited worlds. And we individual mortals are a part of the destiny of that cosmic unfoldment, within our individual destinies here on earth! In one of his poems "To A Child," nineteenth-century American author Henry Wadsworth Longfellow refers to this sense of an all-pervading destiny embracing us humans: ". . . of the great world of light that lies behind all human destinies."

In this context: ". . . Man's true destiny consists in the creation of new and spirit goals and then in responding to the cosmic allurements of such Page | 89

supernal goals of non-material value." (5) So building our character (or soul)—through our thinking, feeling, and doing—is our first and foremost destiny on this world. All other degrees of right destiny manifest on that basic foundation. Humans are called to answer the "spiritual summons" that is innate within all of us—"calling to the best there is in man to rise above all these legacies of animal evolution and by grace attain the moral heights of true human destiny." (6) Another way to see this is to understand that our primal destiny as human beings is to unfold into the God-gifted personality pattern that is unique for each one of us. As American educator, Erik H. Erikson stated: "Personality, too, is destiny." Or, as The URANTIA Book states in its very first paper: ". . .

The Universal Father is the acme of divine personality; he is the origin and destiny of personality throughout all creation. . . ." (7) Simultaneously, we begin to fulfill the destiny of responding to our innate desire to know God and have Him/Her know us. "The Divine Creator is also the Universal Disposer, the source and destiny of souls." (8) In the end, the personal destiny for each of us mortals is to become Godlike.

From where we sit, this may seem impossible, but it isn't, given we're provided with much time to achieve this beyond our physical life on this world. ". . . This possibility of the attainment of divine perfection is the final and certain destiny of all mortals' eternal spiritual progress. Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write Page | 92

down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet” because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

I am Adama, and Rosalia is standing by my side. Yes, we did call to you, and you did hear us. We thank you for coming to the computer. There is so much to talk about.

Consciousness is all there is. It comes in many forms, in many vibrations, many colors. It is all part of the energy spectrum of life. It has wide ranges, heights, and depths, and the key is to excel in all its ranges until you reach Nirvana, where we in Telos dwell. Everything is an exercise in consciousness.

Every thought, feeling, and action, and the words you use determine your level of consciousness. Focused attention in every now moment is essential, because now the energies are on the rise, dramatically increasing day by day, and being in control and consciously guiding your thoughts brings you what you want to receive, rather than what you don't want to receive by random unconscious thoughts. Concentration in the now, focused intent, and visualization of your dream will bring what you want into fruition rapidly now.

Manifestation is on the rise, and you want it to be positive, and to be what you truly desire, so vigilance is needed every moment of your waking day. To be a master, you must master your thoughts and feelings every moment. We call it "being in the Presence", and the Presence is feeling the Source flowing through you. It is a heightened state of awareness. Being in the Presence allows the God force to permeate every fiber of your being so that you are wide awake and alert and receptive to all that is coming through you. You are then able to receive from the cosmos all you desire and deserve.

In Telos, we plan our lives, our days, and our minutes by clearly feeling our way through life. We are alert to all nuances, and shape our thoughts according to our desires, thereby bringing to us exactly what we want and Page | 94

when we want it. It is practice. And we've had eons of practice because of our long lifespans. This is what you have been missing on the surface—you have been missing your longevity, your long lifetimes. This longevity gives you the memories of all you have learned so that you don't have to keep learning and remembering over and over again. You learn it once, and remember it for many thousands of years in the same body—then manifesting becomes as natural as walking and running. You don't have to think about it, it just happens. And it happens perfectly.

We see a rapid rise in consciousness now exploding on the surface, and it is time. It is long overdue. Soon you will see the crumbling of the old and the rising of the new. And then we emerge. I am Rosalia.

Various things I encounter they would give me the messages about, so I always wrote them down. I would also meet people or see them in my practice and they would send me information for them.

They are not grammatically correct, but I have not altered them except to delete the person’s name. I believe I was to write them exactly as they gave them to me. I have also been told that they will help others.

They were a gift from spirit to me to help myself and others. We do not walk this journey alone no matter what is in our life. We need to always move forward and become a better person with each step.

A responsible self listens to the body and guarantees to the body its basic needs: sufficient nutrition, exercise and rest, for interaction is always continuous and reciprocal. The same laws prevail in everything but they are only manifested in different forms, and man often analyzes too much and cannot see the deepest reality which is correspondence. When he is aware of this, the whole is clear, and he is well. He can then listen to his body and respond to its needs, and when man responds to the needs of the body, the body responds to the needs of man maintaining his well-being. In addition to this, each body also needs tenderness to open up and to be well. Tenderness in itself is a very healing and opening energy, for it is one manifestation of love. Touching is always healing caressing, and every body needs touching. It is very healing both physically and mentally, for there is no greater healer than love.

Very often a person who has not been touched tenderly is afraid of touching and his own body which has remained strange to him. A child learns through touching to sense and feel his own body, to perceive it and to enjoy it. Very often, in your world, the needs of a child are taken very good care of, but the meaning of tenderness and touching is not realized. Then the child will not get a connection to his own body, for a distinct body image will not develop or Page | 103

take shape for him. The image remains very incomplete and, along with that, also the body and its functions remain very strange. That which is strange is always scary, and when the body remains strange, all its functions are in their own way confusing and scary. If there is no connection to the body, there is no comprehension either as to what happens in the body when one becomes ill. Then every little illness is a threat which must be nullified.

In your world, illnesses are very much over-treated because the message of the illness is not realized. Does the illness want to tell that man has strained himself too much? His body cannot go on anymore but needs rest. Or does the illness want to tell that man carries inside him an emotion which he cannot accept? In your world, a lot is locked in the body, for example sorrow which hampers the functions of the body and causes illnesses gradually. An illness is the body’s way to get into consciousness and tell about its existence, for every illness is always a message of something to man and always tells him something about himself. The message may come from quite a distant past, so man has to ask the state what it wants to tell. If man concentrates on the state even only a few times, the message will unfold and the information coming from there is already in itself very liberating, no matter what the emotional state, thought or image is. One only lets everything come and happen.

Your world cannot really listen to the body, for your world is a world of the intellect, and the intellect does not contain tenderness in any way. The intellect only touches for a specific reason. This kind of a state is often transmitted in some form from one generation to another because the parents themselves have not experienced touching. The problem of your world is the lack of loving oneself, and actually that is the only problem you have. Your world has not learned to love one’s own body, or to rejoice and enjoy it, so it cannot communicate with it or understand it. If your world could do this, one would not need so much sorrow, suffering or illnesses.

When one realizes this, it is fully possible to alter the state merely by loving one’s own body and becoming its best friend. In this way alone, man can attain physical and mental health and progress to a happy and balanced life.

However, your world does not realize this and cannot utilize this information, for you always seek treatments from outside of yourselves, you turn to a doctor and medicines and you believe in them more. If your direction was different, you would believe in your own hands, your own feelings and your own love; then you would be able to discuss with your body and receive its messages and notifications. Then it would be possible to change situations, and one would not need becoming ill, doctors or outside services on that scale, for one would listen to and understand the messages of the body, and one would respond to its needs, when many illnesses would be stopped before they begin. The body would not need an illness if it could rest when it has been strained too much, for everything would be in balance then. Still, people develop in their bodies even very serious illnesses because of fatigue alone, Page | 104

for if man does not have a connection to his body, he cannot receive or comprehend the body’s message of fatigue. The body is then for him a separate and strange unit which he cannot understand; he continues the same way, when the body has to overdraw its resources manifoldly. It always results in a collapse which appears at first as small ailments but man does not, however, hear these messages but goes on the same way. Ultimately, the state will hurl the body completely out of balance, when man is susceptible to serious illnesses but even at that point, he does not hear or understand but keeps going on and produces in himself, by himself, even a very serious illness.
