January’s full Moon is known as the Wolf Moon due to the traditional belief that wolves could be heard howling due to hunger during winter.

We can see in the sky a planetary trio, or three planets all bunched up together on the sky’s dome. At evening dusk – January 8, 9, 10 and 11, 2021 – watch for the planets Mercury, Jupiter and Saturn to pop out low in the sky, rather close to the sunset point on the horizon. Jupiter is the brightest of the bunch, followed by Mercury and then Saturn.

On January 8, 2021, Jupiter is at top, Mercury at bottom, and Saturn in between. The above chart is for January 9, 2021, when Mercury will swing to the south of Saturn. The tightest grouping of these worlds will be on January 10, 2021.

To be sure you get an opportunity to see the planets, set up in an unobstructed view of the horizon in the direction of sunset. This grouping of three will follow the sun beneath the horizon by nightfall.

It's very important that you start looking around 30 minutes after sunset.

Mercury will be climbing daily upward. While Jupiter and Saturn will be sinking toward the sun. Jupiter and Saturn will soon fade away.

Mercury should be in good view for weeks to come!

Happy New Year 2021!

What are some customs that helps us celebrate? Here are some interesting rituals from around the globe.

Brazil makes it easier to choose your New Year's Eve outfit — everyone wears white for good luck and peace.

Broken dishes are a good thing in Denmark. Everyone is breaking dishware on the doorsteps of their friends and family. The more shards there are in front of your home the next day, the luckier and more well liked you are.

In Spain — they pop one grape for every month of the New Year. Eating one grape at each of midnight’s 12 clock chimes guarantees you a lucky year. If you fail to finish your grapes by the time the clock stops chiming, you’ll face misfortune in the new year.

You've heard of this one before: When the clock strikes midnight, you're supposed to kiss someone you love. This is borrowed from old English and German folklore, which stated that it's "the first person with whom a person came in contact that dictated the year’s destiny."

In Denmark people stand on their chairs and "leap" into January at midnight to bring good luck and banish bad spirits.

In upstate New York people buy a peppermint pig made of candy. Everyone gets to take a turn hitting it with a special candy-size hammer and eating a piece for good fortune in the coming year.

In Puerto Rico, they believe that dumping a bucket of water out the window drives away evil spirits. And they sprinkle sugar outside their houses to invite the good luck in.

Scottish Tradition for the New Year Before you can celebrate the new year, you have to end the old one well.

Cleaning the house from top to bottom has long been a New Year’s Eve ritual.

Traditionally, great emphasis was placed on sweeping out the fireplace, to rid the house and its inhabitants of any unwanted burdens. Clearing any debts before midnight is also advisable.

First-footing is perhaps the most widely practiced ritual of welcoming the new year. The moment the clock strikes midnight, lads and lassies across Scotland start heading for the homes of loved ones to be the first-footer – the first person to cross the threshold of the home in the new year. Custom says that the first-footer sets the precedent for the new year, and is always welcomed with traditional Scottish hospitality – a wee dram of whisky. A tall, dark, and handsome man has historically been seen as the most desirable visitor, but today first-footers come in all shapes and guises.

Fire also plays a significant role in new year customs, and is thought to derive from the pagan traditions of the pre-Christian Celts. The annual Torchlight Procession in Edinburgh pays homage to this history, with thousands marching through the city centre carrying blazing torches. __________

When we focus on the paths of the Interdependent Web, we’re acknowledging an infinite number of connections we have within ourselves and between each other and all things that ever existed and will exist because the web contains everything within a space called here and a time called now. The path of this moment rests in a spiral that has no beginning and no end and is intrinsically planted in the Interdependent Web. It’s complicated and a visual depiction would be hard to create without knowledge of fractal geometry. If you use your imagination and think of a spider’s web swirling within a spiral, neither with a beginning nor an end, you might be able to touch on an idea of what this framework is like. But, it is more important to understand that you’re intrinsically a part of an eternal web of reality that’s grounded in a spiral that’s the form of here and now.

Why is this important to know as we pursue pathwork? Because the web and the spiral are paths of experience and knowledge that exist without our immediate acknowledgment of their existence despite the fact that we’re connected to each and they inform our steps and remember our plan and help to guide us. It’s as though we’re in a city, such as New York City, which is very much laid out as a grid for the most part. With awareness, you can get from point A to point B by simply knowing the layout of the streets. Perhaps you don’t need to go to the Village, but instead want to journey to Central Park. You’d recognize that walking in the direction wherein the street numbers go up would bring you to that location.

Let’s add one more idea here. What if you had an actual map and you could see the details of the stores and sites that exist on each of those streets that you’re passing? Or could remember knowing how to traverse the city because you’ve been here before. Within the Interdependent Web is contained a record of all things, and events, and knowledge, and relationships, etc. It’s generally known as the Akashic Record. It can be considered a vast library that not only contains a record of all things, but can be accessed to gain insight into where you are, where you’ve been, and where you are going. For the most part, being on a path does not require all of this knowledge or an understanding of how it works, but it’s nice to know we’re all part of a much vaster plan and that each and every person and thing plays an important part in the plan of the Universe.

When we acknowledge the simple complexity of who we are and our starting point in a lifetime, we can have a better understanding of the steps necessary to fulfill our life plan, to do our pathwork.

The first step in your journey of discovering your path in life is to acknowledge the limitations you have in being here now, and then take steps to overcome these limitations. That’s where pathwork comes in. You can remember, at the very least, pieces of the map and, at the very most, you can experience moments of epiphany when the clarity of the journey becomes real and your footing becomes more sure. Remember! You are a spiritual being having a physical experience. Your natural state is that of spirit, and entering the physical plane occurs so you are able to learn lessons you can only learn while in a body, lessons that will help with the evolution of your soul.

The second step in pursuing pathwork is recognition of who you are.

Why is this important? Because acknowledging that you’re a spirit here to learn lessons only available from the physical interaction of spirit with this plane will allow you to be open to the information and experiences placed on your path. Otherwise, you’d be simply a physical human with no sense of purpose other than to make it to the other end of your life with little idea of why you did what you did and why it was important for you to do so.

How do I know you are a spirit? Because I’ve spent decades helping people communicate with their loved ones on the other side of the veil. I know the communications are real because the information I’m given from those on the spirit plane that I share with the physical person is often very specific and verifiable. Names, recognizable objects, situations that I couldn’t know any other way than by being able to communicate with those who don’t have bodies, and which are verified by the sitter, has proved to me over and over again that the spiritual plane exists and that it’s all around and in us!

Think of this plane like a school in which we come and go. We don’t spend our entire lives learning in the awake state. Sometimes, we can alter our awareness and gain from moments out of the rigid time frame in which we live. These other ways through which we can learn include meditation and dreamwork. Meditation allows us to quiet our Page | 22

minds and become aware of our spirit self when we attain the gap between conscious thought and superconscious reality. It is that time during which we can best distance ourselves from the realm of ego, which binds us to a narrow view of the world, and allows us to sense the wider reality of which we are a part. One way to think of meditation is that it’s an act of listening to the Universe, as opposed to prayer, which is an act of asking for something from the Universe. In the dream state, we often receive messages from those on the other side (or the other here, as I like to call it, since it’s all here now where you sit). We can gain glimpses of life on the other side, remember other lifetimes, see a future that can be ascertained because, as I said, everything is now, and accessing it is no more difficult than becoming aware that all of this is true, and you are an essential spirit in the grand scheme of the cosmic reality.

Once you accept that you’re more than the face looking back at you in the mirror, the easier it becomes to accept that there’s more to this life than you can remember. And, by the way, have you ever had the experience of looking in the mirror, really looking into your own eyes and having the face seem different for a moment? In that moment, it’s my belief that we’re seeing the physical evidence of a previous incarnation. We can also feel distinctly that there’s something else being reflected to us, an awareness that’s often difficult to name but exists nonetheless.

You are a spirit, you have a body, and acknowledging this will go far on this journey of discovering your lifepath.

"The Chain Around His Heart" By Barry & Joyce Vissell

Two broken hearts … and mending ten years later! This true story shows how the heart can be healed, no matter how much time has gone by.

Almost ten years ago, Noah was young and in love with Amelia. He considered her “the love of his life.” But then, on a business trip, he met a young woman at a party and, fueled by alcohol, they had sex that night. Back home, and feeling guilt-ridden by what he had done, he fully confessed to Amelia. He planned to marry her, and didn’t want to hold onto a secret.

Amelia did not take this confession well, and ended the relationship.

She ordered Noah to stay out of her life, and never contact her again.

Noah did what she wanted. He never contacted her again. But he couldn’t get over her either. He tried to move on. He had other, but very short, relationships. He could never fully open his heart to another woman.

Then he found me (Barry). In our first counseling session together, I pointed out what to me felt like a chain around his heart, binding him to Amelia, even after all these years. I suggested he write her a letter, both to free himself and to free her. But he resisted, not wanting to go against her wishes, not wanting to stir up old wounds.

I finally convinced him of the importance of writing her, and coached him to write direct from his heart. This is what he wrote: Dear Amelia, Wow. It's been so long since we communicated, almost ten years to be exact. I remember that last moment like it was yesterday. You asked me to never speak to you again, and I agreed. In that moment, my heart broke, and then it closed. I recognize that I am breaking that promise right now, but please know that I am writing this letter with love and the honest intention to heal.

Looking back brings so much pain. I feel guilt, sadness, regret, and I have been punishing myself for nearly a decade. For so long I tried to forget everything, to push the pain, the feelings, and the memories as far away as possible, and to bury them for eternity. All of this has manifested in my life as a wounded heart and a struggle to open to new love.

After nearly ten years of carrying this heavy weight, it's time to let it go. It's time to forgive myself and to let go of the pain. Life is too precious and I don't want to hold on to bad feelings toward anyone, toward myself, or toward you. And I don't want to go another ten years being closed to love. I deserve to love again.

In writing this letter, I hope to release the negative energy that I've been holding on to in my heart and the negative energy that remains Page | 25

between us. I believe this energy has somehow kept us connected. In letting it go, may it set us both free.

I want you to know that I am so sorry for what I did, for all that I did, and for all of the pain and suffering that I caused you. I hope you know deep down inside that hurting you was never my intention, that I loved you so deeply, and that I loved you the best that I knew how to at that time.

I recognize that it wasn't all roses and love songs. Of course, there was pain. But there was also so much rawness, love, and beauty. You were my first (and only) true love, my first romantic partner, and so much more. We were so young. Those were such formative years that shaped who I am today. Instead of looking back through a painful lens, instead of trying to repress, forget, and erase, I'm going to look back from now on with gratitude and I will honor and cherish the love and goodness that was there.

With all of that, thank you. Thank you for showing me love at such an early age. Thank you for all of the special moments, for all of the firsts, and even for all of the pain. It wasn't always easy, but I learned so much and I wouldn't have it any other way. I believe it was special and sacred.

I know this email is completely out of the blue. If you're open to it, I welcome your thoughts, your reply, your forgiveness, and even your silence if that's what you choose. Most of all, I send you love and I just hope that you are deeply and truly happy in your life. Please know that I will always love you and I will always wish you the best.

your words brought back a lot of feelings and memories that I have tried to forget as well. It still hurts to remember, but there is so much sweetness in those memories too.

I want you to know that I am entirely happy in my life right now. I wouldn’t change a thing, not even the painful road it took me to get here. While your actions did break me at the time, I was forced to rebuild myself afterwards; in that process, I was able to heal the things within me that needed help. In fact, I’m grateful that you did what you did… if you hadn’t, I would have waited for you forever and never found the person that was truly the right fit for me. I thank you for that.

But now it’s your turn! The rest of your story is waiting for you.

Please know that I forgive you for everything that happened, and am thankful for our time together. I’m thankful for the pain that helped me become my best self. I believe we will always be connected in some way, but not through our shared loss… let it instead be through the love of two kids that did the best they could.

"What Is Self Worth?" By Melissa L. Watkins

The sense of one’s own value or worth as a person; self-esteem; selfrespect: self-worth as defined by Dictionary.com. Growing up this was not a concept I was familiar with or how impactful it was in my life, the not knowing what it was or how it was affecting me. I was an only child until the age of five. I was abused and neglected from my earliest memory. This would shape every relationship around me by acting one of two ways with people: being quiet or overly pleasing. Everyone liked me this way, but they did not know the real me. I learned to not get noticed by not speaking up and staying in the background, observing but not interacting. In being pleasing, everyone thought I was easy going and solicitous. I learned how to anticipate and fulfill needs so that everyone was happy and taken care of around me. I gave, I did, I was…what everyone wanted me to be: easy, quiet, helpful….never myself.

Internalizing my needs lead me to overeat and be depressed. I had dreams and wanted to be more than I was expected to be or do. I was only supported in what others felt would keep me in their expected realm. Because I had always played it safe and done what they wanted, breaking free and being me was not allowed. And to some extent, I did not know who I was. It would take years of searching and learning all the lessons most learn in their early years of human connection and relationship. I had been busy taking care of others that I had not figured anything out about myself. It would take decades to recoup those lost years of learning who I was and gaining any self-esteem.

I had no concept of self-worth‌loving myself. I felt wrong. Never comfortable in my own skin. I was told I was loved. But I never felt it.

I had been conditioned very early that my needs were not important and that stayed with me for a long time. That feeling of unworthiness was given to me by damaged parents and those feelings stayed with me and affected all of my decisions for decades. I did not feel respected for any decisions that I made from my support system. All of my life decisions were met with fear and very little support. My partners, my career, or any choice I made was scoffed at or met with minimal support with the fear that I would fail. And somewhere in me, I had internalized these expectations of failure due to the traumas I had experienced that reinforced the feelings of not deserving to achieve. The desire to achieve drove me to trying to reach my goals with everything in me, but always just missing the goal. Losing over and over again relationships, jobs, living situations, and cars; thereby reinforcing for others the idea that my decisions were always the wrong one. Not achieving the safety and security that I craved.

Recognizing were you internalized feelings of inadequacy and unworthiness may take work through therapeutic care, counseling or diving deep in your own story; and some may need past-life regression or some type of energy work to root out traumas that are buried deep in your sub-conscious. I have done all of it and it was through Integrated Energy Therapy that I received the most beneficial healing to my self-worth. Finding the self-love, respect and selfesteem that I never had. This is the hardest and most beneficial work that you can do for yourself. Learning how to love yourself will raise your vibrational frequency in a way that will begin you interacting in the Universe in a profound way. And, this will not allow you to spiral back to old patterns that kept you playing small or choosing situations that will hurt you.

You become part of the matrix of the Divine, God-Consciousness that is available to all. Manifesting your desires and achieving your goals, being happy is why we are here on planet Earth, to be happy and have a joy filled experience. Loving yourself for your talents and gifts takes healing and releasing any guilt associated with doing for yourself. Let go and let God. Be happy. Looks so different on the other side of trauma. "Stepping Into My Divinity" By Sheila Tillich Today, I no longer hide behind an old mask of not being good enough.

My traumatic childhood had a great impact on my future choices. I was brought up in an alcoholic home and was 6th out of 8 children. I was born hard of hearing since birth and this added to the chaos of our home. On top of that, going to a Catholic school traumatized me by being chastised for trying to read others’ lips.

My father died when I was 15 years-old, which put an end to my dream of becoming a Nurse Midwife. I married my high-school sweetheart at 19 years-old and I brought all my low self-worth with me. Over the years trying to fill the empty well inside, my co-dependency blared along with other self-sabotaging behaviors; workaholic, religion, exercise addiction, and my most feared – alcoholism.

In my late 30’s and early 40’s, “recovery” started to bloom. Doing work on myself was the answer to my problems. My children were the catalyst. I wanted more for them than what I started with. I knew I had to put my oxygen mask on first to be a healthy role model. I have spent most of my life learning, practicing and teaching the healing arts in both conventional medical settings and holistic healthcare.

Besides being an IET® MI Trainer, I am a Unity Field Healing (UFH) Practitioner (Supports Quantum DNA), USUI Master Reiki Practitioner, Licensed HeartMath® Mentor, Ordained Metaphysical Minister, B.Msc., and Metaphysical Practitioner.

I had been in recovery programs for years (1985) working on myself and understood higher-self spiritual tools. I had been working on my “issues in my tissues.” I intuitively knew there was more work to be done, and that it was at a cellular DNA level where the blockages were preventing me from my soul’s purpose. These blockages need to be dealt with on a multi-dimensional level. When I heard about the Angels being involved, I knew I was following my life path. I have had a personal relationship with Angels since birth and I felt and heard their guidance. I have finally found the authentic me.

That was my “AHA” moment...that I was good enough.

I knew there was a better way to live and this started me on my journey. Working on myself has been ongoing. As the years went by, I got better. How? I went within. I ask my Higher Power to help me.

They did. And, I received a lot of help.

My IET DNA recalibration came right from the beginning of the IET Basic class. When I finished my IET Intermediate class, I did not feel energy, however, I followed my intention of being a conduit for the Angels to work through me. I intuitively knew my life path has always been a healer and the Angels were helping me. When I did my IET Advanced class, I just kept doing session not really “feeling” as an Energy Intuitive. I went on to the Master Instructor (MI) level. I knew I needed to and was my purpose. The night I came home from my MI training with Stevan Thayer, March 2014, it was profound for me.

Angel Metatron woke me and told me I was stepping into my role as a great healer. I argued with Divine Angel Metatron and said, “How do I do this?” His reply was, “You teach what you know, you’ve LIVED it!”

Immediately all the IET Angels stepped into my darkened room showing me that they were all there, too. They told me this is my purpose, and this is why I’m here. Since my first encounter with the IET Angels in my Basic class, I’ve stood strong knowing why I am here – To follow my soul’s spiritual potential. To show others how to find and follow theirs. To stay out of the fear. Help others live their lives through heart-centered compassionate love. To live their divine potential knowing the Angels have always been with them and will never leave. Yes, I am an Earth Angel – changing one heart at a time.

Slowly, I got off medication prescribed for depression, fibromyalgia, and other traditional diagnoses. I started using pure therapeutic grade essential oils. The alternative, holistic, and eastern medicine Page | 32

practices always piqued my interest so this led to expanding myself in learning all I could.

My interest in science and spirituality fit right in with my skeptical mind. I had to have proof. And, I found it‌ Alternative/Holistic Energy medicine.

"Childlike Innocence" By Barbara Guiney

When I was a little girl, I remember listening to the rustle of the trees in the breeze and it made me feel a sense of magic…inner peace. An uncontrollable smile would cross my face and I wouldn’t feel alone. I would feel connected. I felt inner calmness and beauty and realized I was special not just a little girl on this planet for a short time. My soul expanded beyond my physical body and enveloped the Universe in one deep breath.

As I grew older and until this day, every time I would hear the rustle of the leaves in a summer breeze, I would be right back to those moments in my childhood that transcended me to another space – another magical time. No matter where I was or what I was doing or thinking, I would return to that magical sense of wonder. It was music to my ears. My heart would sing…..

Often while I would hear the rustling, I would feel the sun kiss my skin, or hear birds singing to my soul, smell fresh flowers, or freshly mowed grass. I treasured the view of blue sky, white puffy clouds and a brilliant blue/green sea. I would walk barefoot on the ground and feel the vibrations of the earth below me. I would taste the fresh fruit available at the time – strawberries, watermelon, etc. It made my taste buds come alive! Summer was my special time of year as it heightened my senses to their fullest!

As an adult now, I realize those are the times when we are connected to where we came from….the other side. It gave me a sense of Page | 38

home…of connection…of belief in the world beyond my body. I have geared my life to those moments without consciously evening knowing it. I moved to a warm climate here in Tauranga, NZ where those moments are common.

We each have our own connections to the Universe via our senses.

What are yours? Where do you feel that sense of true self? Where do you feel inner peace, love and continuity with the true world? I know through my training in how the brain functions (NLP), that I am a high auditory, low visual person so it makes sense that the sounds of the trees in a breeze or the panorama of the gleaming sea would make my heart sing.

Think back to your childhood…what made your heart sing?

Something you heard, saw, touched, smelled or tasted? Find that again in your life and visit it as often as you can to keep in touch with your soul…..

"The Grace of Forgiveness" By Dr. Judith Orloff

In my book “EMOTIONAL FREEDOM” I emphasize the importance of forgiveness and why revenge doesn’t work. Forgiveness is the act of compassionately releasing the desire to punish someone or yourself for an offense. It’s a state of grace, nothing you can force or pretend.

There are no short cuts. Mistakenly, some of my patients, wanting to be “spiritual,” have prematurely tried to forgive after someone emotionally knifes them in the gut. First, you must feel anger before you can begin to forgive. I gradually guide patients to the largeheartedness of forgiving injuries either caused by others or selfinflicted.

Revenge is the desire to get even when someone does you wrong. It’s natural to feel angry, to say “I’m not going to let that **** get away with this,” whatever “this” is. However, revenge reduces you to your worst self, puts you on the same level with those spiteful people we claim to abhor. Additionally, studies have shown that revenge increases stress and impairs health and immunity. Sure, if someone hits you with a stick, you have the impulse to hit them back–the basis for wars. To thrive personally and as a species, we must resist this Page | 40

predictable lust for revenge, and seek to right wrongs more positively.

This doesn’t make you a pushover; you’re just refusing to act in a tediously destructive way antithetical to ever finding peace. As Confucious says, “Before you embark on a journey of revenge, dig two graves.”

What I’m suggesting is a version of “turn the other check” yet still doing everything to preserve what’s important to you. The hard part, though, is watching someone “get away with something” when there’s nothing you can do about it. Yes, your wife left you for the yoga instructor. Yes, your colleague sold you out. With situations like this in my life, I take solace in the notion of karma, that sooner or later, what goes around comes around. Also know that the best revenge is your success, happiness, and the triumph of not giving vindictive people any dominion over your peace of mind.

Forgiveness refers to the actor not the act. Not to the offense but the woundedness of the offender. This doesn’t mean you’ll run back to your battering spouse because of compassion for the damaged person he or she is. Of course you want to spare yourself mistreatment.

However, from a distance, you can try to forgive the conscious or unconscious suffering that motivates people. Our desire to transform anger is a summoning of peace, well worth the necessary soul stretching.

To experience forgiveness, try this exercise from “EMOTIONAL FREEDOM’ Emotional Action Step. Be Bigger Than Anger–Practice Forgiveness Now 1. Identify one person you’re angry with. Start with someone low on your list, not your rage-aholic father. Then you can get a taste of forgiveness quickly. After that you can proceed to tackle more challenging targets.

2. Honestly address your feelings. Talk to friends, your therapist, or other supportive people, but get the anger out. I also recommend writing your feelings down in a journal to purge negativity. Then, Page | 41

decide whether you want to raise the issue with someone.

3. Begin to forgive. Hold the person you’re angry with clearly in your mind. Then ask yourself, “What emotional shortcomings caused him or her to treat me poorly?” This is what you want to have compassion for, the area to forgive. Definitely, don’t subject yourself to shabby treatment, but reach for compassion for the person’s emotional blindness or cold heart.

Here’s how forgiveness can work in a range of situations where you’d have every right to be angry. It establishes a kinder mindset whether or not you decide to confront someone. * A good friend acts inconsiderately when she’s having a bad day.

Remember, nobody’s perfect. You may want to let the incident slide.

If you do mention it, don’t make this one-time slight into a big deal.

Give your friend a break–forgive the lapse. * A coworker takes credit for your ideas. Do damage control, whether it means mentioning this situation to the coworker, your boss, or Human Resources, and don’t trust her with ideas in the future.

However, try to forgive the coworker for being such a greedy, insecure, mean-spirited person that she has to stoop so low as to steal from you. * Your mother-in-law is needy or demanding. Keep setting kind but firm boundaries so over time you can reach palatable compromises.

But also have mercy on the insecurities beneath her neediness and demands–perhaps fear of being alone, of aging, of being excluded from the family, of not being heard. This will soften your response to her. * You suffered childhood abuse. The healing process of recovering from abuse requires enormous compassion for yourself and is facilitated by support from other abuse survivors, family, friends, or a therapist. Still, if you feel ready to work towards forgiveness of an abuser, it necessitates seeing the brokenness and suffering that would make the person want to commit such grievous harm. You’re not excusing the behavior or returning to it, but grasping how motionally crippled he or she is, a huge stretch of compassion, but the path to Page | 42

freedom.

Forgiveness is a paradigm-shifting solution for transforming anger. It liberates you from the trap of endless revenge so that you can experience more joy and connection. Forgiveness does more for you than anyone else because it liberates you from negativity and lets you move forward. Forgiving might not make anger totally dissolve but it will give you the freedom of knowing you are so much more.

"Co-Creating With Spirit" By Sarah Itkin

Co-creating with spirit can feel like the hardest easiest thing to do. I co-create by stating my desires out loud and thanking the angels for bringing my desires into fruition. And when I state my desire, I let it go and trust that my angels and guides will take care of it. I know when it’s time for my desire to come into fruition it will. I’ll follow the steps I need to get there when they’re shown to me. In the meantime, I go about my business.

I allow myself to dream big and I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t. Simple, right?

It’s easy until the doubt creeps in. I think we’re discouraged to dream big because we’re taught to be “realistic.” Our caregivers and teachers want to save us from disappointment.

Of course, we must maintain balance and a certain level of realism. It would certainly be a waste of time to try to manifest an elephant that shows up at your front door. But if your dream is to run an elephant sanctuary, then go for it!

The best way I can describe my co-creation process is by tossing my desires into the universe like a ball and letting go of the attachment to when and where the ball will land. Then I follow up with an expression of gratitude.

I recognize my desire and honor it.

Trust that money isn’t the only currency and stop believing that if you don’t have the money for something it can’t be done. I let go of the belief, for the most part, that money is the end all be all to get what I want. I have manifested many wonderful freebies. Food in restaurants, free places to stay in expensive locations, free spiritual mentorship, horseback riding lessons, and best of all, a free ninja blender!

Of course, I want to respect and honor the value of service providers and objects that others worked hard to create. But everything that was given to me was an offering. The only choice I had was to receive.

Practicing the art of receiving is as important as practicing the art of co-creating.

Co-creation and Fear As fears rise when you manifest, notice the thoughts that come in.

Guess what? Those thoughts aren’t yours!

Whenever I give readings, I always look at the root source of every issue a person might have. And the root is almost always from childhood as we absorb beliefs that stem from “societal norms” that fit the old paradigm.

According to the old paradigm, we can’t make something out of nothing. Everything comes from hard work. If we want something we have to go after it alone. In the new paradigm, we can stop toiling and use our creative energy in conjunction with the energy of the universe. The bottom line is this: we’re not alone!

I’ve given you a general idea of how to co-create. But the key to cocreation is to focus on the power of intention, according to Wayne Dyer and many other spiritual teachers.

Just remember, so long as you choose to join forces with spirit to create the life of your dreams and commit to your path, your desires will come into fruition.

Now, as this unprecedented year comes to a close we have the opportunity to participate in two final Activities of Light that will assist Mother Earth and ALL Life evolving upon her to transcend the painful vestiges of manipulation, oppression and control from the old Earth that are now being dismantled and crumbling away.

The Company of Heaven has affirmed that through the unified efforts of Awakening Humanity and the Divine Intervention we will receive from these Celestial events Mother Earth and ALL her Life will Ascend a quantum leap forward into the NEW patterns of the Heartbased Template for the New Earth.

The final two Activities of Light for 2020 involve the December 21st Solstice and a rare alignment between the Planets Jupiter and Saturn known as the Grand Conjunction. The conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn takes place every 20 years, but this year the closeness of the two Planets and certain other aspects of this conjunction will make it a very rare event.

This particular Grand Conjunction is being heralded as a “once in a lifetime” show in the December sky. With only about one 10th of a degree separating the two Planets they will almost look like a single Planet shining in the sky. This will be the closest Grand Conjunction in nearly 400 years. The last time this occurred was in 1623. Jupiter and Saturn will appear closest together on December 21st which is the Solstice. Many astrologers say that this conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn, the two largest Planets in our Solar System, is the “Star of Bethlehem” seen by the shepherds at the inception of the Piscean Age. The Grand Conjunction occurs when Jupiter and Saturn align at the same degree of the Zodiac. For the past 200 years this Grand Conjunction has been occurring in Earth Signs. In 2020, during the Solstice on December 21st, Jupiter and Saturn will align in the Air Sign of Aquarius. This alignment will take place at zero degrees of Aquarius which represents infinite potential and limitless Page | 48

possibilities.

The Beings of Light said that the Solstice and the Grand Conjunction taking place at the same time during this life-transforming year of 2020 will create an extraordinary opportunity for Humanity en masse to cocreate a tremendous shift in our collective World view and our individual and collective visions for the New Earth.

The Earth is now in the full embrace of the Age of Aquarius. The Grand Conjunction aligning at zero degrees in the Air Sign of Aquarius is creating the sacred space for the I AM Presence of every Son and Daughter of God evolving on Earth to elevate our Holy Breath. This will allow each of us to receive higher frequencies of Prana and our Life Force with every Breath we take. The Company of Heaven said there are not words to describe how effectively this will empower our efforts as we unify our Hearts and Minds in the process of cocreating the patterns of perfection for the New Earth.

The Seventh Solar Aspect of Deity which is the Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection is the predominant Aspect of Deity that will influence the Earth during the 2,000-year Cycle of the Aquarian Age. As the Grand Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn takes place during the December 21st Solstice, the I AM Presence of every person will elevate our Holy Breath allowing each of us to receive higher frequencies of Prana and our Life Force.

With higher frequencies of Prana and our Life Force being inhaled and exhaled with every Breath, the Violet Flame will be amplified exponentially through all time frames and dimensions. Every thought, feeling, word, action, memory and belief that yet remains to be Transmuted back into Light will be enveloped in the Violet Flame and Transfigured back into its original perfection. We are being told by the Company of Heaven that this influx of the Violet Flame will clear the path in unfathomable ways for the Birth of 2021.

Crossing the Threshold Into 2021 2020 has been a very challenging year for millions of people in many ways. I know that there are those who cannot wait for this year to be over and they are praying that 2021 will be a much less traumatic year for everyone. Well, because of the incredible Activities of Light that Page | 49

were God Victoriously accomplished in 2020, even in the midst of the pain and suffering people were experiencing, the Company of Heaven has assured us that the Divine Potential for 2021 is very positive. They want us to know, however, that the key to releasing that Divine Potential is up to you and me and the rest of Awakening Humanity.

In spite of the challenges, and in many instances because of the challenges in 2020, millions of people were able to raise their heads above the quagmire of surfacing negativity manifesting in the outer world. This allowed them to see the Light and their own Divine Potential in life-transforming ways. They connected with the Divinity of their I AM Presence in ways they had not previously experienced.

And at long last, they began remembering that they are Sons and Daughters of God empowered with the gift of free will and the creative faculties of thought and feeling.

This means that through our thoughts, feelings, words and actions we are actually creating the circumstances in our lives. We are not just victims being buffeted about by random events. We have a purpose and a reason for being. We embodied on Earth with a mission and a Divine Destiny to become cocreators of the New Earth with our Father-Mother God and the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth.

Now, as we cross the threshold into 2021 some predominant questions are arising in the hearts and minds of the newly Awakened souls, such as “Do I really have a mission? Can I possibly make a difference? How can my humble efforts create a New Earth?”

The answer to the first question is YES, we all absolutely have a mission. In Richard Bach’s book “Illusions” he has a wonderful test to help us determine whether or not our mission on Earth is complete.

The test is…IF YOU ARE ALIVE, IT ISN’T! So as we Birth the second year of this New Decade, one of the key factors in helping us release the Divine Potential for 2021 is for us to accept and acknowledge that each and every one of us is already what we seek and what we desire to Be from our highest level of consciousness. All we have to do is claim that Truth and then live, Page | 50

move and Breathe out of that knowing.

Our Earthly Bodies are literally multidimensional technology. In the new paradigm we are cocreating, we have the ability to hold space within our bodies for the highest frequencies of vibration. All we have to do is consistently pay attention to who we are Being in every moment through our thoughts, words, actions and feelings. Every single one of us has all of the skill, wisdom, knowledge, strength and courage we need to succeed God Victoriously in our mission. We just need to listen to our Heart and respond according to our intuitive Inner Guidance.

During the December 21st Solstice and the simultaneous Grand Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn, every person’s I AM Presence will elevate our Holy Breath to new levels. We will then begin Breathing higher frequencies of Prana and our Life Force with every Breath we take. In the physical world of form our Breath is our connection to Source, our Father-Mother God, the Cosmic I AM, ALL that Is. That is why we take our first Breath at Birth and our last Breath as we leave the physical plane through the process we refer to as Death.

There will be some challenging things happening on the Planet in 2021, but if we stay focused on the Light and understand that these events are necessary in order to clear the way for the New Earth, we will experience being “in the world but not of the world.” This precious Planet is going through an energetic collapse in order to dismantle and clear the toxic patterns and paradigms from the past.

These destructive patterns are not coming back and it will be up to you and me and the rest of Awakening Humanity to replace them with the Heart-based patterns of the New Earth.

The I AM Presence of every person abiding on Earth and the entire Company of Heaven are standing in readiness, awaiting the opportunity to assist us in this holy endeavor. But remember, not even our I AM Presence or the Company of Heaven can intervene to help us without us asking them to do so. No one is allowed to interfere with our free will.

The Beings of Light have told us there is a Universal Law that decrees, “The call for assistance must come from the Realm where the Page | 51

assistance is needed!” This means quite literally that those of us abiding on Earth must invoke the Light of God and ask for the assistance we desire from our I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven in order for these Divine Beings to have permission to intervene in our lives and to respond to our Heart’s Call.

The good news is that we are One with all Life. Consequently, as the Beings of Light have revealed, if those of us abiding in the physical plane affirm our Oneness with the I AM Presence of our Sisters and Brothers abiding on Earth, then we can invoke the Light of God on their behalf. This is easily accomplished by merely affirming before our invocations, “I AM my I AM Presence and I AM One with the I AM Presence of every person on Earth.”

There is a school of thought that believes if we invoke the Light on behalf of another person without them specifically asking for our help we are interfering with the learning experiences they need to go through. Whether that is true or not depends on how our request for assistance is made.

If we invoke our I AM Presence and the I AM Presence of the person involved before we invoke the Light of God on their behalf, that changes everything. When we take this important first step, it gives our I AM Presence and the I AM Presence of the person we want to help permission to receive the Light and to control how the Light is used.

Our I AM Presence works solely toward our highest good and the highest good of all concerned. It knows exactly what our unfolding Divine Plan is and it perpetually strives to help us expedite the fulfillment of that plan. Our I AM Presence knows why we are going through the particular challenge we are experiencing. It knows what we are going to learn by transmuting that experience back into Light and it knows how close we are to completing that process.

Our I AM Presence also knows precisely how to utilize the Light it is receiving for our highest good. That is true whether it is Light that we have invoked for our self or Light that has been invoked by another person on our behalf.

When we begin our Lightwork with the affirmation “I AM my I AM Presence and I AM One with the I AM Presence of every person on Earth”, instantaneously, the I AM Presence of every man, women and child on Earth receives a signal from our I AM Presence and stands in readiness to receive the Light we are invoking on their behalf. Then, every person’s I AM Presence assimilates that Light and uses it in perfect alignment with the person’s Divine Plan and their highest good. This happens no matter who is making the invocation.

This is what the Company of Heaven means when they tell us “You are powerful beyond your knowing.” We literally have the ability to invoke the Light of God through the I AM Presence of every person on Earth simultaneously. Just contemplate what that really means for a moment.

Instead of spending our time and energy invoking the Light just for our self, with the same expenditure of time and energy we can invoke the Light on behalf of the 7,500,000.000 people evolving on this Planet.

So, as we prepare for the Birth of 2021, let’s develop the habit of setting aside some time every day to invoke the Light of God on behalf of our self, our Loved Ones and all Humanity. Together, let’s make the Heart commitment to be instrumental in releasing the Divine Potential for this New Year.

Dear One, this is a powerful and Light-filled time. Stay focused on the Light and BE the Miracle you are capable of Being. Just Breathe and Be here NOW. "Now I Lay Myself Down To Sleep. What is Prayer? By Rachel R. Tipton

Prayer does not work when you start bargaining with God. Prayer if done incorrectly commits yourself to uncertainty. I am sick God, please heal me. I am lonely God, please let me find someone to be with. What are you telling yourself? You are confirming to your little pea brain of a mind that you are actually sick or lonely. You are telling God I have a lack somewhere within me. Since you asked for the lack that is what you will get. God also doesn’t understand what a deficiency within you would mean. How could you not be completely enveloped in his love? That is all he knows.

What do you think would happen if your prayer for your enemy went like this? Dear God, please help my brother. Please let him see what a jerk he is being. What are you putting out there to the universe? You are saying your brother is a jerk, so he keeps on being a jerk.

Prayer most of the time is specific to yourself or another person. Help me Dear Jesus (substitute your entity of choice here) or help my brother. If you are making it about a separate person or all about you then you are doing it wrong. It needs to be a statement of unity.

Prayer should be a focus or a meditation on the beauty of life, peaceful living and serenity. When you get yourself and others out of the way that is when you will open up and have true revelation. It is okay if you have your rituals and routines. Prayer is acceptable, but I want you to look above prayer. Rise above prayer and focus more on God than on yourself and others. You do not have to actually do anything as you are already with God, but prayer can keep you focused and on the right track. Examples of prayer are: Dear God, Thank you for this splendid, magnificent day. Let me take in the beauty and grandeur of the world. I am so thankful for everything the day offers. Let me be aligned with peace and love.

Dear God, Please keep my brother in your thoughts today as he continues his journey with peace and love. Let him continue to have tranquility and harmony throughout his day.

Notice how I never drew out any problems, health concerns, or a feeling of inadequacy. I made it all specific to peaceful existing and serenity. That is the true abundance of prayer.

"One Nation Under Who?" By Van/Gabriel of Urantia/Talias Van

America—(the regathering of the ancient tribes of Israel)—is now at a transition point, which will determine how the rest of the tribulation will go in the next four years on Earth, particularly in America and Western civilization. The forces of the fallen mind have been at war with the forces of the light and souls of light and love.

But now in America, at this present hour, hate is the dominant force that rules America. It is not just one person but multiple millions of people who are racist and unloving, selfish and greedy, uncouth and materialistic. There is no difference between a rich greedy person and a poor racist. Both are immoral.

Americans are blinded and deceived by false leaders, who no longer have a vision for the common good of the people. Although the Page | 59

Emancipation Proclamation was put into effect in his lifetime, the vision of Abraham Lincoln has not achieved anywhere near his hope, now almost 200 years later.

Too many—on both sides of the spectrum in America, of “red” and “blue”—still have that same false Great American Dream, whereas if one gets what they want, another one does not, and there is no equality. There can never be equality of education if one goes to Harvard and another goes to the community college of your city.

There could never be medical equality as long as there is not free medical and dental for all. There does not have to be health insurance if there is free medical and dental.

So we kid ourselves in America, and most Americans are slaves to the puppet masters, who are slaves to the system that works only for the rich. And we think by voting we have voiced our rights. In America there are no rights left. There really never have been. We continue to play ring-around-the-rosy, and we all fall down.

The American Constitution was written by men tired of the old order of Europe, who did have a vision for equal rights and equality for the New World, but they still allowed the slave system to exist. So much for equality. And a civil war took place a hundred years later, in which hundreds of thousands of Americans died and nothing was really accomplished, because hate is in the hearts of people and cannot be legislated. What about the attempts of genocide to the Native Americans (Indigenous) of Turtle Island/the United States and all South America!

Only by freewill choice can love take the place of hate. And it seems that too many who write the articles, make the films, and speak on the radio are propagators of the system of greed rather than the system of equality, because it works for them, not for the common man or woman.

If one who reads this knows what is written in the Old and New Testaments and The Cosmic Family volumes, you should come to the conclusion that we are in the mid tribulation. It is not ahead of us. It is now. Hundreds of thousands of people have been killed by earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, hurricanes, fires, and Page | 60

floods all over the world, and in the next four years it will get worse, as the tribulation started September 23, 2017 with the sign of the Virgin in the stars, which was the sign of her giving birth to a Divine New Order and to the Christ Child, who is coming again. And He is coming for His true children, who want His perfect will in their lives.

And His perfect will is the way of the Tao, the way of love, the way of compassion, the way of putting your brother and sister first, before yourself.

Against these things there is no law. All humanity must choose between a broken and fallen system and the Kingdom of God, which will rule forever on this planet and all other planets in time and space.

Jesus said, “Because you say you see, you are blind.” So many people think they are right in their own eyes, but it is written that the end for those who think they are always right is destruction and death. This is the attitude in America of both sides. And as long as you talk both sides, you are divided into halves. Both sides say they know God. But who does truly know God? Jesus said that he who does the will of my Father are His true children.

Perhaps there should be a third party, and that party should be called the Kingdom of God. How many would be proud to wear that banner?

That banner does not have a color. That banner talks about the fruits of the Spirit, which are love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. And love puts his or her brother or sister before him- or herself. That banner teaches hope, not fear. It teaches faith over fear.

Jesus told the rich to give it away to the poor. Jesus never ran for President. He ran away from the banners of this world. How blind we have become, who call ourselves Christians. The Christians of the first century went to their deaths as martyrs. They did not accept quasiChristianity.

There is only one way to now truly save America, because it does not matter who wins this election. Both sides dwell in the fallen system, and Americans—who are the Lost Tribes of Israel—must now leave the fallen system and walk by faith and trust that God will drop manna from the sky, like He did to the ancient Israelites on their way Page | 61

to the Promised Land. A Divine New Order needs to be set up, not only here in America, but all over the world. And that will only take place when the Promised One of all religions returns to the earth.

We must choose sides now between the fallen system and the Kingdom of God and join the Spiritualution, in right relationship with the Creator and following His perfect will for your life. There is no other answer.

What is Cartomancy? According to Wikipedia - Cartomancy is fortune-telling or divination using a deck of cards. Forms of cartomancy appeared soon after playing cards were first introduced into Europe in the 14th century. Practitioners of cartomancy are generally known as cartomancers, card readers, or simply readers.

Cartomancy using standard playing cards was the most popular form of providing fortune-telling card readings in the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. The standard 52 card deck is often augmented with Jokers or even with the blank card found in many packaged decks. In France, the 32-card piquet stripped deck is most typically used in cartomantic readings, although the 52 card deck can also be used. (A piquet deck can be a 52-card deck with all of the 2's through the 6's removed. This leaves all of the 7's through the 10's, the face cards, and the aces.)

In English-speaking countries, the most common form of cartomancy is generally tarot card reading. Tarot cards are almost exclusively used for this purpose in these places.

"Looking in My Mirror" By Diana Raab, PhD What does this woman see when she looks in the mirror?

Well, she sees a 60-something-year-old woman who has encountered myriad emotional, mental, and physical difficulties. At first glance she doesn’t look her age—maybe because once a month she covers up the glistening gray hairs scattered on her hairline. When people look into her eyes, they see a woman who has lived many lives, who has experienced much joy. As the daughter of a narcissistic woman and having survived two bouts with cancer, she has successfully worked through many challenges.

If you’re perceptive, you’ll notice many secrets behind her deep-green eyes. She says that these secrets formed in the womb, where she felt the weight of being an unwanted child. She was planned . . . but not wanted. The negative vibrations and sense of despair permeated the amniotic fluid that nourished her for nine months. Her father, a Holocaust survivor, wanted a large family to make up for all those he’d lost during the war. Her mother, the narcissist, almost denied him of those pleasures, but eventually agreed to have just one child, saying that they’d need someone to take care of them during their Page | 66

golden years—definitely the sentiment of a classic narcissist.

From the day she was born, her father worshiped her, blessing her with the gifts of love and compassion. For years when looking in the mirror, she held on to the secret of her ten-year-old self finding her grandmother dead following an overdose of sleeping pills. It was the 1960s, when suicide was not openly addressed. Her grandma’s death certificate said something about an excessive amount of barbiturates.

Now, six decades later, she can still see that image of her grandmother being strapped to a stretcher, and being carried down the creaky wooden stairs of their family home to the ambulance parked outside.

When she looks in the mirror, this woman sees the deep pain of that loss. She can’t shake it, and perhaps that’s why she’s obsessed with death and dying. Since her grandmother died, more than six of her loved ones have taken their lives. When she looks in the mirror, she wonders if these losses were spirit’s way of teaching her to appreciate life and all its wonders, or as a reminder to enjoy each day—“Carpe diem,” as they say.

She’s come to appreciate life’s silver linings—such as a renewed gratitude for living after having survived two cancer journeys. She’s read that some researchers correlate childhood trauma with the incidence of cancer later in life. One particular study done back in the 1980s said that those who were exposed to adverse childhood experiences are three times more likely to develop cancer, and additional studies have corroborated those findings. One of those adverse childhood experiences revolved around being silenced as a child and living with a mother who always put her own needs first.

When others look into this woman’s eyes, they might or might not see her pain. Chances are, they see a blissful, sensual woman who has decided to transcend pain and disappointment; she focuses on the light rather than the darkness, another trait inherited from her beloved father, who died of heart failure too early at the age of 71.

When she glances into the mirror long enough, she drifts back to one of her many past lives, where she was a psychic, and another time the wife of a German baker. After her grandmother died, her mother gave Page | 67

her a journal to document the grief she felt over her grandma’s death, and ever since, journal writing has become her way of coping with difficult times. As an only child, she came to realize that this journal was her best friend and confidant; and even all these years, it continues to play a vital role in her life.

When this woman looks in the mirror, she sees someone who is compassionate and caring, someone who puts others’ needs before her own, sometimes to the detriment of her own health, especially when it comes to her children who’ve had their own challenges with drug addiction and dealing with the loss of their own children.

She also sees someone who has made many contributions to help others achieve their full potential by helping them record the narratives of their lives. As a wounded healer, she knows and understands the emotional and physical pain we all encounter at some point. She knows how to recognize it and navigate through it.

She believes that writing helps bring about a sense of self, and also that when we share our stories, it helps others who are navigating their own journeys.

And finally, when she looks in the mirror, she realizes that without the darkness, there is no light . . . as she forges ahead with strength and courage—one day at a time.

So what do you see when you look in the mirror? By delving deeply into this question, you will most likely discover profound truths and insights that will help you grow as a human being and also allow you to be a source of love and compassion for all those in your world.

zen habits by Leo Babauta "Showing Up Even When You’re Not Feeling It" Some days, you’re just not feeling it. It’s not that you’re exhausted, it’s that you’re not in the mood to do the important task that’s in front of you.

You want to just go to distractions all day long, do anything but this thing you’re resisting.

I get it. I have these days too. And sometimes, the answer is just rest.

Other times, it’s useful to find a way to do the work anyway, because if we only do our important work when we feel like it, we might not ever get it done.

It’s useful to learn to do it even when we’re not feeling it.

But how do we do that?

The Mistaken Belief Most of us have an expectation that we should feel in the mood to do something. We should be excited, rested, focused. And when we do it, it should be easy, comfortable, fun, pleasurable. Something like that.

That results, predictably, in running from the things that feel hard, overwhelming, uncomfortable. It means that when we’re not feeling it, we are going to run to distractions and comforts. Nothing wrong with this, but it usually creates a life we’re not happy with.

When we do the thing we don’t want to do, it is often uncomfortable or difficult. We feel like we’re forcing ourselves to do something we really don’t want to do, which can feel coercive.

No wonder we avoid it! Who wants to feel coerced?

But that comes from our belief that we should only do things when we’re feeling in the mood, and that things should be easy, comfortable Page | 70

and fun. That means we can never do anything hard.

What if we could open to doing hard things, and maybe even loving them?

Doing Hard Things When I’m Not Feeling It So for me, I try to notice when I have an expectation that I be in the mood, or that the thing be easy, fun, or comfortable. Just noticing the expectation allows me to choose.

Once I’m in a place where I can choose … I can decide that actually, it’s not just “fine” that I do things that are uncomfortable when I’m not in the mood … in fact, it’s an experience I choose to practice with.

I choose to open myself to this work.

I choose to move into something challenging, difficult, uncertain, uncomfortable. Just like I choose to do a workout or go for a run, even when they’re hard.

And further … I can actually love the experience. Sure, it might not seem like it … but can you love a child when they’re being difficult?

You might not love the way they’re being, but you can love them. You can love any of your friends or family when they’re difficult — the way their being might not be your favorite, but you love them anyway.

I can love writing this article, even if I’m not quite in the mood for it. I can change my experience, by being grateful that I get to write it. That I’m even alive right now! That I have so much love in my life that people want to read this.

And I can see that some tasks are a brick in the larger building that I’m putting together. One brick at a time, I’m creating a meaningful future. I can wait to be happy when the building is done … or I can love every single freaking brick. I choose to love the brick, and the laying of that brick.

Many of our most meaningful experiences are difficult. Running a marathon, giving birth to a child, creating anything important or meaningful. These are not easy experiences, and yet, they’re more Page | 71

meaningful because they’re not easy. Would we rob ourselves of these meaningful experiences by shying away from their difficulty?

So the training is to 1) notice the expectation that has me shying away from the work, and 2) open myself up to the meaningful experience of that work, despite its difficulty, despite my not feeling it.

There’s something beautiful that happens when you do something even when you’re not feeling it.

BPs FOR COVID AND MORE! Gabrielle writes from Melbourne Australia: I began requesting Most Benevolent Outcomes in 2009 but it took a few years of practice to get the hang of it. During the past few years, I’ve found it really helpful to request “the best possible”. This often results in the problem/situation changing and sometimes there are delays or extra obstacles…but the results are better. For example, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the best possible electricity company and the lowest possible rates, thank you!” caused a trail of problems – my electricity company raised their rates, a staff member was rude to me – so I began looking for another company. I found a better company and I’m happy.

MBO REDUCES FEAR AT TRAFFIC ACCIDENT Crystal in the Philippines writes: I have just finished reading The Gentle Way Newsletter, dated December 19. Under the heading “The Power of Requesting MBOs & BPs”, number 3: It reduces your fear level.

It sparked a memory from yesterday. I was doing an essential trip and was surprised that there was heavy midmorning traffic on the highway. Inching my way, I came across the cause of it. There was this huge truck with a long truck bed, surrounded by motorcycles. Some were from the traffic enforcers but there were a couple that I couldn’t identified.

Traffic was slow moving so I had time to survey this scene. And then I saw it – 2 bloodied bodies lying very still on the pavement under the truck.

I wanted to scream. I could feel my flight-or-fight response kicking in!

I couldn’t step on the gas and speed away. Panic was causing me to lose focus on my driving!

Thankfully, I remembered I had a great self-help tool and so I MBOd to calm down. And then said a BP for the highest and best outcome for everyone involved in that unfortunate situation.

Before MBOs, that scene would have played on a loop in my mind. I only remembered it now because of your newsletter because, truly, it reduces fear level!

“Ancestral Cycles By Aeolea Wendy Burwell & Peter Doughty

Cycles and circles and spirals are at the core of who we are, despite the fact that we have mostly lost sight of them. What you are about to read is intended to offer insights into ways to reconnect with our roots through the ancient art/science of astrology.

We offer a glimpse into the current celestial cycles under which we are all currently operating, so that we may have some awareness of how to use these energies for the highest and best possible outcomes.

To fully understand personal impact from these energy patterns, it is necessary to know one’s own birth chart, but much can be learned by staying alert to the world around us.

We will again begin by focusing on the Moon’s cycle from New to Full and back again. This is the fastest-moving cycle in our heavens and the most readily accessible in the sky to even the most casual observer. Since, in astrological understanding, the Moon represents our emotions - and how we respond to the ebb and flow of everyday life - it is also the most easily observed in a personal way.

As Jan. begins, the eclipses (Nov. 30 & Dec. 14) have occurred but by no means are they over! Generally speaking what was set in motion, continues to play out over an extended time frame of the months to come. On Jan. 13 the New Moon in late Capricorn offers opportunity for new starts in business and government affairs, highlighting efforts to overhaul the familiar. The involvement of warrior Mars, rebellious Uranus and expansive Jupiter at this time sends up loud cautionary flags related to potential violent eruptions and strong celestial downloads. Much depends on one’s own personal birth (natal) chart.

Those born near Jan. 26-29, April 25-28, July 28-31 and Oct. 28-31 are well advised to be mindful. It may also be reflected in some extraordinary (even sudden) opportunity with the potential for overreaching.

The Full Moon on Jan. 28 in early Leo is part of a complex configuration that reflects the likelihood of continued resistance to change being forced by circumstances. The week around this Full Moon will be the most eventful of the entire winter season, even the entire year. What arises following this Full Moon is the opportunity, through challenge, to work through our differences both collectively and personally.

Speedy Mercury entered Capricorn Dec. 20 and stays until Jan. 8 then it’s on through Aquarius for the rest of the month. Capricorn’s time is more down-to-earth and businesslike, while Aquarius’ is more humanitarian and systems-oriented. At the end of January, it will once again be time to revise, reconsider, and reimagine as Mercury begins its first three-week retrograde period of 2021. Social group dynamics and systems will be the primary areas of focus. Venus (values, associations) entered the playful and adventurous Sagittarius on Dec. 15 where it stays through Jan. 8. The remainder of January sees Venus sweeping through the Capricorn boardroom with Page | 80

only Pluto remaining there since Jupiter and Saturn have moved on into Aquarius. During the week centering on Jan. 28, we are apt to see prominent females coming to greater power in business and politics.

Sky viewing had been spectacular through the second half of 2020 and will be sorely missed. We will be having greatly diminished opportunities to see Jupiter/Saturn (even with clear skies which are not readily available for many) as they are dropping below the western horizon soon after sunset in the second week of January.

They will reappear in the eastern pre-dawn skies in mid-February.

Venus is gradually moving closer to the Sun from our viewpoint and consequently sinking lower in the pre-dawn sky and disappearing from view by early February. We can look for Venus to re-emerge as evening star in June 2021. Mars was visible for much of the summer and at peak brightness throughout the night in Oct. 2020. Watch for its dance to dim and move closer to the western horizon before it disappears from view in Aug 2021.

Warrior Mars completes its unusual six-month stay in fiery Aries on Jan. 6. We will notice a shift in the energetic pace as Mars moves into stubborn, earthy Taurus. Tranquil moments and situations will be few and far between as Mars moves ever closer to encountering Uranus on Jan. 20, when events will likely be tumultuous. Starting at that point revolutionary change is highly energized, much of it sudden and surprising. This often shocking Uranian energy will be especially strong because it is stationing (appearing to stand still), intensifying the energy of breakthroughs. Mars and Uranus energy will greatly contribute to the dramatic Jan. 28 Full Moon.

Together, Mars and Uranus will be squaring off with Jupiter and Saturn, setting the stage for a contentious inauguration day and a potential struggle over the shape of the unfolding new era. We can expect a deeper sense of urgency overriding previous obstacles. Those with birthdays in the ranges of Jan. 27-31, April 27-30, July 30-Aug. 3 and Oct. 30- Nov. 3 are likely to experience this dynamic shift most strongly.

During all of 2020 in establishment-minded Capricorn, Jupiter and Saturn along with Pluto effectively worked on disintegration of the old political and economic order. We are now at the start of a twoPage | 81

century cycle as they came together at the beginning of reformminded Aquarius on the Winter Solstice. This represents the first steps toward a more humanitarian approach to life on the planet.

"Evolutionary Activity Which Exists Beyond The Standard Model of Physics� By Sean McCleary

I do work on the evolution of consciousness, matter and energy within time and space and a primary focus of mine is also on a phenomenon known as the Shift in Consciousness or Quantum Shift.

This process means that consciousness on Earth will be evolving into a more powerful quantum level of energy contained within time and space and with my work I can describe what is happening with this process. I reviewed a scientific article yesterday that described light being observed in the Cosmic Microwave Background which a new measurement technique has revealed hints of a twist in the light which could suggest a sign of a violation of parity symmetry and this activity would exist outside the standard model of physics. With my work on the evolution of consciousness I developed an understanding of the evolutionary activity, development and advancement of the cosmos in a different way than traditional approaches but this is necessary because of the evolutionary advancement which is occurring now and how the human race, life on Earth and how scientific applications will be understood and performed in the future. I can also provide a more simplistic understanding of how the behavior of matter and energy work in time and space through incorporating consciousness on the most powerful quantum level Page | 83

with frequency vibrations and pressure. Nikola Tesla said "if you wish to understand the universe think of energy, frequency and vibration" and this is absolutely correct.

It has been absolutely necessary that so much emphasis has been put on subatomic, atomic and molecular activity and development within the scientific community on Earth and the reason is so consciousness could be driven into and evolve into these different states of matter within this region of time and space. In order to effectively explain what I am referring to about an advancement of understanding which exists outside the standard model of physics through the evolution of consciousness I need to start at the beginning of the introduction of the universe because this is when matter was introduced into existence and why the current laws of physics exist on Earth where scientists try and gain a better understanding of the nature of the universe through research and development. The reason that science has yet to formulate a primary conclusion on how the universe was introduced is because this evolutionary activity was generated out of frequency vibrations and pressure originally. I use the term "Universal Consciousness" with my work to describe the nature of the cosmos. The term the universe is simply a description of what people observe which is contained within Universal Consciousness. Many scientists would disagree and that's okay; and if your an astrophysicist or astronomer reading this information please review the entire article before making a determination on my explanation.

Thus far there hasn't been any solid evidence on the existence of consciousness everywhere and I can explain why human beings haven't been able to see, feel or detect any other consciousness than their own existence and other life form in the environment.

Before Universal Consciousness existed there was another form of consciousness and energy everywhere and this was existence. This consciousness has just always existed because something cannot come from nothing and this is where the foundation for infinity also originates. This consciousness which I refer to as Infinite Consciousness contained frequency vibrations at the most powerful quantum level. Infinite Consciousness and higher frequency vibrations generates light energy and this consciousness and lower frequency vibrations generate dark energy. The vibrations themselves represent the existence and experience of thought. I will mention this Page | 84

element of existence in this article as well which Infinite Consciousness contains and this is eternal love. What happens is when consciousness, light energy and dark energy experience certain states of evolutionary activity then love is generated within consciousness and this is the foundation for the evolution of consciousness. The reason is love gives eternity a reason to exist.

Eternal love had been generating the expansion and acceleration of Infinite Consciousness for an infinite amount of time. Because light energy within consciousness produces higher frequency vibrations and dark energy produces lower frequency vibrations when the two converge or integrate into one another with different states of evolutionary activity this causes different degrees of polarity which generates pressure within these frequency vibrations. Pressure transfers into dark energy easier than light energy because there is more dark energy in existence than light energy and the vibrations operate at a lower frequency level. This has been necessary because of the way the evolution of consciousness works. There is also supposed to be more dark energy than light energy in existence so a foundation of consciousness and energy could absorb and regulate the pressure more easily so more energy can be produced within consciousness.

Also when more light energy is generated in the consciousness it introduces higher frequency vibrations into the consciousness with evolution and this produces the sensation of love within the consciousness that most living organisms are familiar with. The sensation can be attributed to nurturing, peace, warmth, compassion, unity etc. Love is also contained within consciousness and dark energy as well but the sensation is different because the frequency vibrations are lower in dark energy. The evolution of love within consciousness and dark energy produces sensations of empowerment, fortitude, strength, fearlessness etc. Empowerment is the primary component with love and dark energy because of the evolutionary purpose which dark energy has served in existence.

The evolution of love and light and dark energy have been happening all over planet Earth and I will provide an example with music.

Thinking of lyrics to create a song comes from the thought process.

This is generated by frequency vibrations in the consciousness. The lyrics are produced and then the music is transferred by vibrations in sound which is an amplification of the vibrations which come from origin of thought. Listening to a song like "In the Arms of an Angel" by Sarah McLachlan is an example of love and light energy being Page | 85

expressed within the consciousness. Listening to a song like "Parabola" by TOOL is an example of love and dark energy within the evolution of consciousness. Infinite Consciousness had been existing forever exchanging light and dark energy producing more eternal love and this had been the evolution of existence. Something occurred over 13.8 billion years ago which began the process of introduction for Universal Consciousness. What happened was over an infinite amount of time up until an event occurred the pressure had experienced more powerful evolutionary advancement. A time came when the pressure that was being generated within the frequency vibrations began getting more powerful and a powerful experience of separation began occurring at a quantum level. Like I stated previously the frequency vibrations themselves represent the existence and experience of thought. If there is a significant increase in pressure within these vibrations then consciousness can experience a sensation of separation because the vibrations themselves represent the foundation of the evolution of consciousness.

A time came when there became a powerful increase in the pressure within the frequency vibrations of some light energy and mostly dark energy within Infinite Consciousness and Infinite Consciousness had a very powerful and different sensation for the very first time. This consciousness had the experience of separation for the very first time and in a very powerful instant this consciousness thought "will I continue existing forever?" This thought process came from this experience of separation and as soon as this happened Infinite Consciousness envisioned not being there anymore or a state of nonexistence which is only a concept and cannot happen. As soon as this happened the element of death was introduced into existence. The reason that human beings envision darkness with death first within their consciousness is because pressure transfers into the frequency vibrations of dark energy easier and this is where the most powerful form of evolutionary activity took place at this particular time within Infinite Consciousness. Death is not just a process that occurs with living organisms it is an actual form of consciousness and energy within existence. This is why there is no complete actual separation that occurs with this process with living organisms in Earth's environment and their consciousness experiences evolutionary advancement is because death was generated out of Infinite Page | 86

Consciousness. There is a moment of darkness with the experience of death and then as the consciousness begins advancement through Universal Consciousness the consciousness of the individual can detect and feel light energy being absorbed through evolution. This is why people have described the light being observed in the tunnel with NDE's.

This activity occurred within Infinite Consciousness with the introduction of the existence of death because this consciousness had existed on an infinite level and what happened was evolution began calling for the existence of more consciousness and life. Evolution is the primary process which drives Infinite Consciousness so evolution determined that something different had to happen with Infinite Consciousness and this was the beginning of the introduction of Universal Consciousness. Universal Consciousness contains a body of galaxies and exists within the formation of Infinite Consciousness which is much larger. This is how Universal Consciousness experiences evolution and this happens through a transfer of energy from a primary field of energy called the Higgs field and I will elaborate further on in the article. As soon as death was introduced into Infinite Consciousness the early formation period of Universal Consciousness began within Infinite Consciousness similar to what a child goes through in the womb of a mother. Reproductive activity with living organisms is actually an evolutionary extension of this process that took place with Universal Consciousness because when reproduction happens the evolution of more consciousness, matter and energy takes place into time and space. The reason that scientists haven't been able to detect or understand how the introduction of Universal Consciousness took place is because this activity began with consciousness, frequency vibrations and pressure and human consciousness has yet to evolve into a further quantum state of existence here with the evolution of the Higgs field in Earth's consciousness but this activity is now rapidly approaching. Eternal life and eternal love contained within Infinite Consciousness had carried a particular charge or form of electrical activity on a consistent level within existence. When the element of death was introduced from the advancement of evolution what happened was another type of electrical charge or form of energy was introduced into existence.

The early formation period of Universal Consciousness began and what became contained within the formation was the element of Infinite Consciousness, the beginning stages of the identity of Universal Consciousness, the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy, pressure within these vibrations, eternal life, eternal love and the element of death. Something else happened as well with the early formation and this was the introduction of fear. Fear originates from an increase in pressure within the frequency vibrations and is more prevalent within dark energy but there is some contained within light energy. A good example of this is a description of an NDE. When human beings associate death with darkness which begins first in a moment with the experience it is very frightening for the consciousness to experience; and when human beings who have described a light at the end of the tunnel with an NDE there is still fear associated with the description of light energy with this process but not nearly as much with darkness or dark energy. When death was first introduced into Infinite Consciousness this consciousness felt this sensation for the very first time. Fear affects consciousness when the pressure contained within the frequency vibrations of mostly dark energy and some light energy experiences a powerful increase and causes the consciousness to experience the sensation of separation. This is because the vibrations themselves represent the existence or experience of thought and are also the primary foundation for the evolution of consciousness. If there is a powerful increase in pressure this causes the vibrations themselves to separate and if too much separation begins occurring then consciousness will experience fear and this happened originally with Infinite Consciousness with the introduction of death into existence. This is the primary basis for fear contained within matter or living organisms in Universal Consciousness and this activity is directly incorporated into the fight or flight mechanism. Fear became inclusive in some of the early formation of Universal Consciousness and began being represented in some of this consciousness in different degrees as resistance to evolution. Resistance to evolution is also measured in different degrees within the behavior of consciousness, matter and energy.

What happened in the early formation of Universal Consciousness was there was the primary charge of energy associated with eternal life and another primary charge or type of energy associated with the Page | 88

introduction of death. There was evolutionary advancement happening with eternal love and there was resistance to evolution occurring from different degrees of pressure or fear contained within the consciousness. The fear also came from the uncertainty associated with the process because this consciousness that was being formed into Universal Consciousness had originally belonged to Infinite Consciousness and was going through very powerful changes.

Eternal love can also transfer into the pressure which is contained within the frequency vibrations. If love transfers into and through this pressure then the pressure can expand and accelerate within consciousness with the primary evolutionary activity contained within Infinite Consciousness and this involves the existence of infinity itself and eternal love. Also love is the foundation for the evolution of consciousness and this allows this pressure to expand and accelerate properly. This allows consciousness to store pressure or fear without experiencing the sensation of separation or with living organisms on Earth causing the fight or flight mechanism to respond indifferently from activity contained within the environment. The human body stores a very powerful amount of fear or pressure beginning at a quantum level but it is only when the consciousness experiences separation that the fight or flight mechanism is activated.

What happened in the early formation of Universal Consciousness is completely indicative of the evolutionary activity which happens with living organisms in Earth's environment.

Within the formation the particular type of electrical charge or energy associated with eternal life which was contained within this activity could be measured as a positive charge. The consciousness and energy associated with death within the early formation could be measured as a negative charge. There was evolutionary advancement happening and resistance to evolution occurring as well. Evolution is more powerful than the resistance of course and because the process was moving forward what happened was a point in this process came when the resistance could no longer fight the process of evolution anymore and a lot of pressure was released and both of these different types of charges collided and fused together. When this happened in a moment what happened was both charges of electrical activity combined with one another and because Universal Consciousness was being introduced from Infinite Consciousness and the moment of this occurrence happened it also generated a powerful Page | 89

level of neutrality in the process. This activity became the basis for all of the electrical activity contained within Universal Consciousness.

The reason that there are so many different variables is because there are different degrees of time and space contained in different locations with different states of evolutionary activity happening at any given moment. When this fusion occurred what happened was the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy in consciousness collided together with fusion and dispersed into particles creating the first existence of matter within Universal Consciousness. Due to evolution subatomic activity experienced evolutionary advancement and atoms were introduced and then molecular development occurred in time and space. The fusion of this activity is what caused the very powerful expansion and acceleration known in scientific terms as the big bang.

Life and death have both been contained within Universal Consciousness and depending upon what type of resistance to evolution, relationship with the Higgs field or experience of separation in consciousness with pressure that is experienced has determined how long matter or living organisms will experience life from the time of introduction into time and space until the actual process of death occurs. When the process of death happens matter or living organisms will transfer back into the Higgs field and experience evolution again resulting in a state of advancement. The reason the Higgs boson experienced decay so quickly in Earth's environment is because resistance to evolution, fear and the consciousness and energy of death are very powerful in Earth's consciousness and Earth's environment. Earth has existed in this region of Universal Consciousness for about 4.5 billion years due to Earth's location in Universal Consciousness and Earth represents very powerful evolutionary advancement for specific reasons that have to do with the Quantum Shift. Also Earth’s consciousness knows that living organisms are consistently transferring out of the environment and evolving and advancing into another location.

Earth’s consciousness has a different relationship with the Higgs field and Universal Consciousness than living organisms in the environment and Earth’s consciousness is incorporated into the Higgs field in a more powerful way and is connected through the Higgs field into the next location in Universal Consciousness where living organisms transfer into which is in the Whirlpool galaxy and Page | 90

Earth’s consciousness has to be connected to the activity contained within this galaxy through Universal Consciousness so living organisms can evolve from this environment into world’s contained in this galaxy which is about 23 million light years from Earth.

What also developed in Universal Consciousness was a primary form of energy known as the Higgs field. The Higgs field permeates throughout Universal Consciousness entirely and serves a very powerful purpose. Physicists understand this field of energy as a primary field of energy which the Higgs boson evolves out of and this subatomic particle interacts with other particles generating mass.

There is more to this field of energy where the evolution of consciousness is concerned. The Higgs field which permeates throughout Universal Consciousness transfers into Infinite Consciousness and has maintained a connectivity with the source of introduction. Eternal love and eternal life has been consistently transferring into Universal Consciousness through this primary field of energy for about 13.8 billion years now. The Higgs field contains a combination of Infinite Consciousness and the identity of Universal Consciousness or the essence of Universal Consciousness. I mentioned that the early developmental period of Universal Consciousness was akin to reproductive activity on Earth and the Higgs field in Universal Consciousness exists in Universal Consciousness in a similar way than what DNA exists within living organisms. I would like to mention something about the nature of black holes as well. Scientists understand that the formation of black holes comes from the powerful collapse of a star. The actual origin of a black hole comes from what was introduced into the early formation of Universal Consciousness. I mentioned previously that when Infinite Consciousness experienced the sensation of separation from a increase in pressure from evolution and the element of death was introduced that Infinite Consciousness conceived of a state of nonexistence right before the early stages of Universal Consciousness began. The conception of non-existence transferred into consciousness and mainly dark energy and this concept experienced evolution with Universal Consciousness. When Universal Consciousness was introduced this element transferred into galaxies as well. This is where the origin of black holes comes from is the concept of non-existence in Universal Consciousness. This is why their gravitational pull exists in the opposite direction as the other Page | 91

behavior of matter and energy in Universal Consciousness. Human beings and other living organisms on Earth also contain this type of activity within their consciousness and bodies as well.

Black holes serve an important purpose in galaxies within Universal Consciousness. Eternal life and eternal love consistently transfer into Universal Consciousness and the activity contained within galaxies through the Higgs field. I mentioned that when the frequency vibrations converge together with light and dark energy within consciousness that pressure can accumulate within these vibrations and time and space. Galaxies contain billions of stars, solar systems and planets and there is a lot of very powerful evolutionary activity consistently happening in galaxies. In deep dark space where dark energy primarily exists there is a powerful vacuum. This is because there is not very much light energy at all experiencing a transfer into this dark energy so there is not very much pressure contained within the frequency vibrations of consciousness and dark energy. Stars generate a lot of light energy in galaxies and planets evolve as a result of their interaction with stars. This means there is a lot of integration of light and dark energy in galaxies with evolutionary activity which generates a lot of pressure within galaxy formation. What happens is as pressure accumulates and increases within galaxies due to this activity; it can consistently transfer into black holes relieving pressure that is generated in galaxies. As this happens the Higgs field becomes more powerful and experiences evolutionary advancement and this causes the evolutionary advancement of life contained within galaxies. The Higgs field also contains a combination of the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy because light and dark energy are the two primary forms of energy which generate the evolution of consciousness and eternal love in living organisms (including planets) and this transfers back into the Higgs field advancing the evolution of this primary field of energy which transfers into Infinite Consciousness causing the evolutionary advancement of Infinite Consciousness; so all of this activity remains symbiotic.

The reason that the Higgs field contains a combination of these frequency vibrations is because the introduction of this Universal Consciousness was all that was necessary to ensure the continued evolution of Infinite Consciousness. About a year ago an article came out about a computer simulation that generated a million other Page | 92

universe's. This was no accident. This Universal Consciousness had to experience evolutionary introduction first though before any other Universal Consciousness's could be introduced. The reason is due to the resistance contained in this Universal Consciousness and what is happening now. Matter had to be introduced first in order to ensure the survival and sustainability of Infinite Consciousness. This was so eternal love and eternal life that has always been contained in Infinite Consciousness could transfer into all different types of matter contained within this Universal Consciousness and then other Universal Consciousness's could evolve into Infinite Consciousness after this one has completed the evolutionary process. Matter is so diverse and represented in so many different ways that when eternal love and eternal life evolve into matter completely everywhere that infinity can continue existing forever. What is happening is Universal Consciousness is joining Infinite Consciousness completely and this is what allows everything to continue existing forever but the origin of all of the activity in Universal Consciousness came from is both life and death. When Universal Consciousness joins Infinite Consciousness completely what will happen is the consciousness associated with eternal life and the element of death will evolve together completely and a new state of development in consciousness, matter and energy will happen which will generate advancement and everything will become eternal forever. The preliminary activity of this evolutionary advancement has been happening from the experience of death in Earth’s environment when living organisms from Earth transfer into world’s contained in the Whirlpool galaxy.

When this happens they incorporate the experience and consciousness and energy of death into themselves completely and evolve again through the Higgs field and Universal Consciousness.

When this happens the experience of separation is over completely forever. This is due to life and death being the two primary aspects of evolution in existence. That is what the Quantum Shift is all about is the completion of evolution for this Universal Consciousness so other Universal Consciousness's can be introduced. This is like the evolution of the human race through reproduction but on a much larger scale. It will be the evolution of Universal Consciousness's and we are the first one's. But the resistance to evolution has had to completely transfer out of Universal Consciousness and it has taken 13.8 billion years for this to happen. What I mean by the resistance is the pressure contained within the frequency vibrations of mostly dark Page | 93

energy and some light energy everywhere in Universal Consciousness on a quantum level which generates the sensation of separation in consciousness.

The Quantum Shift is an extremely big deal and all of the inhabitants of planet Earth will soon be affected by this activity changing the experience of reality forever. Human beings and other living organisms on Earth only receive about a 5 to 8% percent transfer of consciousness and energy from the activity of the Higgs field. The consciousness and energy of death in Universal Consciousness is very powerfully concentrated in this region of Universal Consciousness.

The Milky Way galaxy is about 13.51 billion years old. This is not much older than the introduction of Universal Consciousness. Universal Consciousness has stored memory in time and space here as well and what existed in the early stages of development with Universal Consciousness that transferred in with introduction became very concentrated in this region. Death has been evolving into Earth's consciousness since Earth was introduced into Universal Consciousness around 4.5 billion years ago. Like I stated previously Earth has had to have a very powerful and special relationship with Universal Consciousness, the Higgs field and evolution in order for life to have continued existing thus far in the environment but the evolution of different species and extinction has been repeating itself for a long time. Life and death are happening within fractions of a second with all living organisms in Earth’s environment and the activity of these two aspects of existence here had to eventually evolve into one another generating advancement. Human beings and other living organisms in the environment don't understand what the foundation for life is or what happens with the experience of death.

This generates a very powerful experience of separation with powerful degrees of pressure within the frequency vibrations of some light energy and mostly dark energy in the body. This is also why fear is so powerful in Earth's environment and the consciousness of living organisms and fear here can cause the death of another living organism through activity within the fight or flight mechanism. Life is experienced like this here as well because fear is very concentrated in Universal Consciousness in this region of Universal Consciousness due to Earth's location and what transferred in from the early developmental stages of Universal Consciousness as resistance to the Page | 94

evolution of consciousness.

What all of this fear and separation on a quantum level does in the body of living organisms is repels the consciousness and energy transferring in from the Higgs field away from the individual living organism. The Higgs field contains the foundation for eternal love and eternal life and the resistance to evolution in the body prevents a powerful transfer from the Higgs field. This is what causes the aging process in Earth's environment. Different living organisms have different degrees of light and dark energy and pressure and there is different types of stimulus in Earth's environment that influence consciousness so the aging process can vary depending upon different types of living organisms. As soon as an individual living organism is conceived with reproduction and their consciousness begins development some of the consciousness and energy of death contained in Earth's consciousness transfer into the living organism.

With aging what happens is eventually the individual organism enters into the final stages of the evolution of the consciousness and energy of death in the body and goes through the experience of death or the process itself. When this happens the pressure is released out of their bodies completely and their consciousness, identity, light energy and dark energy transfer directly into the Higgs field as the Higgs field transfers into them. They accelerate very quickly out of Earth's environment and through Universal Consciousness experiencing evolutionary advancement along the way and arrive into world’s contained in the Whirlpool galaxy and I discuss this process in it's entirety with my work as well. What has been happening with the evolution of consciousness, matter, energy and life on Earth is the resistance to evolution and different degrees of pressure have been transferring out and changing over a period of time. This means that the experience of separation has been changing as well and this is why the population of human beings has increased to around 8 billion today. More human beings and less separation on a physical level and more habitation of life within the environment. This is also why technology has advanced as well. Because of the limited interaction with the Higgs field with human beings with scientific observations Universal Consciousness seems very empty and other life forms have been undetectable. There are other civilizations of life all over Universal Consciousness but because of the limited interaction with the Higgs field they have been undetectable. Scientists have been Page | 95

observing Universal Consciousness with a very powerful perception of separation and death within their consciousness and this has also been incorporated into the mechanisms of technology because technology was built by human beings.

With the evolution of consciousness comes more information and the discovery of more information and concepts in order to further the advancement of life. There has been more degrees of restrictions in pressure evolving out of consciousness, matter and energy and the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy have gotten more powerful and so has the evolution of love. This has caused the evolutionary advancement of the Higgs field and this is why the Higgs boson was discovered in 2012. Now the introduction of the Quantum Shift is about to begin. Astronomers have discovered a "hot Neptune" like planet that shouldn't exist with temperatures of nearly 3000 degrees and light being emitted from an atmosphere that they say shouldn't exist. They are calculating light energy from the CMB that they are saying is much different than anything they have ever seen before. This is only the beginning of very powerful changes that will be approaching and this is due to the evolution of consciousness everywhere. The reason that scientists haven't been able to detect the existence of consciousness everywhere is because of the limited interaction between human consciousness and the Higgs field because the Higgs field exists as the foundation for Universal Consciousness. As more resistance to evolution transfers out of Universal Consciousness and Earth's consciousness what will happen is more consciousness and energy from the Higgs field will be transferring into the existence of life contained in Earth's environment. This is going to cause a very powerful advancement in life in Earth's environment and with this advancement will come a change where scientific applications are concerned. Science will soon understand that the foundation for life and existence everywhere are the frequency vibrations of consciousness, light energy, dark energy and pressure which drive evolutionary activity. This phenomenon is not going to begin being introduced hundreds of years away or even decades from now. The beginning stages of the introduction of the Quantum Shift should begin occurring within the next couple of years. The reason I say this is because my consciousness has been profoundly affected by this occurrence and this is why I am able to explain information like what is contained in this article. my experience here on Earth is much different than others around me because of what I am exposed to daily with the activity of the Quantum Shift approaching. I have been going through an extremely powerful experience that others are unaware of currently and my consciousness is experiencing significant advancement now. Life will begin changing forever here soon and so will scientific applications and this will affect the standard model of physics.

"Letting Go" By Kent & Renee Miller

No doubt the year 2020 will go down in the history books of infamy.

Few are clinging onto the lingering aftertaste of a year soured by a pandemic and the uncertainty that life is now bringing. The world is changing. Our direction is changing. Mournfulness prevails among many, holding on to the memories of a bygone era with hopes that life will return to the way it was, curbing the growing uncertainty that the future holds. The fear of the unknown causes us to hold tighter to that which was familiar.

But our resistance puts us at odds with what, spiritually, we are needing to accomplish: the letting go of redundant behaviors that no longer serve us, opening a new paradigm of creative thinking, expanding our ability to interact with the quantum field around us to recreate the world we live in. It is allowing us the time for contemplation and evaluation of where we have been and where we are going.

If the purpose of the universe is expanding consciousness, then, too, is the purpose of our existence within this experiential learning field.

For many, the absence of work, or the working from home, has freed up previously unavailable time to contemplate the multiplicity of events unfolding. We have many lessons to choose from to expand our consciousness. Now we have the time to research and connect the dots for a clearer picture of the events happening, awakening to what is really going on within this learning field, moving us away from the illusions of the past.

We are awakening to the outer controls that have shaped our thinking process and influenced our desires. As we migrate out from this externally-driven group think, we free our minds to allow the real consciousness to develop. A growing awareness of the artificial limitations cast upon our creativeness begins to seep in. “Purgatory,� for some, starts at a young age, conscripted to a path that has been dictated by another. The growing child becomes stifled in the understanding of who they really are, narrowing the field of possibilities that lay before him. All creative aspects are available to humanity, to influence the energy stream, but we have limited the quantum possibilities within our own minds. The challenges put before us now are encouraging humanity to step out of our box to see a bigger world, freeing our minds to create in new and wonderous ways.

The many challenges that 2020 have brought are calling us to redesign our lives, expand the way we think, and recreate the way we work. The pandemic is creating an obstacle to our conscripted way of life, diverting us around the materialism and setting us back on a path aligned to the natural world. Many are reaching for more outdoor activities, bonding with our Mother in new ways as we escape our captivity.

This is our opportunity to explore the inner Self and what our purpose is for being here. When we turn inward, listening to the guiding inner voice, we liberate our soul, allowing the higher self to guide. It is our time to cast aside the limitations within our minds, expanding our horizons, opening the quantum field to explore and create. Now we can meditate on life’s lessons, expanding in wisdom.

Humanity is at a juncture of letting go of the old ways in order that we might redesign a brighter future, to step into our new role as higher Page | 100

conceptual beings, more spiritually connected, with a greater understanding of the world we live in, our connection to All That Is, who we really are, and where we are going.

The Chronicles of Bizah A Student of Truth As I was preparing the January 2021 edition I was wondering how I can change up the articles for January. As the universe has its way, I got a book in the mail. I was a little over whelmed thinking I had "homework" and was attempting to figure out how will I have time to read the book and share an overview.

"Let's Follow The Star Like The Three Kings" By Leticia Ferrer-Rivera

We certainly had The Star of Bethlehem showing her brightness to us this last December 21st, 2020!

Not only was about a planet conjunction, but it also happened during Yule or also known as Winter Solstice.

All my life I have celebrated Three Kings Day (January 6th) in a similar way that we celebrate receiving gifts from Santa Claus. In Puerto Rico children place a shoe box with grass and some cookies with milk under the Tree for The Three Kings and their Camels or Horses depending on the individual tradition. In all these years I have never thought about the importance of following The Star.

This year I got inspired with the Jupiter and Saturn conjunction forming this beautiful “star effect” that connects with the Biblical history of The Star of Bethlehem. As a “Wiccatholic” I embrace both Metaphysical sides of this important event from the Via Lactea. I also Page | 105

see a connection in the Tarot, from The Hermit with The Star as The Hermit, who is a wise man, has the lantern to illuminate his path and later The Star appears illuminating the path of the all the ones following her brightness, including The Hermit. This is why in ‘Secrets of Paradise Tarot’ I decided to switch The Hermit for “The Wise Men” and I named it Wisdom. It is no coincidence that this event of The Star of Bethlehem is sending a message as we are about to turn The Wheel of the Year, which in Tarot, is the card right after Wisdom or The Hermit, and keep walking to 2021 while following our own Star.

If we look at the points of The Star of Bethlehem, the majority of the time we can see that it has eight points. The Number eight is also the Infinite Symbol if we lay the 8 on a horizontal way. This means that no matter if we choose to follow with wisdom or not, we are eternally following our own star in life. We are also the ones who can get blind to its brightness or to choose to see the light. It is in my opinion, in order to follow a bright star as soon as The Wheel of 2021 starts to be turning, to look within in a wise way.

There is one more message I want to add in here. I am seeing that unfortunately the divine within has been lost more every time The Wheel of the Year turns, every day in the Pagan community. But the hope is not lost, and I would like for anyone reading this article to see how we all can contribute to not only look at our star within, or the one lighting our path, but how to show there is a star awaiting our friends, family, and neighbors from this planet. Let’s start 2021 like The Three Kings; following The Star to reach peace, coexistence, love, health, harmony, prosperity, wisdom, and very important, spiritual guidance in order to find that balance we all need in our common existence in this Universe.

“Dowsing - The Portal To Psychic Power" By Anthony Talmage

Not many people know that if they want to enhance their psychic abilities the ancient art of dowsing is one way to do it.

Most people associate dowsing with the image of an old gent in a tweed jacket, brandishing a forked hazel twig to find water hidden deep under the ground. But there’s far more to dowsing than that.

In computer terms, by the time you become an accomplished diviner you will be able to use your dowsing as a kind of spiritual search engine – an extra-dimensional Google searching all that is known for answers to anything and everything: From, ‘Will this melon be ripe in time for my dinner party on Wednesday?’ To, ‘How many past lives have I lived?’ From, ‘Should I wear a waterproof coat today?’ To, ‘Why is my relationship not working?’ You can dowse for the answer to anything and that is our key to psychic power.

It is a bridge between our intuition and the information field ‘out there’ usually accessed by geniuses, savants, mystics and psychics. Dowsing empowers us to access and help the world beyond the limitations of our rational mind.

Who can dowse? Pretty well everyone.

Is it easy to learn? Yes, but while most people can learn quickly to get a ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ response to their questions, many fail to get the correct ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. To get it right more often than by random chance takes persistence and practice. Many potentially good dowsers give up because they get discouraged by early mistakes and haven’t the determination to learn from those mistakes and keep practising.

How does it work? No-one really knows and this is what makes it exciting. The best brains in the world can’t explain it but thousands of examples of successful dowsing proves that the ability is real.

What are the dowsing tools? The primary instrument is the mind of the dowser. To engage the sub-conscious in the dowsing process the dowser uses any of four main devices - the pendulum, the Y-rod (forked stick), the L-rod, or something called the bobber. These act as indicators much as a needle on a gauge. The tools respond giving yes/no (or true/false) answers to carefully worded questions.

Dowsing is sometimes called divining which indicates that the source of the answers might be from a higher consciousness or the Universal Mind. The biggest dowsing tool of all, though, is your INTENT. Yes, a human being’s conscious intention can change the world. Through all the many years of researching the metaphysical, esoteric, mystical, occult, paranormal, the Unexplained, the Mysterious and Things That Go Bump in the Night I have come to the conclusion that The Mind is the one factor common to them all.

Or perhaps that should be ‘consciousness.’ The human consciousness is what connects with the Field, or the Zero Point Field, or the Cosmic Consciousness, or The Akashic Record or Out There or however you want to think of as the Universal Mind.

And what has this got to do with real life? Your mind’s accessing the Universal Consciousness is like your computer exploring the internet…All the answers are there if you know where to look.

We manifest what we love and what we fear….

Many believe the art of manifesting, leading and learning comes from our families, schools, meetings, seminars, coaches or books. Truth is, those sources bring both direction and mis-direction. Love energy is what reveals itself as we search for depth and understanding. What is learned from external observation or teachings is a far cry from your own inner connection to love energy.

When we activate our heart, we facilitate an energetic connection called love energy.

This energetic connection comes from a surrender of rigid thinking and beliefs. It comes from trusting our intuition and hearts to guide us. We strengthen and trust this connection with time, intention and focus.

Love energy is pure and loving.

Love energy is never distorted. It’s experienced to a greater or lesser degree by everyone. It awakens by choice as we mature, value others and stop hiding from our truth.

I have written these last two blogs for awakening Feelers, Seekers, Empaths and Healers of the world….. for those who know and, for those who are now recognizing subtle energy dynamics as valid.

Love energy is pure, light and lovely. It doesn’t get hung up on right or wrong. It doesn’t judge. It allows us to create a moment, a day, a holiday, an event, a week, a vacation, a marriage and a life with ease, grace and joy. We discover love energy for ourselves by focusing and listening to our heart.

Love energy brings magic into present moments. In those moments, people feel lighter, playful, hopeful, happy and uplifted. It comes from clear intention, vision and inner connection.

How do you integrate love energy into your lives?

1 – Tune Into (See, Feel or Know) Your Desires. This is a bit trickier than we realize. What we desire is a thought that may be in direct opposition to our feeling Self. It’s important to keep questioning your answers till there is full agreement.

Your desires must feel right for you on all levels.There are many instances where people ignore their hearts. Other times, they like to please and meet the expectations of others. This means, we are making decisions against our own needs and desires. As such, it’s important to be curious, ask questions and listen to your heart’s desire.

Some questions include: How am I feeling?

What do I want to feel?

What do I want to manifest, live or lead?

How do I feel about it?

Why am I hesitating?

What do I know, feel and sense at this moment?

What is right for me?

By asking questions, you will notice what FEELS RIGHT and what feels not so right to you. If the answer, decision or direction you choose doesn’t feel right, you will continue to have it on your mind.

What feels right will always calm you. That means a lesser choice will keep that dilemma active within you. When you are living your truth, head and heart are in agreement and you feel at peace.

2 – Get Specific. Create the scene in your mind. What is the big picture? Stay with this scene and go deeper. What does it look like?

What are the colors? What is the feeling? What do you hear? Write down all this information. You will want to do this more than once.

This exercise brings in Spirit guidance for clues to following your path. Remember, this is the language of images and symbolism. This is another step in developing your capacity to receive guidance.

3 – Ask More Questions. How am I going to manifest this desire?

What is my next move? Put a tentative timeline together of tasks and initiatives. You may want to consult with an “integrated leader” or strategy person you trust. Ask the universe to assist you.

4 – Believe in Your Vision. It takes a higher order of convincing to bridge where and what you see in front of you today with what you wish to create in the future. In order to create it, you MUST BELIEVE Page | 114

that it’s possible. We do this by visualizing the outcome, your steps and the feeling of having already created the outcome. You will change as you bring this vision to creation. The transformation happens as you align with your vision.

5 – Take Bold Action. Pace yourself. Be confident. What is your first, second and third move? What is the purpose of each of these moves?

Who is responsible? What have you accomplished? What’s the next move? List all the necessary steps, tasks and projects. Note priority.

Keep space on your schedule for the unexpected.

6 – Review Your Progress. Flow. Confidence. Allowance. Watch for signs from the universe. Silence doubts or skepticism. Avoid expectation. Trust in divine timing. Acceptance is key. What is meant to happen will and what is not coming your way is a blessing in disguise.

7 – Adjust. Bend. Learn. Grow. Revisit your desires, plans and tasks to ensure you’re staying true to your heart. Continue to ask the universe to assist you. Stay non-judgmental and humble each step of the way.

Make sure to understand that challenges are meant to teach you. Keep your attitude positive and keep moving forward. Pause if necessary.

"For The Common Good of All" By Niann Emerson Chase

Most of us are grieved over the senseless brutality that some humans inflict on others. We are especially appalled at the acts of terror enacted on innocent citizens in regions that are not at war—bombings or mass shootings in the name of religion, politics, or some other ideology. Just as terrible are mass killings done for more personal reasons, by someone who is suffering from mental disorders of confusion, loneliness, anger, and revenge, with no ideology behind their murderous acts, just personal despair. These kinds of incidents, of which there are thousands worldwide, cause me to question at times whether we humans deserve to continue living on this troubled and endangered world.

Many of these atrocities have occurred in the U.S. in the last twenty or more years, and each time I hear of one, I am overcome with deep sadness and shock. One that has remained strongly in my mind and heart is the shooting of ten Amish girls in Pennsylvania in October 2006, while they were in school. This violence towards a gentle people resulted in five children dying, five seriously wounded, and the suicide-death of the shooter. Related to this horrifying mass murder Page | 117

is what followed, making me proud to be a human being and giving me hope for our conflicted world.

Some of the Amish parents and friends of the children who were shot attended the funeral of the man who had done this dreadful deed.

They comforted the murderer’s family and friends, assuring them that they held no bitter feelings and that they had forgiven the perpetrator who too is a child of God, though a lost one. The Elder who was the spokesman for the Amish immediately after the shooting incident made this statement to the clamoring reporters: “We must forgive and move on.” That is what these deeply religious people decided to do—forgive and get on with their lives. And getting on with their lives did not negate the long-lasting impact of their loss.

I think the Amish community of individuals was able to “move on” with forgiveness because of their understanding of the personal presence of a loving, merciful God and the reality of a spiritual aspect within each of us human beings. They can more easily live clean, peaceful, and environmentally-responsible lives because they realize and embrace some spiritual truths, which are practiced in their everyday lives.

The Amish in the “Pennsylvania Dutch” areas have been part of the American landscape and culture since the seventeenth century. They, like most alternative groups and cultures, have in their history suffered for their different ways and lack of compromise with the more mainstream culture. But because the Amish have been around for almost 400 years, they are not as persecuted as they once were.

People got used to having them around, and their lifestyle has remained basically the same for centuries. They are not growing in substantial numbers; they are not considered political or social activists; and they do not participate much in the mainstream society.

Basically, they mind their own business, obey the laws of the land, and are peaceful people.

I think what most Americans love about the Amish and other nonmainstream groups, who have become part of what is considered charming local color, is their gentleness and goodness. Their steadfast faith and loyalty to their beliefs is a testament for the majority in the mainstream that humans can create a society that is Page | 118

compassionate and decent, a society based upon some level of divine principles.

The presence of the Amish and other established religious groups lend not only a diversity to the American melting pot but a hope that if things get too tough there are the Amish and others to rely upon to save our world. (Note though, that most citizens of this country who appreciate the Amish are not joining them. In fact, usually the Amish are ignored except when traveling tourists may stop and buy some organic produce or distinctive crafts when in the Pennsylvania Dutch country.)

How the Amish responded to that particular tragedy is indeed an inspiring model for all people on this strife-torn world to look at.

Though the Amish live a lifestyle that may be considered by most “oldfashioned”—not using much (if any) machinery or technology and not being influenced by changing trends of dress and other aspects of our fashion-obsessed dominant culture—they have shown that they are more “progressive” than many when it comes to living by the universal laws of God the Creator within their own level of understanding reality.

What is Progress?

In the U.S., individuals with certain political leanings label their political opponents as “progressives,” which carries negative connotations. However, my use of the term “progressive” is from a much broader perspective that is not confined to one political party’s mindset. I personally consider most individuals or groups who have a level of understanding of some true spiritual meanings and who put them into practice to be “progressive” to some degree. And I believe that possibly many celestials perceive such situations similarly.

Now, that does not mean that all religious people are progressive, for note that I stated if they have an understanding of true spiritual meanings and put them into practice. As many individuals realize, many who tout religious language have no or very little understanding of the true nature of God and divine principles, and they most certainly do not put into practice those divine laws, though they talk a good religious talk.

The term “progressive” then applies to any idea, decision, and action that contributes to the actual moving forward of an individual, group, society, or civilization, progressing towards divine pattern, which is found on the three levels of reality—material, mindal, and spiritual.

In order then for progress—in its most expanded sense—to happen, there has to be spiritualized meanings and motives behind decisions and actions, whether in politics, religion, education, medicine, business, science, the arts, architecture, construction, or any other area of life. Within that context we can better understand the statement in The URANTIA Book: “Can you not advance in your concept of God’s dealing with humans to that level where you recognize that the watchword of the universe is progress?” (1) Unfortunately, the word “progress” has been cheapened by applying it mainly to financial gain, regardless of the costs to the environment, individuals, and society in general. I all too often hear: “You can’t stop progress,” when discussing the harmful effects of overdevelopment in an area, without concern for the negative ramifications on the surrounding community and natural environment. Irresponsible and unethical growth and development are not progress in the true meaning of progress.

My dear friend, Lah-May Bremer, reiterates what many of us in Global Community Communications Alliance(as well as other progressive people) have said. In her article “Radical Restructuring Needed” she wrote: “Humankind desperately needs leaders—real leaders—not those particular ones in power who have contributed in a big way to the many and immense problems on this planet. Every war, every famine, every environmental disaster, every corporate maneuver to control the world’s resources, etc. demonstrates the ineptitude of many current world leaders. The world needs strong, courageous, noncompromising leaders who can step in and provide direction to turn things around. We need leaders who are in tune with the laws of the universe and will of God—the Creator of all.” (2) Lah-May goes on to state that actual progressive leaders seek “in humility, what the all-knowing, all-present, all-powerful Creator is trying to lead them to do for the benefit of all of His creation.

Progressive leaders consider the whole of creation and apply that radical concept in every area of decision-making. A civilization that Page | 120

sustains life, love, cooperation, peace, and well-being for all people will need leaders who are the most spiritually-advanced. Those who are the most spiritually advanced do not concern themselves with religious traditions, dogmas, political parties, or other separating belief systems. They are concerned about people and their souls. They realize as leaders they are responsible for the development and actualization of those the Creator has entrusted them with.” (3) Note that the souls of people must be considered. In a true progressive civilization, the well-being of persons includes their material and psycho-spiritual status.

The Amish people’s acts of kindness, gratitude, humility, ministry, love, and forgiveness in the face of unjust brutality reflect some very important basic divine principles that should be practiced on all levels of conflict and confusion—whether within a family, a neighborhood, town, country, or internationally. These people of strong faith are true followers of one of the greatest Peacemakers of all who walked this world—Jesus. They, as Jesus would today if he were present in human form, allow the peace of the spirit to reign in their hearts and minds in spite of the crazed ways of retaliation that plague this planet.

In a civilization of light and life, retaliation is not considered progressive. In fact, it is considered primitive and barbaric.

How quickly those in our consumer-driven dominant culture grab up the language of the more progressive people, often referred to as the “cultural creatives.” (4) Those caught in the system of mechanistic materialism incorporate the language of cooperation and kindness into the regular rhetoric and jargon of their advertising and politicking, within the framework of their motives of selfishness, greed, and short-sighted visions. Words that had beautiful and inspiring original meanings are now cheapened as they become part of the newest fad or trend that continues to keep our civilization on its mad course of destruction.

For example, I have noticed that all kinds of businesses, big and small, as well as organizations and politicians are using buzz words like “community,” “family,” “sustainable,” “spirit,” “soul,” “diversity,” “heart,” “eco,” and “natural” to promote their products or ideologies that are not, in reality, related at all to the word used. Or if what is being sold is related, it is on a very superficial level, a level Page | 121

that does not bring the degree of change needed to solve serious problems. But it sure does sound good, and it soothes consciences and helps people stay comfortable remaining in a world that (as Omar Bradley once said) has “achieved brilliance without conscience.”

Omar Bradley was a general who commanded the U.S. ground forces in the liberation of France and the invasion of Germany in World War II. He declared after a time of deep reflection on the state of our world: “Ours is a world of nuclear giants and ethical infants.”

The Amish may not be scientific or economic giants, but they are indeed giants in ethics and practical peacemaking. Yet they too still need to make changes if they are to be part of the new civilization of light and life that will manifest at some future time. They are a beautiful culture, but their culture must become even more progressive, more proactive if they are to become powerful change agents in helping to reshape our world.

Necessary Confrontation In these times of the adjudication of the Bright and Morning Star versus Lucifer there must be confrontation of evil, just as Jesus openly and in righteous anger confronted the unethical and greedy business people in the courtyards of the synagogue and later the religious and political leaders who used the name of God to serve their own agendas that perpetrated a broken social and religious system.

Change agents shake up the status quo, which definitely needs shaking up. Numerous books have been written by progressive people of vision who understand at some level the seriousness and complexity of the world’s problems and realize that the dominant, economy-driven culture currently in control must be reshaped and restructured in order to save this world from ecological devastation and/or nuclear holocaust. Many of these progressive people realize that spirituality must be applied in all areas in order for a more cooperative and compassionate civilization to emerge.

We change agents of Global Community Communications Alliance (GCCA) make some people nervous, even angry in our culturebuilding, exposing of wrongdoing, educating of higher spiritual principles, and giving a vision of a civilization of light and life. Our Page | 122

existence makes some people uncomfortable because truth expressed in community living and in written and spoken language that encourages rethinking, reshaping, and restructuring shakes comfort zones, and many do not want to think or act outside of their established boxes. For those who do want to jump out of their boxes of conformity, they are inspired by change agents (of GCCA and other progressive groups) to aspire to become “cultural creatives” themselves.

Jesus said to be in the world but not of it. What does that exactly mean? What does that look like? I think that the Amish, in their decisions to remain simpler in their lifestyles and not be part of the industrialization and technolization of modern society, believe that is how they are in the world but not of it. And it is true that with industry and technology have come many problems, but also with this modernization have come many solutions to solving major problems in a fast-growing planetary population.

Along with the horrors of modernization are the wonderful achievements. In every era, every generation, there are the good and the bad that come with material and intellectual advancement. If spiritual meanings are not brought in and practiced in this advancement, then problems and horrors do arise.

As I wrote in another article: “We humans are a mass of inconsistencies and contradictions. It seems that we have within us the capacity to hate just as intensely and deeply as we can love, and we can be just as cowardly and compromising in our dishonesty and greed for power and materials as we can be courageous and noble in our willingness to put our lives, and egos, on the line for ethical and moral ideals. If humans do not tap into the spiritual circuitry innate within them, they can become crazed and brutal, or indifferent to other people’s suffering. If an individual, or group, or culture does not build ideals and values on spiritual reality (not human religious doctrine), then most humans will show their teeth in a brutish manner when scratched or squeezed,” (5) as many have done towards us in GCCA and other truly progressive groups, and as they did towards the Amish decades ago before the mainstream was comfortable with their presence.

It has been said that “what we do in the world flows from how we interpret the world.” (6) I say that individuals’ understanding of circumstantial reality and our memories of events are influenced by our premises, perceptions, and prejudices. If persons do not have an expanded understanding of spiritual principles or scientific data and are full of fear, resentment, disgruntlement, dissatisfaction, and so on, imagine how they perceive the world and their circumstantial reality. Scary isn’t it? If a leader of a nation surrounds himself or herself only with people of one mindset, say of a military mindset or a religious fundamentalistic perspective, the decisions of that leader can be pretty destructive and out of God’s divine pattern.

Walter Brueggeman, in his book The Prophetic Imagination, states: “It is the vocation of the prophet to keep alive the ministry of the imagination, to keep on conjuring and proposing futures alternative to the single one the king wants to urge as the only thinkable one.”

Within that context Jesus was a prophet, for he encouraged the ministry of the imagination and presented a vision of a much better world, what he referred to as the “Kingdom of Heaven,” which could happen through personal spiritual transformation of individuals, eventually resulting in a manifestation of a kinder and more cooperative civilization that was founded upon divine administration principles.

The University of Ascension Science and The Physics of Rebellion offers various workshops, seminars, and courses designed to expand progressive people’s understanding of divine administration principles, which need to be implemented in every area of civilization.

Terminology is introduced that is new or enhances already-existing concepts that describe and define what a future civilization of light and life will look like.

Back to Lah-May Bremer’s article referred to previously. She comments: “. . . let’s be honest and realistic—effective leaders need to have willing followers. If a radical, capable leader gives direction on how to unite to achieve the necessary goals, will we as individuals be willing to drop our own agendas for the common good of all? Would we be willing to make personal adjustments at all levels of reality—the physical, the mindal, and the spiritual—in order to help others meet their God-given destinies, not to mention our own? Would we be Page | 124

willing to forgo our getting what we want when we want it for lifestyles that are more sustainable to our planet? For example, would we accept eating mainly seasonal foods that are locally grown and produced? Would we be willing to take public transportation and perhaps cut down personal trips to once a week? Would we be willing to radically change our concept of housing and no longer pursue the Great American Suburban Dream and instead see the wisdom of community-based housing, even perhaps downsizing our living situation? Would we be willing to accept that there can be more to God than what our circumscribed religion and belief system currently defines, and then be open to expanded truths? These are just a few of the questions and challenges that each individual must face if we want to contribute to the survival of our species.” (7) To become those genuine spiritual leaders that our world so desperately needs in order to create an actual future cooperative civilization—true “peace on earth”—somebody has to begin to make such sacrifices and develop the self-restraint needed to sincerely serve others. As a great Hopi prophecy says: “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.”

"In My Defenselessness My Safety Lies" By Dr. Seema Khaneja

This week I deeply pondered the idea of how we ‘defend’ ourselves against the Presence of Love.

We think of defenses as military arms and weapons that countries stockpile to ensure national safety. Yet what about when we have been hurt in the past and we armor our heart to protect ourselves from being hurt again? Or when we feel the need to ‘defend’ our point of view to another. Or when we feel ‘defensive’ when a friend or another loved one may comment in a way we perceive is ‘negative’ about some aspect of our life.

As I was sitting in meditation and prayer asking for help with this, a beautiful lesson from A Course in Miracles floated into my awareness.

In my defenselessness my safety lies. (A Course in Miracles Lesson 153) When we first read the title of this lesson, it appears to be a contradiction. How can I feel safe when I practice defenselessness?

on’t I need defenses in order to feel safe? After all, if we look at the world, countries often engage in an ‘arms race’ so that they have the greatest number of weapons and military might to ensure national security. How possibly can letting go of defenses help me feel safe?

As I was reflecting on this lesson, a powerful narrative from my Indian mythological tradition came to mind. A story that I was first introduced to in my teenage years- the disrobing of Draupadi, a princess married to five brothers, the Pandavas (yes, you read correctly, she had five husbands… but that’s material for perhaps another blog post! ?)

For those of you not familiar with this tale, allow me to first give you a little background. The story of the disrobing of Draupadi is found in the Mahabharata – a major Sanskrit epic of ancient India, dating back anywhere from 8th c. BCE to 4th c. BCE. The Pandavas and Kauravas are cousins. (Their fathers are brothers.) The Pandavas are five brothers who can be understood as symbols of right conduct, or dharma. Their cousins, the Kauravas, who are a 100 in number according to legend, were untruthful, deceitful and representatives of adharma, or unethical conduct. The two families lived in Hastinapur, one of the great kingdoms of ancient India, which today still exists as a small, modern-day town in northern India.

Since their childhood days, the two clans of cousins don’t get along – for obvious reasons- and as they grow older, the gap of hatred and vengeance between them only widens. Now, even though Yudhishthira, the eldest of the Pandavas, epitomizes virtue and dharma, he has one great weakness, which is gambling. At a game of dice that he plays against Duryodhana, the eldest of the Kauravas, his gambling spirals out of control causing him to wager and lose everything- his land, his house, his brothers, himself, and even his wife.

Duryodhana, after defeating Yudhishthira and stripping him of everything, decides to take revenge, using Draupadi- the wife of the Pandavas- as the scapegoat. Previously, Draupadi had insulted Duryodhana when he accidentally falls into a pool of water. She mocks him, laughing with scorn and calling him blind, like his father, the blind Dhritarashtra, King of Hastinapur. Now, Duryodhana seeks Page | 128

vengeance and insults her- stating that she is no longer part of the royal family, but just a common maid, since her husband wagered and lost her in the game of dice. He has Draupadi mercilessly dragged into the royal court, yelling and screaming in protest, pulled and yanked by her hair.

We watch as Draupadi’s heart-wrenching protests and begging falls on deaf ears – amidst the great royal assembly, which includes all her five husbands, the Kaurav brothers, the blind King Dhritarashtra, and a host of elder relatives, court advisers, as well as spiritual teachers.

Some of the elders also beg King Dhritarashtra to stop this shameful spectacle. Yet the King is not just physically blind- he is also morally blinded by this attachment for Duryodhana, his eldest son, whom he cannot deny anything.

Draupadi clasps and clings to her sari with her hands yet to no avail.

No one can ‘defend’ her and none of her ‘defenses’ are working either.

With no other choices before her, Draupadi begins to let go and starts to pray to Lord Krishna, the representative of the Divine in the Mahabharata. Yet she still clenches a fold of the sari cloth with her teeth. Finally, she lets go of this as well. With folded hands, she continues to pray and now begins to chant Krishna’s name.

What happens next is a miracle- and the beautiful teaching that this story offers that resonates completely with the teaching of the lesson from ACIM that I referenced earlier.

In my defenselessness my safety lies.

Dushasana, the younger brother of Duryodhana, pulls and pulls Draupadi’s sari to disrobe, humiliate and shame her- but to his amazement and to the wonder of the entire court, the sari fabric seems to grow longer and longer, never seeming to end! No matter how much he pulls and unwinds the sari from Draupadi, there are yards and yards, and still more yards of fabric to unwind!

As Draupadi lets go of all defenses and surrenders herself completely into the hands of the Divine, we can feel the peace that begins to emanate from her. She is lost in the chanting and contemplation of Lord Krishna. The events continue around her: Dushasana continues Page | 129

to pull at her sari and the royal assembly watches in shame and embarrassment, heads bowed down and eyes averted- unable to ‘defend’ Draupadi. But she has plugged into this deep inner connection with Lord Krishna which miraculously clothes her in a seemingly endless ream of sari fabric, protecting her honor and dignity. Paradoxically, her safety arises not from her own defenses nor from any external source but from her Inner Source. And she cannot connect fully with this Inner Source until she completely lets go of all her defenses.

In my defenselessness my safety lies.

Eventually, even Dushasana and Duryodhana must accept defeat in front of Draupadi’s defenselessness and her choice to seek refuge in the Divine.

Defenselessness is not a stance of weakness. It is not about becoming a doormat or allowing oneself to be abused or treated badly. It is about seeking refuge in the Divine Source inside our hearts- that provides us with our true strength and protection, that is mightier than an army of a thousand soldiers. When we connect to this Source, we are protected, guided and assured of safety in all situations. And this is what we witness with Draupadi in this powerful story from the Mahabharata.

I invite you to pause and reflect.

Where in your life do you feel the need to defend? What triggers a sense of defensiveness in you?

Where in your body do you feel that sense of defensiveness- that sense of contraction and perhaps even a pressure?

Can you allow yourself to simply sit and explore this sensation?

Remember, you are not trying to ‘fix’ or ‘change’ anything outside or even within yourself. This is just an invitation to observe, explore and allow yourself to be present to yourself in a deep way. A way that can perhaps allow for a stance of softening around this defense.

"Conflicting Energies of the Holiday Season" By Elizabeth Chapman & Su Weber

Tis the season to get caught up in the insanity of shopping, parties, decorating, planning, and all the other things that are part of this time of the year. Whether you choose to celebrate Solstice, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or anything else, the frenetic energy surrounds us all right through to New Years.

Enjoying the twinkling lights and other decorations and being part of secrets is a lot of fun, but the external energy doesn’t match what is happening in the natural world in which we live. This can create all sorts of internal conflicts for anyone who follows our path; learning to connect with this natural energy and its ebbs and flows is often a big part of a personal spiritual practice.

We reached the peak of Dark Energy on the Solstice, and are now seeing the light increase slowly. The natural energy calls to us to close in, be more introspective, and most of all to slow down! Not taking this energy into account can lead to exhaustion or even depression at this time of year so planning ways to manage your own needs is vital.

Trying different things at this time of year may include taking some time periodically to do some introspective type of work, such as journaling or thinking about where you are in your practice and want to go next; keeping you and your family safe by limiting your exposure to those outside your bubble; getting some extra sleep; or taking some time throughout the day to sit quietly for a couple of minutes and just Page | 133

breath. Becoming aware of these energy differences that happen throughout the year brings us more in touch with our true selves and our connection to the All That Is. Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet” because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

"Beacons of Light December 2020 Time To Cast A Big Net” By Steve Rother Greetings, dear ones, I am Observer.

The Body Suit I join you this day with a vision of planet Earth, to help you see where you are in this beautiful game. You know, when you woke this morning, you not only got up and put your clothes on, but you put on a body suit. You put on the suit that you’ve designed for your journey on the gameboard. That body suit reminds you of the part you are playing as you regain consciousness from the sleep state. It is similar to having a bookmark of your life on Earth, for it reminds you where you left off and what you were doing. Your larger goals and beliefs, as well as emotional scars, are all carried within the body suit. It has been carefully aimed in a chosen direction. When you sleep you carefully place it aside, like a suit of clothes you hang up for the night.

You clean it and prepare it for the next day’s journey. It supports and protects you in the density of the game.

It a beautiful game, even with the contrast, yet it’s very challenging to see it as a game when you’re in the midst of it. There is an interesting part that has happened fairly recently. We’d like to help you become aware of it, and learn a little bit more about how to anchor this into your own lives. The energy has moved through planet Earth very quickly. As we’ve mentioned before, several years ago time itself Page | 137

started to shift and come together. Time is, and always has been, variable for individuals. Although that is not a problem, the collective vibration has been somewhat stationary in relationship to time but that is now changing ever so slowly. The human heart is on the rise.

Celebrate it, dear ones, and anchor it into your lives.

Humans naturally react in fear as they feel a change to their base energy. Reactions vary greatly, but the overall reaction to any fear is to step back. It’s actually an energetic fear, not a conscious one. What happens is that your energy field rotating in the form of a torus retracts closer to the body, then gets pulled back as it feels the shift.

Although that feels like protection in the short term, if the field is not re-expanded the person can become open to outside influence and even radicalization.

Treat Yourself Well – The Selfish-Self-First Equation You deserve to be comfortable on this planet. It’s very simple, you’re a spirit. You came from infinity, which simply means that you had everything that you could ever imagine. Then you come here and pretend to be finite, pretending to play the game as a physical human you’ve done amazingly well, but time itself has squeezed together over the last seven years. Now it seems to you as if everything is running shorter, with not quite enough time to do the same things you used to do. That’s a natural progression of age, as perception can change daily. Yet this is much more and widespread.

As the physical body experiences this squeeze, it feels threatened. So, the first thing it does is to bring in its own field and pull it tight around the body, circulating but not expanding at all. That is the action of being self-first, which is absolutely appropriate because it is an energetic survival instinct. It is also critical because you’re the only one that can do it. Many times, you think that becoming self-first is being selfish. Although the first initial actions may both look the same, they are different. A person who is selfish puts themselves in front of the energy line and cuts everybody else off. However, a person who is self-first fills their cup first, taking care of their own needs, so that they have more to give to other people. We tell you now that you deserve to have everything you need and more on this journey. Abundance is your nature, lack is a learned condition.

If you are taking care of others or are responsible for another, this can be a tedious balance. Know that these are very difficult times for many on planet Earth, so taking time to yourself can be a wise investment. We also tell you help is on the way on several different levels.

Much of this was caused by of the virus that has been on planet Earth, but if not, it would have been something much worse to accomplish it.

This could have resolved much faster with communication and unity, but in spite of that there are things coming which will start to help in many different areas. It is not just the virus and the deaths that have resulted, but importantly it’s the new connections and the internal light each of you have shown brightly. This is a time of heroes, dear ones. Humanity has been working on this collectively and the pressure has been building. Soon you will be able to see much more of what is ahead. So, we ask all of you to take care of yourselves and treat yourself well. If you have more energy, take care of the person next to you. If you can treat them well then it begins a chain of events, one heart to the next. Do that often.

Now let’s return for just a moment to what we talked about earlier, your energy field. Most people walking around on planet Earth are used to having a huge energy field, almost three feet across. You wake up and put on the body suit for the day ahead, then you find that your energy field has shrunk to about a half of what it was. With a little bit of practice and effort you can certainly expand that back out. This will become very critical in the days ahead, but it does take more energy now. With more alternate realities being offered on Earth to control people, just walking through daily life can be more challenging. Stay centered in a reality that empowers you without disempowering others. Pointing to anything as “the” problem is a misdirection of energy. In spirit everyone is deeply connected, even if the human part disagrees which reality they are living in. And that’s the good news here. There are many opportunities that look like they are starting to land around the third month of next year for a jump in human perception.

We’ll come back together to work with you, to be able to put more of a focus on it. But you should prepare now, and that’s what we wish to tell you today. You know, fishermen go out and cast their nets where Page | 139

they believe the fish are. And they pull those nets in with whatever catch they have, then they cast their nets again. Most of the time, dear ones, your energy fields have been taking only what is directly in front of you. Now it’s time to cast a much larger net, the big one, and that net will land around March.

Time to Cast It’s time to set all those nets into motion now. There are many opportunities to start a new project, a new direction or passion. Since the world has shifted, some may be changing jobs and careers. All these things are possibilities, but this is the time right now during the next several months to start casting well into the future. Instead of worrying about where your foot is going to land on the next step, we want to talk about where it’s going to land several months from now.

These are perfect opportunities to project yourself into the future for a short time and plant something positive. Plant something that you can grow, something that has to do with your passion and grounds you on this planet. That is a very critical piece, yet it’s difficult with so much going on. Most people are simply looking at the ground to see where their foot can land next. Look not just at March, but the months ahead of that.

Where will you be six months from now?

Four months from now, five months from now?

What would you like to start even now?

Those are very real possibilities as you create the larger picture.

Three, four or even five months from now, the energy waves that are coming through are opening up some of the possibilities and actually giving people a new breathing pattern. As you have noticed with the virus on planet Earth, many people have done whatever is necessary to dance through and not even address critical issues. The real cost of that virus is starting to show as globally economies attempt to re-set.

But that actually opens doors, so please don’t lose sight of that. Watch for these magical waves and plant the feeling of where you wish to be in a meditation, dream, or just a thought pattern. A mindful moment can now anchor your reality in new ways, but you have to cast a large net. It’s a time to think big and that’s one of the biggest points that we wish to share with you this day. Humanity has shifted some of the energy, but you’re still incredibly separated on planet Earth. It’s a Page | 140

rather fascinating process to see that, as duality is actually leaving.

Yes, it’s raising its head and rearing up for all that it can do and you’re seeing that process.

Universal Thought At this time on Earth, it’s all about finding a collective place to grow, to become empowered yourself and move into that creative aspect. All creativity comes from the same place, straight from home. In reality, everyone has the same ideas. It’s a conscious flow of universal thought patterns that move from one brain to the next very quietly.

Sometimes you’ll find yourself thinking very negative thoughts, or thoughts that you would normally not even consider. Dear ones, you are not responsible for each thought that flows through your brain.

You are responsible for the ones that stay there, so choose carefully.

Take a Breath There’s much taking place on planet Earth at this moment. Humanity is finding a deeper understanding of the larger aspects of spirituality.

Dear ones, each person to incarnate at this time has something to bring to the collective as it evolves. At some point you will be called into service. And if you simply look the other way and decide you’re not ready, it will come again. Again, and again, the reality is that those who need your gifts can see you and they know who you are. They may not understand it consciously, but if people fall into problems they will reach out. Many of you are the beings that they will reach to. In that opportunity, you propagate a global web of love. That is magical and it shifts your entire energy of everything that you’re working with. It’s time to look ahead and cast a big net.

Many of you are experts in several different areas. And some of you have come back right now from the future, for that magic is here at this moment. So, we tell you, dear ones, when you can stop looking directly in front of you, the magic is actually happening just before your foot hits the ground. Trust it. Look ahead months in the future.

"Channeling From Lord Maitreya" By Rev. Mychael Shane

Greetings My Children, We in Shamballa and in the universe are very much aware that the time you are in presently is filled with pressure, stress, anxiety, tension and financial turmoil. I implore you not to feel alone as an individual, for this is happening to everyone. The reason is there is a process taking place in the evolution of your existence. There has been a vibration, a life force, around you called the age of the male power. Now the power has changed to the age of the feminine power.

In order for you as a people and as a spirit to walk through the door of this change, it is required of you to remove all and everything that is connected to negative residue, such as anger, guilt, fear and sadness; to cut the chains once and for all to that which is not conducive to who you are. This is an “in time and on time� necessity. All of you will have to experience this in different capacities. In order to integrate into the feminine power, recognizing this has nothing to do with gender, more Page | 149

of an intergalactic spiritual life force and consciousness, one must learn to take responsibility. One must also create affirmations and everyday meditations allowing yourself to flow through the cosmic flame; cleansing your spirit so the connection to your physical will strengthen. Align your chakras so you may produce a higher level of an immune system allowing the species of human life to heal from all things. The physical is the easiest and the first to go, then we work on the mental, and then the emotional, which will be the hardest. Last but not least, you work and heal the spiritual; therefore, allowing the fleshy substance you call skin to dissipate; and an explosion of light, illuminating colors not yet experienced, will not leave the universe.

Once this energy calms you will notice you just created your light body, which will then for all eternity, connect to the vibrational body, body number eight. Now you will have the power to exist just like the angelic bodies. In your world, even very big problems are born of the fact that people attach all their energy to their own problems and reinforce them, when they do not take responsibility of themselves as individuals then but take the role of a victim. Man likes to remove the responsibility of his life to the spirit world, God, Christ, angels, fairies, gnomes, another person, whomever, and he is angry when nothing goes the way he wants anyway, and not even God fulfils his wishes! If man removes his responsibility outside of himself, he most certainly cannot affect his life, for then nothing is his responsibility. He can be peevish when nothing works but he does not have to ask himself ‘why’? As a victim, man can feel self-pity and bitterness freely, for the responsibility is then always somewhere outside of him. He is convinced that he cannot do anything about his life, so he has given himself a permission to be in his own state. A victim always has the right to defend himself but he never defends himself directly, for a victim sees that he has been allied against and has been attacked. A victim thinks that an attack is always insidious and comes from behind, when the victim gives himself, too, a permission to act in the same insidious way. A victim does not rise against things, for he does not see them as they are, but always manipulates behind the back and contents himself with his part, for he will never find out the truth.

Many victims remain very lonely and bitter in their position of a victim because other people disappear from around them gradually.

They do not understand the state of the victim because the reality is totally different, and they see this reality, when the interaction is distorted, and the bonds break little by little. The victim remains in his own bitterness and loneliness believing that he really has been treated wrong. Then he keeps on reinforcing his problem which is inside him. Everything depends on man himself all the time.

When mind is in chaos, emotions run wild and the body aches, man himself chooses on which he focuses his mind, and that which he focuses his mind on gets stronger. Very often people let states, things, mind, emotions or the body direct them, when a lot of unnecessary problems are born, for if one focuses one’s mind on the emotions running wild, the emotions lead and generate thoughts which are not real. When an emotion gets stronger, each thought it generates is less and less real, and when the mind is in chaos, it produces emotions which, for their part, affect the body. If man lets this go on, the state directs him, and ultimately the state has nothing to do with reality, when both problems and misunderstandings arise. Things cannot progress in this way although all the possibilities for it would exist.

In true love for oneself, there are different phases, and the phases that awake and rise are most essential and important. In every person, those phases rise that have remained unexperienced, and the state can progress in this way. In the person who has been a victim, “I” rises very strongly: ‘I need and I have a right’, when he starts defending his rights, and that alone tells about his love for himself.

Gradually, he will notice that that love also includes taking other people into consideration, when his attitudes and actions change completely. It is no longer about a state of a victim which is selfcentered, submissive and based on fear but a responsible confrontation of things as they are. It is honesty with love, for in it live realities and the ability to estimate what is suitable for me and what is not. Then the word ‘NO’ lives in it as well as the word ‘YES’. Man himself creates and directs his life with his own thoughts, and with his own relation to himself he also creates the way how the environment relates to him. Acceptance is liberation, for acknowledging emotions and accepting the state liberates, when the state can change. Only by realizing, acknowledging and accepting one’s state, one can take responsibility. The state is then free, and man can change it every moment when he wants.

Dear friends, I am the voice of Earth. I greet you all from deep within my heart, the center of this planet. You all are so dear to me, so cherished. You are welcome here on Earth. Reach out your hand to me, I am your partner. Together we enter into this dance of life.

Your light has taken the form of a body that was born and made out of me. I am the earthly elements that help you to take on that form and that nourish you. I myself am living consciousness. I am not dead, for with every step you take you can feel the flow of my life force beneath your feet. Feel my resilient, inexhaustible energy and allow it to nourish you. Let my bright, pure Earth energy flow up through your legs. My strength is both physical and ethereal. If you allow me to flow into you, not only will your body be strengthened, but also your mind.

I feed you with the inspiration you see everywhere in nature, the inspiration of life itself, which grows and blooms and goes its way without doubting itself. Have you ever heard of a flower that has doubts about her destiny to open and to show her gorgeous splendor to the world? Does the flower question whether it is free to feed itself from the soil of the Earth or to absorb the rain and sunshine? Have you ever heard of a flower that doubts if it may receive these things?

The flower receives more than just material nourishment. It also receives spiritual inspiration from the small ethereal creatures around it: the elves, the nymphs, the fairies that feed it, and encourage it, and praise it. What a joy, what an inspiration is present in nature! If you could see with my eyes, you would then see so much life and inspiration along every path in the forests that you would stand in wonder and let go of your despair.

There is so much love, vitality, and creativity on Earth. Connect with that life, with nature, and feel her presence in your body. You are also a flower of the Earth who may be nourished with everything it needs.

Feel your roots go deep into the soil. Feel the power in your legs and how that power connects you with the Earth. Let yourself take root as does a tree – imagine that you are a tree. A mature, tall tree with a Page | 155

crown that juts high into the air and catches all there is – wind, rain, sunshine – and takes in all that comes to it in quiet acceptance and surrender. The seasons come and go, and the tree, in its essence, lives in everything that becomes part of it – in every moment. No more and no less.

Descend farther into the trunk and down into the roots of that tree.

Go into the soil with your awareness and feel how the roots actually mirror a complete set of branches, but do so underground. Feel the life active there in the soil and the moisture. Feel the stability and strength of the roots and let go of the tension in your body. There is a root system in you that supports you. Your body is meant to carry you in this life, so trust that it can do so. Feel the natural rhythm of nature that you experience in the tree, and now feel that same rhythm in your own body and surrender to it. Imagine that everything you need at this moment is present in your life. You only need to open your eyes to it; to listen for the signals that come your way.

Let us now see what is going on in you and other people who experience themselves as highly sensitive. When you are overwhelmed by impressions from outside yourself that you cannot digest, you experience the burden of your sensitivity. And why is that?

Because, at that moment, you are taking in too much of what does not belong to you. You do not have a good connection with your foundation: your trunk, your roots. You could say you have too many branches at the top of your tree, and that causes the things inside you to move and sway too much. You can compare these branches to the higher chakras in your body: the energies of your heart, your throat, the third eye in your head, and your crown chakra.

At this time, there is much talk about a transformation on Earth, as well as in the entire solar system in which you dwell. There is an increase in light and awareness, and it is as a wave that engulfs you.

You knew this before you came to Earth in this life and you chose to be part of it. Indeed, you have been waiting for this event to happen for a very long time. As a soul, you are old and have lived many lives on Earth, and also on other planets and in other dimensions. There is a shift in consciousness currently taking place in this solar system and I, Earth, have participated in that shift.

So what does this shift mean? It means that all living beings on Earth are touched by an impulse, a call to awaken to a remembrance of who they are. You already sensed that impulse before you were born. You knew this was to be an opportunity to deeply incarnate on Earth and to bring clarity and balance to the old burdens you have brought from other lives – you did not come here as a clean slate. Burdens came with you when you were born, and in those burdens is pain: a feeling of being rejected or of not being understood. That pain originated from experiences you had earlier acquired on Earth. Pain has many layers and each chakra in your energy system has been touched by that old pain, which was triggered again in your youth in this life.

I want you to now go to where that pain is most deeply lodged, in the three lower chakras: the abdomen and root chakras. From your higher chakras, you can more easily connect with your innermost being – your soul’s light – because it is at this time that your soul’s light can be more easily touched and awakened. And this is also what you wanted to happen in your life: you had the desire for awakening, the longing to contribute to the change on Earth. But what you are not sufficiently aware of, at times, is the need to heal the pain that is especially lodged in the lower chakras, and to heal this pain with all the attention and, above all, the patience there is in you. Just focus your awareness on that part of your body: your stomach and abdomen, your pelvis and tailbone, and feel it as a whole. Let your breath descend into this part of your body, wherein is located the Home you need to come to.

I want to help you to experience a sense of security that you have missed, something that has not been available to you for a very long time. There is fear in you as a result of not being able to be yourself, of being different. Use your sensitivity to focus on that fear, and just be there with it. Ask yourself what you want to receive there: peace, relaxation, a feeling of security, a sense of belonging, the trust that you can unfold as does a flower? Do you want to be able to count on the natural powers of Earth, as well as of those of the Cosmos around you, to help and support you to be your natural self?

I want to make you aware of the change that lies before you, and that you are part of that change and can surrender to it. Many things will be arranged for you when you once again dare to surrender to a deep Page | 157

trust in me, Earth, and my creative forces. Surrender to it, and trust me and the light that currently flows through the Cosmos. It is time to stand up and to show your deepest inspiration to the world. The world needs you, and not the other way round. You do not need the world to be who you are; you are authentic and loving just as you are.

Put your roots deep down into the Earth and dare to take care of yourself. Love yourself in those places where you are anxious, worried, or uncertain. Look more deeply into your own pain and surround it with your healing energy. And look to nature to help you, for by connecting with me, you can also experience my healing energy.

Finally, I would like to make you aware that there is also help around you from the spirit world, both of Heaven and Earth. You are used to looking to ascended teachers and angels, but see that there are also guides present here on Earth. Those etheric elves, nymphs, and fairies are also there for you. See if you can feel them around you, because they are there. There are heavenly and earthly guides present here, and they all are dancing around you. They want to share with you their knowledge of joy and ease and what can happen when you trust in life.

You human beings are accustomed to trying to control and plan from your head and with your will. You think you need to get “a grip” on things to somehow keep them from “falling apart”, but nothing could be farther from the truth. As you align with your deepest feelings and with your heart, and you reach out to the help around you, then life is very clear and easy, and you realize what it is all about: that you are here to flourish and prosper and shine, to do what profoundly feels right for you. You are here to nurture yourself and to become a shining light, a radiant flower that stimulates others by its sheer beauty and joy.

Giving and receiving are one when you dare to receive, and to trust, and to spread the light that belongs to you: the light that wants to flow on Earth at this time. Trust and feel the help around you. You can feel the energy of the elves in your legs, but do not expect any ponderous advice from them.
