May’s full Moon rises on Wednesday, May 26! This full Moon will be the closest full Moon of the year, making it the second of two supermoons—don’t miss it! Plus, it will coincide with a total lunar eclipse in some areas. This month's moon is called “Flower Moon.”

"Sky Info For May 2021" May 6, 7 - Eta Aquarids Meteor Shower. The Eta Aquarids is an above average shower, capable of producing up to 60 meteors per hour at its peak. Most of the activity is seen in the Southern Hemisphere. In the Page | 15

Northern Hemisphere, the rate can reach about 30 meteors per hour.

It is produced by dust particles left behind by comet Halley, which has been observed since ancient times. The shower runs annually from April 19 to May 28. It peaks this year on the night of May 6 and the morning of the May 7.

May 11 - New Moon. The Moon will located on the same side of the Earth as the Sun and will not be visible in the night sky. This is the best time of the month to observe faint objects such as galaxies and star clusters because there is no moonlight to interfere.

May 17 - Mercury at Greatest Eastern Elongation. This is the best time to view Mercury since it will be at its highest point above the horizon in the evening sky. Look for the planet low in the western sky just after sunset.

May 26 - Full Moon, Supermoon. The Moon will be located on the opposite side of the Earth as the Sun and its face will be will be fully illuminated. . . This is also the second of three supermoons for 2021.

The Moon will be near its closest approach to the Earth and may look slightly larger and brighter than usual.

May 26 - Total Lunar Eclipse. A total lunar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes completely through the Earth's dark shadow, or umbra.

During this type of eclipse, the Moon will gradually get darker and then take on a rusty or blood red color.

Beltane or May Day

Beltane celebrated on May 1 marks the transition point from Spring to Summer on the Wiccan Wheel of the Year. This is the time of marking the return of vitality to both the Earth and the Sun. Blossoms on the trees are budding, and the daylight continues as we move toward the full power of Summer.

Wiccan mythology holds that the God and Goddess come together in physical union at this time, having reached full maturity in their growth over the Spring. Their coupling ensures the continued propagation of all life, as now the God will be reborn of the Goddess after he dies in late Autumn. It also symbolizes the coming together of masculine and feminine energies at work in all creation.

May Day or May 1st is a custom in England and elsewhere that has never died out entirely is dancing around the Maypole—a tall, wooden pole said to represent male virility. Typically, people gather flowers and green branches to decorate the Maypole, or else use brightly colored ribbons.

Fire is also a big focus at Beltane. The word “beltane” actually comes from an ancient Celtic word meaning “bright fire,” so it’s highly appropriate to include fire of some kind in your festivities. In ancient communities, all hearth fires would have been extinguished and a new fire lit. In this tradition the community was connected to each other by the sacred fire which was central to all.

"Sacred Geometry Secret of The Compass and Square"

The Silk Road, and more accurately The Silk Roads, spanned from China to The Mediterranean Sea, also connecting Persia, India and West Africa. The diverse peoples of the world were connected by the trade of invention, and resource and the exchange of ideas, even that of conceptual philosophy encompassing what many would call Sacred Geometry today. Through mathematical and geometrical concepts correspondence of spirituality of humanity can be found as well as the core lessons among them, the generation of ascension or progression of individuals and the whole of humanity.

The study of what many might call metaphysics or Sacred Geometry was also shared on The Silk Road. The study that was albeit unnamed as such, was often simply an underlying level of their main study of chemistry, alchemy, philosophy, mathematics, spirituality or other life pursuits. Sacred geometry is a natural study of patterns, or a study of natural relationships and their patterns. Sacred geometry is revealed and inspired in nature and verified in mathematics. Sacred geometry is illustrated in fractal correspondence of the massive and the miniature of all creation. Sacred Geometry is depicted everywhere in nature visually. And Sacred Geometry is applicable nearly in every situation principally.

Sacred Geometry assists revealing everything from building effective physical structures to comprehension of an effective meditation mindset. The study of Sacred Geometry enhances our comprehension of the physical and the metaphysical, perhaps Sacred Geometry alone is an effective means towards comprehension of the correspondences of the physical and spiritual.

The Ultimate Sacred Geometer of The West is Thoth. Thoth is the Egyptian god of writing, of culture, of science, of mathematics, geometry, and all of all knowledge and wisdom. Thoth is the ultimate geometer of the physical and spiritual realms able to transmute between the spiritual and earthly realms. Thoth, the godly scribe, measurer and sacred geometer is often depicted writing on a tablet or holding a measuring stick.

Of all the world perhaps the most amazing geometers to have ever existed were in Egypt, evident by the creation they generated. Those who designed and generated the Great Pyramid and the other pyramids of The Giza Plateau, and The Giza Plateau itself were the ultimate builders arguably. This culture of vast knowledge and wisdom as apparent in the physical creations of metaphysical proportions attribute Thoth as the God who inspired such manifest Sacred Geometry.

The Thoth energy manifests with Hermes as well , the Greek version of Thoth. Both are known as or given the title of the trismigistus, the thrice great. This title was not only shared by Thoth and Hermes, but also was possibly attributed to various practitioners who developed philosophical and metaphysical mastery as a Sacred Geometer if you will.

What is the meaning of this trismigustus, thrice great? There is a story about how Thoth helps Ra. Most stories present Thoth as the problem solver of the Gods. The Eye of Ra, the feminine counterpart of Ra, leaves Ra due to a disagreement. Ra enlists Thoth to bring back The Eye of Ra, with wisdom and subtlety and not with force. Thoth Page | 19

obliges Ra and uses his mastery of communication to convince The Eye of Ra to return to Ra. Thoth is successful, but has to call for her 1,077 times. This number is not insignificant. This is 3 degrees shy of 1,080. 1,080 is 10 multiplied by 108. 1,080, 1,008 are celebrated for their properties having to do with 108.

The 108 relationship is powerful as a numerological correspondence alone, but the real significance as to what the thrice great, trismigisutus title might have meant is that 1,077 is 3 degrees shy of three full circles of 360 degrees. The title trismigistus was given to those who have mastered the spiritual realm, the earthly realm, and the human realm, full circle. This trinity in part signifies masterful comprehension of the physical, the metaphysical, and own human psyche. It reveals this mastery comes about without edginess, with patience, possibly in a non-linear manner, in subtlety, and also contains a mannerism that is so near endless a process of refinement that there may be 1,077 or 1080 degrees of refinement towards the godliness generative quality of Thoth Trismigistus, The Sacred Geometery of The West.

The trismigistus title beckons to the thrice great pursuit individuals can take and is reminiscent of the three degrees of Freemasonry. The Freemasons use the third degree title by way of three degrees or levels within their groups and adopt the symbolism of the compass and square eluding to their having to do with sacred geometry, and selfdevelopment in line with the thrice great, the sacred geometer of The West, Thoth. Of course, such thrice great pursuits have nothing to do with a group, even groups adopting Sacred Geometry symbolism. The pursuit of the thrice great is yours.

"Why Men Suffer" By Barry & Joyce Vissell

I recently finished leading an online men’s retreat. Although I long to lead an in-person retreat, it was surprisingly powerful. Every one of us got deeply vulnerable and, because of this, shared a profound love and brotherhood. There emerged a kind of kaleidoscope of men’s issues, each one of us speaking a fundamental issue that was very relatable to all of us. Each one of us shared pieces of the puzzle of why men suffer.

Of course, most of what I will share can apply to women as well. But many of these issues are particularly relevant to men. What follows are not, of course, all the ways men suffer, just a sampling.

1.“I’m not good enough!” So many men suffer with this belief. So many of us have been told this in our formative years by often angry parents, teachers, older siblings, or friends. Something we have done did not live up to the expected standards of someone else. But how could it? We were children, just learning skills. No way we could get it right the first time or times. We needed to hear, “Nice try,” or “Let me help you with that,” not “You’ll never amount to anything” or “Can’t you do anything right?” Even though we know better, so many of us still carry this “not good enough” message deep in our souls. But we’re more than good enough. We are not our actions. We are blessed beings. We are not human doings. We are human beings! We are light in human form.

2.“I’m afraid of rejection!” So many men are afraid to take initiative, especially in our relationships. We may look big and strong on the outside, but inside we are too often scared of being rejected, not understood, or even mocked. So we often don’t take the risk to offer our love, to appreciate a loved one, initiate something special, or give the world our creative gifts. Okay, we can’t please everyone, that is true. But take some risks with others and find out that, more often than not, your gift will be welcomed.

3.“I’m not successful enough!” “By this time in my life, I should have accomplished my goals, and felt better about my life.” Often, this is about money, as if having more money means I’m more successful.

But, as the saying goes, when I’m dying, will I wish I had more money? Or will I wish I’d given my relationships more loving attention? Our real success in life is measured by how much we have loved and been loved.

4. “I’m too critical!” True, we may be too critical of others, holding them to some higher standard. But this is always because we are too critical of ourselves. So let’s do the harder work, and look inside ourselves to the ways we put ourselves down. the-art-of-forgiving-your-mistakes/ for the full story): Whenever you make a mistake of any size, put your arms around yourself, hug yourself, and say these words using your name, “______, you just made a mistake, but you’re still beautiful and worthy of love.”

5.“I’m not man enough!” Usually, that means I’m not strong enough, decisive enough, but often it means I’m not sexual enough. As men, we have often grown up with the illusion that men always need to be strong. The word “virile” has historically only been applied to men with strength and a strong sex drive. Several of the men in the retreat have been through prostate cancer, and are alive because of treatment, but have mostly lost their sexual function. For most men, sexual virility is the definition of manhood. But I beg to differ. The real definition of manhood is kindness, generosity, and forgiveness.

This is my new definition of virility!

6.“I’m failing as a dad!” Sadly, a lot of fathers feel this, especially fathers who work full-time in jobs that rob them of energy, so when they can be with their children, they are just too tired. Then there are dads of grown children. Here’s a secret: children of any age still need your love, your appreciation, to know that you’re proud of them, and (the big one), that you need their love too.

7.“I don’t feel enough!” For many men, their “go to” emotion is anger, but anger (sometimes hidden in “frustration” or “irritability”) is a surface emotion, a cover for a wide range of emotions underneath.

Yes, men also feel fear, sadness, shame, and many others. Like I said, in the men’s retreat, it was the expression of our vulnerabilities that opened everyone’s heart. It is your undefended vulnerability that makes you most attractive to others. Try it and see.

8.“I’m messed up because of physical violence.” Yes, many of us men have experienced physical violence while growing up. I certainly have.

And many of us have some degree of PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). I do. Sometimes, I fantasize about some imminent act of violence about to happen to me. Does it happen? No. Is there a stress response in my mind and body? Of course. Do I let it stop me in my tracks? Sometimes it has. When it does, I feel the feelings, including the fear, recognize the PTSD response, and then take a deep breath.

9.“I’m living on autopilot.” Yes, life can become predictable, even boring, without doing the deeper work on yourself. Too many men feel like robots, going through the motions of life, and not really living their lives. But you can do something about that. You can take more risks in your relationships, and find ways to improve your health. You can find a good therapist, a men’s retreat, a class, anything. Shake things up by changing your pattern, your schedules.

10.What’s the point of life anyway.” Each of us has a purpose here on earth, a gift to give, and love to give and receive. It’s worth anything to find out your unique purpose. I invite you to open to a spiritual dimension, no matter how old you are. Learn to meditate and pray.

"Really Disappointed In Me" By Melissa L. Watkins

Well peeps! I have been struggling with that green eyed monster: jealousy! I am seeing people succeeding and working at their passion and all I want to do is climb into mine and not look up!

Unfortunately, I have commitments and responsibilities that no one else is going to fulfill. So, here I sit, having taken a personal day, typing out my angst because of how disappointed I am in myself for having these feelings and allowed myself to get back to this place.

I thought because of the work I do on a daily basis with spiritual practice that I had overcome these basic emotions…ha! I am here to tell you that allowing myself to be dragged down emotionally, physically and spiritually by working at a job that is sucking the life out of me because other people think I ‘should’ be working a ‘regular’ job that I have let myself down and the jealousy has reared its ugly head with thoughts of “why not me?” and “how come I can’t?” and the list goes on and on….

Almost to the month, a year ago I was living my best life. Doing what I felt was right for me. It was not the ‘norm’ by societal standards, but I was helping people on a daily basis and focusing on what was good for me emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Eating right, walking and meditating daily. I was in good shape: metaphorically and physically. I loved my life!

How did I fall so far off the wagon? I allowed the negative Nellies and others’ expectations crawl back into my life….why? oh why?

And, by doing so I have lost: emotionally, financially and spiritually. Well, folks this is my wake up call for me and you!

No more allowing others’ expectations, words or deeds to affect my actions! I am going back to doing what is right for me…this might not be right for you, not working a socially acceptable ‘job.’

But for me it is the only way to follow my intuition and guidance that has brought me on this journey of self-discovery and happiness. We are finishing our commitment and then back to the grindstone: creating, meditating, walking, eating right and most of all following the Divine guidance that has brought me on this journey of learning, growing and self-discovery! I can’t wait!!

I am so excited!!!

As Oprah says, “What I know for sure is” following your path, intuition and growth process is the only way you will find satisfaction and happiness in your own life. Don’t let the fear of what anyone else thinks or expects of you to affect your decisions.

That will only bring you tiredness, crankiness and dissatisfaction with all areas of your life.

"Who Do Pagans, Heathens and Witches Worship?

Sometime back another journalist colleague casually asked me as a witch: “Do witches and pagans believe in a God?” My answer went something like this: “Yes, of course we do! We’ve got gods by the bushel! But think of it as one all-inclusive god-like-force of consciousness that permeates all the universes as well as all the when’s and where’s. The god force has multitudes of venerated GodGoddess attributes and aspects recognized by all the tribes of humanity, adding up to more than 33 million. Trust me; there are plenty of faces of the god force for everybody!”

How big is your God-Goddess? Think of the tremendous all-inclusive God force as the trunk of a great tree. All the branches on that tree are great pantheons of various God families and clans; all the small branches and twigs are the millions of other faces of God. Of course, I borrowed the 33 Million Gods reference from Hinduism.

Over the years I’ve found that the concept of so many gods and goddesses is a real mystery especially to people in western culture. Of course, here in the west, the vast majority of people are grounded in the monotheistic Abrahamic faith traditions of one God. Page | 35

Unfortunately, many people in our western society tend to view the concept of polytheism as nothing more than fantasy or mythology worthy of comic book material. Yet, a significant population of our world, worships someone else other than the God of Abraham.

Which brings us back to pagans, heathens and the witches. Who do we worship?

The answer is just about anybody we as Individuals feel called to. If you were to visit a ritual with my friends at the Aquarian Tabernacle Church in Washington State, you most likely are going to hear Arch priestess Belladonna Laveau invoking Goddesses from the ancient Greek religion like Hera, Demeter, Athena, Artemis, Aphrodite, Hephaestus, and Dionysus.

If you were to visit one of my Nuevo Egyptian rituals you more than likely would hear me invoking deities from the ancient Egyptian religion pantheon such as the Goddesses Tefnut, Nut, Nephthys, and Isis.

Visit some of my heathen friends who practice in the Norse, Northern Shamanic and Asatru traditions, and you’ll likely hear the Goddess names of Freya, Frigg, Gefion, Idun, Sif, and Sigyn.

On the other hand, if you were to sit in with any number of hundreds of individual solitary practitioners in the Upstate New York area. I’d dare say you might hear the name of a specific Goddess but just as likely you might just hear the practitioner invoke a simple and humble, “Dear Goddess, please visit my sacred space and fill my heart with your divine presence.”

For years I’ve heard craft teachers tell their students to research various Gods and Goddesses from multiple pantheons and traditions.

The idea is that sooner or later one or several of them and their qualities will resonate with the student.

I have observed that when a student makes that special connection with their particular face of deity, there is an affectionate bonding of sorts. Pagans and Heathens generally have a very different view of Page | 36

our Gods and Goddesses.

Rarely will you hear a Witch, Pagan or Heathen say, they grovel on their knees before their deity. For many of us, it’s more like a loving mutual embrace between a parent and an adult child.

Some of you have by now noted that I’ve respectfully referred to Goddesses exclusively. As I am a woman, my acknowledgement obviously leans toward the feminine. I assure you there are plenty of male practitioners in all of the Pagan, Heathen and Witch traditions.

Their spiritual relationship with their pantheon’s Gods is similar yet different. Let’s suffice it to say it’s about male mysteries.

Perhaps the reason so many people have fled from traditional mainstream spiritual paths is that they were desperately looking for a different spiritual message. Maybe they were seeking a choice in their face of the divine. In closing I must assure you, there are plenty of faces of deity to choose from.

"The Chan Si Jing Energy Of A Silk Cocoon" By Alan Sims

Taijiquan is a system of health, energy cultivation, and self-defense.

Although this article is titled 'The Chan Si Jing', the actual purpose here is to offer an actual exercise to develop subtle energy.

See the video at the bottom of Alan and also at sifumag.com, The demonstration in the video is an exercise in which I am tracing the Taiji diagram while walking. The times on the video are shown in which this takes place. The key or at least one method of practicing this type of energy is in the tracing of the Taiji diagram. In Chinese the word JIng or sometimes Chin, is translated to English as energy.

There are many energies in Taijiquan. Fa Jing [explosive energy], Ting Jing [listening energy], are two of the many that exists. Most are applied in the execution of techniques and are quite varied. In Ba Gua boxing, great emphasis is placed on the eight triagrams. The eight triagrams are simply three short horizontal lines arranged in eight combinations. Ba Gua translated means eight triagrams. Often in Taijiquan literature, the Taiji symbol, which is usually depicted as a circle which is half black and half white with what looks like an S or a curved line down the middle and one dot in each half of the circle.

Very often, surrounding the Taiji diagram are the eight triagrams.

Whereas Ba Gua boxers [martial artists] are known for walking around a circle [of whatever size they choose], and practicing different hand and foot positions, my former instructor Larry Banks had an interesting idea. In the art of 'Shadow Boxing' [Chinese slang for Taijiquan], there are eight fundamental techniques. Larry and I Page | 42

saw that inside of the tracing of the Yin-Yang symbol, Ward-Off, Roll Back, Press, Push, Pull Down, Split, and Elbow are all present and seen. The actual tracing of the Yin-Yang symbol is usually started from the bottom from 6 o clock to 12 o clock with an S [forward or backward] back to 6 o clock and back to 12 o clock but on the opposite side back down to 6 o clock.

Although this exercise is smoothly performed, the energy obtained is quite powerful. you may be able to practice it at night and go right to sleep. I threw myself into the practice early one evening after shortly learning it and could not sleep. These types of practices can decrease stress, anxiety and depression, improve mood, improve aerobic capacity, increased energy and stamina, improved flexibility, balance and agility and improved muscle strength and definition. Find a local teacher of any type of these practices like Tai Chi or Qigong to help build your strength and health especially during these times.

I would like at this time to thank Larry Banks and to Marsha Rosa [previously Rosa], Bob Arietta, and all of the students of the late Master Jou Tsung Hwa About Alan Sims: Alan was a student at the Tai Chi Farm. "Clarity About These Challenging Times"

By Patricia Cota-Robles These are interesting but often challenging times that have caused a lot of confusion and fear among people. When we witness the turmoil that has been unfolding in the United States of America and many other places around the World, we logically wonder “How could this be happening when there are so many people invoking the Light and focusing on Cocreating the New Earth?” Today, the Company of Heaven is giving us a perspective that will help us to comprehend what is actually occurring amidst the chaos.

First and foremost, the Beings of Light want us to KNOW that every single request for Divine Intervention is heard and immediately responded to in alignment with the highest good for all concerned by our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven. The reason that profound Truth is not as obvious as we would like it to be in the outer world is because there is a process involving Universal Law that must be honored before the physical manifestation of our Light-filled and Heart-based requests will occur.

This Universal Law commands that in order to clear the way for our invocations, everything that conflicts with the Light and the patterns of perfection we are invoking must be pushed to the surface and Transmuted back into Light. The process of pushing the negativity to the surface begins immediately. The confusion lies in the fact that it often takes a while before the evidence of the changes we are invoking is visibly manifest in the physical plane. This does not mean, however, that simultaneously our request for Divine Intervention is not happening. In fact, the surfacing negativity is often used as the vehicle Page | 45

for the Divine Intervention we are invoking.

Due to the need of the hour and the fact that the I AM Presence of every person has now fully integrated into our Earthly Bodies, the Company of Heaven is revealing very specific information designed to give us greater clarity about the purging process we are experiencing.

This information may be difficult for some of us to hear, however, the Beings of Light are asking us to be objective observers, to invoke our I AM Presence, and to expand the Flame of Illumined Truth within our Heart Flame as we listen to the following words.

We are asked to begin this sharing by remembering this Divine Fiat from our Father-Mother God: “KNOW the Truth and the Truth will set you FREE.” Notice that statement is not “The Truth will set you FREE.” It is “KNOW the Truth and the Truth will set you FREE.” Our I AM Presence and the Flame of Illumined Truth will help each and every one of us to release and Transcend the corrosive residue of our human ego which, at this time, is using the fear-based illusions and often hate-filled deceptions of “us versus them” to adversely control and manipulate us either deliberately or inadvertently.

Since our fall from Grace, our fear-based and fragmented human ego has manipulated and controlled us so effectively that we developed the destructive habit of using pain as our motivator. As long as we are comfortable we will stagnate forever. It is usually when we are experiencing a great deal of pain that we finally say this is not okay.

Only then do we decide we need to do something drastic to make some major changes in our life. Unfortunately, without the Divine Intervention of our I AM Presence we usually decide what changes to make from the lower consciousness of our pain and suffering which is always distorted by a belief in separation and duality.

With the Birth of 2021, the Company of Heaven revealed that the focus for this incredibly important year will be the completion of the self-destructive illusions of separation and duality, thus clearing the way for the tangible manifestation of Unity Consciousness. This level of Enlightened Consciousness reflects the Heart-based patterns of Oneness and Reverence for ALL Life. What this means of course is that everything conflicting with Unity Consciousness must be pushed Page | 46

to the surface and Transmuted back into Light.

We have seen the acceleration of this painful purging process for several years, but on January 6th this incredibly challenging expression of Humanity’s fallen consciousness was thrust to the forefront of Global attention in the most abhorrent way by events in the United States of America. On that day thousands of our sisters and brothers, incited by the gross deceptions of some of our leaders and motivated by hate and anger, stormed the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. with the intent of overthrowing the Government and assassinating the Vice President and members of Congress.

The Company of Heaven has revealed that the participants of this catastrophic Insurrection were either consciously or unconsciously manipulated by etheric records and memories from their past illusions, false beliefs, mind control, fear, anger, various delusions that their violence would somehow help, and very destructive outerworld influence from the forces of imbalance.

For some people the intent of this horrific act of violence was to create a civil war that would claim the USA for the white supremacists. For others the lies they were told about unsubstantiated voter fraud was the motivation for their actions. For many more the illusion and manipulation occurred when they allowed conspiracy theorists to program their minds with a cult like consciousness. These theorists filled their thoughts with bizarre and erroneous beliefs that indicated Donald Trump was somehow our savior and would rid the United States of America from all evil. This belief was perpetuated in spite of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

What the Beings of Light from the Realms of Illumined Truth are revealing to us now is a positive result of the horrific events that occurred at our Nation’s Capitol on January 6th. On that day, as billions of people around the World focused on the “Spiritual Celebration of Epiphany” which metaphorically represents Humanity’s Awakening and Enlightenment, the I AM Presence of every person on Earth was able to accomplish a Healing that FREED us from a critical aspect of our human ego’s oppressive manipulation Page | 47

and control which has been affecting us adversely for lifetimes.

During the terrifying Insurrection that occurred in the USA, the shock and horror of what was happening in America caused Humanity enmasse to spontaneously create the vulnerable Heart-space that allowed the I AM Presence of every person on Earth to remove the “Veil of Illusion” that has allowed the oppressive mind control and mass hypnosis by our wayward human ego to control and enslave us for lifetimes.

Aeons ago the “Veil of Illusion” placed over our conscious mind by our human ego blocked the Truth of our I AM Presence. This veil perpetuated our ego’s ability to trick and deceive us into doing its bidding. Now, that veil no longer exists and millions of people in the USA and around the World are in the process of Awakening to the profound Truth of their I AM Presence.

The Company of Heaven said it will take a while for the shock of this Truth to register in the conscious mind of all of the people who were deceived by the hypnotic mind control of their fallen human ego and the forces of imbalance. They said there will be denial, resistance, anger, confusion, disappointment, embarrassment, humiliation and feelings of failure. The Company of Heaven has made it quite clear, however, that all of those feelings are counterproductive and irrelevant.

What matters now is that we KNOW and ACCEPT that we are FREE from the entrapment and mind control of the “Veil of Illusion”. This means that we can now move forward in the Light unimpeded by the destructive influence of that residue from our fallen human ego.

Precious Hearts, during this specific Healing and Awakening process, our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven are asking all of us who KNOW the TRUTH of this Celestial Sharing to join forces with them and to hold our sisters and brothers who are struggling with this information in our arms of Light as we flood them with Compassion, Divine Love, Healing, Patience and Understanding.

What is Cartomancy? According to Wikipedia - Cartomancy is fortune-telling or divination using a deck of cards. Forms of cartomancy appeared soon after playing cards were first introduced into Europe in the 14th century. Practitioners of cartomancy are generally known as cartomancers, card readers, or simply readers.

Cartomancy using standard playing cards was the most popular form of providing fortune-telling card readings in the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. The standard 52 card deck is often augmented with Jokers or even with the blank card found in many packaged decks. In France, the 32-card piquet stripped deck is most typically used in cartomantic readings, although the 52 card deck can also be used. (A piquet deck can be a 52-card deck with all of the 2's through the 6's removed. This leaves all of the 7's through the 10's, the face cards, and the aces.)

In English-speaking countries, the most common form of cartomancy is generally tarot card reading. Tarot cards are almost exclusively used for this purpose in these places.

"Are You Ready To Nudge The World To A Better Place?

~ Asks Anthony Talmage How do you describe colours to a person blind from birth? Or a Beethoven symphony to someone who has never been able to hear?

All you can do is use metaphors that will have some relevance in their world. But even then the picture will at times be shrouded in fog.

How much more difficult than to discuss occurrences, entities, phenomena, realms, dimensions, anomalous behaviours and so on beyond the normal limits of our understanding? All we can do is select metaphoric approximations and leave it to our minds to make some sense of it.

All things past, present and future are everywhere. In us, through us and around us existing in different dimensions. We are interconnected with everything - to the end of eternity. Our every thought reverberates around the cosmos, affecting it forever. The human consciousness has a power beyond our understanding. Everything from the most distant star, to our own bodies and minds, are made of discrete packets of energy with their own, unique frequencies, harmonizing in one, eternal celestial symphony. Every molecule of our beings is playing notes heard across the heavens.

We influence ‘out there’ and ‘out there’ influences us, which is where inspiration, music, art, inventions, new ideas come from. We are on the verge of a consciousness explosion that will propel humankind onto the next level of evolution and each life has a unique part to play in this cosmic plan.

The wonder of all this is obscured by our mechanistic view of life in which what we can see, hear, touch, smell and taste dominates.

It is the world of the so-called paranormal that reminds us that we are surrounded by powers that exist beyond our five senses but which can, and do, have a profound effect on our daily lives. In fact, without our realizing it, these powers are manipulating us in a never-ending battle of psychic wills.

Just as radio and TV signals are invisible but you know they are there, there are resonances all around us. These resonances convey mysterious forces that some scientists reluctantly agree are there but have yet to be proved under laboratory conditions.

However, clues can be found in psychic and anomalous phenomena, the effects of which are there for all eyes to see and wonder at. Take poltergeists, for instance. For centuries, thousands of rational, sane people around the world have witnessed apparently miraculous happenings associated with these ‘noisy ghosts,’ which have defied explanation. Somehow, energy is being manipulated by unseen forces in a way that cannot be reproduced, despite the best efforts of 21st Century science.

We humans arrogantly believe that we are in control of our own destinies, while in fact we are being buffeted daily by influences we are not even aware of. In many ways we are like pieces on a chessboard being moved about by some kind of cosmic Grand Master.

But, it is possible to regain control and harness these forces. While the ‘Grand Master’ knows the future, reality is unfolding like some celestial drama with each of us conjuring each scene with our free will. But the choices we make are already known.

My journey into the world of the Unexplained began with a casual interest in psychic happenings. The more I read, the more intrigued I became. An amazing variety of strange goings-on occur every day in some part of the world. But, apart from causing a mild interest, it does not change our lives. Tabloid newspapers print sensational stories, which are quickly overshadowed by the latest celebrity sex scandal or some other lurid story.

But, to me, those accounts of UFOs, Out Of Body Experiences, angels and demons, precognition, elementals, other dimensions, reincarnation and so on provided intriguing glimpses of other worlds where our laws of physics seem not to apply.

Respected researchers have authenticated many of the manifestations but no-one has been able to explain the How’s? And the Whys? How do solid objects like stones or gold rings materialise and dematerialise in poltergeist activity or at séances? How can a body defy gravity and levitate? How can a child of six beat a computer in complex mathematical calculations?

So started 40 years of research that took me on a labyrinth trek down the highways and byways of the weird and wonderful. Gradually, I refined my analyses and was intrigued to note that there were some common threads linking disparate phenomena. I found important clues in the work of some of humankind’s greatest minds, ranging from Albert Einstein to biologist Dr Rupert Sheldrake.

Then a Eureka! Moment occurred and I was sure I had discovered the psi equivalent of Einstein’s Theory of Relativity. There followed a journey through space, time and other dimensions. My mind whirled with arcane theories like Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle, the Page | 56

"Support Independent Tarot Readers and Psychics" By Leticia FerrerRivera

I am sure that you have heard about those commercial Psychic lines where people pay per minute and they are in a hurry to get the message out of the Psychic. The callers will get charged a bigger amount per minute if they pass the time under the first part of the initial offer. Well, this is why is so important that you read this article, so you can understand why is critical that you call or visit your independent Psychic or Tarot Reader of your choice.

Let me tell you the facts. When I first started doing Psychic Readings, I looked for a place who could hire me in order for me to make some extra money. The first place I worked for paid me .30 cents per minute and the owner of the line sometimes was so unfair that when she had an offer going on, the customer will pay a really low price, so she paid me 10 cents for one entire call. It took only one time for her to do that, and I started looking for other lines and never connected Page | 58

myself again to that one.

The second line I worked for paid me 40 cents per minute and I was able to use my Bilingual skills as they sent me customers who spoke Spanish and other who spoke English (or it was the second easier language for them). This line will not send a check for less than $10.00 and for the entire week, I sometimes made $20.00. I will connect myself for long hours and maybe get 1 or 2 calls. The clients will want to push the reading to be as fast as possible because they only wanted to pay the rate of $1.99 per minute for the first 5 minutes of the call. It was really hard to do a great reading because people will even yell at me telling me “all I want to know is if he is cheating on me yes or no, be quick!”. People had no idea how a Tarot Reading works.

They also made me ask for the date of birth to each customer, even though I am not an Astrologer. I never find it necessary to ask for a date of birth for me to deliver a great reading for my clients.

Recently, I saw in one of the Tarot groups I am a member of in Facebook, people talking about how horrible is that some of the lines will not send them a check until they make at least $100, and for some Psychics it takes about 3 months for them to receive the payment after being connected to the line for so long. They will only be receiving 1 or two calls and sometimes nothing per day. This means that I was not alone. I actually stopped working for the second line more than a year ago and dedicated myself to my own website and my own business. If I do a reading, I get the entire income for me and my business and my customers never ever will get charge extra because we pass a couple of minutes after in order to close the call appropriately and have some bonding between the Psychic and the client.

To me and to many other Tarot Readers and Psychics, it is important to develop a great relationship with our clients so they can be supportive in the long run. We love serving you as you deserve, with respect, good energy, and great customer service. Just for this reason, is worth for you as a client to support an independent Tarot Reader or Psychic. The worse part of a commercial Psychic line is that you most likely will end the call prematurely as the time you paid for $1.99 per minute will end before you get the whole message!

Please take in consideration that unlike other careers, we get a lot of discrimination from all areas, including the fact that we buy an insurance but there are no laws that will protect us. Even payment companies as “Stripe” cancel our accounts because they call us “fortune tellers”. So, we have it rough as it is. Then we become enslaved by a company whose only mission is to make money using our natural gifts and skills, make us look like a clown for entertainment only, and pay us in an extremely abusive way.

I hope after reading my article, it creates an awareness and you as a client think twice before calling to a commercial Psychic line and support your favorite Tarot Reader or Psychic. You can choose between a super private session in Zoom of via phone, a quick email Tarot Reading or visiting a local place in person. Keep in mind that depending on the local place, if it Is frequented by many people, things can sometimes be heard through the walls so the privacy can be a bit compromised. This does not mean that the entire conversation will be heard, but sometimes voices and words can trespass walls. There are other smaller places that are by appointment and is you the reader only. Regardless of which one is your preference, all of the options are there for you to choose, and I am sure even in the bigger Metaphysical stores every Reader will do the best they can to be confidential and make you feel comfortable.

After pandemic, my favorite way is via Zoom or phone because my clients are comfortable in their own space at home or anywhere they want to be, nobody else hear the reading but them and we can have a small prep moment and a good closing without being in a hurry, or feel the pressure there are others waiting outside. Via Zoom the client can see card by card and by phone I send them a picture of the spread with the cards.

zen habits by Leo Babauta “Allowing Ourselves to Feel Joy During the Day” I’ve come to the realization that most of us don’t allow ourselves to feel joy most days. Sure, maybe on some kind of big occasion, we’ll let ourselves run around whooping with joy … but mostly not.

Think about you past week: have they been joyful and wondrous? Or routine, full of busyness and stress and doing doing doing?

If you felt a daily amount of joy and wonder, you’re likely the exception. Most people don’t seem to feel joy regularly, or even realize that that’s the case.

Let’s change that.

Joy and wonder are two emotions we shut down, for so many reasons: it’s safe, it’s not allowed, we’re worried about ourselves, we’re stressed. But wouldn’t we like to live a life that has joy every day? That feels wonder at the incredibleness of this world and the richness of humanity?

We can still get shit done, still function in society, while having a greater degree of joy and wonder. In fact, I’d argue that the people around us will benefit, our work will benefit, the world will benefit, if we allow joy into our lives. If we start seeing everything with wonder, at least some of the time. Not to mention the personal benefits of this as well — life can start to come alive again. It’s like that moment in the Wizard of Oz when things go from black and white to color!

So how do we allow this into our lives? It starts by simply recognizing that we want this. That it’s allowed. Give ourselves some freaking permission to feel alive and joyous!

Then we can make it a daily practice. Not a daily chore to add to our task lists, another thing that we should do. NO! This is something we GET to do!

OK, I’ll stop yelling now. I’m just excited dammit! OK now I’ll stop. :) Here are two practices you might try: Go outside and see the wonder of the world around you. Let yourself feel alive! Feel the joy that you get to be alive in this freaking amazing world. Run or dance or skip around like a kid, in joy. See the open and vibrant nature of the universe. When you see other people, delight in their humanity! If you feel like it, whoop around joyously, climb a tree, do handstands. Whatever you feel like, whatever would be joyful.

Every day, ask yourself a simple question: “Where did I see God today?” If you don’t believe in God, as I don’t, you can take that to mean, “Where did I see the divine or sacred today?” or “Where did I see the wonder in the world?” This practice is simply thinking back to the parts of your day when you allowed yourself to see wonder and the divine. It could be in the face of a loved one, or a wonderful person outside. It could be in the joy you felt in winning a game or watching an incredible creation online.

These can be daily practices. They can be anytime practices! Would you like to feel joy and wonder today?

"The Power of The Mantra" By Dr. Seema Khaneja One of my Buddhist teachers once shared a story about the Buddha.

Before becoming enlightened, the Buddha was known as Prince Siddhartha Gautama. His father was the king of territory that is today part of modern-day Nepal as well as parts of India. After his enlightenment, the King asked the Buddha to return and assume his position as heir to the kingdom.

The Buddha declined his father’s offer.

‘What need do I have to rule a kingdom when I am now the ruler of my mind?’

Going within: Finding our true power The Buddha’s words point us towards the authentic source of our power- which does not lie outside us – in any relationship or any possession or in any ‘thing’ – but must be sought and claimed within.

To become a ruler or master of the mind is no small feat; but the rewards are not insignificant either. In becoming masters of our minds, we can more fully face the challenges of life with greater ease, steady purpose and inner peace and joy.

Mantra meditation The mind is however often so distracted that an experience of steady inner peace and joy may seem impossible at times. One way we can learn to quiet the mind, so we can reach inner stillness is by using the mantra – repeating a word or phrase repetitively. This practice is ancient and universal. It is part of Buddhism, and is known as japa (or chanting) in the Hindu tradition. It is practiced in the Catholic tradition using rosary beads and is referred to as zikr by Sufi practitioners.

Why is the mantra helpful?

In ancient India, trainers needed to lead elephants from one place to another. They often came across bazaars filled with many different Page | 75

sights, tastes, sounds and aromas that would attract the elephants.

Naturally, the elephants touched the foods and other items with their trunks. The trainers placed a wooden stick in the elephants’ trunks – which was a clever way to keep the trunk occupied so the elephant was unable to ‘hold’ anything else. Then the trainers led the elephants safely through the bazaars.

Using a mantra is like giving our mind a ‘stick’ which we hold onto when the mind seems to be moving from here to there and everywhere except in the present moment. When we repetitively repeat a word, we develop greater focus, concentration and clarity.

The mantra slows down the thinking mind- so it can be present and join with what is before us.

Medical and scientific research From a medical and scientific perspective, mantra meditation is a way to elicit the relaxation response- a term first described in the 1970s by Dr. Herbert Benson, a cardiologist who is currently the Director Emeritus of the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. The relaxation response is a physiological state which is the opposite of the stress response (which is also known as the fight-or-flight response). We are all keenly aware today of the ubiquitous role that stress plays in so many mental as well as physical illnesses. Older children can be encouraged to use the mantra to calm the mind if they experience anxiety or feel stress about an upcoming academic or athletic event. This is a powerful way to teach them at a young age that they indeed can be masters of their mind; they can witness for themselves how this simple practice can shift their minds from an upset, anxiety or stress toward the direction of relief.

Medicine for the mind (and body) The mantra is a powerful medicine that you and your children can take with you wherever you go. "A Detailed Explanation of The 5th Dimension With The Evolution of Consciousness” By Sean McCleary

There is a term that is associated with the Shift in Consciousness or Earth's evolutionary advancement known as being in a state of "The 5th Dimension" that a lot of people are discussing. I would like to explain exactly what this means in reference to the evolution of consciousness. Earth's environment has been described in metaphysical terms as a 3rd dimensional state of consciousness and this is in reference to the relationship that consciousness has with stimulus in the environment. This has to do with a very powerful level of dependency upon activity contained within the environment like relationships with people, education, careers, material possessions, finances, expectations etc. and thoughts and feelings associated with this type of activity in Earth's environment which generates a particular perspective upon reality. This dimensional state of evolutionary activity was supposed to happen here so consciousness from human beings, animals etc. could be driven into Earth's environment in a very powerful way. This is because life that exists within Earth's environment contains love within the consciousness and the body and love has been evolving with the activity of life; and the evolution of love needed to evolve into all of the stimulus in Earth's environment. experience evolutionary advancement as love has continued to evolve and advance into the 3rd dimensional realm of activity in space and time here.

This has been happening with human beings, animals, aquatic life, reptiles, insects and microorganisms in the environment while other powerful sources of eternal love have been evolving and transferring into Earth's consciousness and the activity of life here through a primary field of energy known as the Higgs field. The reason that life has experienced a 3rd dimensional state of reality here has to do with the relationship that life has with this primary field of energy. There is a particular understanding in physics with the Higgs field in reference to mass and subatomic activity in space and time but with the evolution of consciousness there is more to this field of energy than what has been previously understood which will be introduced with the Shift in Consciousness. The Higgs field contains the foundation for eternal life and eternal love in Universal Consciousness. Universal Consciousness is very real and contains a body of galaxies which contain concentrated matter and the body of Universal Consciousness represents a spherical shape. Planets and stars are spherical in nature and planets and stars are primary aspects contained in Universal Consciousness that support the activity of life. The body of Universal Consciousness represents this shape as well because Universal Consciousness supports all the life in existence that is made up of matter and being spherical in shape provides the least amount of resistance to the evolution of consciousness, matter and energy in space and time. This also helps to facilitate the existence of wormholes and vortexes contained within the evolutionary activity in Universal Consciousness.

Universal Consciousness exists within a much larger form of consciousness and energy known as Infinite Consciousness. Infinite Consciousness contains frequency vibrations of light and dark energy; and matter was introduced into Universal Consciousness from these vibrations and pressure. The vibrations themselves represent the existence and experience of thought. Infinite Consciousness also contains the foundation for eternal life and eternal love and this is the primary source of these two elements in existence. Consciousness went through an early developmental period similar to what a child goes through in the womb of a mother and the actual introduction and formation happened around 13.8 billion years ago known in scientific terms as the big bang. The Higgs field began development in the early stages of life for Universal Consciousness and then was introduced into space and time with the big bang. This primary field of energy had to be introduced so these two cosmic giants could maintain a powerful connectivity with the evolution of eternal life and eternal love. The Higgs field permeates throughout Universal Consciousness and transfers into Infinite Consciousness.

The Higgs field contains a powerful combination of Infinite Consciousness and the identity of Universal Consciousness. A consistent flow of eternal love transfers from Infinite Consciousness; through the Higgs field and into the activity of life contained within Universal Consciousness. As living organisms contained within the environments of planets experience life and reproductive activity they also contain the evolution of love within themselves. Love evolves and is transferred between life within the environments and life advances through evolutionary activity. As life advances and love becomes more powerful within the activity of life within the environments of planets what happens is that love evolves and transfers back into the Higgs field causing evolutionary advancement within this field of energy.

Because the Higgs field permeates throughout Universal Consciousness and transfers into Infinite Consciousness what happens is the love experienced within the environments of planets; including the planets themselves causes Infinite Consciousness to experience evolutionary advancement and this is how eternal life and eternal love continues to evolve. The relationship between life and the Higgs field is completely symbiotic in nature. On the most powerful quantum level beyond subatomic activity there are frequency vibrations contained within Infinite Consciousness and Universal Consciousness. Nikola Tesla said "If you want to understand the universe think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration". A much greater understanding of Universal Consciousness will be introduced soon into human consciousness soon. Consciousness and higher frequency vibrations generate light energy and consciousness and lower frequency vibrations generate dark energy. When I use the term "dark energy" I am referring to the energy contained within Page | 81

consciousness everywhere associated with actual darkness. Light and dark energy serve one another and both contain the evolution of eternal love. Because the vibrations themselves are different what happens when they converge together with different degrees of evolutionary activity this generates pressure within these frequency vibrations. The pressure causes consciousness, matter and energy to experience expansion and acceleration. This is how Universal Consciousness and Infinite Consciousness experience evolution and growth with a powerful mixture of eternal life and eternal love. Love can be emphasized with light or dark energy or both within consciousness.

Because the frequency vibrations are different with light and dark energy the actual sensation of love in the consciousness can be experienced differently. Emphasizing light energy and love in the consciousness can be characterized by a feeling of nurturing, warmth and comfort. Emphasizing dark energy and love can be experienced as a feeling of empowerment, determination and fearlessness. A great example is music. Listening to a song like In the Arms of an Angel by Sarah Mclachlan generates powerful light energy and love in the consciousness. Listening to a song like Parabola by TOOL generates powerful love and dark energy in the consciousness. There are a lot of different mixtures and variations of love, light energy and dark energy all over Earth's environment. There has been a misunderstanding in Earth's environment in reference to dark energy or darkness being associated with negativity, adversity, isolation and separation. This is actually not the case at all. What generates an experience of separation in the consciousness is actually pressure contained within the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy which can become restricted or too expansive within the individuals consciousness and body. Like I stated previously the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy on the most fundamental level in consciousness everywhere represent the existence and experience of thought. Pressure contained within these vibrations is how thought itself evolves and advances and love is contained within this activity which serves as the primary foundation for the evolution of consciousness. Eternal love is the most powerful form of energy in existence because love gives eternity a reason to exist. Consciousness or an individual can feel comfortable within their evolutionary activity or state of existence when pressure is regulated properly Page | 82

within the body and the consciousness because a comfortable level of expansion and acceleration of pressure within these vibrations in the individual allows for the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy to interact appropriately allowing for the evolution and advancement of love within the consciousness. But if pressure within these vibrations becomes restricted or too expansive what happens is the individual can begin to experience separation within themselves and with their interaction with the environment. The activity of the frequency vibrations of light energy, dark energy and pressure are directly incorporated into the fight or flight mechanism and the Central Nervous System.

If pressure becomes restricted or too expansive in the consciousness and body of the individual what happens is the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy can't interact with one another accordingly and this causes resistance to the evolution of consciousness and causes a sensation of separation. This is represented in many different degrees and ways in Earth's environment because of the plethora of activity and stimulus surrounding life in the environment.

This pressure is also where fear originates from in the consciousness.

The consciousness and the body can store and regulate this pressure or fear just fine and does consistently within living organisms without the fight or flight mechanism responding in an adverse way. It's only when the pressure within these vibrations experiences fluctuations with increase or restriction that generates a sensation on a quantum level which is amplified very quickly throughout the body in response to different situations in the environment. The entire body of a living organism is comprised of consciousness, matter and energy because consciousness is contained everywhere and the brain is like the CPU of the body which contains the highest concentration of the vibrations of light and dark energy and the regulation and distribution of pressure on this quantum level. I needed to explain all of this information first in order to effectively explain why life here in Earth's environment experiences they type of reality it has and what the transition into the 5th dimension actually means. Human beings and other life forms in the environment currently don't understand the foundation for life itself and I mean why life exists here in the first place or how did life originate in this environment. Human beings also don't understand what happens with the experience of death either. This is why Earth's environment contains such powerful fear Page | 83

which can be characterized in a multitude of ways which is derived from the experience of separation from the truth. The uncertainty associated with the experience of death within consciousness in Earth's environment also contains the concept of non-existence.

Non-existence is only a concept and cannot happen to any form of consciousness or life form because everything evolved out of Infinite Consciousness. Non-,existence within the dynamics of the evolution of consciousness is the most powerful form of resistance to the evolution of consciousness that exists. If you have ever been to a funeral or heard about someone going through the experience of death one may think to themselves "I hope they are in a better place" or "they went to Heaven". But there is also another aspect of consciousness associated with the experience of death which exists within human consciousness and this is a moment of visualization of eternal darkness. There is a common inscription on a tombstone that states "Rest in Peace" or that is their eternal resting place which is actually a fallacy but happened here on Earth for specific reasons that I cover my work. This type of thought process in consciousness in the environment is responsible for generating very powerful illusions within the dynamics of consciousness. What this also did was generated extremely powerful resistance to the evolution of consciousness, matter and energy in Earth's Consciousness and environment with living organisms as well. This is primarily responsible for the type of reality that is experienced here and why a 3rd dimensional state of existence has also been experienced on Earth. When any living organism in Earth's environment goes through the experience of death what happens is the pressure that I describe on this quantum level transfers completely out of the body and consciousness. Then what happens is the consciousness, identity, light energy and dark energy contained within the individual makeup transfers directly into the Higgs field and they accelerate with the expansion and acceleration of Universal Consciousness and evolve again through this primary field of energy and Universal Consciousness and into different world's contained within the Whirlpool galaxy.

The Whirlpool galaxy is about 30 million light years from planet Earth. The picture of the cross surrounded by light was taken by the Page | 84

Hubble telescope in 1992 and is located in the Whirlpool galaxy. This is the next stage of existence for life from planet Earth that goes through the experience of death and is commonly referred to as Heaven. There is a consistent flow of consciousness continuously evolving from Earth's environment, through Universal Consciousness and into different world's contained within this galaxy. The transfer does happen faster than the speed of light because the Higgs field which consciousness evolves through contains the element of infinity.

This is what generates a wormhole that people have described as a tunnel with NDE's. All of this information will be introduced into the scientific community with the introduction of the Shift in Consciousness as we transition from a 3rd dimensional state into a 5th dimensional state of existence. I need to explain the relationship that life has with this field of energy in Earth's environment first.

Because of the lack of understanding in the foundation for life here in the environment and what happens with the experience of death and the concept of non-existence being contained within consciousness here this generates a very powerful form of resistance to the evolution of consciousness within living organisms in the form of pressure contained on this quantum level in the entire body. What this does is repels the consciousness and energy of the Higgs field away from the body and consciousness of individual living organisms on a global level. Human beings and other life forms only receive about a 5 to 8 percent transfer of energy back and forth with the Higgs field.

Scientists have stated that people only see about 5 percent of what's really happening in Universal Consciousness and this is the reason why is the limited interaction with the Higgs field. The Higgs field contains the foundation for eternal life and eternal love in Universal Consciousness. Life here interacts in a very limited way due to resistance to evolution because of the reasons I described. This is what causes living organisms to experience aging in the environment and why death is experienced.

Life is eternal here on Earth and the experience of death is a process that advances life from Earth into the Whirlpool galaxy. When life from Earth transfers into this galaxy what happens is because they go through the experience of death and evolve again; the evolution of consciousness associated with both life and death become coexistent within every fiber of their being. When this happens the experience of separation is over completely for them and they no longer contain Page | 85

anymore resistance to evolution. Any resistance to the evolution of consciousness experienced here in Earth's environment transfers completely out of the individual at the time that death occurs because it's different degrees of restrictive pressure that generates resistance to the evolution of consciousness in Earth's environment with individuals. Because they evolve through the Higgs field and transfer into these world's and advance it means that they become completely incorporated or adapted into this field of energy and can receive the transfer of eternal life and eternal love forever. This is how eternal life is achieved in Heaven. The number 5 with the 5th dimension is indicative of certain states of existence and consciousness which make this transition possible. There is the individual, Earth's Consciousness, Universal Consciousness, the Whirlpool galaxy and Infinite Consciousness that become an integral part of the existence of an individual in this location and that is 5 different aspects of evolution that make this possible. They also achieve 5 different aspects of evolutionary activity with this transition as well. These are life, death, eternal truth, eternal peace, and eternal love. Eternal truth also comes from Infinite Consciousness because this consciousness contains all of the information about existence and the individual can receive a consistent flow of truth from the evolution of eternal love through the relationship they have with the Higgs field. I will explain how Earth's Consciousness is now transitioning into the 5th dimension.

Life that transfers into the Whirlpool galaxy from planet Earth that contains eternal life and eternal love also contains experience from planet Earth. This activity has been happening for a very long time and the Whirlpool galaxy is filled with life from Earth and God and Jesus live there as well. Life from Earth that has been going through the experience of death has been generating wormholes through Universal Consciousness and space and time for a very long time and this activity from here has been creating a channel between these two locations in Universal Consciousness that has been getting larger over an extended period of time. Because all of this life up there contains eternal life and eternal love and experience from Earth what is happening is eternal life and eternal love have been evolving down from there through Universal Consciousness and into the Milky Way galaxy and into Earth's Consciousness. Love has been evolving here through different forms of activity with life and people contain Page | 86

different spiritual belief systems in Universal Consciousness, Infinite Consciousness, the Holy Trinity, Mother Nature or Mother Earth and scientists also believe in the Higgs field and they contain love in their consciousness and bodies. All of this diversity has been causing evolutionary advancement with the Higgs field itself and this is why the Higgs boson was discovered in 2012 by CERN. It was also supposed to be called the "God Particle" even though some scientists disagreed on this term and what this did was generated evolutionary advancement between here and the Whirlpool galaxy.

What will begin happening soon because of this evolutionary activity is eternal love will begin advancing into Earth's Consciousness and environment and all of the living organisms in the environment.

Human beings, animals etc. will begin feeling love all over the environment very soon from this activity. Earth is a living organism with a very powerful male and female consciousness because Earth supports the male and female species of life within the environment that contains consciousness. Earth's Consciousness is around 4.5 billion years old and has needed to experience evolutionary advancement first before the Shift in Consciousness can be introduced into life here. What has been happening is certain types and degrees of pressure in Earth's Consciousness which has represented resistance to evolution contained within the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy has been transferring out of Earth's environment. This is because an advancement of eternal love has been transferring into Earth's Consciousness over a long period of time and there has been a very powerful increase in this activity over the last 10 years. The foundation for eternal life and eternal love contained within the Higgs field is now evolving into all fields of energy and all forms of matter. It's the energy of eternal love advancing into other fields of energy and matter from the Higgs field which will generate the Shift or the transition into what people refer to as a 5th dimensional state of existence here. Because eternal love is the foundation for the evolution of consciousness, matter and energy what will happen is life will begin to advance and all of the resistance to evolution contained within consciousness, matter and energy here in the environment will change completely and the experience of separation will be over for life completely here. In the Lord's Prayer it states "thy kingdom come thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven". This is exactly how this process takes place and the human Page | 87

race and other life forms in the environment should begin seeing and experiencing the beginning stages of this activity very soon. Earth is now in the process of evolving into a Brave New World.

We are not oblivious to the elephant under the table. This channel is being given in an auspicious time. It’s a time where many are in fear and others are struggling to stay out of it. Before we go into something that I want you to hear, let’s just take a moment…

There are those right now who are saying goodbye to their elders.

That’s difficult. They never thought it would be this way, and it’s difficult. You can be told some of the principles and the esoteric attributes and reasoning of it all, but it doesn’t help when you’ve lost someone. Let’s take a moment of compassionate action to be the Lightworkers of the age, and share the peace and compassion that you have - Light of the world that you are, for those who need it, just for a moment.

Pause There are those who will say, “How long is this going to last?” The answer is: Long enough; long enough.

I want to tell you things, given in metaphors. Some of you will understand and some of you will not. Let’s talk about children for a moment.

When children are growing up and they reach a certain age, every balanced benevolent parent knows how to work this puzzle. Let’s say the child becomes afraid. They are afraid of just about everything because they haven’t seen everything yet, or perhaps certain unknown things frighten them, or they just need help. Sometimes the biggest fear is of the dark, and they’ll say, “Dad, Mom, I’m afraid of the dark; I don’t know what’s there. Help me because there could be monsters lurking there.”

Every good parent knows how to handle this. They will tell a child: “Listen dear little one, I’m going to turn on the light here for a moment. When I do, I want you to see there’s nothing there. When I turn the light off again, I want you to understand there’s still nothing there. But if you’re still afraid, even for a moment, I’m still here. I’m holding your hand; just hug me; just hug me.

“Don’t be afraid of what’s not there,” they will say to the child and eventually, through time, the child evolves and grows up. The child balances itself and It knows what the parent knows. Then it’s able to help the children that arrive in the future. It’s classic, absolutely classic: Children go through times of fear when they don’t understand things, but that is so easily correctible with compassion and love, and a nurturing explanation. Every good parent listening or reading here has gone through this and perhaps they even experienced it with their parents as well.

I’m going to give you two scenarios that totally go against this commonsense maturing, but which happen every day. Perhaps it’s inappropriate, but they happen.

SET UP: I want you to imagine that child for a moment - in that state of fear - trying to make sense of things in the dark. They always Page | 93

imagine things perhaps, which might attack them.

Scenario One: What if, instead of a hug, the child saw that the parent was afraid too? When that happens, it’s over for the child and they often check out [no hope]. They check out because it’s just too much to process. They’re afraid of the dark and so are their parents. It scars a child for life. They won’t forget this moment because there’s no hug.

There’s no explanation; there’s no light; there’s only fear. Their parents are shaking in fear, as well. It happens. It has happened. It happens during war times when the parent can’t do anything about it.

Scenario Two: This one is even worse, and it represents inappropriate parental control. This is when the child is afraid of the dark and the parent says, Well, you should be! There’s are evil things there! So, you must do this and that. The child grows up with rules about evil, or invisible dark things, and understands that there is no hug for the dark at all. There’s only fear and rules to let you escape the worst.

Everything I’m telling you is a metaphor. Some of you are understanding this already, and some of you are not. Every Human Being listening here, every one of you, has an inner child. Some of those inner children right now are scared to death, and some are not.

I know who is listening to this later, dear ones. I know who is listening to this and watching it now. Many very mature old souls, who know exactly where this is going, will say, Well, this message is not for me, I’ve gone beyond it.

Have you? Have you really? How far does it have to go before that maturity breaks down and you start to fear?

I’ll tell you right now, Lightworker, old soul: All of you have nurturing, compassionate tools inside you to soothe that savage beast called Fear. It’s what Adironnda [Marilyn Harper channel] said also; it’s what were all saying also.

If you didn’t hear it already from me, I’m giving you a prediction: One of the things that’s going to radically change when this event (virus) is all over, is the accountability from those who inform you in media.

When the dust clears, you’re going to look at this closely and say, All Page | 94

the media made it worse, made it worse!

Dear one, in your life there’s never really been anything like this.

Your media information sources are marketing-based media. They are not information-based. Dear ones, you know this. They all compete for your viewership and the more dramatic things they can show, the more humans are attracted. This goes for most of you, the world, and perhaps even Lightworkers. Many of you have to consciously remember to turn off the media, since it is carefully designed to “pull you in.”

The world is attracted to drama, so after the media gives you information that may be totally correct and accurate, they then “spin” the fearful side of it without you even being aware that they are doing in. Not only that, they depend on repetition to make certain you hear it many times. Did you know it’s possible for you to turn on the media when you wake up, then turn it off when you go to bed, and hear the same thing over and over 30-40 times? How does it make you feel?

How does your inner child feel when all you’re seeing is that the adults are afraid too?

The media is not yet aware of something else they are doing automatically within their programming: In-between the designed drama they are giving you, they then are playing advertisements which create even more inappropriate ideas. The advertisements are often about medicine and drugs you need because you’re old, or medicine you need because you’re young and have pimples, or medicine you need because right now you are in anxiety (which they created), or medication you need just because you stand there as a Human Being, aging every hour. In other words, you’re never normal!

You always need something to medicate you. Or perhaps you need an attorney to help you after the medication went wrong?

I don’t think that those media outlets are really putting together what they are doing: They are responsible for scaring the planet to death.

That will change. Watch for it. The demand for Accountability for this scenario will eventually create “hope channels” of media. There will finally be room for the good news channels.

Let’s call them TFH channels: (My partner’s term for TRUTH-FACTSHOPE). They will present facts that are confirmed, then go to show things which are balanced and uplifting around those facts. Then you can see that which is, and is not, happening. There is so much good news that none of you know about, dear ones! None of you see it because that is not in the scope of what they do. Your media is currently in the drama business, and not the truth business.

The planet is going to demand this: You’re going to look at those in charge of your media and say, “Bad job! You didn’t do it well. You didn’t do it right. You gave us entertainment and drama. You didn’t give us anything that helped our hearts. You didn’t hold our hands when you could have, and you didn’t hug us enough. You didn’t do any of that.”

The media will defend itself and say, “It’s not our job to hold your hand. It’s our job to inform you.” Dear ones, welcome to the New Normal. Your media indeed should invest itself in giving you hope, as well as truth. There are two sides to the news, not just the drama. This is what will change, and what is next.

That’s one thing that you’re going to see change, Dear Ones. That’s a reboot. The earth will probably take a while for all of this, but you’re going to start seeing things differently and more truthfully. The main thing is that this will represent a paradigm change. Many will start getting their broadcast news from those who also tell “the rest of the story.” That will be the new, attractive thing that you will not expect.

Humanity will start to become more wise about the manipulation that takes place “on the air.”

The Experiment I want to tell you something else: I want to tell you something about an experiment done with children many years ago. It’s an experiment that probably would not be allowed in today’s rules, but it was a classic: Some psychologists know of this, and some nutritionists have studied it. It’s an experiment done with children and food.

The experiment: The children are given a buffet three times a day – breakfast, lunch and dinner, where they can select anything on the buffet, as much as they want of it, without anyone saying anything. No Page | 96

parents allowed.

The buffet is beautiful and nutritionally complete. It starts with vegetables and goes to the rice, the carbs, the fruit; and so on. All the food groups are represented, and it’s the standard wonderful healthy buffet for the culture of the children. And, of course, at the end of the buffet there are the desserts. Except these deserts are more for kids.

There’s the candy, the cookies, the cake, and the pie. It’s all there. It’s all there.

So, the children are turned loose at breakfast. What are they going to have? What do you think? The children all run to the end and stuff themselves with the cookies and cake!

Surprised?

Lunch time: They did the same thing. I mean, really! How how could a turnip compare with a candy bar?

Dinner? They did the same.

The next day, they were all sick. Surprise, surprise!

So, over a period of meals, what happened in this experiment is that the children started eating the vegetables, the rice, the fruit, and all the things they passed over before (even the turnip). The desserts were eaten in moderation (but they still loved them).

The innate part of the Human Being demanded the balance; not the junk, but the balance. It was interesting because the experiment showed that even children who desire sweets and don’t know any better, have an innate which starts to balance itself when given the right choices.

I want you to analyze what’s going on right now on this planet. I’m going to make a statement: You are not being given the right buffet.

Dear Ones, right now on this planet, there are no vegetables and there is no fruit. I think you understand what I’m saying. That is going to change.

I think the wild card in all of this will be those who are going to step up and change it, and say, Look we’ve got some good news here.

There’s hope. That’s the balance you have been craving. No wonder all of you are sick!

The Incredible Bias of Virus Reporting I want to show you the bias. I want to show you the bias of your media that is hidden. If you look at the virus information channels, they’ll give you all the charts of the infected and the deaths. Over and over the infected and the deaths. For every state or country, the infected and the deaths. I want to ask you, Where is the RECOVERED column?

It’s not there, is it? That’s a bias. That is a drama bias. Did they tell you that over 99 percent of those who catch the virus recover completely? Where is that number? Do you also know that those who recover have natural immunity for a few years? Where is that information? These are the heroes of your time! Did they tell you that? Where are the parties for the recovered?

THEN: There is all the economical doom and gloom that they’re telling you: Not since the depression, they say, have we seen this kind of economy. They are comparing your virus situation to the horrors of 1929 – yet nowhere are they saying: “Wait a minute – wait a minute... this was created! You told us to stop working and stay home! This is not an economic depression like 1929. It’s a temporary situation. The factories and markets didn’t collapse. We are just not allowed to go out and work!

Dear ones, the world economy will slowly return, and the stock market will also. It’s poised and ready. This is not the end of the automobile industry or the manufacturing industry. It’s not. This is a bump. Are they saying that to you? Or are they comparing it to the worst of the worst, and you tune in and hear: “There’s no vegetables, no fruit. There’s just junk. Prepare to be sick for a long time.”

Historians, generations from now, will look at some numbers which are very telling. Humanity in general has increased its life span attributes. There was a time, even in this country, when you would live to 45 or 50 years old, and that was your life expectancy. You weren’t really expected to live that long. There was too much disease and bad nutrition. All of things have evolved so now you’re seeing a Page | 98

slow increase of life span because of nutrition and especially knowledge. This allows you to live well into the late 80s and even approaching the 90s. (First world nations) But historians in the future will see something odd: Generations from now, they’re going to look at the life charts and say, “What is this dip here? How is it that for a little while, Humans didn’t live as long?”

They’re going to name it The Corona Dip. The dip they may see is for an entire generation of humans, and it had nothing to do with being infected by the virus. They will determine that by the millions, fear shortened their lives. Fear shortened their lives! That’s how profound this media bias is.

Historians may eventually report that when they do all the accounting for what really happened, that fear killed more people than the virus.

Dear ones, are you going to be one of them? Or are you going to stand tall and say, “This is a hump, and we’ll get over it? It’s temporary.

We’ll mourn when we have to mourn, but we’re coming back because it’s temporary.”

That’s what I wanted to tell you. The truth is not really being shown.

As bad as you might say this is, the real truth is not being shown. The up-side is not even on the radar of the media. Not yet. There’s going to be a reckoning for that. You’ll see.

About Lee Carroll: After graduating with a business and economics degree from California Western University in California, Lee Carroll started a technical audio business in San Diego that flourished for 30 years.

Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet” because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

I am Observer and I welcome you this day. You have stepped forward into a whole new world. You don’t see all the parts of it yet because the perception is different. The only vibrational ranges that limit you are the ones created by your own slice of time-space and what you call your reality. But is that really all there is? What you see as your reality is only a small fraction of what is truly there. You can’t see all of reality, but you can feel the effects of it. What you can see are the imperfections of life moving through time-space. There are possibilities now of reconnecting much of which has been misdirected. vibrational page, but the idea is to create space for your spirits to rise in harmony.

Vibrational Integrity The connections are starting to grow in ways that you can only imagine. One of the keys is finding your own vibrational integrity, and an easy way to do this is to move into your passion in any area. Dear ones, this is why we’ve been asking all of you to find your passion and discover those things that energize you. Your passion aligns the four vibrational lines of integrity. This is incredibly important as you walk through this life as a spirit pretending to be a human. The four vibrational lines are: what you think; what you feel; how you act; and what you believe. Being in your passion is the easiest way to align these lines naturally. It could be said that being in your passion gives your spirit more room to navigate life.

Dear ones, keep in mind that you are dealing with a time lag. When spirit nudges you on the shoulder, you typically listen and figure it out later. In that comes an entirely new level of responsibility, to interpret and express that which spirit gave you. True power is always balanced with responsibility. Many can skim seemingly wonderful things right off of the top surface of everyone’s lives, while claiming that they are powerful beings. However, to truly be empowered also means being able to empower others and living an empowered lifestyle. In other words, you will have surrounded yourself with empowered people and in turn they also demanded that of you.

Energetic Unity There’s an energetic unity and a new consciousness building, welcome to the new world! A new community of light can now form in many different ways, for it doesn’t have to be a certain belief system.

It is larger than that as it must be inclusive by its own nature. It doesn’t have to be a certain way of thinking, understanding or beliefs.

We tell you, when you pull back far enough, you’ll see that you’re all connected. That is the point at which the new communities of light can connect. With practice, they apply it to daily life on Earth, assisting in the overall vibrational rise.

That’s the fascinating part for us to watch, as you delve in this area over here and say, “Oh, this is bad. We don’t like this person or these type of people.” You are, of course, generally one of those people in another of your dimensions of time-space because that’s how the balance works out. There’s considerable back and forth of time-space happening, as these things work themselves out in a lopsided spiral motion. Humanity has now moved into a collective life lesson of truth.

It is interesting that the place where most people find truth is the internet, where misinformation travels and spreads six times faster than factual news. The days ahead will show you a great deal, but keep in mind that it all works out in the long run. As you move in a spiral motion, anything that is slightly out of balance starts to show up.

That’s happening globally and it does not have to be a bad thing at all.

It’s an opportunity to look at social and individual mastery. It’s also an opportunity to find your own individual light in your own way. And to know that you’re part of a new energy and a new game that’s forming right now. Your space has been reserved on this planet. It’s been here the whole time. It is with the greatest of honor, dear ones, that we send you on your way for the time being. We ask you to treat each other with respect, nurture one another at every opportunity and play well together.

It’s been an important part, and yet it doesn’t hold all the answers for humanity. Yes, that’s the difficult part. We can point to many times on planet Earth where the masculine energy was in charge. We can point to other times, although not quite as many, where the feminine energy was in charge. Both can be out of balance, and that’s one of the key elements many people are starting to work with. It’s part of the reason that you have so many new ideas about sexuality on your planet, not even necessarily new, but certainly out in the open. Isn’t that wonderful? New ideas, concepts, and new ways of working with all of your energies. It’s an incredible time for you to be alive and in one of those bodies. We’d like to share one of the stories about this day, about your own world.

Chimpanzees and Bonobos Chimpanzees, or Chimps, are familiar to most humans. Born with bright faces that turn dark over time, they emulate humans in many ways including the use of tools. The Chimps spend their time hunting and gathering food. They are clearly a male dominated society; the males dominate with force, often showing extreme cruelty especially toward females. Aggression is common, and when a male takes over another male’s family, he kills the babies.

Bonobos are another branch of ape from the Congo; Chimps evolved north of the river, and the Bonobos inhabited land south of the river.

In contrast, Bonobos are born with unchanging faces and have evolved into a female dominant society.

About 90 years ago it was discovered that they were actually two separate species, although their DNA is very close. Of course, it’s worth noting that each of them have DNA that is closer to humans than to each other. Bonobos, born with unchanging faces, have evolved into a female dominant society.

Here they spend less than four hours a day hunting and gathering, while the rest of their day is spent playing, grooming and nurturing each other. The Chimps and Bonobos have developed in totally different ways. Chimps, like humans, spend most of their life gathering food, foresting, working, doing whatever it is to support the physical. However, the Bonobos spent less than 30% of their time doing that. It was more important for them to have time to relax, play with one other, nurture each other with special attention to the Page | 106

children. It is common for Bonobo females to nurture each other’s children. The Bonobo males provide security but in a unique, harmonious way, showing strength in numbers. There are other similarities that apply to the human condition at this moment. The feminine energy is rising, it is meeting massive resistance to changes in the perceived norms, as well as to those invested in masculine energy.

The New Balance As the feminine rises there will be many changes in the way things are done. In both of the masculine and feminine there are imbalances.

From the hundreds of billions of games throughout the universe, very few have ever achieved more than a momentary balance of this energy. We believe that humanity has a good chance to achieve this balance. From humanity’s standpoint, this balance is rather challenging because you’ve been dominated by masculine energy for quite some time. And it’s difficult to even imagine what a softer, gentler, inclusive world would be like. You’re living in the times of mastery. Yes, these are the times where you can have all the experiences needed to figure out what’s important to you.

As we’ve mentioned, dear ones, there’s a new game underfoot. You’re creating a new game in a whole different realm, piece by piece. It’s not something that’s going to happen in a moment. Everything evolves or moves to the next level, and it’s happening now.

The Exercise Everyone can now see this in their own lives, so that’s what we’re going to ask you to do wherever you see a problem. Imagine what it would be like if the society or circumstance you were living in was out of balance in the opposite way. Then you can start to see the imbalances more clearly. Find those things that are out of balance, as the pendulum swings back and forth wildly. Sometimes you can learn a lot about yourselves, and about what you want in this next part of the game that you’re creating.

The feminine energy has risen, it is here. Make space for it to ground and grow within you, to find a more empowering balance of power.

You’re going to see more of this energy, in terms of moving into Page | 107

positions of power and decision-making.

Now, you’re still going to have the difficult ones, like those chimps who beat their chests fighting to keep things from changing. You are seeing some of that now, because anything out of balance needs to be brought to everyone’s attention so that collectively you can come to a connection on a higher level of vibration. These are the times of Mastery, for you’ve already won the game. Don’t get stuck in the mud puddles that you have to cross. It’s simply a journey, so enjoy the ride.

It is with the greatest of honor that we ask you to treat each other with respect, nurture one another and play this game with love, as you create a whole new level of the game. Play well together.

"The Flame of Your Inner World" By Pamela Kribbe

a message from Jesus/Jeshua channeled by Pamela Kribbe Thursday, 8 April, 2021 (posted 13 April, 2021) I am Jeshua, a brother and like-minded person. Feel my presence with you; I’m not a stranger. We are deeply connected to each other.

The fact that you inhabit an earthly body and I do not, does not create a great distance between us. Feel it in your heart. The distance that arises between people stems much more from fear and distrust than from whether or not to be physically present together. Feel the inner connection you have with the Christ consciousness, the consciousness of love and connectedness to each other.

A step back, one step inward, is most often preparing for something new that is to come. This is now playing out on a global level. It is a necessity that also plays out in your individual lives when a step is taken inward, whether or not it is enforced by a crisis, a situation that seems to come from the outside. That situation fills a function, is not a hindrance, but a door that opens to the inside world.

Just feel your own inner world for a moment. Go inside. Imagine that inside you is a living, transparent space. It runs throughout your body; it is much larger than your body. It’s your energy field. It’s like a large house that you live in, only it is in continuous movement. There are flowing currents, moods, vibrations, that surround you. This is your house, your energetic home. Your body is included in it. In fact, the state of your energy is the foundation, the basis of it. The body responds to this, flows and moves with it. It is in a way secondary in that it follows the laws of energy. Matter follows energy.

Descend with your consciousness into your own energy field. Go inside. Close yourself off for a moment from the many outside stimuli. Take your attention to your spine, but start a little higher, at the back of your head and something even higher, where there is a kind of channel that connects you to a higher sphere, the sphere of your soul. It connects you to your inner knowledge, which extends beyond time and space, beyond the physical. You simply become aware of that place there, just outside your body, but intimately connected to it. Then slowly travel down your body with your attention. Feel the energy behind your neck, and between your shoulder blades. Draw your attention down your spine as it were. Feel the area behind your stomach, also called the solar plexus, and behind your lower back, to your tailbone. Feel this channel, this energy field, all the way to Earth.

Feel that you are connected to the Earth. Feel the power of the Earth.

You’re here to bring something to Earth. You feel an inner urge to share something, give something, or express yourself. That urge comes from your soul, it belongs to your being. Feel equally strongly the channel that runs through you connecting Heaven and Earth. You are a bridge between the two worlds. Sense what you have to give.

To envision this, imagine being on a stage. You sit or stand on a stage and you feel calm and strong. You are not afraid. You’re in touch with that channel in you, you are connected. You are safe. Look then at what it is you are doing. What do you have in mind?

What do you have to do or say there? Maybe there are people who spontaneously come to you and ask you something. What are they asking you? What do you give them? What do you share with them if you follow your inner urgings? Look especially at the feeling in it. Do you share knowledge, wisdom, gentleness, understanding or encouragement? Feel what’s naturally flowing out of you. Feel how natural this is for you, as easy as breathing.

You are all here to share something of your unique soul quality with others. This means that you stand out, that you no longer follow the beaten path, but follow the voice of your heart. This can incite fears.

But at the same time, listening to that inner current brings you closest to yourself and to a sense of fulfillment and joy. The fear that you may experience here is a fear of exclusion. As soon as you start living from your soul, you start acting and thinking and feeling from a flow that is no longer based on the old collective thinking, old habits and fears.

You’re introducing a new sound, so to speak.

I call on you to believe in that. There is a need for a new sound. It is a necessity, because only from the contact with the soul, the inner space, can the consciousness on Earth change and grow.

I thank you for being on Earth here and now. You are brave. It requires courage to stand out and follow the voice of your own heart.

But you’re supported in this. If not because of the collective energy, which is still stuck at certain points in ancient energy, the support comes from the field of lightness and readiness, which is now in the process of landing on Earth. You can call it Christ consciousness or simply light, clarity, connectedness, love. This field is getting hands and feet partly because of you. There is a new birth happening in this day and age.
