Just in case you didn't watch the video - here's the scoop.

Hi, my name is Pam and the creator of ROC Metaphysical. What is ROC Metaphysical? It’s a metaphysical online magazine. Usually the first question is how did you get that name for the magazine. Since I live in Rochester, NY home of the FOX Sisters who made spiritualism popular, I thought about the name. Many businesses here use the letters R-O-C and the same for the airport. Using only three letters as part of the magazine name just seemed right.

The magazine has alternative health, spiritual and metaphysical articles, videos, event listings, advertising and an alternative directory. The first of each month the new edition is uploaded. Prior issues can be found at www.issuu.com.

I have been a seeker of knowledge about metaphysical information for as long as I can remember. I have a metaphysical meetup which helped me connect with teachers and speakers about all kinds of topics. Because of running the meetup and knowing that my presenters also wanted to reach out farther, it seemed like the next logical step was to share the information on a much wider scale.

Every month the magazine is new because of the writers and their articles.

The writers somehow magically find me and voluntarily share their articles. It’s so exciting to see what comes to my email.

Some of the info may click with you and some may not. In my opinion it’s always good to question your understanding. But we’re all in a different place in our knowledge and desire to learn.

I’m a studious soul, always reading books on all kinds of topics, checking out websites and you tube to find that right info plus I have attended loads of classes. I thought hmmm - what if I took all that and put it into a magazine to help you have a place where you can go without having to search high and low like I had to.

What's Happening in November?

The moon for November is called the Beaver Moon. One source attributes the name from the heavy activity of beavers building their winter dams. Sky Info for November 2021 November 4 - New Moon. The Moon will located on the same side of the Earth as the Sun and will not be visible in the night sky.

November 4, 5 - Taurids Meteor Shower. The Taurids is a long-running minor meteor shower producing only about 5-10 meteors per hour. It is unusual in that it consists of two separate streams. The new moon will leave dark skies this year for what should be an excellent show. Best viewing will be just after midnight from a dark location far away from city lights. Meteors will radiate from the constellation Taurus, but can appear anywhere in the sky.

November 17, 18 - Leonids Meteor Shower. The Leonids is an average shower, producing up to 15 meteors per hour at its peak. This shower is unique in that it has a cyclonic peak about every 33 years where hundreds of meteors per hour can be seen. That last of these occurred in 2001. The Leonids is produced by dust grains left behind by comet Tempel-Tuttle, which was discovered in 1865. The shower runs annually from November 6-30. It peaks this year on the night of the 17th and morning of the 18th.

November 19 - Full Moon. The Moon will be located on the opposite side of the Earth as the Sun and its face will be will be fully illuminated. This full moon was known by early Native American tribes as the Beaver Moon because this was the time of year to set the beaver traps before the swamps and rivers froze. It has also been known as the Frosty Moon and the Dark Moon.

November 19 - Partial Lunar Eclipse. A partial lunar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes through the Earth's partial shadow, or penumbra, and only a portion of it passes through the darkest shadow, or umbra. During this type of eclipse a part of the Moon will darken as it moves through the Earth's shadow. The eclipse will be visible throughout most of eastern Russia, Japan, the Pacific Ocean, North America, Mexico, Central America, and parts of western South America.

Celebrate Diwali on November 4, 2021

The Diwali festival takes place over five days. The first day, Dhanteras, is for celebrating Lakshmi, the Hindu goddess of wealth, prosperity, youth and beauty. On this first day, people buy new items such as jewelry, clothing and utensils and light lamps to welcome Lakshmi.

The second day, known as Chhoti Diwali, Naraka Chaturdasi or Kali Chaudas, focuses on a story from Hindu mythology about the god Krishna and his defeat of the demon god Narakasura. On this day, some people put up twinkling lights to celebrate his victory.

The third day, known as Diwali, Deepawali, or Lakshmi Puja, is the most important day of the Diwali festival. On this day, people visit family and friends to feast and exchange sweets and gifts. People also continue to light lamps and candles to welcome light and prosperity from the goddess Lakshmi.

On the fourth day, known as Govardhan Puja or Padva, some people in northern India build small piles of cow dung as a symbol of how Krishna defeated the king of the Hindu gods, Indra, by lifting up a mountain.

The fifth day, known as Bhai Dooj or Yama Dwitiva, is a day for brothers and sisters to honor one another. Siblings perform a ceremony called tilak and pray for one another.

Diwali has ties to multiple religious stories across several faiths, so the meanings that people associate with Diwali may vary. In broad terms, it often represents the triumph of light over darkness.

In parts of northern India, many people associate Diwali with the ancient story of King Rama, an incarnation of the Hindu god Vishnu.

According to the legend, Rama rescued his wife, Sita, from the evil king, Lanka, by building a bridge from India to Sri Lanka.

Diwali is celebrated by people across different faiths in India, including Hindus, Jains, Sikhs, and some Muslims and Buddhists.

Many people with South Asian heritage in other parts of the world also celebrate Diwali. ______________

"PSYCHIATRIZED: Waking Up After A Decade of Bad Medicine" Chapter 4 – Choking

In January of 2004, I begin to feel a weird tightness in my throat, which feels like I have swallowed a pebble. The sensation becomes so intense that I feel like I am choking all of the time. As the nurse weighs me and checks my vitals, I think about how many years I’ve not been feeling right.

“One hundred and nineteen pounds,” says the nurse, looking at the scale. I’m not completely surprised to learn I’ve lost weight. The uncomfortable feeling in my throat has made it difficult for me to swallow and I often opt out of meals.

Dr. Sparks sends me for a full medical workup. Blood work is ordered; I’m given an endoscopy to make sure I don’t have polyps or cancer. After being told there is nothing physically wrong with me, I work with a voice therapist who tells me I am a “vocal over-doer” and gives me exercises to manage my volume and calm my vocal folds, but Page | 19

nothing alleviates the uncomfortable fullness in my throat.

“There are medications that can help with this,” Dr. Sparks says. He knows I’ve had sensitivities to different medications in the past – lidocaine and tetracycline, as well as the three different antidepressants I tried under his care -- and I trust his medical opinion.

When I ask about possible side effects, he doesn’t mention a single one. “It’s a baby dose,” he says. “Plus, it’s a drug that’s been around since the 1950’s. It’s tried and true.”

Having suffered years of chronic throat pain and insomnia, I’m willing to try anything, and on March 2, 2004, Dr. Sparks writes me a thirty-day prescription for 0.5 milligrams of clonazepam. “Take half a pill at bedtime,” he says.

After my appointment, I drive straight to the nearest grocery store, and as I complete the weekly shopping for my family, a pharmacist fills a little brown bottle with dozens of tiny pills. Outside of what is written on the bottle, I’m given no information about my new medication at all. And because we have excellent insurance, I pay only five dollars for my first prescription, less than the cost of a Big Mac Meal at McDonald’s.

It seems like a good deal.

That night, I take my medication exactly as prescribed, and for the first time in years, I fall asleep within fifteen minutes of getting into bed. I sleep the entire night and, in the morning, I wake feeling refreshed and energized. “That clonazepam is a miracle!” I tell my husband, as he heads off to work.

While he is away, I find myself feeling energetic and extremely focused. I’m able to read for hours, and my writing feels sharp and fresh. I feel excited about this new medication that is going to help me get my life back on track.

It is often said that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

And while I didn’t know it at the time, that first bit of clonazepam was as far away from a miracle as could be.

It was a deal with the devil.

"The Road To Forgiveness" By Ellie Blair

I lost my Mother when I was 10 years old. No she didn’t pass away or run away leaving me behind. She fell into the arms of alcoholism. My beautiful loving caring Mother lost herself thinking she had found a friend, something that could help her to forget the pain she was suffering and help her deal with the guilt she was carrying. She had an inability to face problems without the help of the thing that she felt made the same problems go away. I came to hate her-a word I never use in my vocabulary for the sheer nature of its ugliness and negativity. At ten years old, I had no other way to describe how seeing my Mother incapacitated seemingly having a great time affected me. I became engulfed in guilt myself, shame, loneliness, confusion, lying about her and covering up for her became the norm. Back then there was no counselling, talking therapy, support, or recognition that she was ill. What I saw was my source of love, security, laughter, nurturing, comfort, and safety disappearing into a place that I didn’t know, a place where she wasn’t able to recognise me as her child. As her eldest, she became dependent on me to hold things together. You Page | 22

can only imagine what that looked and felt like to a ten year old girl. I resented her, I loathed her, I loved her with all of my heart and wanted her back.

At the age of 16, I allowed myself to walk away. To leave a place that caused me so much pain. I know that my Mother would cry often and ask people where I was. I was too deeply embedded in the negativity of it all to even consider that she did actually love and miss me. The last time I saw her alive was two years later. She was in an alcohol unit in a small hospital and obviously quite ill at this stage and close to dying. I recall her looking at me and calling me someone else's name-my Mother didn’t recognise me. In the depth of the sadness that I was already feeling before I saw her, I walked away and never went back. I didn’t go to her funeral. I now realise that I was also too far gone in my own ideas, perceptions, disappointments, and frustrations to grieve for the Mother I lost.

I completely agree with the concept that time heals. It truly does. I bring this forward to a couple of extraordinary serendipitous situations I found myself in that were the beginnings of my new relationship with my Mother - yes she was long gone but my faith was restored. I was (and still am) on my path of Spirituality and Learning.

I was reading a plethora of different literature about selfgrowth/empowerment/walking the path/opening my heart. I was particularly interested at this time in the Goddess related literature and philosophy. A powerful and beautiful way to look at ourselves as women through the eyes of these fascinating symbols of strength. I was book shopping one day and came across something that jumped out at me. A title that caught my eye - Goddesses For Every Season. A book I can work with on a daily basis to further my learning and growth. Upon picking it up, I froze on the spot as the name of the Author is Nancy Blair !!!!!! Yes, Nancy Blair was my Mother’s name.

The Author is an American woman, well respected Writer and Glass Artist-absolutely no connection to my Mother. Something shifted in me. There might not be words to describe how I felt. I read this as being my Mother’s way of telling me she loved me. I felt as though a heavy weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I was in a much better position myself having worked on my past and allowing myself to let it go. Working in Mental Health at that time allowed me the opportunity to better understand addictions and the importance of Page | 23

respecting my own Mental Health and that of others. I didn’t care if people thought I was a bit crazy, maybe reading too much into this. It didn’t matter. I knew in my own heart that I was being given an opportunity to finally release anything negative that still remained in my psyche associated with my Mother. Life looked and felt different. I found that having compassion is actually a healthy way forward in this precious life that we have.

One year later, all is well in my world. I continue to have nothing but admiration for the woman who brought me into this world. I decided to travel to Australia to stay with friends in Sydney. I do silent meditation in the Blue Mountains. I know my life is blessed. I have always had an interest in Aboriginal Dreamtime Art. I was advised to visit the Aboriginal History Museum in Sydney before I left. I did. I was very drawn to a beautiful small painting for sale, picked it up and turned it over to see the name of the Artist. The name Nancy Campbell was before me. Yes, Campbell was my Mother’s maiden name. The art was done by a woman from the Anmatyerre Tribe in the Northern Territory. Skeptics/Cynics would find reasoning for these events, I felt no need to question what had happened, I was reassured that indeed my Mother loved me and that forgiveness is the beginning and not the end. This is a very difficult subject to bring to the table.

Everybody who has felt the need to say “I will never forgive” for bad things that have happened to them has a right to do so. Being released from these emotions through having an open heart and if necessary, finding appropriate help is the pathway to living life in peace, to being free of pain, and to being happy. Forgiveness does not change the past, but it can change the future if we allow ourselves to feel the positive shift that forgiving can create.

About Monique: Originally trained in psychoanalysis and Gestalt, I am certified in Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Comprehensive Resource Model and Past Life Regression. I am certified in both Reiki and Shamanic practices and ceremonies. In addition I have been a student of Meditation for over 20 years.

Although I recently moved from New York City to Syracuse (upstate NY), I was born in France, grew up in Central America and have lived in many different states and countries. Although moving around was difficult at the time, it allowed me to experience different cultures, ethnic backgrounds and spiritual orientations. This understanding is helpful in my work with my clients as it enables me to understand and put into context each person’s particular background and way of viewing the world.

The Interview The curious gods look across at me and ask: Do you want a life where you give and receive great love, though it leads to loss?

So far, my lessons here have been only about love.

I hear the Earth’s master class of impermanence is a heavy-handed teacher, a jarring mentorship to teach compassion.

We want you to know that parenting can be especially challenging.

In this incarnation, would you like to bear and nurture children?

Children, hmm. The angels say they are the ultimate act of creation; I am willing to give it my best shot.

Your power of manifestation continues on the next plane, but you will pass through a veil of forgetting and not remember this gift.

Is there no way for me to hold on to this knowledge?

For a time, young ones continue to evoke their powers.

Stay young at heart—the key to the gate of remembering.

"Your Role In Co-Creating" By Patti Fields

Channeled Message In this world you still have needs. There is nothing you need to do but ask for what you need. That is your part in co-creating with Divine Source.

In asking you join your energies with the Divine. Asking is an act that lifts your attention upward beyond the need to the Deliverer – which is the Source of life and well-being. When you receive you make visible this Source in a world that needs evidence that it has not been abandoned, and it does not have to live out its choice of separation. By asking you are now making a different choice – one that makes the everlasting connection with Divine love evident.

Asking and receiving is a spiritual practice because any practice that results in re-establishing oneness is spiritual. There is no wrong way to ask. State your need and then ask for the need to be fulfilled. Be open to all forms and ways for it to be done. Do not limit the source by only accepting certain forms and rejecting others. Asking for the inconsequential minutia to be taken care of is not less spiritual than asking for truth. Both direct your attention toward the Source – Page | 31

which IS truth. You have been trained to think the opposite: if you ask for help with worldly problems, you are not asking for truth and therefore have lost your way. This belief is difficult to overcome because it triggers your guilt for the experience of being human.

To experience being human is not a crime. It is one experience of many that the Soul can have as an expression of its creative nature.

Any experience of Divine Source energy within a human experience IS realizing truth. While being human, ask for what you need and lift up your heart and mind to the Creator. Let what you receive become evidence of your true nature and your connection with Divine Source.

Your problem is not one rooted in a condition of separation. Your problem is a lack of remembering what is true. See everything as a way to remember truth, and you will realize that asking and receiving is a practice that will lead you Home.

Question to my guides: I notice that I do not have trouble receiving.

But I do struggle with asking. When I try to be specific by stating a need and asking for it to be fulfilled, I get confused about what I need.

Analyzing the resistance to asking serves no purpose. See it simply as resistance (or fear), and declare to yourself that fear is not rooted in truth. Therefore, why give it more attention? Our message to ask and receive is rooted in love. The answer to your concern is to decide if you will be guided by love or fear and then act on your choice.

Your will is strong when it comes to resisting fear. Remember your determination to experience love and connection and then choose to state your need as you understand it and follow our instructions. Let the evidence be what diminishes the fear. We will tell you that any resistance is rooted in unworthiness which is a result of guilt. Is it worth your time to pay attention to what is fundamentally not true?

That is why we give you the directive to use your will to not pay attention to resistance and simply do the practice as instructed.

We love you. We know your struggle, and we know the quickest, easiest way to overcome the struggle. By listening and following through with today’s instructions, you are dismantling the beliefs that Page | 32

keep you struggling. We will be with you and support you while you ask. But the asking must come from you. That is how you establish your role as co-creator and your identity as a spiritual being deserving of love.

"The Essence of The Matrix of Four" By Ethan Indigo Smith

The Matrix of Four is frequently and obviously at the basis of innumerable philosophical systems, and it is nearly as frequently covertly so. The Matrix of Four forms principal basis for so many philosophical and metaphysical systems that to understand it and its corresponding lessons is to better comprehend tremendously diverse subjects and objects including the mystery of our very own consciousness.

In fact, the number of philosophical systems of which The Matrix of Four is a principal idea or outright basis, is so overwhelming that much like air being everywhere its true significance is often overlooked and unseen. The stunning amount and the nature of the corresponding lessons that The Matrix of Four reveals are indeed so provocative that the totality of it as an idea unto itself is often left unfastened among all the other individual and diverse applications.

The main lesson of The Matrix of Four as a whole pertains to consciousness and the internal art that is the refinement and development of our consciousness. The Matrix of Four represents the transformational alchemy of dull leaden thought refined into golden enlightened mindfulness. If there is a metaphysical philosopher’s stone The Matrix of Four may very well be it. Four itself, by way of The Duality of Polarity, ends up being the simplest form of completion, presenting the totality most simply. There is the positive and negative Page | 34

Thesis and Antithesis, and there is the Synthesis between the two, and there is the mostly unmentioned, unlimited alternative, the neither; The Nullisis.

This set of four is mathematically and philosophically sound format to begin to perceive subjects and objects. The Matrix of Four is not the only way to perceive and often not necessarily the best way, but it is a foundational secure way to impartially find solutions to problems and perhaps the most refined and simplest way to begin to comprehend situations and observations.

The Duality of Polarity was once a secured and steadfast held philosophy though it had a different name, perhaps many different names. Catuskoti is the four cornered philosophy, known as an ‘indivisible quarternity’ and a ‘suite of four discrete functions’ from Indian Vedic and Buddhist schools. The Catuskoti directly led to The Four Extremes of Buddhism: Being, Non-Being, Both Being and NonBeing, and Neither Being nor Non-Being. Catuskoti is also known as Tetralemma, a fourfold system of possibility presentation.

The quarternity of Catuskoti or Tetralemma reveals our own mode of thinking in first the basis of the thesis and then the contrasts that begin in the Tetralemma format. Tertralemma finds ideas in Thesis, considers contrasts in The Antithesis, finds agreements in The Synthesis, and activates thoughtful engagements in consideration of The Nullisis.

The Matrix of Four, The Tetralemma from out of Catuskoti automatically opens up situational awareness and situational consideration to more refined possibilities. The Tetralemma might have been so thought provoking that it became taboo among monothematic institutions. The idea leads to better decision-making processes, enhanced interpretive capability, the ability to detect information that does not add up, and consciousness to formulate enhanced understandings of cultural, political and spiritual actualities, all toward refinement of consciousness.

The Tetralemma was once popular all across Asia and similar schematics were presented in other modes of thinking including Greek philosophy. The Matrix of Four is so useful of a thought construct it can now be found to be insinuated or dictated nearly Page | 35

everywhere. And it is so powerful yet simple that it has gone unmentioned and frequently sealed away from active consideration.

The Matrix of Four is a threat to commands, demands and directives for it inspires consideration of the direct and unlimited alternatives.

And the institutions of the world would prefer their directives and their interpretations go unquestioned.

The Tetralemma or The Matrix of Four is indeed so useful and so simple there is practically no other likely reason for its reduction of value as a commonly understood model other than the monothematic insistence of institutions and its threat to their dictates. Institutions would prefer their stories go unchallenged and their narratives obeyed in the most monothematic terms people will tolerate in a given time and place.

It is entirely feasible the institution of monotheism itself is to reinforce the total disregard for alternative thought processes, and of course the alternative inspiring model that is Matrix of Four and the innumerable pertinent thinking models. The more monothematic an institution and institutionalized group the more they cancel out alternatives. Monotheism itself is often enough, at its more basic, formatted so as to cancel alternatives and demand submission to oneway-ism. Monotheism is in fact not the religion of one God, monotheism is more accurately a religion of one way to perceive God, one way to worship God, one way to pronounce the name of God, and so on.

Most religions and practically all religious institutions exist by way of preventing critical thinking and alternative thinking, and further imply that the answer exists outside yourself, in the religious construct. This is not chastise spiritual ideas, but the institutionalization of religion.

The answers are sought externally as it is extoled the answer is externally held. This is the furthest thing from the truth, the ultimate answers are within you. There are lessons which may be offered inside a school or from within books, but the internal embodiment and intuitive knowing is the crucial pursuit and monothematic constructs will not assist the ultimate endeavor of truth and its consideration.

Religion and the religiosity of the state leads to monothematic insistence eliminating free thought, sometimes subtly and other times so overtly that the greatest libraries and greatest collections of knowledge have been incinerated as if just to stop the consideration of alternatives; especially when critical consideration of alternatives have sensible format. This is not necessarily to suggest that the reason monotheists burned libraries and destroyed symbolism and spirituality over the centuries, all over the world, was solely because of The Tetralemma, but rather to say that The Tetralemma reflected the reason those monotheists and monothematic institutionalized would have destroyed such libraries, as purveyors of alternative, nondogmatic, critical thinking.

The Matrix of Four automatically practically insists we consider alternatives direct and indirect. It is so profoundly simple it inspires all sorts of profound questions in its consideration. It is present in numerous philosophies, metaphysical concepts, as well as religious teachings, and allegories, only without the fetters of religious or state institutionalization.

A Thesis B Antithesis AB Synthesis X Nullisis The Matrix of Four also provides opportunity to unite polarities so as to not be caught up always stifled by what is often contrived dualism, but rather find the potentials enhancing clear thinking and eliminating closemindedness. This doublethink predicament of divisiveness resulting from opaque duality is eliminated with The Matrix of Four.

The cross (see Reference 1) reference is a useful Duality of Polarity, of many such similar designed concepts, that can enhance our comprehension of situations and conditions and result in refined consciousness. The Internal Associated Duality of Polarity construct is one that reveals The Matrix of Four The Philosophy of The Duality of Polarity as a whole as well.

The Matrix of Four inspires and leads to associated internal consciousness through the correspondence of the mutuality of diverse symbolism of humanity of The Matrix of Four and that they directly and subtly pertaining to consciousness. The Matrix of Four Page | 37

expands universalism and connectivity as a whole while at the same time instigating individuation through spiritual, philosophical and metaphysical relationships towards united humanity, toward associated internalized consciousness. The wisdom progression of the associated internal lessons raise consciousness by engaging our own individual being and by way of increasing our connections with the world as whole.

Disassociated externalized consciousness is reflected in ardent institutionalized zealotry, divisive partisanship, the pursuit for materialistic gains, and the typical functions of the basic, materialistic world without lessons, the pursuits of which degrade us all to a deeper and deeper disassociated externalized consciousness predicament.

The more conscious one becomes the more constant the refinement of associated and internal awareness one has embodied. The less conscious one becomes the more disassociation and external awareness one has embodied. The Matrix of Four The Philosophy of The Duality of Polarity inspires enhanced consciousness simply through its consideration and more so through its investigation.

"Hippies, Gurus and The Average Joanne Soap" By Stacey Duffy

I have been contemplating a great deal this week. I always advocate for the lost and frantic people at the beginning of awakening. I remember it well. So I decided to do what everyone does when they start something new, I googled.

There are images and articles by celebrities and motivational icons.

Links to different types of meditation. Links to Gaia, links to research and videos about psychedelics. Nudists, festivals, workshops, markets, opinions on everything and bowls that sing. As always, there are the ads... ''Bring back lost Twin Flame''. ''Best Psychic in the world'', ''Free energy clearing by powerful psychic''. Not forgetting the mystical tarot readers and the talented witches and finally, the Gurus.

Many of them draped in cream cloth, sitting in quarter lotus and proffering their devout followers pearls of wisdom and enlightened gems. Wow!!! 🤯 It's a huge amount of information.

About an hour and half later, in a trance induced by a vast sea of chakras and mandalas I stopped and took a breath. It's no wonder people think I'm crazy!!!!! Bloody hell!!! I am years into this so the content doesn't scare me, but, it is overwhelming. I can see why people shy away from and misunderstand spirituality and self awareness.

The problem, as I see it, is that most of us have physical lives and we want to succeed all while discovering ourselves and tapping into the Page | 40

abundant joy that spirituality can bring. After scrolling through all of that information, it seems impossible. It seems as though we have to relinquish the physical to excel in spirituality. Can we balance work, family, ambition and success in the physical realm and still honestly and wholly explore the other realms and (more importantly) the diverse layers of self?

I SAY YES!!! (though, I'm no guru) We don't have to choose! Perhaps the idea that we must be one or the other is a construct of ego? We can do what ever we want! You do not have to follow a guru, you do not have burn incense or buy a set of drapes to wear while you sit on a mountain perch and meditate for three months. It isn't feasible for most of us. I have a job that I want to rock!!! I have a family to love and a full physical life. I'm not just going to let it go, I want to thrive!!!!! On the other side of that coin, I meditate and consult with incredible healers, read cards, speak to my guides, work on self (both light and shadow, physically and energetically) and read, read, read about the universe and buddha and psychologies and, and, and.... With one foot on the plane and the other in the metaphysical I'm inspired and driven to succeed and understand - everywhere, in every time and every reality.

Don't get me wrong, there are some ridiculously inspiring and wise people out there but I believe that their success or followers or enlightenment comes as a result of their choices. Choices they made in integrity while discovering who they are and what they want. No where is it written that all spiritual people become lightworkers or yogis or hippies who throw physical world worries to the wind! There is no official process and that is why it's so daunting.

Obviously we are not all the same, some will feel as though they have found 'home' and just slot into what seems their divine purpose. I'm writing this for those who feel confused and crazy... I'm writing this for me all those years ago. What ever avenue you chose to discover your spirituality remember this: 1. This is your journey, you always get to choose. You don't HAVE TO do anything.

2. It doesn't matter where you start. It matters that you start, Page | 41

3. If it feels off- it probably isn't your vibe and that's ok.

4. There is so much out there, be patient (ha haaa 🤣, I need to practice what I preach) and stay open minded.

5. Some of it is difficult, none of it is quick. Don't give up.

6. For a while, everyone seems better or further along or just amazing. It will pass. You don't need to be like anyone else.

7. What ever your spiritual practice, you will be re-discovering who you are and what you believe. Deciding how you want to live. There is no pre-decided end goal. It is a fluid process.

8. No matter how many times you change mind or direction, you'll realise that the shifts in you ARE THE PRIZE! We read time and time again that we need to nurture body and soul.

It's nonsensical to ignore one half and expect the other to remain unaffected. It's the same when trying to balance our existence between rays. Take care of yourself, work on yourself, observe yourself physically and spiritually and you should be able to thrive physically and spiritually. You can have both! Aaaand, you can do it in jeans and sneakers, like the average Joanne Soap. No need for ty -dye or cream drapes.😉 About Stacey: A drone for the first 33 years of my life, I lived by checking the boxes. Finish school, go to varsity, get married have children… etc. I am not filled with regret but post spiritual awakening - I feel alive, I am a writer, and I craving experiences.

zen habits by Leo Babauta Stillness & Curiosity Much of our lives are lived on autopilot.

We jump from one task to another, one message to another, one meeting to another, one browser tab to another. We react in habitual ways to other people, to situations. And we justify this as the way it should be.

Nothing wrong with that — but what would it be like to explore other possibilities?

What would it be like to pause and find stillness in a moment when we would normally be on autopilot?

Here’s what I’ve been exploring …

Every obstacle that we normally think of as a problem to be fixed … every “flaw” in ourselves or others that we judge as something to be fixed … what if we can pause, find stillness, and get curious instead of trying to fix?

For example: Someone is acting in a way that feels rude or wrong — perhaps my autopilot response is to judge them, complain about them internally or externally, and either try to fix the problem or avoid the person.

But I’ve been exploring getting still, and bringing curiosity to my reaction — what does it feel like, why do I get triggered in this way?

Then curiosity to the other person — how might what they’re doing make sense to them?

If I’ve been procrastinating on something — my autopilot response might be to judge myself and feel inadequate, or maybe to avoid even thinking about it. What if I get still, and bring curiosity to how it feels to procrastinate on this, and what fear might be leading to the procrastination? Could I bring curiosity to why this task is even important to me?

If I am complaining about something or feeling burdened by something — my autopilot response is to just get through it, feeling put upon and a bit powerless. Could I get still and bring curiosity to my feeling of complaint, burden, powerlessness? Could there be anything to explore in what I really want in this situation, and why I’m avoiding speaking up for that?

In this way, every difficulty becomes a place to explore with curiosity, and there is growth and learning and delight to be found in everything.

This process, for me, starts with stillness. And then deepens with curiosity.

“Do You Believe in Miracles?” By Barry & Joyce Vissell

Albert Einstein famously said, “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”

I slightly disagree. I have seen that, for many of us, there is a third way, that only some things are miracles. A lot of us believe in miracles, but only the big, obvious, staring-in-your-face kind, like the birth of your child, finding true love, or even a spectacular sunset or rainbow. But the little, everyday variety of miracle is often overlooked, like the fresh ozone smell in the woods after a rain, the smile on the face of a baby, the lovely house you find to live in, or the prompting you get to call someone, and then find out they are in crisis and need your help.

Sadly, many people simply don’t believe in miracles. They believe there is a scientific explanation for all phenomena. Even if they don’t know what it is, they believe that, someday, it will be explained scientifically.

The mind simply cannot believe in miracles, while the heart doesn’t have to believe. It knows! The mind craves explanations, while the heart transcends explanation. The mind seeks smallness, while the heart is open to vastness. To be open to miracles is to be open to a spiritual dimension of life.

Joyce and I belong to the “everything is a miracle” camp. And nothing is too small to be a miracle. On the earth now for three quarters of a century, we look back at miracle after miracle in our lives; some huge, some tiny, some in-between, but all miracles.

The big miracles often stand out, like the way Joyce and I were brought together; or narrowly surviving the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake; or finding new love after infidelity; or the mind-blowing experiences with our teachers and guides.

But what we consider the “small” miracles are still miracles and, in truth, are no less than the “big” miracles. Saving a life on an alpine meadow, hearing a heavenly voice at the age of nine, feeling an invisible hand on the top of our head, or rescuing a lost dog. It’s just impossible to quantify miracles. They’re all part of the invisible world, the world of possibility, the spiritual dimension.

Both of our lives have been composed of many thousands of miracles.

Remembering them is a source of infinite joy. Accepting everything as a miracle continues to bless us to this day. And the gratefulness we feel as a result keeps us optimistic about our future, and the future of this world.

Our work in the world is all about helping people with their lives and their relationships; individually, as couples, or in our groups and retreats. Do we see miracles happen? Yes, often. Each person’s heart opening to more love is a miracle to be celebrated.

Starting with the onset of the Covid Pandemic, which canceled all of our live events, we recorded a simple short weekly video containing an inspiring message and me singing one of the songs I have written, accompanying myself on the harmonium, a small hand-pumped organ, originally from India. Before each video, Joyce and I pray that our words and music can help whoever needs help. We don’t have a huge following but, each time, we hear from a few people who tell us that the video they just watched was exactly what they needed. Is this a miracle? You bet. To be aware of the miraculous in life requires paying attention and being present. To notice life itself is to notice miracle after miracle. If you’re waiting for fireworks, you can easily miss the constant stream of miracles happening right now. Even as I sit in my office room now, I am looking out my window at the infinitely varying shades of green in the foliage, the dark greens of a wisteria vine gone wild with reckless abandon, reaching out in every direction; the maturing silver maple tree beginning the amazing transformation of reds, oranges and yellows that signals autumn. The change of color is not static; it is ever-changing, even as I watch this miracle unfold.

Then there’s the miracle this morning of sitting with Joyce, after our meditation and prayer time, and looking into her face and eyes, seeing the radiance of the Goddess shine through to me. During the day, as we pass each other in each of our activities, sometimes I miss out on this miracle. I don’t pay attention or notice her divine beauty, or the little way she smiles at me, even in passing. But sometimes, even in our busyness, we stop and hug, and not a short hug but a real embrace. And then I remember and feel the miracle of two souls, joined in love for not just a mere fifty-six years, but for eternity.

"4 Reasons Why People Become Empaths: From Trauma To Genetics”

Why do people become empaths? Is it temperament? Genetics?

Trauma? Neglectful or supportive parental upbringing? As a psychiatrist and an empath, I’ve seen that the following four main factors (which I expand upon in my book The Empath’s Survival Guide) can contribute to heightening one’s sensitivities.

Reason 1. Temperament. Some babies enter the world with more sensitivity than others—an inborn temperament. You can see it when they come out of the womb. They’re much more responsive to light, smells, touch, movement, temperature, and sound. These infants seem to be empaths from the start.

Reason 2. Genetics. Also, from what I’ve observed with my patients, some forms of sensitivity may be genetically transmitted. Highly sensitive children can come from mothers and fathers with the same inborn traits. Therefore, it is possible that sensitivity can also be genetically transmitted through families.

Reason 3. Trauma. Childhood neglect or abuse can affect your sensitivity levels as an adult. A portion of empaths I’ve treated have experienced early trauma such as emotional or physical abuse, or they were raised by alcoholic, depressed or narcissistic parents. This could potentially wear down the usual healthy defenses that a child with nurturing parents develops. As a result of their upbringing, they typically don’t feel “seen” by their families, and feel invisible in the greater world that doesn’t value sensitivity.

Reason 4. Supportive Parenting. On the other hand, positive parenting can help sensitive children develop and honor their gifts.

Parents are powerful role models for all children, especially sensitive ones.

In all cases, however, we empaths haven’t learned to defend against stress in the same way as others do. We’re different in that respect. A noxious stimulus, such as an angry person, crowds, noise, or bright light can agitate us since our threshold for sensory overload is extremely low.

Healing is possible for all sensitive people. Even if you’ve experienced early trauma or have been raised by abusive parents, it’s important that you learn to feel safe enough to embrace your sensitivities now.

Part of this involves learning to set healthy boundaries with others and choosing positive people in your circle who can be supportive of your sensitivities. In addition, protection and centering techniques and meditations can help to strengthen your core so you can be both strong and sensitive. "Coming Discoveries" By Lee Carroll/Kryon

a message from Kryon channeled by Lee Carroll Wednesday, 25 August, 2021 (posted 12 October, 2021) Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service.

This is the fourth channel of the month regarding change. The past three weeks, we’ve discussed several attributes of change that are beginning to happen on this planet. The changes are mostly consciousness, and we have given you some examples which show that many of these were expected, and they coordinate with the messages of the indigenous. They revolve around the cycle of our time, the precession of the equinox, and the 2012 shift.

So, here you sit in a time of expected change, and the first thing that happens is COVID. You have to ask, “Is it related?” And we’ve given the answer now many times. Indeed (it is related)! More than related, it is the catalyst to what follows next. This virus has almost stopped the normal operational attributes of this planet, and I told you that this is like stopping a large factory so that it can retool.

We have discussed the metaphor of a factory that cannot stop. After some time, it starts to be dysfunctional, and those operating it start a process of greed and lack of integrity. It becomes so bad that it becomes badly inefficient, yet, nobody can stop it. It’s too big.

However, COVID stopped it! This gives a space, does it not? It’s a space that no one expected, given in order to see the inefficiencies of the factory (the systems of Earth). It’s a time to retool and clearly see Page | 53

the dark things that have grown in the dark corners where you never were able to look before. It’s a chance to see more light than ever and identify those who are keeping you from seeing it.

Dear ones, that’s just the beginning of what we discussed. We’ve given you some messages of change in the past and said, “watch for this,” or “look for that.” These things are coming. There are some things coming that would surprise you, that are truly sensational and filled with great things, and when I tell you about some of these things, you may ask, “How soon, Kryon, how soon?” Every single one of these things that I’m going to give you now actually already exists. They already exist in some form or are being developed. Let me be clear: Some of these things lay on humanity, waiting for the aha experience.

“Kryon, what are you talking about?”

Inventions are Given when They are Needed Let me go back and revisit some messages you may have heard before: Major inventions that have changed the culture of this planet often seem to happen all at once, all over the globe, almost like they were delivered to consciousness all at once from somewhere else.

Seldom do you have just one individual with an idea that then changes the planet. That may be the story they tell you in history, but these profound inventions and discoveries usually happen simultaneously, and the first individual to manifest it is the one who gets the credit.

Electricity: Some of the inventions that manifest themselves on the planet seem odd in their timing. You might look back and ask, “Why did it take so long? How is this possible?” If you start looking at the facts, the discovery of electricity is one. How long has this energy been obvious to mankind in so many ways? Whether it’s static (electricity), like the sparks you make when you move your feet on certain substances, or whether it’s lightning in the sky … why did it take until only a couple of hundred years ago for it really to be looked at, or the question asked: “I wonder if this is energy we could use?” As to who actually invented it, you knew it was Michael Faraday, right (or did you get another story)? And – that it wasn’t actually electricity – but rather, electromagnetic induction (magnetics)?

Flight is another one. The Chinese have been flying kites and have known about wind currents for 3,000 years. Why weren’t there men in the sky, using kites and updrafts with the profound understanding that humanity already had of these things? What took so long? Even today, you see those who leap off mountain tops without powered flight – with a kite strapped to them. Where was that? It should have been intuitive and should have occurred a thousand years ago. You had watched the birds, you flew kites, yet, for thousands of years, nobody did it. Does this make sense? It took until the Wright brothers gave it to you using powered engines. That wasn’t that long ago, dear ones, and they only beat the French with their famous first flight by two weeks! Do you see what I’m saying? This invention was “delivered to the Field” when it was ready – and all over the Earth at the same time.

Inventions that change the Earth profoundly in this way happen when it’s time. You may disagree. You may say, “Oh, we can think of these things any time we want.” This is not true or many inventions that were completely “there and ready and intuitive” would have happened even sooner than they did.

There are some things coming that are already here, dear ones, in certain ways. They are already in the Field, waiting to be plucked out.

I want to tell you about them. Some have heard this before.

The Best Coming Inventions Will Not Be High Technology Don’t be surprised if the most advanced discoveries that you’re going to make, which are going to change this planet profoundly, have nothing to do with artificial intelligence or massive amounts of computing. You might say, it’s “back to basics” because some of the best inventions will be using patterns and basic physics that were always there, but which you just haven’t thought of yet.

The End of Batteries – And the Grid Let me talk about the magnetic energy wheel. It might be two, or even three wheels, but there is a simple pattern, an array of magnets that, when placed correctly, can keep a wheel spinning – forever.

Using the simple push/pull energy of small or large magnets together in a specific array, you can keep this wheel going forever. You’re aware, are you not, that natural magnets are very powerful, and they push and they pull with a great deal of force, with no rest or refresh time, and no side effects, and no fuel. This is a huge secret! Why have you not seen this before? Put them together in an array where they will push and pull against each other and spin whatever size wheel you wish – until the end of time! All you have to do is oil the bearings occasionally. Have you thought of that? Dear ones, listen: If you can make something spin, you can connect it to an electric generator.

Electricity, in any quantity, forever!

I want you to think of what this means. Imagine: No batteries. “Kryon, what are you talking about. You’ve got to have batteries.” Dear ones, that statement is soooo yesterday! Imagine your favorite device. A phone, perhaps? What if, instead of a battery, it had a tiny, miniature, spinning magnetic motor that powered the device in real-time – forever! Not only are there no batteries in the future, but no charging anything. Every electronic thing you have has its own tiny, spinning generator built-in.

“Kryon, how big can this wheel be?” Well, let’s think: Everything I have said can be enlarged. So, instead of a battery in an electric car, there is a larger spinning electric engine underneath, always supplying electricity to what we will now call super capacitance (something we have only briefly discussed). You will always have enough electricity to go for hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of miles without ever stopping. And even while you sleep, electricity is still being generated to the “super cap.” It never stops.

“Kryon, I still don’t understand how all this is going to change the entire planet.”

Dear ones, I’m talking about individual power for every single building that exists on the planet – without being connected to any grid. NO WIRES AND NO OUTSIDE SOURCE. No weather pattern will ever shut down a city again or cause those to die because they can’t get electricity – because it’s right outside in a little spinning motor that never stops and always is running, to power whatever is needed.

Magnetics is the answer. It’s free, instant, and mobile electricity for Page | 56

Every continent on this planet could have as much electricity as they wanted or needed to instantly power villages, hospitals, communications, teaching through the internet, and more. The internet would work, no matter what. Can you imagine when everybody could talk to everybody? Cultures and continents would start healing themselves and would finally start to be educated.

All of this can happen from one undiscovered pattern – a magnetic array. Putting those magnets together so they will push and pull in a way that they will spin forever, can be customizable to any size – miniaturized or massive. They can power ships and cars – and they go forever. There is no resource that is easier and safer to use to power this planet than magnetics. No natural resources are burned, no pollution, and entirely safe.

Kryon – This Can’t Work “Kryon: If I had this invention, there are forces out there who would never let it be developed. I would be afraid to have it! The power companies of the planet will buy it and pocket it because they want to sell what they’ve got. They will never let this happen.”

Let’s stop for a moment. Dear ones, this is not your father’s world.

What have I told you about change for the past 30 years? DO NOT POSTULATE THE FUTURE ON WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST. The shift is changing the consciousness of the planet.

Right now, the power companies all over your land are in trouble.

Fossil fuel is in trouble, if you haven’t noticed. Nuclear power, the former Holy Grail of power, has shown itself clearly to be exceptionally dangerous! Every one of the accepted mass power generation systems is failing.

I will tell you that the power companies of this land (USA), even if they are using steam or wind or sunlight, are all anxious for this invention! It’s simple, efficient, no huge investment needed, and (ready?) THEY will then be the ones to manufacture and sell the units, improving them and finding more and more uses to free all of you from any kind of power grid. So I’m telling you, it’s a new world, and Page | 57

those in the “power business” will be the first to want to use this.

The Highest and Most Powerful Force of Humanity Let me give you my favorite one: There are things that this body of yours does, which has only to do with consciousness, nothing else. In the last twenty years, there has been a revelation of proof.

Consciousness is energy. It can alter physics.

This realization was not always thought to be the case. In the past, consciousness was something esoteric, not well definable, and it didn’t belong in physics. Now it does. There is now a slow awareness that consciousness absolutely must be considered energy.

Think: If consciousness is energy, then, like all other physical energies, there must be rules or axioms. It becomes predictive science. When you start to figure that out and you understand what those are, you will have some profound answers to some of the greatest mysteries of health: The energy of consciousness is the reason for the placebo effect! Someone takes a sugar-coated pill, and they are told that the pill is going to create a cure – and then it does!

What is the process? How is that possible?

Someone takes a homeopathic tincture, a chemistry that is too small to create a chemical reaction. Yet, it cures! What is happening? How does that work? The answer is the energy and the physics of consciousness combined with something called mirror neurons: What the body sees and expects, it often creates by itself. Perhaps, you see someone else eating a meal and you salivate. That’s consciousness over chemistry, dear ones.

Have you ever wondered if mirror neurons could play a powerful and larger part in a coming system of healing? What if you could convince your body that it was healing? Mirror neurons can’t tell the difference between what you believe or what is happening chemically. Therefore, consciousness instructs the body to heal itself, and it does! Now you understand how spontaneous remission may work. When you convince the body that a healing is occurring, it believes it so completely that it heals itself. This will be a new healing process. It will be the best of any that ever existed – using the energy of Page | 58

consciousness in new, measurable, scientific ways.

No artificial intelligence – no super hi-tech advancements Instead, this becomes the revelation of what you as Humans have always had. Powerful!

I want you to ponder these changes because they are in the Field. Do you think when science discovered that consciousness is energy, they just left that alone? No. They wanted to find out more about what it is.

The first thing they realized is that they are dealing with a multidimensional energy. Indeed, science may not think immediately about the self-healing potentials that exist, but eventually, they will How long will it take? That’s up to you. How many of you believe these things? For the belief itself, you might say, is a transmitter of reality, because when you believe something, you can make it happen.

Changes are coming to this planet, dear ones, and I have told you this.

We continue to tell you about the ones that will enhance humanity, and there will come a time when the last thing you will ever want to do to each other is to kill one another. There is precedent for this in other places that I have talked about, so I have seen it. I have seen it.

Transcend the chaos in the outer-world, IF WE CHOOSE TO DO SO. We have been told by the Beings of Light that the purging process we are all experiencing is a necessary part of our Ascension process.

However, the degree of pain and suffering we experience during this process is being determined by how we choose to respond to the events occurring in our individual and collective lives.

Awakened Humanity is aware of this fact and our I AM Presence is able to intuitively guide us in ways that are helping us to Transcend the chaos and to effectively Transmute the surfacing human miscreations by invoking the Violet Flame. Unfortunately, our Sisters and Brothers who are suffering the most are oblivious of their I AM Presence and our Father-Mother God’s Gift of the Violet Flame.

That is exactly why you and I are now being Called to redouble our efforts on their behalf. We are One with all of our Sisters and Brothers and as we are lifted up they will be lifted up with us. As this occurs, they will gradually be able to hear the inner guidance of their I AM Presence. They will then Awaken from their deep, deep sleep and once again remember who they are and why they are on Earth during this auspicious time.

As we step back and observe the outer world as an objective observer, we can easily witness events that reflect the obsolete consciousness of separation and duality. People everywhere are acting out of their fearbased beliefs that reflect an “us against them” consciousness. This is causing a major part of the chaos manifesting at this time and it is greatly exacerbating Humanity’s pain and suffering. Nowhere is this delusion of “us against them” more obvious than in the United States of America. In communicating with people it is as though we live on two diametrically opposed Planets.

This is not surprising when we remember what the United States of America represents. Everything that conflicts with the USA’s purpose and reason for being is being perpetuated in the outer world by those who are committed to sustaining the status quo and maintaining their ability to abuse power. This is a futile effort but it is causing incredible pain and suffering. In spite of all of their nefarious efforts, Page | 62

we are moving forward in the Light and there is no turning back.

We have been told by the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth that a critical factor in Earth’s Ascension process is for the United States of America to fulfill her Divine Destiny. The Immaculate Concept of the Divine Plan for the USA was Cocreated in the Realms of Cause through the I AM Presences of our Founding Fathers. This facet of the Divine Plan for the USA was victoriously accomplished in spite of the fact that our Founding Fathers were flawed Human Beings as were most of Humanity at that time.

The Immaculate Concept for the Divine Plan for the United States of America is documented in the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. The Divine Intent of these documents was to guide the behavior of American citizens in the most positive way.

The Divine Plan was for America to model to the rest of the people on this Planet a Higher Order of Being, a New World that would heal the illusion of separation and demonstrate to the masses the Oneness of the Family of Humanity. The plan was that within this Consciousness of Oneness we would revel in our diversities and collectively make decisions and take actions that reflect only the highest good for ALL concerned.

The name AMERICA is an anagram for the I AM RACE. The Divine Intent of this name is to represent a race of God Conscious people comprised of ALL races, ALL nationalities, ALL cultures, ALL religions, ALL creeds and ALL Lifestyles. The I AM RACE was intended to represent the Family of Humanity functioning within the full embrace of our I AM Presences demonstrating Oneness, Divine Love and Reverence for ALL Life.

Needless to say, with the manipulation of our fragmented and fearbased human egos, we have fallen far from the fulfillment of that Divine Plan. Today, however, the Company of Heaven wants us to know that in spite of outer appearances those patterns of perfection are still pulsating in all of their resplendent Glory in the Realms of Cause. If ANYTHING we are expressing reflects an “us against them” consciousness or a fear-based or hateful response, than we will KNOW that we have become part of the problem instead of the solution. With that awareness we can make the necessary course corrections in our behavior.

Your I AM Presence is awaiting the opportunity to manifest the NEW patterns of perfection for Divine Government through you.

"Bold Enough To Speak It" By Melinda Johnston

What ails you? Is it your emotional body overruled with anxiety, depression, worry, or a sense of overwhelm or uncertainty? Is your physical body sluggish, tired, diseased or in any kind of pain? Are you mentality alert, guided inwardly by confidence and clarity?

Any condition that is not providing you with inner peace, clarity, vitality, and a sense of calm is born from a deeply buried belief system that you are in some way lacking. Don’t let that statement anger you…hear me out.

As adults, our inner world runs on ‘auto-pilot.’ The yoga sciences refer to this condition as an un-trained mind. Buddhist philosophies encourage us to practice mindfulness, but the rabbit hole of illusion goes much deeper than that.

An un-trained mind, contains unlimited potentiality for enlightenment, or being in an awakened state of Self-Realization.

In short, whatever your current limited condition is, emotional, physical, or mental, I propose you immediately begin a soulful practice of Awakening. Applied sincerely and reverently, this process is certain. By simply having the desire to heal and become whole, the practice itself will guide you onto a path that is perfect for YOU. Everyone’s process differs due to personality, culture, environment, Page | 72

and family tradition.

Some refer to the process of Awakening as embracing Faith, and this is somewhat true. Faith however belongs to awakening to the SelfRealization of who you ARE. Many hear the word ‘faith’ and struggle with the process due to a simple misunderstanding.

The struggle comes by solely placing faith into a limited idea of what God/ Source/ Guru is. The misconception is that God is separate from you, and that a faith practice requires you to believe in an force that you are unable to see, feel, taste, touch or hear. This limited belief drives ALL of your actions, thoughts, and feelings.

At this point, it does not matter how or why you have come to believe the things that guide you and motivate you. All healing, all wisdom can only be found in the present moment…so no need to go backward.

Awakening is available to you in any moment you choose it to be.

Now, is a perfect moment. Also, awakening does not require you to belong or adhere to any religious tradition. In fact, you don’t even have to believe in God, or a higher source of wisdom…you can awaken from proven theories belonging to science. Profoundly both religious doctrine and modern scientific theories are also limited, nevertheless…each offer a pathway where you can take your first step to obtain Self-Realization.

First idea to consider: All things come from ONE SOURCE. How you might think of this ONE SOURCE does not matter. Your concept of a ONE SOURCE can be a “blinged out” old bearded man gliding around on a cloud in heaven. You can place your faith in Jesus Christ, Buddha, Mohammed, Krishna, or any deity. You can imagine a celestial shiny unicorn, you can imagine deep space, or even a gigantic mutated pineapple.

Your concept of God or a ONE SOURCE does not matter, and whatever you imagine will be unique to you, and it will be AWESOME. Page | 73

SPEAKING INTO YOUR FAITH PROCESS This is where private coaching in Spiritual Development comes in handy. But for this post I will provide a few highlights of how to begin, no matter where you currently are on your path.

HOPE: This is a great starting “place.” Hope is a powerful force that will guide you and direct you. It’s a seed that if nurtured, will grow. In this mindset you have great hope that you will become well. You hope that the anxiety you experience will fade, or the physical limitations will fall away, or that your mental well-being improves.

Here’s how to speak into Hope: I will use anxiety in the example, because it is quite common for many.

Good morning dear Anxiety…thank you for alerting me that today I desire to be my Best. Today, I hope do my Best. I give this feeling of restlessness away. <wipe your hands> I choose Hope over anxiety. In hoping, I begin to regain my inner strength, inner clarity, and overall vitality.

BELIEVE: Believing that you are becoming well, full of inner peace, clarity… etc. is a more determined practice. Through believing, you are actually re-claiming some of your personal power that you have “given” away in the past.

Here’s how to speak into the process of Believing: I will again use anxiety in the example.

Good morning dear Anxiety, I see you rising within me. Today, I choose to believe in a better way. Today I choose inner peace. Dear anxiety, do not fret, do not worry, I believe that today all will go well. I believe that good things are headed my way…I have faith myself, I have faith that only good is my divine birthright.

KNOWING: This mindset is unshakable. Inside of “knowing” you have come into a realm of consciousness that can maintain inner peace no matter what the outside world is presenting. You maintain peace no matter what your current health condition is, what your financial position is, or what your emotional state is. In KNOWING, you are able to realize that all things in life, “move” due to the Law of Cause Page | 74

and Effect. Remaining steady in mind, body, and spirit, you KNOW without a doubt that the perfect solution, or the perfect healing is on its way, simply because you have ASKED for it. KNOWING is the perfect expression of unwavering Faith.

Here’s how to speak into the consciousness of KNOWING: I will again use anxiety in the example.

Good morning dear Anxiety, I feel you rising. Today, I KNOW that inner peace is the only true reality. I choose Peace. I choose ease and effortlessness. I choose perfect health, absolute vitality, and certain clarity.

Now…the difference between Knowing and Believing is the practice of meditation and if it pleases you…prayer.

In a state of consciousness of KNOWING, after you have spoken to the anxiety, you would simply sit…eyes closed…deep breathing, actually smiling at the anxiety because you KNOW it has no power. In meditation, you PAUSE, and use breath to invoke <silently speaking> peace to rise within you during the inhale, and allow the exhale to carry away everything within you that is NOT peaceful.

I encourage you to begin BOLDLY speaking to yourself. Declare what it is that you want.

Do you want inner peace? Claim it. Do you want perfect healing?

Claim it as already being yours. Then do not waiver with doubt.

I will end this post with the most powerful words that teach each of us about the Law of Cause and Effect. Most sacred texts provide similar teachings, but this one is undeniable: And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. Mark 11:22-24

Husband winning a cash coupon (Walmart China)!

Last on Monday I requested a general MBO for abundance, prosperity, surprise gifts and unexpected good things to happen for me and my family within the week. Thank you.

"Let Us Help You Heal" By Jennifer Sutton

A new Akashic reading adventure I was walking by the lake a while back when the idea came to me to do Akashic readings of different beings in nature and some manmade things. I almost immediately did a reading for Seneca Lake. But I didn't write down any of my notes at the time so I don't remember what I learned specifically. I do remember I felt loved. Like, Deeply Loved. So, maybe that's the most important thing to remember, anyway.

I forget, then remember I fully intended to do lots of readings. But I completely forgot the idea.

For months. And then maybe a few more months. Maybe even a year?

I can't remember for sure, actually. But eventually, I did remember again. I had about 30 minutes of free time between things on my agenda last week. I sat on the couch with my journal and my Akashic Tarot cards. I think I was going to do a reading for myself...then I looked out the back window and saw the Great Oak Tree. Ki* had been through a lot - we trimmed ki's branches about a month ago and then, soon after, we had the septic tank replaced (ki's roots had grown through the old one and broken it). It occurred to me ki might have something to share with me/us.

A simple message After I opened ki's records, I felt a strange (and good) tingling through my body....not really a tingling, maybe a feeling of cells Page | 86

popping open? It seemed to start on the upper right side of my body and move through me down to my right foot...so mostly on my right side, but some crossover in my mid-section. After the tingling, I fell hard asleep. Like, boom, asleep sitting straight up on my couch, with my head dropping forward. That happens a lot when I read my own records, but rarely when I read for anyone/anything else. Eventually (I have no idea how long), I woke up and realized what had happened.

I asked the records if there was a message that Great Oak Tree's Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones wanted to share. I immediately heard the words, "Heal. Let us help you heal."

I always need more info That was a lovely message, but I always need more info than a short and sweet message can deliver. So I asked the records to choose a card for me that would support this message and give me a bit more of a clue. The card I pulled was "You Are The Light of The World."

Breaking into song The song from Godspell jumped into my brain..."you are the light of the world, you are the light of the world. But if that light is under a bushel, it's lost something kind of crucial...you gotta stay bright to be the light of the world!"

Digging deeper With the song still running through my head, I read the meaning of the card as written in the tarot deck booklet...

"An old Sage holds a glowing lantern and knocks on a door with no latch. A young man inside is too distracted to answer the knock. Your Divine being is trying to get your attention. All it takes is a moment of your awareness to open the door. Though your life may be busy, the opportunity now presents itself for you to move into a higher awareness. It’s a great time to open to your Higher Self and all its wisdom and powers. It is your Soul, your Eternal Being, who approaches, but it is up to you - and only you - to open the door. You do that by taking real and regular action in knowing (and feeling) the wise and radiant being you are forever. Through meditation and study, you can own that enormous love, power, and vision.

You can make every day sacred by going within. Once you do, you will know a radiant and greater power in every step and with every word.

You will be able to bring this magnificent force to your world, changing your life forever.

Akashic Force: With a deep breath, you fill yourself with the grace and peace and light of your Higher Self. Your vision opens to a wider Universe. And you realize that you have all the time - and power - in the world. Eternity fills you."

All together now...

So...the message from the Great Oak Tree is to let kin help you/us heal and to remember you/we are the light of the world. The Great Oak Tree said "Let US help you heal." Plural. So now, when we go within, when we fill ourselves with grace and peace and light, we can invite the trees and other nature beings to support us in our journey. We can go into nature or we can just think of these beings and ask them to join us.

What if?

What if we accept their offer? What if that helps us all lean into our own Light?

Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet” because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

Beloved, There are many who ask…but what can I do? For those who are not consumed by their personal suffering or survival, the best remedy of all is to help others. It is not necessary to go looking for those to help these days, they will just be before you.

Begin by looking outside yourself with thoughtfulness…and you will see many who need a smile or gesture of kindness…even just a door held open. Everyone is in some form of transformation pain at the moment because the world is experiencing a collective dark night of the soul. The power is in coming together. The healing balm is in shared support and experience. Alone it is easy to feel vulnerable.

Together, we ignite a well of strength from within. We can always do it when we are unified. This is the great power we each hold, for Page | 90

together we are like cell fusion! An individual cell is weak but binding together ensures strength, growth and stability.

Always ensure that you are aware, grounded and connected within your body. Staying in this constant state of awareness ensures your GPS is switched on and that you are paying attention. Serve your own needs first so the warrior is well balanced, fed and alert. Remember, you are never alone, even if you wanted to be. You are surrounded by support from many realms, the least of which is the physical one!

Collect your resources. Know and seek all that is in support of your success and draw away from anything that detracts it. These are not times to carry unnecessary burdens created by yourself or others.

Keep close to heart what matters most and yet maintain a state of compassionate detachment so that your ties do not keep you from your own light.

Maintain your connection with your greater Self and the Divine at all times. Do not waiver from this, for it is your life and your sustenance.

It is also your very important guidance system when the waters are muddy…there is only one thing to guide you and that is your inner promptings as they are whispered from Spirit. Know that you know – and that you will always know – what is right for you. A telltale sign is how it makes you feel…knowing and doing what is right always makes you feel good. It is a simple barometer! Use it to navigate these times.

If it does not feel right, it isn’t. Trust yourself above all else.

Keep an open heart, even if it feels like it is breaking at times. Your high heart knows that you can withstand great inner-standing.

Breathe yourself through it all and coach yourself…you’ve got this.

Following your instincts is very important. Continue to train yourself to use this vital gift. Your open, compassionate heart helps all others find what it is that they seek, which is also their own compassionate heart. It is just that it is clouded or crusty with their own wounds that they have not reconciled. Your compassionate heart will help them find theirs. Everyone is pure and yet thinks they are the wounds that have happened to them. This is not who they are. If you live in a state of remembering who you are and radiate the compassion they don’t even know they seek, then they can remember who they are. Right now, the world needs immense, boundless compassion and it is Page | 91

contagious, so let it begin with you.

Use the power of prayer and incantation. Remember that you are a powerful creator being, and what you intend, what you command, will be so as it is aligned with Divine Will. Let your will be lined up with Divine Will. Know how powerful your words are, as you incant spells with your voice. Let love and light prevail by your words.

Know the state of Divine abundant flow at all times. There is nothing that cannot be provided, nothing that cannot be divined from Source.

Do whatever you can to not allow your lower self (ego and mind) to believe otherwise. All is provided. Expect miracles and they will be so.

Trust that each is following the Divine Plan of their souls. Another’s soul contract is between them and Source. So trusting in their Divine Plan is faith beyond what can be known. Trust that your own Divine Plan is unfolding as it should. Trust that you are more powerful beyond measure. You (or another) are not a victim of anything other than your own false limitations.

Stay positive and optimistic as if you are defending your life with it, for you are. Intensity should be spared and cultivated for these emotions above all others. Heaviness, desperation and faithlessness begets more of the same. As a powerful creator, take full responsibility for what you create. So why not reframe the negativity, sing the joyous songs, dance with abandonment and believe that all that is true and right and good will prevail? Be the source of all that you desire. It is a beautiful world, isn’t it?

Surrender only to Big Love. Unconditional love that passes all innerstanding. The one without limitation or definition, the one we all seek to know. The one that soothes all pain. Love is abundant and is what everyone needs. Spread it like wildfire. Emanate it, share it, seed it, speak it, be it…it is contagious.

Offer help wherever your heart, your instincts, guide you. Offer whatever you can give all the while ensuring that you allow your own inner resources to be protected and rejuvenated by Source. It is the time for sharing collective resources that none will go without. especially without knowing the power of love and being given the Page | 92

opportunity to remember that they are love too.

All of these attributes are those of an Earth Angel. A warrior of the light. A messenger of living Christ Consciousness. Periodically I have kept journals throughout my life. When I was moving I found quite a few of them.

As I am ready to throw them out I looked and found I had written a lot of spirit messages. Some were about my situations in life but most were not about me.

Various things I encounter they would give me the messages about, so I always wrote them down. I would also meet people or see them in my practice and they would send me information for them.

They are not grammatically correct, but I have not altered them except to delete the person’s name. I believe I was to write them exactly as they gave them to me. I have also been told that they will help others.

They were a gift from spirit to me to help myself and others. We do not walk this journey alone no matter what is in our life. We need to always move forward and become a better person with each step.

"The Celestial Winds of Change Are Sweeping The Earth"

Beloved masters, as surely as you live and breathe, you are helping to create either Heaven or hell on Earth. Or many of you may possibly feel that you vacillate somewhere in-between the two. No matter what you believe or how you interpret the ancient teachings, Heaven is a state of mind-consciousness and not somewhere out there in the higher dimensions. It is not only a place you may be eligible to go to when you transcend and leave your present physical vessel, although not a final destination, it is also a state of consciousness that you can create and exist in no matter where you have been, where you are now, or where you are going in the future. You came from a “heavenly place,” and you brought Love/Light with you, along with the ability to create a “heavenly environment” no matter what dimension, world or reality you have chosen to experience.

Hell on Earth is what many of you have been experiencing over these many thousands of years since humanity’s “Fall into unconsciousness.” You have been living in an “unreal world” whereby you are steeped in fear, superstition, feelings of shame, guilt and of being unworthy of love or abundance. You have allowed others to tell you how to think and act, and you have allowed those you thought Page | 100

were wiser than you to take away your power and control your lives. A maelstrom of negative thought forms created by the masses has kept you imprisoned in a world of illusion.

Your real world was designed to be crisp, clear, free-flowing and harmonious, whereby you would traverse the middle path with few obstacles in your way. A beautiful world of peace and plenty where you could freely co-create in cooperation and harmony with your fellow brothers and sisters on the journey. A place where you would be attuned to all levels of consciousness, as well as connected with all Facets of Creation. A place that was designed to be a Heaven on the material plane of existence. Remember, your mission was to experience the realm of physicality so that the Creator could also experience this wondrous Facet of ITS creation.

The miracle of these times is that the masses are daily awakening in greater and greater numbers. You, the vanguard, have opened the way and set the stage for the monumental transformational process that is affecting all humanity and the planet. Through your tireless efforts, you have anchored the higher frequencies of Light upon and within the Earth, thereby making them available to all those who are ready to open their hearts and step onto the path of heightened awareness and Self-mastery. Each person has the ability to create their own unique Heaven on Earth. That is the miracle of these unparalleled times in which you are living.

You are stretching your spiritual muscles, and you are tapping into the vast resources which have been awaiting you for these many Ages.

You are beginning to reclaim the elements and characteristics of your real world. A world that all of you helped to create in the beginning.

Down through the multiple dimensions each of you brought with you, stored in your Diamond Core God Cell, all the attributes, virtues and qualities of the twelve Rays – a precious gift from our Father/Mother God. In the beginning, you used your abilities to create many magnificent and wondrous things until, over time, your abilities became diminished, distorted and imperfect because of your fall into the illusional negative environment of the lower dimensions. Thus, you began to create and live in an unreal world, a hellish place of your own making.

The Supreme Creator knows only perfection, and our Father/Mother God parents desire only the very best for all Creation. They do not punish. They do not take sides. They do not know anger or fear. They are filled with and radiate only Love/Light, which comprises compassion, joy and harmony, as well as all things righteous and good. It does not matter what religion you are. It does not matter if you are an atheist, an agnostic or whether you say you hate or deny God. You will never truly die – you only change form. You are immortal.

Remember, you are a refracted Light/Spark of the Creator. You see through a lens made up of vibrational frequencies which are composed of thought forms, intentions and actions resulting in a unique picture of reality you have created over many thousands of lifetimes. You are in the process of reclaiming your higher truth, refining your thoughts and clearing your vision. As you do so, the veils of illusion are slowly dissolving while you gradually build your new version of Heaven on Earth, which will gradually blend and meld with the visions of your spiritual brothers and sisters.

Each phase of the Divine Plan is imprinted holographically upon the Earth’s auric field, and there is a Memory Seed Atom Code designed to ignite within each of you at a specific time – nudging and inspiring you to fulfill your Divine Mission – an integral part of the Grand Plan.

It has been carefully orchestrated so that if any one of you abdicates, there is always another brave Soul ready to take your place. The Divine Blueprint for the Earth and humanity will not be denied. It will be brought to fruition. There are many contingency plans with wide parameters, and there is a fail-safe. The forward march of the Ages will proceed as mandated by the Creator and our Father/Mother God. Throughout the centuries, there have been predictions and prophecies about a New Age of evolution on Earth and within humanity, which has been termed as a passage from instinctual, physical/human beings to INTUITIVE SPIRITUAL/HUMAN BEINGS – a return to your true nature as Divine Sparks of the Creator. One galactic cycle takes approximately 26,000 years to complete, and the Earth and all sentient Beings are being affected as humanity emerges from the darkness into the refined Light and a new cosmic day. It will incorporate the refined vibrational frequencies of your successful, earthly experiences, along with the wisdom garnered throughout your many sojourns on the earthly plane – a grand, new Divine Plan sent forth from the Mind and Heart of the Supreme Creator to our Father/Mother God of this Universe.

During the night or dark cycle of past Ages, you sank into density, and your Life/Light Line to your Higher Self and our Father/Mother God was greatly diminished. You were left to your own devices in hopes that you would awaken to your Inner Source (resources) of Spiritual Power. The Divine Plan did not call for you to experience lack, limitation and fear; however, you had to suffer the consequences of your free will actions, the discordant energies you projected out into your world.

We have spoken many times before about the laws of cause and effect or for every action there is a reaction, which results in what is known as negative or positive Karma. For many ages, you, as the en-Lightened ones, have been working diligently to bring into balance your personal karma, ancestral karma, and race karmic influences. That was a major part of the game of duality and polarity – returning to balance and harmony in all Facets of your Being-ness. You have struggled with the cross of matter for many Ages. It is wondrous to watch as you slowly return to harmonious frequencies the discordant energies that have kept you off-balance for so long.

As you heal and transmute the thought forms that have kept you captive in your hellish environment of the past, you are once more becoming a Pillar of Light. The cross you bear is becoming a Cross of Light that radiates forth via your Solar Power center from the front and back of your heart chakra. Thus, you are creating a column of Light by which you are beginning to experience the fruits of your labor, as you reclaim your heavenly heritage as an Emissary of Light.

Many of you are wondering what will happen now as the winds of war, conflict and destruction swirl like a dark and heavy cloud around the Earth, touching and affecting everything and everyone. It depends on what you are feeling and thinking, dear ones – what is on your mind and in your heart as to whether you will stand firmly in the Light or add to the negative karmic thought forms that are being created each Page | 103

and every moment. Again, we ask you, are you contributing to the liberating vibrations of Heaven, or the discordant frequencies of hell?

We are asking you to no longer sit passively by the wayside and do nothing. You are being asked to stand up and be counted, for your dynamic Life Force energy is needed now as never before.

You are much more powerful than you can imagine, my brave friends, and you are playing an important role in attaining a peaceful solution to a very unsettling world situation. The energy you are radiating forth from your heart center has just as much of an influence on the outcome of the devastating conflicts around the world as those who are on the front lines. You, too, are on the front lines, so to speak, for you have the ability to tap into the pure, unmanifested primal Life Force substance and mold it into powerful thought forms and actions that can overcome any adversity. The brave Souls who have been called to the battlefield, no matter which side they are fighting for, if they are doing so with a desire for true justice for all and with compassion of Spirit for their fellow human beings, instead of hate, a desire for revenge and to enslave or control others, then they are functioning as righteous champions of Light, and the forces of Heaven are with them.

Vast numbers of people around the world are lamenting, why can we not have leaders with integrity who are Spirit-inspired instead of those who are self-serving, seeking power and who do not have the best interests of the masses as their predominant goal?

It is also a sign of the times, beloveds. The great changes that are slowly taking place must begin in the hearts of the people. As your beliefs change and gain power and force, you will build new thought forms of a positive nature. You will insist that your leaders be accountable, have integrity, and are trust-worthy, valiant champions of the people. Your leaders reflect the mindset of the masses. An important part of your life’s mission is to radiate unconditional love to ALL humanity and to the Earth. When that concept becomes the predominant desire of the masses, it will create a powerful thought form that will be added to the collective whole so that it may be used for the highest good of ALL. When you do so, you are in alignment with the Creator’s Divine Plan, and you stand with my Legions of Page | 104

Light as champions of harmonious coexistence on Earth.

When we say you should seek that which is your passion and that which brings you the greatest satisfaction and joy, many of you do not have the slightest idea what that is. We ask you to begin by eliminating those things that are stressful in your life, that which brings you pain and which you dread. You did not become the way you are in a day, a week or a year; however, you can reclaim your empowered, masterful Self much more quickly than you imagine. We have offered you many tools, techniques and information over these past years, but you must make a commitment and prove for yourself that what we offer you are the magical tools you have been seeking.

We have said many times, you must turn knowledge into wisdom or you must come to the realization that something is true and achievable. Realization is when something becomes crystal clear in your mind and you know that it is your truth. Then you must put that truth into action. Knowledge and wisdom overlaid with love and compassion, fueled by focused intent/action, create the power that holds the keys to the universal storehouse of unmanifested potential – potential that is just waiting for you to mold it and create anything you can envision. That is what is waiting for you in your new heavenly world of tomorrow.

It is a time of integration and moving back into balance in all things.

Of paramount importance is the reunification of the Father/Mother God Forces within each of you, and eventually all of the Earth. This reunification process will speed up your return to balance and harmony within yourselves. You will, once again, embody both the masculine and feminine attributes, qualities and virtues of the Supreme Creator. No longer fractured and warring within yourselves, but empowered through the combined qualities, attributes and talents of your Divine Self.

The celestial winds of change are sweeping your galaxy and have, at last, reached the Earth. No longer can you ignore the fact that your world is changing moment by moment. You feel that time is speeding up, but it is actually your Earth that is spiraling through space at a faster pace. You are moving into a reality where time is fluid and Page | 105

space is malleable.

Great Beings of Light have come from the far reaches of the Omniverse to observe and assist you in these epochal times of momentous change. We can inspire, direct and assist you, but you and you alone must take the action that will result in Heaven on Earth. Be sensitive to the nudgings and whispers we send your way, and be aware of all the miracles, large and small, that we arrange for you. We are not out there. "Clear The Distractions In Your Life" By Shelly Dressel

This is a meditation that can truly create change in your life. We are all busy, oftentimes pulled in many directions. When we are existing in our day, we sometimes don’t stop and think about what is happening. The more that we are caught up in what doesn’t necessarily make us happy or fulfilled, the further we get from source energy.

During this channel, the Goddess began with having everyone just look at their life or what was around them at the very beginning. Then in the All That Is she helped us to discern what are we doing that feels Page | 107

good or empowers us and what are we doing for other reasons. Then a third aspect was what are we doing that is pure soul. What was very noticeable was that most everyone spends a good bit of their time doing things that are not as supportive as soul-based activity. You may ask why? For many people it is because they need a particular job; maybe for benefits, what it pays, or other reasons. Perhaps relationships where the person doesn’t see or appreciate you.

Everything that you do, creates energy. How much of the energy you create is from light, love, joy, and source? How much of the energy is from duty, frustration, anger, fear, or more? You may not realize what is happening, but it becomes heavier and harder to remain in such situations. Therefore, the Goddess worked with us so that we can understand why we make the choices that we do; then we cleared out all the energy of the distraction. Once you clear the underlying heaviness it is possible to have a new perspective. Once completed we also shone the light and love of our divinity on the situation which created even greater clarity.

Even if you will continue in a particular activity that may at times pull you down; once cleared in this manner you may do so without the heaviness. This allows you to then stay in alignment with your soul. It will help you to feel better and you will be more productive and probably have more time with the things that make you feel good. The more that something makes your feel good, the more you are in alignment with the source.--Nama sika, Venia benya, I AM the One, I AM the Whole I greet you beloved loving family. Allow your focus to just be within you. Most of you have a lot that is going on around you. They may be distractions. They may be a way in which you need to focus. Howsoever it comes across to you, understand that in your life there are multiple different experiences that are moving through you at the same time.

One of the ways of looking at the energy is as if there is a breeze that is flowing through the world. The older lower frequency has less movement as it’s more that it comes and sits and it stays. In the higher, lighter frequency the energy just moves through bringing with it potentials or opportunities of which you may not be aware. Here is an opportunity while you’re still here grounded in your everyday life.

Breathe in this high, light frequency allowing it to support you and to bring you opportunities.

I invite you to look around and take a little snapshot of how you see whatever location in which you find yourself.

Alright, take in a deep breath and breathe as you were centering at the very beginning and allow your focus to go into your heart center and you may see it as swirling energy of light. Within that swirling energy place your focus or your consciousness. It will automatically go there.

However, this time I would like for you to make a choice to send your focus within that ball of light. It then moves down through your energy bodies and it goes down into Gaia.

As you feel that little ball of light connect with Gaia, it spreads out, moving in different directions. I ask you if in your perception you have a greater consciousness of what Gaia and the Earth feel like to you? Your consciousness is everything. It interprets, it creates, it sends out and it receives. It is as if it is the master aspect of your life.

Therefore, allow your consciousness to spread out so that you may feel the love of Gaia, the grounding essence, and know that this is all available to you.

Allow that focus in that consciousness to come back up into your heart center. You can feel how your energy is actually beginning to merge with Gaia. You send the rest of it up for your throat, third eye, head center, crystalline energy and it moves up. As you align with your higher self, look around. Look around at whatever projects you may have within this space. Look around. Is this full of clutter? If so, ~phew~, clear it out, and as you clear that out, you literally feel as if the space rises to a higher light of frequency.

You continue to send that thread of light. It flows up through the thread of light that connects you to your I AM presence or to your Page | 109

Soul and as it follows that thread when you get to the soul plane you link with your own Divinity. It is automatic. It is always there. This is you as your Soul.

Take an opportunity to expand your consciousness even further.

Perhaps you just have a feeling of this. Perhaps you can see things, maybe color and maybe light. As you allow your consciousness to open up you may have a perception of different lifetimes, of different aspects of yourself within this Soul. You may actually have a window to the Universe. The more that you take an opportunity to connect with your Divinity the more you are strengthening that within you.

I the Goddess walk in and amongst each one of you. As I connect with you, I merge my energies with yours and we shift moving into the All That Is. Look around this space. Do you have things in your life that are manifesting in front of you? Are you able to perceive the more transparent vibration? It is an opportunity to allow your expression and your essence to move out.

We have worked a number of different times with your Consciousness. As the world is moving through this ascension process the amount of your Consciousness that you have access to, your ways of utilizing your Consciousness, are all coming together and helping you to expand your perception.

Consider your life. Some people like to have somewhat of a regimented experience. They like routine. They do not like surprises and they can appreciate when they are inside their comfort zone.

Look at your life. We’ve already somewhat cleared things out, whether it was intentional or not, But I would like you to consider what is happening in your life on just about a daily or weekly basis.

When you look at your week is it just empty and in front of you? When you look at your week do you have your schedule of places you need to be, things that others expect of you, and perhaps things that you expect of yourself? When you tap into your week does it feel as if it’s pressure that may come from not liking the job that you are doing, not being able to get accomplish what needs to be accomplished, trying to Page | 110

figure out what is the life that is in the higher frequency?

Let us begin by asking you the question. How much of your life is filled with distractions?

I smile when I say that because I already hear you saying back to me.

My life is not a distraction. My life is my life. So, I will phrase this differently. As you consider your life how much is spent on things that you think you have to do but don’t want to do? Suddenly I see that growing. Now look at your life and consider what are the things that you do that you like to do? Now consider if you could do anything at all in this world how would that look?

I will share with you my perceptions of the whole. You may be within this category or someplace totally different. The majority of people had a lot of things that they felt they needed to be doing but didn’t really like doing it. There was a smaller stack of experiences or things that people were doing what they wanted to do, and they loved what they were doing or they liked what they were doing. Then kind of in the center when I said if you can do whatever it is you would like to do, I immediately saw some of you creating the exact life that you would like to have. I also saw some of you looking at that space and it was empty as if you don’t know what you want to do in your life.

Let us begin with the biggest stack. This consists of the things that you are doing in your life that you feel you are not accomplishing what you want to do. You do them because you have to, but you don’t like it.

It causes you to feel overwhelmed and it sometimes keeps you from truly knowing who you are and what you seek to have. So, consider this stack within your life.

Let us take that which is the biggest item or perhaps consumes you the most and let’s look at it. You tend to be connected with your everyday focus. However, let’s shine the light of the higher frequency into that situation. As you do so look at it with new eyes. Perhaps this is a job that you have to do. Maybe it pays well. Maybe there’s not another job available. Maybe the benefits. There’s something about it that is supporting you in one way, but then on the flip side, you just don’t like it. Maybe it’s the people, maybe it’s the job itself. So, take this opportunity to look at what that situation may be or is to you and Page | 111

let us just pull out the energy that causes it to be a burden or in distraction. So, connect with it. Connect with that energy. Just bring it up, bring it up, bring it up, ~whew~, and let that go.

When you find yourself in a situation that either consciously or unconsciously you don’t want to be there you add layer upon layer upon layer of frustration, discord; an energy that causes it to amplify what you dislike. So periodically go in and just clear it out. Let us do that one more time. We’re shining the light of your Divinity into that job or that situation and we’re going to scrape it loose. ~Whew~, clear it out again. Both times there was a lot of energy that got moved.

But look back at that situation. For some, it may look completely different. For others, you can see with greater clarity why you do have the job or the commitment? Yet for others, you’re recognizing how as you cleared the energy you can release it. You no longer need to have it around you. So, if perhaps that is your truth, then take a deep breath in and whatever the situation may be, if it no longer serves you, ~whew~, let it go.

As some of you did that, I immediately saw a re-balancing of the things that you were already doing that are in alignment and that which was the potential. I could see those others of you that had that large stack of distractions that it’s now become smaller. If you have a situation and you are choosing to remain within it, and there are many good reasons for why you do, then let it flow through your consciousness and into the situation that you choose to be in that experience for whatever reason. You may have a list of things, but you choose to be in that situation and therefore it’s a conscious choice that will also shift the energy and frequency to move it over into that stack of things that you consciously choose.

OK, I can see that. So, there are still quite a few that feel as if they are stuck. Some it’s coming as a job. Some it is coming as a relationship.

Some it is coming as they’ve been working towards something and it’s not arriving. Maybe trying to get a promotion, trying to finish school, trying to have a baby, trying to buy a house. All of these various things of which it may be that still have you caught up within it. Just take a moment to be in that space. Shine the light of your Divinity into the Page | 112

situation.

If there’s something that is pulling from within your heart saying ‘I just can’t stand it’; then find a way to release whatever it is that you are caught up in so that it will no longer impact you in that way. So breathe down within yourself and connect to that situation that has so much tension and turmoil around it, ~whew~, let it go. Let it go.

Perhaps you still seek to manifest whatever that was. However, trying to manifest from pain, sorrow, frustration, anger is keeping you from manifesting in the higher light frequency. Therefore, the more that you just let it go the more you give yourself the opportunity to realize from that higher light frequency.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Let us clear the space around you. Looking at that stack that was things that were distracting you. Look at it as they look to you now.

OK. Some of you are stuck in the illusion. Some of you are stuck in a reality that says this is never going to change, I have no other option, this is it and that is an illusion. So, if you need to get Archangel Michael’s sword of light, Saint Germain’s flame of transformation, whatsoever it is that you need; (I just heard one say a Wrecking Ball.) whatsoever it is that you need let that come into this moment; send it into whatever was that list of distractions, ~whew~, clear it out again.

There you go. There you go.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

So now as I look at you the vast majority of that stack of distractions is gone. People may have one or two things but it is by no means a block of energy that is getting in your way.

Shift your focus to the other side which is where you’re already in the process of doing things that you love to do and that supports you energetically. Having gotten rid of the distractions relook at this space. Do you see that your stack has gotten bigger? Do you see that you are recognizing new opportunities?

So, as you are looking at that which is already happening within your life and that which are the things that you love to do, either the family that you love, the work that you love, whatsoever may be; you have the ability to send even more light and energy into these situations which then causes them to expand; which then helps to open up a pathway that may be totally new to you. When you consider perhaps something that was in your manifestation, or that that you had wanted to have in your life but you were struggling to let go of it, look at it now. Look at that situation. Perhaps it’s completely gone. Perhaps you are now recognizing some alternatives. How can you accomplish what you were seeking to have in this new way?

Open up to realize that when you clear the distractions you now have to look at yourself clearly. So perhaps some of those distractions will be keeping you from understanding who you are. Perhaps in your ego, you thought you’re not good enough. You can’t do that job. You can’t really have what you want. Give it up. Forget it, ignore it. Therefore, here in the All That Is, as you let go of those distractions, clearly see that you are standing here right now in unlimited resources.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

You can have all that you want to have. You can manifest that life that you want to have. You can feel good. You can feel happy. You can feel strong and balanced because as you release the distractions you see the big, beautiful, expanded Soul that you are. Not only can you see it, or sense, or feel it you know it’s here. It’s within you. It is illuminating all that is happening in your life.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out. Now consider if you could have anything at all you wanted in your life. For some of you that didn’t even know what that looked like are you now able to have a perception? For many of you, do you see things that you have already are moving into space and helping you to realize that you have already been in the flow? You have already been manifesting that which you seek. And if you are asking yourself why, the why is because you are in the All That Is and you’re in the expanded light and you are in the flow Page | 114

and the movement of what that is.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Take a step back from that and as if you are turning the page of your Book of Life set forth your intention of what you would like to see within your life from this moment forward. Your past is your past.

You are here right now in this now moment. Create from here. Use the magic that is you. Your life will look different and it will manifest as you so choose. Breathe in and breathe out.

I invite you to come back together as a group. I can sense some of you are still working as you are creating within your life. As you come back together as a group you create this circle and you see that hologram of the Earth coming up within the circle. As this hologram is here within the circle you all send the manifestation that you are in the process of creating into the hologram. So too you have the Angels and the Light Beings around you. They’re also infusing light and love frequency into the hologram.

As it becomes filled with that energy you see a piece of it that goes out through the Universe. The remainder goes down into the Earth plane.

As this ball of energy aligns with the Earth itself you see it illuminating that magnetic grid that surrounds the Earth. It illuminates every aspect of it with light, with creation, with manifestation, and with love. That surrounds the earth and the rest of that hologram goes down inside of the Earth. It anchors within that space and then it comes back up through the many, many layers of Earth. It comes up through the top of the trees, the grass, the water. It comes up from within and spreading out in every direction.

It moves into the Collective Consciousness. Not only did it move through it, as it went down to the center it is now coming up from within and all of this is clearing out the Collective Consciousness letting go of anything lower frequency and infusing it with light.

You feel your own essence come up from where you were aligned within Gaia. You feel it as it all comes up within you and you manifest into your physical reality. You allow the remainder of your consciousness to come back down through that cord of energy that Page | 115

links you to your Soul. It is activating that aspect of your Soul that is working to manifest whatever it is you seek to have. It clears out your Higher Self and again realigns where your higher self-consciousness resides.

It streams back into you in your physical reality and as you do so I ask you to look around. You looked around at wherever you were before we began this journey and now you look around again. Are you able to perceive the difference? Are you now able to notice things that you were not able to see before? Are you now able to look at certain things and recognize you can let them go? You no longer need to have that around you. Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Beloved family as you move through these days and weeks to come take time to ask yourself periodically is what I’m experiencing a distraction? Is what I’m experiencing something that is in alignment with what I truly seek? Or am I truly living everything that I seek to have?

Your emotions, your physical body, your consciousness are all the gateways, or the ways of understanding am I in alignment or am I not? Seek what feels good, what strengthens you, what empowers you, and know that then you are in alignment. You are in the flow and everything unfolds with ease.
