"The Most Important Thing That You Forgot By Jill Mattson"

In the beginning was a song.

The song was absolutely beautiful – like invisible colors painting the sky in a translucent and uplifting way. The song sang to itself. All day and all night.

Alas, the song got bored after many repeats of its song-beauty, so it experimented with different tunes. At first there were little variations in the melody, rhythm and harmony. The next thing you know, there were sweeping musical changes.

The songs seemed to take on a life of their own. Songs that were similar - enjoyed each other’s company and formed groups. The song-groups created genres, creating happy music, exhilarating feelings and peaceful energies. The songs played with each other – like duets & bands, exchanging notes and echoing the feelings found in the music.

The creativity continued. Ideas were pushed and stretched. Each new step was a daring new sound! Finally, sad songs were born, something that never happened when they were All One. They even morphed into nasty sounds and songs.

The songs forgot they were One-Song, a uni-verse. They identified with their last song-creation only. After a while they got tired of singing all together and tried exchanging energies – similar to talking. Before you know it, they forgot their own songs, because they forgot to sing.

Without their songs, their energies became heavy and sticky, eventually transferring into dense matter. At first the conscious song-energy occupied minerals and rocks, and eons later, plants and ultimately animals, and finally the beautiful songs evolved into the souls of man. The songs-of-the-universe now occupied physical bodies. They desired to experience the pleasures of touching, tasting, sex and more. They became trapped in their “bodies”.

The soul-song made their physical bodies happy and healthy. Without their soul’s song, their bodies became sick. Many even died, so the soul-songs reentered a new and unique, physical bodies. Sometimes the journey in each body was for a Page | 10

very short amount of time.

In each adventure, the soul-songs searched for something, but they couldn’t remember what it was. They forgot their songs and experienced sticky dissonance instead. Not only did people forget their songs, but they believed they were their physical bodies. Oh, so silly!

Weed killer (such dissonant sounds) was sprayed on plants, which people ate.

Their food was modified in mass quantities and it slowly became cheaper “nonfood” and it clogged up their harmony chains. They ate dissonance without being aware of what was happening. People ate poisonous medicine, smelled toxic fumes and were radiated with cell phone and computer signals – full of nasty sounds. Their bodies were like radio stations, broadcasting gloom and doom music. Slowly people entered a stupor. They spoke with dissonant mumbling and this rippled throughout their being.

A few avoided the toxic chemicals, and unnatural radiations. Their bodies began to sing a little. People can’t hear it, but their bodies can sing sweet songs - too low in volume for them to hear. Even this invisible version of their song made them feel a little better. Did they hear a subtle soft song? Their song? They experimented with being still (meditating) and they began to hear their song ever so softly. They weren’t even aware they were hearing it, but the soft vibrations lifted their moods and health, inch by inch.

They hummed and played around with sounds until they started to sing again – any song. By singing, they remembered bits and pieces of their voice, their verse in the uni-verse… their song. Their voice literally improved – becoming thicker, resonant, deeper and higher all at once. They used more tones that comprised their original song! They sensed the invisible echo of who they were - divine music. When they sang, hundreds, thousands and millions of individual harmonies rang like church bells, dropping musical snowflakes on everyone – leaving hints of their original beauty everywhere they went.

They joined with other groups that were remembering their song as well. And they sang happily ever after, as they united with greater and greater songs, singing their way back to One Song!

As I begin writing this Newsletter, I just want to acknowledge YOU for your willingness to be the Open Door for the incredible influx of Divine Light that is blessing Mother Earth and ALL Life evolving upon her at this time. My heartfelt plea is that you too are experiencing on a conscious level the incredible multidimensional shifts of consciousness that are occurring within the hearts and minds of the masses of Humanity. On a daily basis, I AM witnessing the wonders that are being cocreated through the unified efforts of Heaven and Earth. The Company of Heaven has affirmed to me that due to YOUR selfless service in the Light, these shifts of consciousness are happening with tremendous speed in even the most asleep or resistant people.

I want you to know that it is not going unnoticed that your dedication and your service to the Light are being accomplished in the face of the horrific adversity which is surfacing all over the planet to be transmuted back into Light. Your ability to focus on the Light in the midst of outer-world chaos is a vital part of the training you went through for myriad lifetimes in preparation for this Cosmic Moment in Earth’s Ascension process. That is why you are now awake and fulfilling your facet of the Divine Plan in spite of the difficult challenges that may be surfacing in your own life.

Prophets and seers in Ages past foretold of this moment when they proclaimed that in the not too distant future, “All that is hidden must be revealed.” This is that time. That is why every day it seems as though the media is bombarding us with mind boggling things that reflect the most immoral, distorted and corrupt nature of Humanity’s fallen consciousness. When we witness these events it is easy to get discouraged and to feel like all of our Lightwork is in vain.

Fortunately, nothing is farther from the Truth. These terrible things are surfacing now to give us the opportunity to witness and to transmute back into Light the catastrophic results of the thoughts, feelings, words and actions we have Page | 12

expressed over aeons that are not based in Love.

As a word of encouragement, the Company of Heaven is reminding us that the people who are wreaking havoc on Earth and those who are intricately involved with the atrocities that are surfacing to be healed involve a minuscule fraction of the 7.5 billion people evolving on this planet. The vast majority of people embodied on Earth at this time are genuinely striving to create lives for themselves and their families that are safe, secure, peaceful, prosperous, healthy and happy. Those same people also compassionately desire those very things for their sisters and brothers in the Family of Humanity.

It is because of this innate goodness which is pulsating within the deepest recesses of the hearts of the masses of Humanity, that our Father-Mother God have issued a Cosmic Dispensation that is allowing our I AM Presence and the 5th-Dimensional Violet Flame Archangel stationed within every person’s aura to bless us with a Gift of unparalleled Divine Grace. In order for us to comprehend the true significance of this Gift, Our God Parents are reminding us that, “Divine Grace is a Gift of Forgiveness beyond what we have earned.”

"Feeling Our Way To Joy" By Tammy Colvin

When we think of things we desire, why do we desire them? Ultimately, we desire that house or that job or that lover or that vacation or whatever it is because we feel it will make us happy. If only I can get this or that, then I will be happy. That premise is flawed. How many lottery winners and successful people seemed to ‘have it all’ yet are still not happy, lost it all or still lived miserably?

Money is not the key to happiness, but happiness can attract money, and far more easily than fear or a sense of lack.

When I first set out to manifest stuff I found out in a roundabout way I was having trouble feeling happy NOW, with any consistency. And feeling good now is what opens us to being all we can be and having all we desire. And the ultimate goal anyway is to be happy. Through my counseling for addiction, I began to learn what I was feeling. I had totally lost touch with my emotions and therefore my intuition. Naming the emotion I was feeling was the hardest question to answer, for everyone I was in counseling with. I had no idea what I felt for a long time.

So the key to law of attraction and living joyously is to learn gently and become increasingly conscious of what we are feeling and thinking. What we feel and think attracts our experience. Our experiences now are a reflection of what we have been thinking and feeling. Look around at your world, your life. Is it all you want it to be or are there things you would like to change? If we wish to experience differently, we need to adjust our thoughts by tending to our feelings and begin to feel differently. Our emotions ARE the guides. They are the messengers telling us to move towards something when it feels wonderful, and away from something if it does not. By listening to our feelings, we are tuning into Page | 14

our intuition. Our emotions are not our enemy or something to be ignored or overridden – they are our guides!

While I have manifested some incredible things, what I found is that applying this awareness to my feelings, I became happier and my life events stabilized. There were fewer rollercoaster happenings, fewer chaotic events, and life was more peaceful, calm and fulfilling. I gained a sense of confidence knowing how my awareness of how I felt and thought was creating this shift in perspective and this steadiness. My feeling good was making my life better in many ways. When things felt good, I leaned toward them and sought out more; when things felt upsetting or chaotic, I pulled away and chose differently the next time. Little by little, feeling my way, I have learned to listen to my guidance. And I knew I was creating that change by making how I felt my priority. Nothing is more important than our feeling great, tending to how we feel, comforting our pain, celebrating and riding our joys, reveling in good feeling wherever we feel it and ignoring the not good and letting it fall away.

I live this. And I was a tough nut to crack. It has changed my life. This is a nurturing and gentle understanding of the law of attraction, not an aggressive masculine goal-centered ideology to manifest stuff, while it will lead to that indirectly. I’ve beaten myself up enough and made enough to do lists to circle the globe. I’ve been my own worst enemy. So have you, I imagine. This is a powerful, intuitive gentle way to become self-aware. It takes some patience and practice, but the rewards are immeasurable. What I have discovered is the key to living happily and joyfully. Isn’t that really the whole point? To love our lives, have fun and feel great? I think so too. How are you feeling?

MBO TO RAISE VIBRATIONS Gabrielle writes from Melbourne, Australia: I recently was having a very difficult day. Really difficult and stressful. (Long story…). I was roused from my state of struggle when the words of a song, playing on the radio, seemed quite loud and clear in my ear: “Call on me. You can call on me.” I thought: who? Call on whom?

Oh, that’s right, my Guardian Angel! I immediately requested an MBO for my Page | 18

vibrations to raise, my Light to expand and for growing in Love, and I said thank you.

A couple of minutes later, the horrible feelings, stress and trouble vanished. Then I felt I was being embraced. I felt there was someone there (unseen) who was warm, caring and loyal. The lyrics of another song came into my mind: “Lean on me / when you’re not strong / And I’ll be your friend / I’ll help you carry on.”

When the chips are down, you feel alone. No-one can experience what you feel.

Only your Guardian Angel. And he/she will stand by you when no-one else will, or when no-one else is available. For those with difficult lives, befriend your Guardian Angel. “You can count on me.” That’s what your Guardian Angel wants you to know.

MBO FOR TIME COMPRESSION Lee writes: Was going to see my grandkids in their school Winter Concert and even though we left in time, and I said an MBO for easy travel and safe arrival and an easy parking space, traffic was heavier than we expected so I asked for a time crunch because we were running about 15 minutes behind schedule. Well, we arrived with about 9 minutes to spare and got a good space to park! And the concert was fun! MBOs just change your life in so many ways!

SURGERY FOR BABY MBO Michael writes: On 7 April, my daughter-in-law, Jen had a healthy baby girl, they came home on 10 April. On the 11th, she was running a fever that finally broke that night. This evening my son, Chris sent a text at 9:40pm that he had to take her to the ER and straight to surgery. Immediately upon receiving that text, I asked an MBO by any guardian angels around her to assist in the surgery. It’s now 10:08 here and I just got a text…Surgery done, the doctor told Chris at the delivery not all placentas was removed…surgery went well and is over….she will be there tonight and with no complications will go home tomorrow.

All doubt is gone, Tom, amazing results, and I send thanks to all who offered assistance……couldn’t wait to tell you.

Then insecurity and fears go away, courage awakes, and you can fulfil your dreams. Then there is no thing or state that would not be solved for your best interest, and in this way make you happier. Life is full of various events, moments and things which you very quickly call problems. They are just different moments, happenings and things; you will see the possibilities in them all if you choose the best friend in you.

Every moment contains a possibility as well as a problem, and if I choose the worst enemy in me, I only see the problem and not the possibility. My life becomes full of these problems, and I can notice time and again: “There isn’t anything good in life, at least not for me. This thing, too, proves that I can’t succeed and dreams can’t come true”. In this way man does not see the reality, the fact that he himself has chosen. He himself is responsible for his own state, for when he reaches out his hand to his best friend and chooses him, every moment and every thing contains a possibility, which makes life happier and more meaningful. Then all things and states will turn out for the best, light can stream, and light beings can serve, help and support. Man is not alone for a single moment, for he is constantly surrounded by light and light beings who are constantly ready to serve and help in their great love for the entire creation.

The life that you create does not only affect your life and the life of your planet but it multiplies and affects endlessly. Your social structure shakes when the state of people shakes, for the state of the society is built through the state of people, so everything that appears on your planet is only an expression of the state of your society, or man’s relationship with himself. Our own state and how we treat ourselves only multiplies, for what man reinforces in himself multiplies, whether it is destruction or love.

It is essentially important how a person experiences himself, for if he is his best friend, he can examine the friend and communicate and collaborate with the friend. In this way it opens doors, and man can be aware of his own state the way it is. What am I feeling and experiencing at this moment? How is my mental and physical entity and my state? When man is aware of his own state, he creates a relationship and a contact to himself sincerely and honestly, when he can either accept or deny his state. functioning part in himself when he remains in this negative and intolerant state.

Man can remain in a negative and destructive state unless he realizes what is happening in him. If he is aware of his destructive feelings, he can switch off this state in himself by noticing “I don’t want to keep this inside me, for I have no need for this kind of feeling. It is not in accordance with my will or aspiration but only a compensation that has taken place in me”. Then he can realize what kind of a side in him is trying to get in power and he can collaborate with himself, for being aware is acknowledging the state and accepting it the way it is. Then the destructive state settles back to its own existence, its latent form of existence in man, and will not activate anymore. In this way man controls and directs himself and maintains in himself the balance he wants. Balance is that you co-operate and are the loving, accepting, tolerant and helping friend of your own self. Then man, no matter where he is moving, creates a balancing, harmonic and pacifying spirit, for it is a building material he has brought, that fundamental and innermost energy inside him.

Close your eyes and take a comfortable and relaxed position where you feel good.

Take yourself, your best friend, by the hand, and focus intensively on the thought “I reach out my hand to my best friend. I want to get acquainted with him and listen to him”. Breathe through your nose as slowly as possible and regulate your respiration slower and slower with the help of your mind. Focus your mind on your own hand and think that you are holding your best friend by the hand, for you want to listen to and respect his thoughts, wishes and needs. Think about your own hand which you are holding, and ask your best friend to tell his hopes and needs. Let thoughts flood your mind freely and keep your eyes closed, then you can get in contact with your best friend the most easily. Respect the hopes and needs of your best friend and fulfil them in the best possible way.

"The Psychic Medium Reading from Both Sides of the Table” By Connie Wake & Susan Fiandach

As professional psychic-mediums and instructors of psychic studies, we are often asked about what is the best way to give a quality psychic reading…and what is the best way to receive a quality reading.

So, from both sides of the reader’s table, we will cover the criteria we teach in our courses and development classes.

First, however, a definition of a psychic-medium reading is the connection and conversation between the client and the reader, as a go-between to the information available from energy sources. Those energy sources can be generally referred to in two ways: Psychic energy is information about the living (the client), those they influence and are influenced by. This type of information may be of the past, the present, and the opportunities of the future. Since free will and choice is a Universal Law and paramount in a reading, future information are not decisions concretely given to the client, but insights and validations of energies “in play.” The client is always in control of their present and future actions and outcomes.

Mediumistic energy is information from those who have passed…memories of lives lived…as they relate to the client, either known by, or known to. The Information shared validates who they were, sharing memories, or events since Page | 25

their passing. Through this evidence and conversation, the message often offers perspective, insight, comfort and closure.

Past life information (or akashic records) is the same connection to the memories of lives lived before the present incarnation, and the value of this information relates/helps/validates the life being currently lived.

AS A READER, the connection, interpretation and conversation are always in the best interest and well-being of the client. To this end, the reader is a translator only, without adding their own personal stories, spiritual beliefs/counseling or life opinions as the reading. The reader understands the value of continuous study and improvement to be a clear, open channel and expand the depth of information received. Not everything may “make sense” to the reader, but hopefully will to the client. If it does not, the reader should not fixate on it and move on. An honest connection, respect, compassion and integrity are keys to giving a quality psychic-medium reading.

AS A CLIENT, it is helpful to understand that the reader is interpreting images, sounds, feelings and intuition to words…the reading. This information may be literal or symbolic, and the reader may ask clarifying questions to be sure they are on the right track. Simple responses without divulging all the details is helpful to keep the conversational flow going, and the reading strong. Go into the reading with open mind and heart, and even “call in” your loved ones ahead of time. They want to be heard and use the medium to do just that. And again, not everything may “make sense” at the time but hopefully may come to be realized later. If information does not apply or appeal to you, ask a clarifying question…do not fixate on it, however. Also, to be tight-lipped in a “I’m not going to give you anything” situation may dampen the connection and affect the reading.

IN ANY AND ALL CASES, permission of the client is paramount as extension of the universe law of free will and choice! This includes anyone else the client may refer to, so if the people are not present, permission is not assumed. In other words, the reader must receive your consent to be read, and should not read for those not present in the room. With respect, compassion and integrity on both sides of the reader’s table, the reading is a quality and valued experience.

Trees are important for us. Trees provide shade and protection from the sun; they provide wood for fire and material with which to build. We also know that they are essential for taking in carbon dioxide and releasing the needed oxygen for us and many of the creatures living on Earth. We love to walk in forests, and trees make us feel good.

While we may love trees at a certain level, we have no difficulties cutting them.

We cut them for what we call proper reasons, such as for wood to build, or for making paper. However, we also cut them because they may be in our way for a variety of reasons. It is typical for the human species to behave in a basically schizophrenic way where we both like something and do not care for it.

In ancient times and even today, trees were sacred in many traditions. They revered them. Fortunately, we see respect for trees coming back. Increasingly, people begin to look at trees not only from a physical perspective but also from a metaphysical and spiritual perspective.

In this article, I will not look at the ecological importance of trees. People have written many books and articles about that. I will focus on some metaphysical aspects, not with the intent to give a full overview but to look at the energetics of trees in such a way that it will be easier to also see trees from a metaphysical and spiritual perspective. That may add arguments for the importance of trees, especially the old ones, and the need to protect them. Dorothy McLean was known for her ability to communicate with Devas. In her book To Hear the Angels Sing (1), she shared many messages. One of these I will never forget and is relevant for this article.

Large trees are essential to the well-being of the Earth. No other can do the job they do. They and humanity each represent the apex of a particular form of life and humans could gain much by associating with them. It is no accident that Buddha is said to have found enlightenment under a tree. It would be most beneficial if large woodlands were retained near every city; for trees have a special gift to offer man in this age of speed and change. They embody the qualities of strength, stability, and continuity. They bless all who come and rest within their aura.

Large trees are conductors of energy; they stand ever ready, channeling the universal forces that surround and are part of the world. These large trees are carriers of especially potent vibrations, sentinels of cosmic energy, transforming this power and conducting it into the Earth.

This message summarizes some of the key aspects of the importance of trees.

Over time I have studied several aspects of the way trees are related to the energies that are important for this world and us. I will summarize some key aspects in this article.

Sacred trees I met the idea of sacred trees while living in The Netherlands. The ancestors of the people currently living in Northwestern Europe saw trees as sacred. Their culture and spiritual activities centered around trees. Although a lot of the knowledge about the rituals and ceremonies from those times are lost, some of the remaining beliefs reflect that although all trees were sacred, some were considered more sacred. To the Germanic tribes, two species of trees were Page | 33

particularly sacred: Oak (Image 1) and Linden or Lime tree. In simple terms, they used Oak trees for all community activities that had to do with active masculine activities. For example, when they were speaking justice and also when they held meetings to make plans for the community, they held those gatherings under an Oak tree. If it had to do with feminine aspects, like fertility, praying for good crops, or health, these activities occurred under a Linden tree. Even today, many farmhouses have Linden trees (Image 2), although nowadays the explanation for that is more mundane. In the landscape of North-west Europe, there still are Oaks and Linden trees that even today are sacred. Several of them are connected to legends about Mother Mary, which has resulted in the building of chapels and churches.

Trees are not only sacred in Northwestern Europe but throughout the whole world. If you want to read more, there are several books I can recommend (2).

It is obvious that people throughout time have experienced trees as more than a piece of wood. Trees have affected communities and even religions. For example, the Celts had a Lunar Zodiac completely based on trees (3).

Trees and the human Consciousness grid When I studied the human consciousness grids, I discovered something that at the time surprised me. I found that the grid that holds the lowest vibrations of human consciousness is directly linked to certain trees. These trees are needed to create this grid. The grid with the lowest vibration of human consciousness corresponds to our root chakra, the chakra of feeling safe and accepted. Trees contribute to a feeling of safety and help us to accept that we decided to incarnate in this, often challenging physical world. I described the connection of trees with this grid in Gifts of Mother Earth (4).

It took a lot of research to find out which trees are involved in this grid system.

While the list may not be complete (I only researched areas in West Europe, The United States, and Mexico) I found that only certain types of trees contribute to this grid. When a certain type of tree is involved, it seems that all species of that type of tree are involved. I found the following type of trees connected with this grid: Sycamore (Image 4), Oak, Linden, Birch, Beech, Hawthorne, and Alder.

There are many species of Oak. All the Oak species that I have checked are involved in these grids, including the two species of oak shrubs that I found in Arizona. The same is true for the other mentioned type of trees. This list contains only deciduous trees, an aspect that I found fascinating. I expected to find at least some evergreens to be included, but so far, I have not been able to find any.

Looking at this list, it contains the two most sacred trees of the Germanic tribes: the Oak and the Linden tree. Four trees from the list are part of the Celtic Tree Zodiac: Birch, Alder, Hawthorne, and Oak. Sycamores, known as Plane (Platanus), are planted in many villages where people gather. That happens, for example, in France where almost all villages have their central gathering area Page | 34

covered with Planes. I found that in some places Beeches are connected to the appearance of statues of Mother Mary, for example in Belgium, and consequently, these trees are considered sacred.

We may conclude that over time people created special relationships with the tree species linked to the grids that reflect the foundational need of human existence: safety and acceptance. Some may believe that this happened by accident, but I do not believe so. In those days people still had an intuitive knowing that these trees support humans to live more optimally.

Trees and Souls Sharing about the relationship that certain trees have with grids and their importance for us, is at least to some degree acceptable for many people. More difficult to accept is the idea that trees have Souls. A Soul may express itself through many or at least several individual trees, or through only one tree. I still remember the moment when I read in a book, We came as Angels (5) about Souls choosing trees through which to express themselves. That book also mentioned that trees standing at one place over long periods gather a lot of wisdom; maybe even more than human beings who keep moving around and their lifespans are comparatively short. As the Soul in a tree said to a Soul in a human body in this book: “Sometimes anchored to one place is an advantage. There is no way to move away from what you have done to the Life around you� (6). This statement made a deep impression on me. It made me realize how important it is to lovingly care for the environment in which we live.

Souls in trees! When I read that I wondered whether this was true, and if so, which trees have a single Soul and which ones are part of a group that shares one Soul? This question felt important, although, at the time, I did not understand why. I learned a lot from connecting with trees, feeling into their individuality and their collectivity.

All trees have a connection with all other trees of the same species. If you connect with a Birch, all Birches know about this connection. Each Birch will know you, even when you never made a direct connection with that particular tree.

Realizing this and feeling this made me see the world differently. I realized how much we had lost our ability to feel connected with all other human beings, let alone with other species.

In the process of connecting with trees, I learned that certain trees had a much stronger presence. It is not easy to describe. It feels like connecting with the essence of a tree in a similar way as connecting with the essence of another human being. One day, I was able to communicate more clearly about this with a tree. It was a Utah Juniper tree (Image 5). In the past, I had some short moments of connection and picked up some short messages, but this was different. This experience was with a Utah Juniper tree that I connected with regularly. I also brought several people to it to make a connection. The communication was unexpectedly clear. I felt such a love for the tree, and it was not for trees in Page | 35

general, but especially for this tree. It felt like a friend with which you have a deep connection. It was during this deep connection and sharing that this Utah Juniper told me about trees and Souls. This tree had an individual Soul. It told me that this was the case for all Utah Junipers. Like humans, they have individual Souls.

Of course, I wanted to know which other species have an individual Soul. Because I was not yet very trained in my communication with my friend, I could not understand all that the tree told me. However, over time, I learned about a few other types of trees that have individual Souls. Besides the Utah Juniper, there is the Alligator Juniper, the Ponderosa Pine, the Siberian Pine, the Giant Sequoia, the Redwood Tree and the Dawn Redwood. I know there are more, but these are the ones of which I am aware at this moment.

I also learned that all species of trees, when they get old, may have an individual Soul. In such a situation, this tree, for example, an Oak, was initially part of a group of Oaks that shared the same Soul. Over time, as the trees got older, and some began to die, there were fewer individual trees connected with that Soul. In the end, there was only one old tree that holds the Soul of the group to which it belonged.

The Noya Rao tree and extraterrestrial consciousness To understand the full scope of the gifts of the trees, I want to include the Noya Rao, a very sacred and unique tree found in the Amazon. This tree is very rare.

There seem to be only a few of them. I heard about this tree through a friend of ours. She regularly visits the Shipibo-Conibo tribe. When there, she, and those that go with her participate in ceremonies that lead to drinking the tea made from the sacred Noya Rao tree.

According to the information, Noya Rao is an almost mythical tree that grows in the Amazonian forest. Those that know this majestic tree do not share much information, and that is for a valid reason: to protect it. Within the tradition of the Shipibo-Conibo tribe, who are widely considered to have the most conscious approach to plant-based medicine, Noya Rao is the great-great-grand Mother of all the other plants.

The meaning of Noya Rao in the local vocabulary is both the ‘Tree of Light’ and the ‘Camino a la Verdad,’ which translates into ‘The path of Truth.’ It is also called the “Flying Tree,” which may refer to the expansion of consciousness that occurs when you make a deep connection with this tree or drink the tea made from it. Its wisdom is considered extremely powerful, it represents pure good, connects to white light, and those who had the honor to drink the yellow colored tea brew from the bark of Noya Rao claimed it changed their life paths forever. However, those that know the old recipe for the potion keep it secret. The tree is so rare, that most shamans who know where Noya Rao grows keep that knowledge unexposed and protect it with uttermost care and love.

The tea extracted from the bark of the tree has no noticeable taste, it’s faintly sweet and very delicate. The most magical part of Noya Rao’s physical form is that its leaves and bark have fluorescent properties and glow faintly in the dark.

During a meditation in our crystal skull circle with an essence of the Noya Rao, people had powerful experiences. In this meditation, I connected with Beings from the Star System of Pegasus. They showed me something that led to a deeper appreciation for trees than I already had.

The Noya Rao tree is a gift of the consciousness of a group of Beings from the Star System of Pegasus. They used genetic material from certain trees and combined that with aspects of their energy and consciousness to create a new form. This form, however, can only grow in the energy of a portal to the star system of Pegasus. That is the reason that these trees are so rare. That is also the reason why all attempts of people to cultivate this tree have failed. I must admit that it took me a while to process this information, even though the information felt “right.” I was aware that there were influences and contributions of ET’s that created certain species of plants and animals. It felt that this was even beyond “contribution.” The Noya Rao was a creation of a foreign species to help us human beings in the process of our evolution of consciousness. It is the expansion of consciousness that led to the name “Flying Tree.”

I felt that the Soul connected with the Noya Rao had a certain familiarity because I realized that I had felt its energies before. I had connected with portals to this system before, but I knew there was something else. I wondered whether all the trees with individual Souls had Souls that came from Pegasus. However, that was not true. The Souls connected with trees come from many different Star Systems, like is the case with Souls connected with human beings.

Feeling into the energies of Pegasus and the Noya Rao tree coincided with research on the human consciousness grids. In the process, I visited Sycamore trees again to look at the grid these trees hold for us. Connecting with these trees, I felt the energies of Pegasus again. That is why it felt familiar; I had felt the energies before without being able to define them. I wondered about the Souls that connect with the other trees that contribute to the creation of the most basic human consciousness grid. All the trees connected with this grid belong to the group of trees that share Souls. Checking these trees, I felt that all the trees that contribute to the creation of the basic human consciousness grid have a connection with Souls that originate from Pegasus. It seems that the Beings from Pegasus want to help us by supporting our process of feeling safe and accepted in this physical world. That is a requirement if we are to fulfill our agreement with Gaia: to contribute to the ascension of the Gaia system.

Trees and Morphogenetic systems

Every species needs a morphogenetic system, consisting of a field and one or more grids, to be able to exist. For more information see Gifts of Mother Earth (7). These grids exist independent of the species itself. The location of these grids is on the surface of the Earth. These grids have a basic pattern spread over the whole Earth. That is true for all species, including trees, except for one group.

That is the group of trees which have an individual Soul. These trees have a completely different type of grid. They are both the creators and holders of their own very irregular grid. Each tree is connected with the trees around them through energy lines, forming a grid system determined by the number of trees present. Each tree is a vortex in the grid, while normally the vortexes are on the nodes (cross points of lines) in other grids.

Only trees with an individual Soul have this type of morphogenetic grids. Having such a grid has some interesting consequences. While for other species the grid will exist all over the world, even when there is only one individual alive. The grid of this group of trees depends on the number of trees that are alive. That means that the size and density of the grid change continuously with the death and birth of individual trees. When there is only one individual alive, there is no grid anymore; only one vortex that keeps the tree connected with its morphogenetic field.

The different groups of trees and their main functions: a summary Based on what I shared in this article, we can separate trees into a few groups. I like to stress that al trees are important for us, seen from a physical as well as a metaphysical point of view. Trees help us to reconnect to grounding, rebalancing our system, finding stability and peace, and accepting the world in which we “stand.� They all help us to see that we need to take care of our environment or we will stand in our own mess.

The majority of trees belong to the group of which each Soul expresses itself through more than one tree. I summarized the way these trees support us in the above paragraph. The Souls connected with these trees originate from different star systems. They all have a worldwide morphogenetic grid system that has a characteristic pattern.

The second group has all the characteristics of the previous group with one exception and one addition. The exception is that the Souls connected with these trees are all from the star system of Pegasus. The addition is that this group of trees lay the foundation for the lowest grid of human consciousness that reflect to us how safe and accepted we feel in this physical reality. The importance is enormous, given how many people experience fears and worries, reflecting the lack of safety and acceptance. We mentioned the names of the trees in this group, as far is currently known, earlier in this article: Sycamore, Oak, Linden, Birth, Beech, Hawthorne and Alder.

The trees in the third group always have each an individual Soul. They are very similar to us. To express themselves into this world, they use a different form than we do. This group has a completely different type of morphogenetic grid that consists of lines connecting each living tree of the same species, while each tree also is a vortex in the grid. Consequently, it is a dynamic system. When we cut any of these trees, we diminish the grid. While there may be many more species in this group, at this moment I am aware of the Utah Juniper, the Alligator Juniper, the Ponderosa Pine, the Siberian Pine, the Giant Sequoia, the Redwood Tree, and the Dawn Redwood.

Lastly, there is an individual species, the Noya Rao. For this tree, not only the Soul but also the physical manifestation depends on and connects with a star system: the star system of Pegasus. The few individuals of this species that exist all need the energies of a portal to Pegasus to function and survive.

Hug a Tree Based on what you have read it may be clear that trees are very important for both our physical and our spiritual lives. Trees cannot walk away. Even when we believe that they are in our way (that is always a belief and NOT reality) we should think twice about cutting. We have already diminished the number of trees worldwide. We need to protect them, especially those that are the older trees.

Given how much they offer us, never forget to hug a tree regularly.

Connection is what we do every single day in different ways as human beings. As much as we may enjoy our time alone, we will always be navigating a life with friends, family and a community of others. Every single day, we connect with what is in our life and what surrounds us in this world. Would you agree?

It is clear to me, we live in a world of connection.

So, what does this mean and, how do connections impact our lives?

To me, connection or connections is another word for people. When I talk about connections impacting our life, I am talking about what comes our way when connect to others individually or in a group. If we are truly paying attention, we will note shifts within ourselves. These can be subtle or stronger shifts that impact us on all levels – emotionally, mentally or physically.

If we have not noticed these shifts, it’s because our mind is too busy elsewhere and most of the world is unaware of the energetic dynamics that surround us.

Every single person, thought, word or situation can and does impact us!

The truth is that humanity has not received the memo on the importance of going within. I am talking about connecting to “feelings” – which is a quiet awareness and knowing within each of us.

Going within means we connect to observe our energetic responses to people, places and situations. We are to notice as an observer. This is not our habit yet – as, humanity does not understand its importance. Many of us actually avoid looking within because, at a core level, we fear confronting what we do not understand – heavy or confusing emotion. We fail to realize that emotions and feelings are not the same thing. They are truly very different! Plus, we fear the vulnerability that comes from our own emotions – thus avoiding a deeper connection. How accurate does this sound so far?

When do we go within? Most of us sit up to pay attention and go within when we are struggling in some way. There are many reasons and situations in life that cause us to struggle. All along, there are emotional and physical clues and symptoms that something is wrong. These symptoms range from headache, anxiety, and mood swings to depression. These symptoms often appear because we have discounted, ignored or avoided our feelings all along because we were not aware. Plus, it doesn’t help that we often use drugs, alcohol or pills to cope – numbing our emotions. All along, we are not truly understanding or seeing the energetics at play that affect us. This is a big problem… our problem!

What we do instead – what humanity does very well to cope and release energetic tension is to complain, compare or whine about life! In this way, we open our mouth and push out what is not so pleasant within. This comes out as anger, criticism or judgment. How does all that sound to you?

In summary, we are impacted by energy!

Emotions, thoughts, and even words are energy.

We impact one another energetically every single day.

Most people are unaware of these insights. The ones who semi-understand energy realize there are tools that allow them to feel better. These tools include exercise, breath work, yoga or meditation in their lives. The ones who are more advanced choose to become seekers of knowledge – where they dive deeper into energetics – these are the Empaths of today!

Empaths are the ones who feel strongly and deeply what is going on around them and within others. About one-third of Empaths have always known they could sense more than others. Today’s wisdom for you: Your top responsibility is your own healing on all levels.

Your directive is to transcend perceptions and limiting beliefs.

Your daily priority is self-care.

You are a spiritual being.

You are not here to be the martyr or wounded healer.

What's Happening for March 2019?

Matronalia This is something new to me and thought it was very interesting. And I love the fact that women were celebrated!

The very first festival of the year is one held in honor of women, particularly mothers. In ancient Rome, the holiday of Matronalia or the “festival of women� was celebrated each year on March 1st. This festival was held in honor of the Goddess Juno Lucina, who watched over married women and women in childbirth. Gifts were offered to Juno and the women, and everyone treated the ladies exceptionally well on this day. Matronalia is like the women’s version of Saturnalia.

Juno Lucina is the Goddess of newborn infants. She is the Goddess of Birth, the goddess who aids women during pregnancy and brings their child into the light.

Women who were going into labor soon would make offerings to her for a safe delivery of her baby. Juno Lucina was also called upon by newlyweds to help them successfully conceive a child.

It's a time to celebrate ourselves and the women in our lives. Create a ritual to remember those important females who have helped you along the way. It has been custom ever since for husbands to shower their wives with gifts on Matronalia. Stuff like chocolates, flowers, and jewelry were given by the Page | 43

husbands to celebrate their matriarch in the household. The children would also offer their own gifts of their own for their mother.

Ostara

With the arrival of March comes the promise of spring—the month is said to roar in like a lion, and if we're really lucky, roll out like a lamb. Meanwhile, on or around the 21st of the month, we have Ostara to celebrate. It's the time of the vernal equinox if you live in the Northern Hemisphere, and it's a true marker that Spring and warmer, sunnier days have come. There are many different ways you can celebrate this Sabbat, depending on your tradition.

Ostara is the Goddess of Spring and the Dawn, whose worship goes back to ancient Pagan cultures. Contemporary Pagans of many paths honor Her at Spring Equinox time. Also known as Eostre, the Christian festival of Easter was named for Her, and the Easter Bunny, baskets, and colored eggs that are part of Springtime and Easter celebrations in America, Europe, and other parts of the world are rooted in Her lore and symbology.

The paradox here is by not caring we are setting ourselves up for disappointment after disappointment, until unfortunately this becomes kind of the accepted normality for us.

Caring about our own life, our own future path, requires commitment and for sure, although life may well still present challenges (it’s how we grow as people) caring will ensure we find a way around, over or through the issue before us. And the reason is because we care to care, this involves us directly in the process of creating our own amazing life.

Would you rather choose being passive as you observe everyone else moving on in life and having all the fun? Or instead choose to be in the driving seat of your own life and be the one making awesome experiences happen for yourself? Free-will dictates there are always these options…I know which I prefer and my whole motivation is to show others those choices, to let them also decide to take the fun option!

About Dean: “What do you want to do when you leave school?” This time the question came from a careers advisor at high school. Having less than eighteen months left to reside in the education system, I suppose it seemed an obvious question to ask. My reply stated I saw myself doing something creative, perhaps graphic design.

And for sure, I did. I indeed became a graphic designer for a little while.

"What Are Akashic Records?" By Anne Sierigk The Akashic Records are a field of information of your life now and all previous lives and future possibilities. A trademark of Akashic Records "Readings" is that it is like accessing a library of information.

Information about the Akashic Records can be found in folklore, in myth, and throughout the Old and New Testaments. It is traceable at least as far back as the Semitic peoples and includes the Arabs, the Assyrians, the Phoenicians, the Babylonians, and the Hebrews. The Akashic Records are, then, a hidden library of records imprinted on the subtle space of the Akasha. The Akashic Records are believed to have existed since the beginning of the time-space continuum of planet Earth.

What information can I get from the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records contain every thought, emotion, action, and experience that has ever occurred in time and space. Action Steps to Deal with Guilt Trippers from “The Power of Surrender” 1. Surrender the notion that you have to be perfect The guilt tripper tends to lose interest if you don’t go for their misguided manipulations. Everyone makes mistakes. It’s human. You don’t have to be perfect or squeaky clean. If you hurt someone or made a mistake, accept that you can’t change the past. But you can make amends when appropriate. Apologize for offending a relative, pay back money owed, or simply convey, “I wish I had been there for you more.” Focusing on solutions instead of wallowing in guilt is a way to surrender to positive forces, rather than succumbing to the pull of negativity.

2. Surrender guilt with tears One physical way to release guilt if you’re fixated on a mistake you made or not meeting someone’s expectations is to cry. Do this when you’re alone or with a supportive person. Tears release stress hormones and help you heal. As you cry, Page | 52

your body expels guilt and tension. This helps you let it all go. Don’t fight the surrender of crying. Let tears cleanse stress from your body.

3. Know your guilt buttons No one can make you feel guilty if don’t believe you’ve done something wrong.

However, if you doubt yourself, guilt can creep in. Believing you are doing the best you can in a situation can quell any guilt and bring comfort no matter what anyone says.

4. Set limits Start a conversation positively. In a matter-of-fact tone say, “I can see your point of view. But when you say (fill in the blank) my feelings are hurt. I’d be grateful if you didn’t keep repeating it.” You might make some topics taboo such as money, sex, or personal appearance. Keep the conversation light, don’t go for their bait, and try to gradually heal your insecurities so you don’t buy into their guilt trips.

Be aware that there’s a difference between healthy remorse and guilt. Remorse is regretting how a situation turned out or how you behaved. Then you can acknowledge the mistake and make amends. You’ll feel genuinely sorry, but you don’t stay stuck there. Guilt, however, is when you become attached to remorse and self-blame, a reverse form of ego where you keep focusing on a “lacking” or a mistake.

About Spreads The fun and art of layouts or spreads for any type of cards you are using can help you pinpoint a more direct answer. Personally, I am a big fan of the Celtic Cross layout as I feel it is a more detailed and gives a better explanation of what they are asking. There are times when a client will come to you with a specific inquiry that you may choose different spreads to view the answers they seek. Often for quick reads many readers are partial to three or four card spreads pertaining to the people involved or the situations and the cards explain them. There are so many options and combinations people can find or create for guidance.

Through the years I have searched through many tarot and oracle books and experimented to see if there is a better approach to give my readings a different spin. Gathering with other readers also can help you to realize newer options can create an amazing sense of community and swapping of ideas. I realize in our realm we have people who feel a sense of solitary practice and are not accustomed to working with others while others relish in community and sharing. Everyone is entitled to believe and work in their comfort with respect Page | 54

and encouragement. Our paths are determined by our beliefs and practices and no one is alike.

When I began my readings, I was taught to read Russian Gypsy Fortune Telling Cards and they can only really be read with all the cards in one spread. Using those can be a real challenge but also a fun joint effort looking for the combinations and a conversation starter to make a more enjoyable experience.

From there I wanted more and started to seek out Tarot and purchased my first deck and teaching myself how to work with them. I started working parties once I was feeling more comfortable and each year the querents would come back and tell me how their readings were so helpful to them. A few looked for me to thank me for “saving their lives� as I encouraged them to see their doctors and they were diagnosed early with a preventable health issue that they were treated and given a happy outcome. I will tell you I am grateful to my guides who helped me to help these beautiful souls. The joy and blessings I find in my job, that I can help and provide peace to others through the guidance I am given from the other side.

"What Happened With Planet Earth and Life Here" By Sean McCleary Earth was introduced into Universal Consciousness almost 5 billion years ago.

There is an energy field called the Higgs field and a subatomic particle called the Higgs boson. The Higgs boson was discovered on Earth by CERN in 2012 and is known as the fundamental particle for quantum evolutionary activity. The Higgs boson is the subatomic particle that is the foundation for the evolutionary development of matter and energy in the Universe. The Higgs field is where this particle is generated from that performs this activity. I do work in evolutionary cosmology and I have discovered some important things about planet Earth. I also do work on the evolution of consciousness and incorporate this into my work in order to formulate certain conclusions about evolutionary activity which has taken place in time and space which others have not been aware of previously.

The Universe was introduced around 13.8 billion years ago. The Milky Way galaxy is 13.51 billion years old. Earth is located in a region of space and time which is almost as old as the introduction of the universe. Earth is also located very close to the origin of where the universe was introduced. Extremely powerful activity took place in this location and Earth has experienced certain evolutionary aspects of this activity over the last 4.5 billon years. Something happened when the universe was introduced and Earth absorbed this consciousness and energy from universal development. The reason I mention consciousness is because the universe is a concept and so is everything contained within the universe. What consciousness does is conceptualizes for the purpose of evolutionary development. Consciousness is the will contained within energy which facilitates evolution. Consciousness contained within energy is measured by vibration.

Consciousness and higher frequency vibrations produce light energy and consciousness and lower frequency vibrations produce dark energy. This is where the light and the dark originate from in the universe.

Photons carry and distribute light energy in the universe but they evolved out of the frequency vibrations contained within the Higgs field. The universe had to experience design before introduction. The universe did not just evolve instantly out of a momentary explosion because the explosion had to be generated and matter was introduced into the universe which needed to be conceptualized for evolutionary purposes first. Life exists within the universe and also had to be conceptualized. This is the purpose of consciousness and energy. This universe is contained within a larger body of consciousness and energy; and this universe experiences evolutionary development as a result of this consciousness and energy. This consciousness and energy contain the drive of infinity and exists with the activity of very powerful consciousness and vibration. This is how the light and the dark were introduced into this universe.

When this universe was introduced it was like infinity broke apart within itself; and matter was introduced. The universe began with the introduction of the Page | 56

Higgs boson through the evolutionary activity of frequency vibrations. The formation began within this larger body of consciousness and energy and this universe experienced the beginning of life. What was involved in this process was consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure and matter. This universe was designed, formulated and introduced. Something happened with the actual introduction that I have discovered through my work. This universe experienced life before the big bang took place because of conceptualization and underwent formation. This took place for a little while before the big bang happened. When the big bang happened consciousness, light energy, dark energy and pressure were all concentrated together in a very powerful way.

When this concentration of consciousness and energy happened in the moment; this consciousness lost awareness for a moment before being introduced into existence as the identity of the universe. In this moment there was an instant of darkness: and this darkness took on the form as an aspect of consciousness and dark energy. When the universe was introduced this moment was also introduced into existence. The universe started evolutionary formation before the big bang took place and this was the aspect of life being introduced. The moment that happened and the concentration of dark energy and consciousness experienced the evolutionary change is how death was introduced into the universe. The actual introduction of the universe was a representation of the evolutionary development of life. This consciousness and energy exists here within this location of time and space which is; life, death and the evolutionary development of life itself. This consciousness and energy transferred into Earth when Earth was introduced almost 5 billion years ago.

When Earth was introduced the evolutionary development of the planet originated out of Universal Consciousness and energy; which is the Higgs field.

When Earth was introduced the planet experienced a very powerful evolutionary development of the consciousness and energy of life and the Higgs field was incorporated into Earth in a very powerful way. There has been certain ideologies associated with ancient history here about life being different than it is today.

Such as Adam and Eve having life expectancies of 900 years. Also the curiosity of Stonehenge, the pyramids and ancient descriptions of illustrations that have been discovered which present certain questions about what type of life existed on Earth before. What happened was life as a different form of human beings was introduced into the environment long before the discovery of the Homo sapiens remains that date back 200,000 years. Because Earth experienced a new introduction of life and evolutionary development was more powerful; life was more powerful. This had to do with the consciousness and energy of the Higgs field here on Earth. The Higgs field is the foundation for the evolutionary development of life in the universe and is the basis for Universal Consciousness and energy. This means that life was more powerful here at first.

There has been illustrations of people here possessing supernatural powers associated with the “third eye�. This has been associated with the pineal gland and human beings possessing special abilities associated with consciousness and Page | 57

energy. I will explain how this happened. Earth experienced a new development of evolution out of the universe and the Higgs field. Life evolved into Earth’s environment a very long time ago. Universal Consciousness has been incorporated into planet Earth and Universal Consciousness was different here a long time ago. The Higgs field was more concentrated here and life evolved out of the Higgs field. This means that consciousness and energy was also more concentrated; and people had more accessibility to the Higgs field with their consciousness. This means they lived longer, they could see things through Universal Consciousness with the Higgs field being adapted into the pineal gland and they possessed what would seem to us as superhuman abilities. This is how Stonehenge was built. They did this before they transferred away from planet Earth into existence as a monument depicting their existence here before. I suspect that this is also how the pyramids were constructed.

The tectonic plates caused the landmasses to break apart and form continents a very long time ago. This happened as a result of universal evolutionary activity; because Earth evolved out of the universe. What happened over a period of time is the concentration of that moment that represents death evolved into planet Earth from time and space in this location. Death separates consciousness and causes new evolutionary development to occur. Earth contains consciousness and energy because Earth supports consciousness and energy. This aspect of Universal Consciousness and energy represented by dark energy and pressure evolved into Earth. This happened because Earth evolved out of Universal Consciousness as life and the aspect of the consciousness and energy of death had to evolve into planet Earth because the universe experienced this type of activity when the big bang took place. This dark energy and pressure out of the universe caused the tectonic plates to shift and the continents to form. This is the evolutionary activity of life and death that Earth has been experiencing over a long period of time. This dark energy and pressure transferred into planet Earth from the universe and caused life to experience an evolutionary change over a period of time.

This is what ended ancient civilizations here on Earth. Death ended up evolving into planet Earth from the universe from the activity that occurred with the big bang. Homo sapiens started development around 200,000 years ago. When this happened; because of this dark energy and pressure the life expectancy was a lot shorter than previously attained by different human beings. Also this dark energy and pressure affected the activity of the Higgs field between human consciousness and people could not access the pineal glad as they previously did before. The development of the human race and the activity that has been occurring on Earth is a representation of the formation and introduction of the universe; as evolutionary development. Death has been evolving here for quite some time. Life transfers into the next stage of evolutionary development in existence when death is experienced here. This location is in the Whirlpool galaxy where God’s home is located. Life evolved again with the increase in the population; and so did death. Life is happening globally within fractions of a second and so is death. Life here represents the activity of the formation of the Page | 58

universe. Death here represents the moment the universe was introduced; and life transferring away from Earth represents the introduction of the universe.

Earth is the birthplace of recreation; this is why Earth exists in this location.

What happened is life has continued its evolutionary development here on Earth and so has the consciousness and energy of death. Life at its most powerful level is represented by the activity of reproduction. This is a global consciousness and energy that is occurring within fractions of a second. Because death has been evolving here something else occurred. Death; represented by dark energy and pressure evolved into the activity of micro organisms. This is why the HIV virus was introduced into the population; as a result of the evolutionary activity of death. This happened because death evolved into the activity that occurs through reproduction which is sexual activity. It was first introduced as a disease that homosexual's acquired; but ultimately it was a form of consciousness and energy that evolved into the reproductive activity on Earth. The reason this happened is because eternal life is emerging here through the Apocalypse. Death had to evolve into the most powerful activity of life in order for life to become eternal here on Earth. This particular micro organism could not have wiped out the population because the evolutionary development of life is more powerful. This has been discussed in religion; especially the Lord’s Prayer when it states; “thy kingdom come thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven”. Life and death had to come together here within the dynamics of consciousness and energy in order for eternal life to be achieved here. The reason is Earth is located very close to the origin of the big bang. This activity transferred into Earth and had to evolve here over a period of time. Now new universal development is occurring with the activity of consciousness and energy on Earth. The Apocalypse is rapidly approaching and a new development of life is occurring here and soon eternal life will emerge on Earth through the process of evolution.

Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Page | 61

Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet� because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

zen habits " Meditation in the Middle of Chaos" by Leo Babauta The wind and rain were swirling around me powerfully, as I sat in my mom’s tropical flower garden in Guam and meditated.

A tropical storm was passing close to Guam, where I’m living at the moment, and I decided to go out into the strong winds and torrential rain to meditate for at least a few minutes. Don’t worry, it was safe.

I actually stood in meditation, as sitting in a puddle of rainwater wasn’t that appealing to me. The water kissed my face, the wind rocked my body into a sway, Page | 65

and I practiced being present in the storm.

I was practicing stillness in the middle of chaos.

Of course, we don’t need to have an actual tropical storm (which turned into a super typhoon after it passed us) to practice with chaos. It’s all around us, every day. Chaos is the uncertainty of our daily lives, the constant barrage of information and requests and tasks and messages we’re swarmed with, the uncertainty of the global stage and national politics, of our finances and global economy, of changing communities and our ever changing lives.

Chaos is all around us, and it can stress us out. It causes anxiety, depression, frustration, anger, procrastination, constant distraction, and the seeking of comforts like social media, food, shopping, games and more.

But what if we didn’t need to run to comfort or fear the chaos?

What if we could just be still, and find calmness and stillness with the uncertainty swirling around us?

A member of my Fearless Training Program said he would like to “dance with chaos.” I think that’s a beautiful idea. Let’s embrace the uncertainty. Practice with it. Dance with it, and let this practice be joyful!

A Joyful Practice in Chaos So how can we practice mindfulness in the middle of chaos? How can we make it joyful?

For me, it looks something like this.

First, you give yourself space to be present with the chaos. I stood in the middle of the storm, because I was excited to see what it was like. I intentionally called it “meditating” because my intention was to be as present as possible with whatever happened. In your daily life, that might look like just stopping in the middle of your busy workday, at any moment, and dropping into the present moment so you can feel what the chaos feels like.

Second, you find the courage to be completely present with the felt experience of the chaos. In the storm, part of that was feeling the wind and rain on my skin, noticing the dramatic light that was filtering through the storm clouds, noticing the amazing tropical jungle in the small valley below me, and the movement of the trees and flowers surrounding me. But there was more than that: it was also the feeling of excitement in my chest, maybe a bit of uncertainty about whether something would fly and hit me on the head, which showed up as a small bit of fear radiating in my heart area. It was also the feeling of my body swaying, my leg muscles tensing, my chest expanding as I breathed. All of this is the felt experience of the moment. Not just my thoughts about it, but how it feels in my Page | 66

body. We can practice this in any moment.

Third, you relax into the chaos, and embrace it. Noticing how the chaos feels, you might notice any tension you have around it. For me, in the storm, there was tension around my safety (again, it was actually pretty safe), so I noticed this tension and relaxed those muscles. Relaxing my body, I let myself just surrender to it. Embrace it, as if it were an incredible gift. Again, we can practice this any moment. Right now, in fact, if you’d like to try it.

Fourth, you dance with it, joyfully. Once we relax around the chaos, and start to embrace it … we’re making friends with it. The uncertainty is no longer a thing to run from, or to resist, but is just a part of the experience of this moment. Of every moment. And so we can start to dance — let ourselves move through the chaos, in a loving, lovely, joyful way. What would it be like to play right now, in the middle of your uncertain life? What would it be like to be curious, and explore, like an adventurer? What would it be like to be grateful for this incredible moment of chaotic beauty? What would it be like to find the love, the openness, the swirling dancing musical movement in the middle of this storm?

We have the opportunity, every single day, even every moment, to be present with the storm of the world. To sit in stillness in the middle of the wind and downpour of life. We have the opportunity to be open to it, to dance with it, to even find the joy in the immense uncertainty that is our lives.

Let’s dance, my friends. Let’s love what is all around us.

- Sage Walker Periodically I have kept journals throughout my life. When I was moving I found quite a few of them. As I am ready to throw them out I looked and found I had written a lot of spirit messages. Some were about my situations in life but most were not about me.

Various things I encounter they would give me the messages about, so I always wrote them down. I would also meet people or see them in my practice and they would send me information for them.

They are not grammatically correct, but I have not altered them except to delete the persons name. I believe I was to write them exactly as they gave them to me. I have also been told that they will help others.

They were a gift from spirit to me to help myself and others. We do not walk this journey alone no matter what is in our life. We need to always move forward and become a better person with each step.

A Sense of Humor is Required for Working Magick (It Really Is OK If You Don’t Use a Candle of the Right Color) Over 60 years ago, Doreen Valiente wrote "The Charge of the Goddess" as part of Gardnerian Wiccan practices. As part of this, she wrote how a number of opposites are necessary as part of working magick. The one that has always stuck with us is "Let there be mirth and reverence in all that you do" (Slight adaptation here).

Merriam Webster defines reverence as showing or feeling honor or respect for something. Being respectful of our beliefs, our personal and spiritual Ancestors, the Old Gods, the Elements, the environment in which we practice, is all integral parts of our belief system. When we perform ritual, we want to have an attitude of reverence, that respect for ourselves, all that we worship and respect, and to feel that what we do and how we do it matters. Reverence, above all else, is about taking care when we are at ritual. Mirth, on the other hand, can be defined as gladness accompanied by laughter. This tells me that we need to celebrate our humanity within our rituals as well. It means being able to laugh when you mess up in the middle of a serious moment (and believe me you will). It means being able to make mistakes and change up what we are doing if it’s not working and go left when you started out going right. It means not taking yourself and your practice so seriously that you lose the joy in it.

It gives us the freedom of being able to let go of trying to be perfect. We just have to do our best and let the Universe manage the rest. Perfectionism, which is a common trait of many, robs us of the ability to live in the present moment because we are always beating ourselves up about what we should have done and didn't do or thinking about what we have to do next. Instead we can just sit back, laugh at our frailties and enjoy making magick each and every moment of our lives which is truly what being a Witch is all about.

Just so you know, there is NO script for our lives; we are each writing our own stories as we go along and it is okay to expect plot twists and go with them as they arrive. Part of performing a ritual is learning to go with the unexpected and take notice of what happens; often we can receive messages of encouragement or suggestions from the Old Gods or Ancestors that show up when we least expect them.

Sue Weber I am Su, an artist, ritualist and energy worker. I share my life with my husband, and my 2 familiars (our beagles VuDu and cat Gitsie). Thirty years ago, I read my first book about the Sacred Feminine. At that time books on the Goddess and witchcraft were not easy to find in upstate NY pre-internet. It was a copy of “The Holy Book of Women’s Mysteries” by Zsuzsanna Budapest. It changed my life and began my magickal journey of embracing my inner priestess!

Over the years, our spiritual paths have evolved from a start in Goddess spirituality and then on to Wicca. However, after several years we recognized that Wicca tends to only focus on the Light side of the energy equation. We were both interested in Shadow work, and the balance of light and dark in natural cycles and our own lives. We decided to form our own coven and develop our awareness of our own Shadow side (that we all have) and to learn to use that energy in our work as well. We strive to grow and develop spiritually and often refer to this process as our Great Work. One recent development in this process is the creation of our business 2 Young Crones. My OCD has manifested over the years in keeping computerized copies of all of our rituals, spells, incense blends, and other practical ideas. We are drawing on this wealth of information to generate Full Moon rituals as part of our subscription service. We are also creating a line of magickal products available on our Etsy site. These items, like our “Spell in a Box� are meant to aid in a person's spiritual practice and allow them to generate positive changes in their own lives through magick. Our website is under construction and will be a reference about our practice for those who wish to work with us as part of an on-line community. We have also begun working to write a book entitled Crating a Magickal Life which will be released at the start of the year. It will contain daily entries of practical things to think about, write about, make, and do to begin or refresh a daily spiritual/magickal practice.

We teach them to be honest, caring and respectful to those they interact with. We do our best to protect them from anything we feel might cause them pain or discomfort.

Sometimes this means keeping uncomfortable information from our children that we feel is too advanced or intense for their young, innocent minds. I approach my work with an awareness of Spirit, using Reiki energy healing to repair the energetic field that influences the health of the physical body and varied massage techniques to allow the body to release the physical manifestations of energetic traumas. Working in the Shamanic realm, I use intention to manifest positive results for my clients.

Many of these benefits will remain with you as you carry on with your daily activities. Each session is different as needs are constantly in flux. I aim to connect with my clients at the level at which they are ready to receive healing - in areas where healing will be most beneficial. Shamanic work brings the body and spirit into a state of wholeness.
