SHARE YOUR ADWERX AD - NEW LISTINGS & OPEN HOUSES Go to your Adwerx dashboard (coldwellbanker.adwerx.com) Log in. Don't know your log in information? Request a password with your email (first.last@cbCommunityRealtors.com). Once in, you can make changes to existing ads (Adwerx runs your new listing ad 15 miles around the listing. You can change that!), run extended ads for your listings, add email addresses of your sellers so they can see their ads and get analytics, run targeted zip code ads targeting people in specific areas, run SOI ads, and more. Agents also have an ad running that promotes them individually. You can customize that as well.

Prelisting Checklist Want to make a BIG SPLASH with your new listing? We can schedule certain aspects of the marketing of your listing to happen the day it goes live. If the following things are done on time, we can Schedule the Matterport video to run on our Facebook and Instagram pages the day your listing goes live. We can have your new listing (restrictions apply) in the window at your office on the day your listing goes live. We will be able to enter the property information on CB's Exclusive Look before the listing goes live. Here are the things YOU'LL need to do: 10 DAYS BEFORE LISTING DATE: Schedule Matterport video shoot with Brian or Kristie (the actual shoot must be at least 5 days before listing date) If hiring a professional photographer, schedule shoot at least 5 days before the listing date. 48 HOURS BEFORE LISTING DATE: All of these things must be in MLSpin (under "Offline/Partial") Matterport Video A minimum of 10 photos. Property description, including Address, Price, Property Type, # Bedrooms, # Bathrooms, Square Footage, and lot size Important! Send an email to Pam and Sam letting them know these things are done! Pam@cbCommunityRealtors.com Sam@cbCommunityRealtors.com 24 HOURS BEFORE LISTING DATE: All listing paperwork must be in MLSpin, for legal purposes. In addition, 2-3 days after your listing goes live, you will receive an email from Adwerx for you to preview and edit the ad before it goes live. Once on your page, scroll towards bottom of page to “Ratings & Reviews” and click on “Write a Review”. They will have to sign in with either a Zillow account, their Facebook or Google account. Realtor.com Go to Realtor.com Client can either create an account or sign in with a Google account. Sharing a Facebook post Of course Facebook made this difficult! Used to be you could easily share a post from your business page to your personal page. It's a little trickier now! From your business page, click your profile icon under your profile and banner image. Select your personal page. Scroll down to find the post you want to share, and click Share.
