Barrel Bar’s highly creative mixologists focus on serving innovative libations, all-time classics and personalised high-end cocktails. To further their vision of innovation, the bar team uses centrifuges, dehydrators, sous-vide cookers, liquid nitrogen and special maceration processes to produce their own range of aromatic foams, syrups, dried fruit and avour infusions.

Showcasing a 360-degree view of Frankfurt, Gaia is a roo op bar and lounge serving a wide range of drinks and Mediterranean cuisine.
