An institution for helping and educating micro-entrepreneurs, as well as hosting and temporarily incubating their business startups. Following the recent liberation of micro-entrepreneurship in Cuba, CdC aims to address both resultant short-term problems - lack of commercial space, lack of exposure for startups, and long-standing issues - lack of business education and culture.

Saltaire public factory Saltaire, UK (2014)
The building is focused on the improvement of Saltaire’s public realm without damaging its World Heritage built fabric. It is a digital manufacture factory, prototyping, testing and fabricating bespoke public realm interventions for Saltaire. The pivotal space is the central courtyard, where digitally fabricated proposals for Saltaire’s public space are constructed and tested before being adopted around the city.

Competition entry with Deyan Saev, awarded 2nd place. Design of an extension to the existing facilities of the Riga Exhibition Centre. Primary aim was the creation of an iconic image matching its status as the leading exhibition hall in the Baltic countries. Winning entries would be considered for construction.

Serpentine Columbarium

London, UK (2015)
Competition entry, submitted as MSMR Architects (produced in a group of 3), awarded 1st place and published in AJ AJ/RIW ideas competition for an underground structure below a UK landmark. Proposed design is a columbarium carved around the Serpentine lake (Hyde park) as a series of tranquil, private terraces, connected to London’s most iconic green space.
Panopticon VR
conceptual environment (2016) Creation of a virtual reality environment - a panopticon prison, that can accomodate a walkthrough and a short narrative experience. Produced with Autodesk Maya and Unreal Engine, tested on Occulus Rift VR headset.

Design of an acoustic module, targeting speech and machine noise. The module can be flat-packed for economic transportation, and assembled easily by the user to a configuration that fits the space. Group project with Ioanna Christia Exhibited at Gevel 2016 construction fair in Rotterdam

Salesian Community House Battersea / London, UK (2017)
Community house for the Salesians of Don Bosco, part of the overall redevelopment of buildings for the St John Bosco College in Battersea. The project includes accommodation for members of the religious community, visiting residents and a chapel. Completed in 2016. Received High Commendation at UK Property Awards Shortlisted for RIBA London Awards and Brick Awards Published on ArchDaily
main involvement updated Revit model and main drawings for construction stage (stage 5 - RIBA plan of work) prepared joinery package which included the design and detailing of interior fittings. Communicated with MEP consultants for requirements. attended and recorded on-site construction progress meetings, discussed developments and issues arising. 12

New Burlington place Mayfair / London, UK (ongoing)
One off house in Central London. The proposed house includes two bedrooms, kitchen and living space. The design aims to maximize light and spacious accommodation within a limited footprint. The project is currently still at design stage.
