Get moving

Ollie the otter wants you to grow up strong and healthy. To do this, you must exercise. Exercise means playing and moving around to build up your muscles. The more you exercise, the stronger your muscles will be. To be healthy, you should exercise for at least one hour each day.

There are lots of ways to play and be active. Here are some of the things Ollie likes to do: • walk • run • play basketball • play baseball • play soccer • ride his bike • swim • play hopscotch • jump rope • climb up to his treehouse • play hide and seek with friends

Do you know any more ways to play and be active?

• skate • do cartwheels • dance
