There were already existing 6 building towers of 3 storied containing 60 1bhk apartment and twelve 2BHK apartment in total there are 72 existing apartments over there. A hypothetical situation was created for us that a builder wants to plan a new housing colony in such a way that the people living in 1BHK over there would get 2BHK and similarly the people living in 2BHK over there would get 3BHK.
Additionally the builder also wants to plan 3BHK ,4 BHK and 5BHK Pent house for new buyers as much as possible with the land and F.S.I. remaining after providing the apartment to the existing people as mentioned. The site has only view of Sabarmati riverfront on east side and has N.I.D. Hostel in neighborhood. The site has road on east and west side of it but has approach from only west side because of level difference. In case of view , I gave the priority to the existing people living there than new buyers coming there. So their building units are placed ahead towards riverfront view.

Public oceanarium serves the purpose of recreation as well as education, or it provides a platform for education through entertainment. Human beings believe in the theory of sight out of mind providing a window towards the water world will some, how create a soft comer for the species living there and will motivate them not to harm the habitat.

• Basic Idea was to connect humans with the under water world in such a way they should feel that they are under water. • The main aim was to create a resolved circulation space because of the type of project and the scale of building.

The population of Rajpipla is decreasing year by year which has been caused due to : - Migration to other cities - Lack of job opportunities in town. - In search of employment. - No chemical industries in town which has huge potential for employment. Now-a-days, there has been a great increment in the use of petro-chemical fibers which is harmful to nature
Potentials: • • • • •
Major occupation for major portion of the population in the district is engaged in Agriculture and plantation activities for their livelihood. There are 613 villages in Narmada district of which 282 villages are in Nandod taluka. More than 50% of Agricultural production is of Banana in Narmada district. After the harvesting of Banana, Banana stems gets wasted which has a huge potential for getting natural fiber from it. The people of Rajpipla are unaware about the fact of use of banana fiber from banana stem.

To generate the economy by providing employment to the non working people of Rajpipla. The project envisages setting up of banana fiber extraction and textiles production unit based on the raw material strength of Narmada district. The manufacturing unit can focus on production, processing, marketing, exports, etc.

To enhance the use of available natural resources (banana stem) which can be used as natural fiber (banana fiber). To produce the wealth from the waste. To create Job opportunities for the people of Rajpipla.

• To develop and promote the banana fiber industry, a training institute is inserted to educate, train and aware the farmers and the people coming from outside of the city. • The training institute is divided according to the process of manufacturing the banana fiber. • Before getting job in the fiber industry, one has to go training institute to learn and understand the process of production of Fiber from banana trunk. • During the training period, the people coming from outside would get accommodation in hostel.

• Lake is developed as a gathering and recreational area for the people of Rajpipla. • Nearby Harsiddhi Mata temple is a religious place visited by more than 1000 of devotees everyday, so an exhibition hall was created to promote the ecofriendly products of banana fiber for the visitors. • There was neither parking space nor a waiting space for devotees come far away in bus or car. • Also proposed a restaurant near the lake because There was no restaurant In the nearby area for visitors.
