The Sacred Heart University Band from Fairfield, CT, is one of the most visible organizations on the Sacred Heart campus. Comprised of majors from across the University – including music, nursing, business, education, and more - they perform for thousands of people each year through both live and televised appearances. The Sacred Heart Band has appeared in such parades as the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in NY City and Boston; Columbus Day Parade in New York City, and Bridgeport, CT; Thanksgiving Parade in Stamford, CT, and the NYC Halloween Parade.

The band has been featured in national television ad campaigns for Verizon Wireless, and Publisher’s Clearing House, and has also appeared on MTV.
