The Next space captures the idea of forward movement through interesting and dynamic asymmetrical spaces. Travel paths in the Next space are long, linear and diagonal to produce a sense of forward movement. Repeating vertical lines separate the spaces and convey movement. Repeating geometric shapes and colors in workstations carry out the idea of movement through repetition.

university career counseling center LOCATION: Dallas, texas SIZE: 2,535 ft² Implementing nature with the design, I decided to take the different routes that a tree can grow into the design for the circulation of this building. The University Career Counseling Center provides assistant to students for professional career development-interest by making the students: focused, confidence, providing quality, having control and all this words are related with the color BLUE. Therefore, this color will be popping out furniture finishes and some material in each room. However, the main color palette are sand, beige, browns because the burning wood inspiration that will be emphasis in the reception and secretary area.

Mixed Use Planned Community LOCATION: MARACAIBO, VENEZUELA SIZE: 55,227 m² (594,458.5 ft²) The project carefully integrates the natural environment into every aspect of the community. The community consists of 42 townhouses, 4 buildings with 24 floors, recreation center, tennis courts and 2 basketball courts.

High-Rise Condominium "the bluffs" mr. and mrs. walker residence SIZE: 2,635 ft² group project
color palette
The clients’ interests include “Area Code 1969”, a masterpiece by artist James Rosenquist, which is the main focal point of the centralized, open living area connecting the kitchen and dining spaces. The geometric lines within the art piece serves as the inspiration for a recessed illuminated niche that defines the primary circulation as well as a display for artifacts from the Walker’s various travels. Following this forward, by implementing contrasting colors in each space, the finalized design contributes to the natural flow of the space.
