Designer Tip To make the pinwheel, cut a 4" square of patterned paper. Use a ruler to draw a line between opposing corners (it will look like a large X), then mark a dot in the center. Cut on each line toward the center, leaving about ½" from the center dot. Adhere paper corners over the center dot. Set an eyelet through all four paper tips and the center dot.
