LONG REACH FOR THE ARTS

WHERE YOU INSPIRE LOCAL CHILDREN The Long Center is committed to sharing the excitement of live performances and our world-class entertainment facilities with diverse audiences. Thanks to donors at all levels, the Long Center is pleased to offer the Long Reach for the Arts community outreach initiative. Through Long Reach for the Arts, we donate thousands of tickets every year to Central Texas schools, as well as social and communitybased service organizations for distribution to students and clients.

From 2008-2016, Long Reach for the Arts has gifted more than $300,000 in tickets to 60+ organizations. Teachers and organizers report positive impact on young participants, including increased social skills and self-confidence. Through the generous support of donors like you, we can continue expanding our impact and helping give even more tickets to underserved community groups.

DONATE ONLINE at support.thelongcenter.org Qualified organizations can register on the Long Center website to be notified of ticket opportunities.

For more information on events, performances, tickets, or to make a gift, please visit TheLongCenter.org or call 3M Box Office at the Long Center at 474-LONG.

REDD CARPET INITIATIVE

Sponsored by 3M

WHERE YOU SUPPORT EMERGING LOCAL ARTISTS Your generous donation to the Redd Carpet Initiative helps local artists create, collaborate and inspire audiences. Gifts of all sizes provide Austin-based artists and arts organizations with access to the same exceptional performance spaces and equipment used by world-class artists who call the Long Center home. From 2013-2016, the Redd Carpet Initiative has awarded more than $415,000 in rental subsidies to 65 local arts organizations. The black-

box format of the Rollins Studio Theatre helps smaller community groups take their performances to the next level. Beneficiaries of the Redd Carpet Initiative include Austin Shakespeare, Pollyanna Children's Theater, Tapestry Dance, FUSEbox Festival, Teatro Vivo and Austin Improv Collective. Performances such as the Intergalactic Nemesis realized their dreams at the Long Center through the Redd Carpet Initiative before going on to perform a 60-city international tour.
