New sales roles invitation to apply Following the recent announcement of the new sales & marketing structures the process is now open to recruit the Head of Business Development, and the Head of Business Propositions. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for the sales team structure we are developing which will consist of a Head of Business Development for each sales sector (currently eight posts). These posts will work in tandem with the service line team and be accountable and responsible for delivering sales plans and targets within budget.
