You know you are in Paradise when the winter months enjoy the sunshine while the valley, twenty minutes down the hill, may be socked in fog, and The Ridge has a abundance of wildflowers and budding green on native trees. Paradise is back from the forest floor to new homes! 35% of houses are back on the Ridge - counting those under construction. That number grows weekly. Apartment and mobile-home living has returned. You can rent a space or find a unit in one of the five current parks, and two more by year end. Enjoy the laid-back beauty and kind neighbors, and you walk your dog on one of the PRPD’s trails or take a kayak stargazing tour on Paradise Lake. Paradise’s schools are crisp and modern. Paradise Boutique Apartments on the canyon

The 115-unit Paradise Boutique Apartments, formally known as Feather River Retirement Community, 5900 Canyon View Drive in Paradise, expects to be open in June. The building has fantastic views of the surrounding natural setting, and its location allows for easy leisure walking and hiking. Residents will enjoy unique amenities, indoor common areas, a billiard table, lounge areas, book, game and TV rooms. Phase one consists of 45 market rate units (mostly single occupancy units) and 14 B&B/short term rentals. The apartments offer a unique living opportunity for those who are seniors or veterans on fixed incomes. Additionally, the owners have donated 10 rooms to the Hope Crisis Network, a volunteer group helping to rebuild homes on the Ridge. The project was purchased with private funds and did not use taxpayer dollars. Currently, they are working feverously to renovate and update the units to accommodate kitchen ranges and improving the overall appearance of the property. Paradise Lutheran Church is constructing a multifamily residential project at 782 Luther Drive, Paradise on the church grounds. The new building will house four two bedrooms, two bath units. The units will be available to rent fall 2022. The church chose Q Cabin Kits as the basis of their design.
