I was very satisfied with my relocation. I have relocated several times and this move was by far the smoothest and least aggravating of all my moves. Donna, my consultant, was highly engaged with me the entire time. She helped me understand the entire process from start to finish.

Everything was really good and fast. I had the help of my relocation coordinator available anytime. Thank you.

Donna did a great job coordinating the process from Paragon ‐ she was very responsive and explained the process very well. Jose the delivery driver did a great job as well. Went the extra mile and ended up renting an extra van because all of our items wouldn't fit in the truck and he wanted to make sure they would be able to deliver all of our belongings. They were incredibly careful throughout the whole process.

___ Kerri was fantastic at answering all my questions, which there were multiple ones, and answering them on a timely basis.

Otis has been an incredibly valuable resource for us, throughout the relocation process. He is friendly, kind, and efficient, and he is devoted to providing excellent service for his clients. Our move was particularly complicated, due to it involving both international and domestic elements, but Otis eagerly coordinated all elements and ensured our questions were answered as succinctly as possible. We are grateful for the wonderful service he provided us throughout our six years in India and also his extended efforts throughout our repatriation.

Otis is a tremendous asset to the Paragon team, and our appreciation is with him!

Bonnie has been very responsive and helpful in making sure my queries were attended to in a timely manner. She ensured that my reimbursements are processed immediately upon submission.

I am very pleased with the service Paragon and its partners provided to me in shipping my goods from India to Thailand; it was well managed and was very professional.
