Having retired from 26 years in the US Army with over 16 moves, I greatly appreciate (my company's) exceptional relocation program and the excellent services provided by the Paragon Relocation team ‐ especially Sarah from Paragon and our real estate agent Denise, who are both superb professionals.

My only comment is that Excellent is not indicative of the service that I received.

If there was a higher selection, I would have chosen that one. Steve and his support team were phenomenal!

Well done Otis, you represent Paragon well. ___ Sarah provided timely, accurate service and information with professional follow up to ensure my relocation went smoothly. It was a pleasure having Sarah inform and guide me through the relocation service process. ___ Kari was a joy to work with. She made the process simple and was more than helpful and responsive. ___ Excellent work by Cathy in the overall service and especially in accommodating an out‐of‐standard expense report.

___ Leanne did a fantastic job following up on requests and providing information. She is definitely an expert when it comes to the relocation policies and procedures. ___ Adrienne and Ryan (with GenEquity) are top notch professional people. They handled our financing very well. They make it happen and don't wait for things to happen! ___ Jessica is always very helpful, proactive with quick responses. Always supportive. ___ All of our belongings were inventoried, packed, loaded and delivered promptly, professionally and with no damage. The move was from Singapore to our house in Virginia USA . We are grateful for the wonderful service provided by Paragon and its partners. Thank you very much.

Steve was very good to work with, explaining our benefits and following up consistently where needed. This was notably done well given that we were dealing with a time difference between where we were coming from and where we were relocating to. Steve was particularly helpful as we worked through the appraisal and pricing process for our home in IL. Overall, we had a good experience with Paragon, and appreciate all the help we were given.

Kari provided exceptional service throughout the whole process.

___ Sarah, did an amazing job helping me with my relocation. The relocation went as smooth as possible due to her responsiveness and being able explain the various services. ___ LeAnn was a terrific help in my move. ___ Very good support, thank you for the services provided. It made it very easy to move and set up the family in our new location.

Thanks to the excellent work of the coordinator, Joan, we did manage to find something and move in.

___ Steve did a good job of working with us on the difficulties that always come up with moves that occur on such short timeframes.

Even though we have relocated numerous times, each one is different, and it's always a bit confusing to evaluate options ‐ especially on the selling side. Overall, very appreciative of the resources and benefit provided by the company ‐ especially because we are expected to move within tight timeframes.
