This is my second relocation with a company, but by far the best experience. Delma was amazing and extremely helpful with all aspects of the process. She definitely went above and beyond to give us a smooth cross country relocation with two young children and a dog.

Couldn't have gone better.

This is my second assignment. Both have been wonderful experiences. Great for both my family and me. The relocation experience and ongoing support has been excellent. Otis has been great to work with. Always very prompt and supportive.

Her timely attention to tasks and their details makes her a very reliable person. ___ It was/is a great pleasure working with LaTardra as my Paragon Consultant. She was very professional and informative. I appreciate her support and assistance through the entire process. ___ Iris did a great job and always had a quick response and resolution to my inquiry, with professionalism and experience.

She is always helpful and always able to provide response to my inquiries. Keep up the great work! ___ Claire was excellent throughout the process, very knowledgeable on the policies and always willing to help. ___ Sarah was my consultant, and she was incredibly helpful throughout every step of my relocation process. Moving is very stressful and having calm and knowledgeable folks at Paragon is comforting. I can't thank Sarah and Paragon enough for making everything so easy. I highly recommend them.

Leann did an outstanding job guiding us through the entire move process. Leann was always very quick to answer my questions and provide appropriate details to help my family and I make key move decisions with confidence. It was a pleasure working with Leann and if my family and I are given the opportunity to move again, I will be requesting Leann's services.

We were very satisfied with Delma and her support and help to us.

___ Otis is the best support we get from anywhere regarding relocation. He is excellent.

___ It's been great having Bonnie to help me with the difficult submittals and policy interpretations required by the assignments I've had. It was great that when I moved from China to Australia I didn't have to start over with a new person. ___ Christi was a pleasure to work with.

Steve ‐ ‐ Excellent! Made every phase of the move flawless. Always available to answer calls and clearly explain the entire process of the move and the terms of the relocation.

Wouldn't want to go through the relocation without Steve or someone of his caliber.

Iris is a good coordinator. She is familiar with the policy requirements and provides appropriate guidance for any clarifications.

Responds with an intention to assist people on their assignment.

The initial "familiarization trip" was very successful and well managed. The relocation assistance support (apartment search, turning on power/utilities, apartment walk through) was also good.

Kelly was great to work with as were both the packing and moving teams.

We would like to express our tremendous appreciation of Isaac, who has taken great care in processing our new mortgage. He has a thankless task, in continually gathering the data required by underwriting, and yet he does his work with total respect for the customer and an understanding of the frustrations involved. Throughout, he made us feel like valued clients, not just "names on paperwork," and he was also extremely quick with communications and helpful in explaining details. His responsiveness, in taking phone calls, answering e‐mails in a timely manner, and coordinating with various resources, made all go smoothly for us. Our thanks to Isaac, for his professionalism and helpfulness, and to GenEquity Mortgage, for providing such a commendable level of service!
