Otis was so helpful that I had no issue completing this relocation. I would like to appreciate him so much, and hope he could be my coordinator again if I get another chance.
Paragon coordinators were both very knowledgeable and helpful.
___ Nichole was extremely helpful in helping to coordinate my repatriation back into the USA. She was very responsive and always communicated back to me when I had questions. I've dealt with many Paragon reps and Nichole definitely exceeded my expectations with this relocation. ___
___ Lisa was a great coordinator and made sure I understood the ins and outs of this process every step of the way. She was great. ___ Leann was a pleasure to work with. If I ever have to move again I hope I get to work with Leann again. She was able to answer all questions I had and did a very good job of answering all emails. ___
My Chicago based Consultant Jessica has been such a huge help, not sure what I would have done without her. Very good knowledge of the policy and offered tons of helpful hints. Overall she went above and beyond to assist.
LeAnn Tantillo did a very good job in keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I am very appreciative of the help that she provided for me.

Bonnie has been assisting me very well during my process of relocation. She has positive attitude and always come back quickly with answers from my inquiry. Great experience so far from Bonnie and would like her to keep up the good work.
As the first resident in Mongolia for my company I feel the entire company and support services has been excellent. A number of initial hurdles were overcome in a practical and timely manner that continue to work well for the company and myself. And having a single, long‐ term Paragon Consultant in Bonnie has also ensured continuity and familiarity with my situation in Mongolia.

What can I say. Sara was simply the best. She made a naturally stressful time of moving across country extremely smooth and dare I say enjoyable. She was extremely professional and attentive to all of my relocation needs. She always followed up when she said she would and even after my move was completed, she continued to follow up with me to see how I was doing. I've worked in customer service for over 22 years and know genuine care when I see it. Thank you and I hope she gets some recognition for going above and beyond. Maybe a bonus too! :‐)
