LaTardra was extremely helpful. This was my first company relocation and she walked me through every step of the process taking time to answer all of my (many) questions. She was an absolute asset to me and my family. I truly appreciate her assistance, patience, courtesy and overall positive helpful demeanor. She is an asset to your company. I hope to work with her again in the future.

This is my 5th move with my company and 2nd with a family. I have to say this was the easiest and most well‐coordinated move I have had thanks to the excellent job by Connie.

We wish to extend our fullest appreciation to Otis Lau, for the exemplary manner in which he has represented Paragon throughout many years of our assignment. Instead of merely administering policy and providing curt replies, Otis has consistently preferred to provide "service with a smile," bringing care, compassion, concern, and a sincere human touch to our exchanges. We have never felt as though we're just a number, just a piece of paper, to him. Instead, we know he is always here to help us and has perpetually had our best interest at heart — which is certainly not easy to accomplish when serving as the company's procedural agent. When we've had questions or needed additional assistance, Otis takes to the task immediately, working with his own team and the Company's to provide us a fuller understanding of the situation, and he communicates with us proactively throughout the processs. We are continually grateful for his level of professionalism and his kindness, and we feel incredibly fortunate that he has been our Paragon consultant for this extended period. Our thanks to Otis for his comprehensive efforts, and to Paragon for maintaining such valuable staff members.

Connie made my move almost seamless. I would highly recommend Connie to anyone as a move coordinator. ___ Sheila Kelly continues to impress with her knowledge of the program, her client engagement and her promptness to return inquiries. She is always available (after hours too). We will continue to request her services in our forthcoming moves due to her professionalism and outstanding demeanor. ___ This is the second time in dealing with Jessica Stroede for ex‐pat and re‐pat and both times she made the experience an excellent one with process and response. ___ My Paragon coordinator Bonnie is very responsive and committed to excellent service.

Am fully satisfied with her timely support. ___ Deborah did a thorough job in explaining my benefits and fairly championing my issues back through the system.

Leann, our Paragon Consultant, was fantastic.

She was very responsive and knowledgeable and we felt like she worked as our advocate on this move. She was head and shoulders above any relocation consultants we had in the past. I greatly appreciate the service she provided. I hope we get Leann for our next move!

I would like to say thank you to the Paragon team that worked with our family. The support was outstanding in many ways and I would like to recognize the following Paragon Employees: Joanna Turek, Lynda Ranieri, Andrea Bollinger and Christi Wenzel.

___ I had in my mind a very difficult and confusing relocation to coordinate. Sarah did a great job putting all the pieces together and getting the relocation done timely during the busy moving season. I appreciated all her help and patience.

I never felt like I was a burden to her, even with my multiple calls weekly and often times daily during the relocation process. I will highly recommend Paragon should the opportunity arise in the future and will specifically recommend Sarah as the coordinator. ___ LaTardra was always very prompt with responses and always got back to me with accurate information. I have never dealt with this type of move before and LaTardra helped me through every step of the process and made this as easy as possible. LaTardra has been doing an excellent job when coordinating my relocation. She was responsive, committed herself to get everything done for me in a timely manner. She kept communicating with me on all topics and kept me updated from time to time. I really thank her for her excellent services. ___ Jacqui Likvan was good, informative, helpful and would follow through on feedback. ___ Our coordinator Kelly was very helpful in making our move as smooth as possible. ___ Iris Choy is doing a fantastic job.

Very courteous. ___ I would like to personally thank Leann for making the relocation process an easy transition. My wife worked Leann quite a bit during this transition and Leann answered the questions and responded back in a timely manner. Thank you, Leann. ___ Connie did a great job.
