You can pick any house plan that you prefer. The homes have been pre-sited on each lot. Once you select the plan you want, the next step is to choose from the lots it is sited which are clearly detailed on the price list.

WHAT ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE OUTSIDE SPACE BETWEEN THE GARAGE AND THE SUNROOM FOR THE CLIFFSIDE B WITH SUNROOM MODEL AND THE LAKESIDE WITH SUNROOM MODEL?
The area between the garage and the sunroom is: Cliffside B with Sunroom: 12’ x 7’6” Lakeside with Sunroom: 10’ x 12’ These measurements may vary by each specific home.
