Corghi has become synonymous with bringing inventive operating features to the market with a process of continuous improvement. The Italian-made Corghi HD500 Plus truck and bus tyre changer has been completely redesigned, adding to the structural integrity of the frame. Corghi has increased the turntable rpm from 7.5 to 9 rpm, improved the design of the clamping jaws, and added a new adjustable control console to improve operator ergonomics. Multi-purpose and compact, it offers flexibility and performance, clamping wheels up to 26in and on tyres with a maximum diameter of 1400mm.

The robust Corghi HD850A features a new power unit and hydraulic cylinders which drive the tool carriage and clamp arm with more strength. It can be used for tubed or tubeless tyres up to 26-inch diameter.

Getting really serious is Corghi’s HD1400 Evolution auto heavy-duty tyre changer. It can handle 14 to 58-inch wheels and will deal to agricultural, deforestation, and earth-moving machinery. It has a world-first hydraulic motor for operating the turntable’s three-speed gear motor.

Speeds can be adjusted to ultra-low settings for tyre grooving operations, and the HD1400 also comes with a 2.4GHz radio kit that can be installed on the console.

Top of the range is the Corghi HD1800 Hydrus — the Thor of tyre changers, offering super size and power to make even the most challenging operations simple and safe. It will handle wheel rims from 14 to 60-inch widths up to 1800mm, and diameters up to 3000mm, weighing up to 3000kg.

The clamping spindle and tool arm operate completely independently allowing maximum accuracy in positioning the tool head.
