Corghi unveils lift above the rest

CORGHI — A GLOBAL LEADER IN THE VEHICLE ASSISTANCE EQUIPMENT SECTOR — UNVEILS A SAFE, PRODUCTIVE, AND ERGONOMIC LIFT WITH FLEXIBILITY AND LONGEVITY AT ITS CORE

Corghi has been around for nearly 70 years and its Italian craftsmanship, recognisable design, and ability to improve and innovate regularly continue to give it a leading edge in the market. The brand is known not only for offering exceptional, ready-to-use machines as a standard offering, but also for developing a variety of add-on accessories to better suit the individual needs and specific client base of every workshop.

Now, the Corghi ERCO HC4502 4500KG twopost car lift continues this tradition of structural and detail excellence through functionality and longevity.

Some of the most significant features of this lift are the industry-leading 1980mm lifting height — allowing tall technicians to stand comfortably under the vehicle. There’s also the option to install it either asymmetrically (allowing for better door opening) or symmetrically for better drive-through clearance, and the extra-long, three-stage lifting arms allow easy lifting of small vehicles and American classic a parachute valve in each cylinder in case of hydraulic failure and to control fluid flow and descent speed.

Structurally, the HC4502 continues the Corghi tradition of safety and quality. The main columns are made from one piece of full-length steel, with an eight-fold bending structure and internally built-in reinforcement to provide maximum rigidity and strength. A large base plate of 20mm thick steel with four supporting brackets is welded to the base of the column and is secured to the floor by eight true bolts.

A high standard height of 4050mm to the top cross bar allows for most cars and 4x4 vehicles to be lifted to full height, and there’s an optional 1200mm height extension kit available for extra-large high roof vans.

The proportions and lengths of lift carriages and arms have been thoroughly to create extra free space around the lift, and wear resistant, maintenance-free nylon carriage slider blocks which help to contribute to a longer life of the lift — thus ensuring less down-time operations.
