Choosing The REALTOR® Who’s Right For You. If you’re selling or buying a home, you know it’s a process that can’t be rushed. You need time to make the right choices and decisions. There are many ways to go about finding the REALTOR® who’s right for you. First, try consulting friends, relatives and neighbours to see if they can recommend someone. You may also want to try searching through local newspaper real estate advertisements.

Keep in mind that REALTORS cannot work independently of your input. You must be willing to do some preparatory work yourself and be prepared to dedicate a certain amount of time to working with the REALTOR® you have chosen.

A home inspection usually lasts about three hours. The inspection fee for a typical single-family house can vary depending upon the geographic area. The particular features of the home such as size, age and special structures will also be taken into consideration.
