Access to the location CCTV cameras will be activated for confirmation. Confirms the type of Emergency

Reaching Hospital Facilities and people will be ready before the Ambulance reaches the hospital. Data uploaded in the Ambulance is again confirmed.


Ambulance

Ambulance gets Notification The nearest Ambulance from the emergency spot gets notified from Dispatch. Information regarding Location + Route + Contact Details etc. are provided.

Ambulance Starts moving Ambulance goes to the spot. Traffic signals can be controlled if the siren is ON. Data regarding traffic jams, short cuts, Hospital to which the patient should be admitted etc. will be provided to the ambulance. Data user fills in the link, reaches the Ambulance.

Reaching Hospital

Reaches the exact location because of live tracking.

Notify the Hospital about the medical requirements.

Gets the patient in to the Ambulance.

Traffic signals are controlled if the siren is ON.

Doctor also can accompany. Gives First-aid.

Gets the confirmation from the Hospital, if everything needs is arranged. Automatic notification goes before 5 minutes reaching the Hospital.


Hospital

Recieves notification from Dispatch Responds/confirms to the notification. Live Tracking activated for the Hospital. Gets the details of Patient, Ambulance or the Doctor.

Ambulance after reaching Hospital

The Requirements and medical details of the patient is shared with the Hospital

Doctors, staff and equipments needed are kept ready.

Once everything is arranged by the Hospital, a confirmation is send.

Patients family/others is connected by the Hospital.

Medicines/Blood availability are checked.

Ambulance gives a final notification just before 5 minutes reaching the hospital.

Gets the location and details of people for blood donation for the specific blood, who are near by locations. Information filled by the patient is shared with the doctors.

Dispatch + Patient Automatically Location is tracked. Communication Officer Picks-up the call. Confirms the type of Emergency Confirms the Location and also check whether it is a prank call through CCTV cameras installed in that particular location. Detects the kind of phone the user is using and sends a message. Link is send to smart phone. Live tracking of the Ambulance or the Doctor.

Its up to the doctor whether to say ‘yes‘ or ‘No’ for the notification.

The details consist of the exact location to go and also the Hospital to which the patient should be taken to.

Confirms the about emergency and sends the live tracking link.

If the Doctor oped for ‘Yes‘ the live tracking system will be activated for him.

If the route which the Ambulance has to travel has any obstructions like heavy traffic, flood due to rain etc. that will be informed to the Ambulance driver.

The Doctor gets the Location and he can reach the Emergency spot before the Ambulance reaches for giving first-aid. The Doctor can return back or go along with the Ambulance to the Hospital.

Informations about the Ambulance, Location, Doctor and also the data entered for the patient will be shared to the Hospital.

Tracks whether the siren is ON or OFF. If the siren is ON, Dispatch will connect with the Traffic lights and control it with the help of traffic control rooms.

Patient can fill the data before the ambulance arrives or after during the transportation.

Data entered for the patient(before or after getting in to Ambulance) from the website will be updated after giving firstaid.

The filled data will be shared to Hospital.

The requirements and other medical data will be shared with the Hospital.

Five minutes before reaching the Hospital, a final notification will be send to the Hospital.

Once the hospital had kept everything ready, that confirmation is passed to the Ambulance. If unavailability of some medicine,equipments, space or blood group, that can be informed. Dispatch will coordinate with other Hospitals for the availability.

5 minutes before the ambulance reaches the Hospital, a final notification is send to the Hospital.

A person got knocked down by a speeding car and is profusely bleeding!


I will send an ambulance to the location right away sir.

From the live feed it seems as if the situation is quite grave I will have to send in ALS Ambulance ASAP and also send some nearby doctor to this location.

At the same time, the caller receives a Link to live ambulance tracking.
