Beautifully located attractive authentic village house in the heart of Casarabonela with spectacular views of the mountains and the surrounding area. Accessible by good and beautiful roads from Malaga and Marbella. There are also bus connections to and from Casarabonela. You can come to the house by car in the village to bring in your groceries. You can park in front of the village and then it is about 100 meter walk to your holiday accommodation.
On the roof terrace you can enjoy the sun in the comfortable lounge chairs, and a wonderful relaxation sofa is also at your disposal. The terrace is equipped with a spacious dining table with 6 chairs. You will also find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, including a sink with tap, large gas barbecue with 3 cast-iron grids and 3 separate burners, a two-burner gas stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. You can enjoy cooking and dining here. Everything is available for a delicious dinner and a nice long afterglow of the wonderful climate in the atmospheric ambiance. The kitchen is equipped with a complete roof. The roof terrace consists of two terraces. Everyone can enjoy their own private spot. Internet, sockets and atmospheric lighting is available on several places. You can stream your favorite programs or Netflix from your phone or laptop.
Of course, the house also offers a spacious modern kitchen with a long and wide worktop, an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and induction hob. The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom is on the ground floor, the other on the 1st floor. The master bedroom on the 1st floor has a charming french balcony. The second bedroom has a luxury bathroom en suite. The third bedroom is the smaller version, but very attractive due to the characteristic Andalusian shutters and the indoor cupboard. All bedrooms also have shutters & fans. You can close the shutters on the windows in the summer and the thick walls keep it nice and cool in the house. This keeps the heat inside in the winter. The 2 bathrooms are both equipped with a nice shower, sink and toilet.
The living room has attractive shutters and a decorative outdoor fireplace. The atmosphere in the living room is inviting and feels very pleasant to stay. The bathroom on the ground floor has a connecting patio with a washing machine and plenty of storage space.
Due to the height differences in the village, this house is less suitable for people with walking problems.
It is nice to stay here in the winter as in the summer, because of the nice temperature during the whole year!
