Dealing with Coaching Myths  Everything’s fine. We don’t really have any problem, so we don’t need

any coaching.

 I ’m not a manager or team leader, soI dont ’ haveanyoneto coach .  I don’t have time to coach.

 I cannot coach as I have no expertise in the underlying subject.  This is just a fancy new name for what I have doing for years training
