inner enthusiasm
wholeness & self reliance Imagining The Future We give because we are educating children for the future. We are nurturing the imagination in our children today so that they may become the creative thinkers of tomorrow. The Annual Gift directly supports the children by funding our diverse special subject programs, excellent teachers, salaries and benefits, quality supplies, campus improvements, tuition assistance, and a rich festival and school community life. This is an exciting time as we work together to build a healthy foundation upon which to realize our vision for the future. Pasadena Waldorf School relies on the generosity of our community to keep our school vibrant and growing.
thank you for your generosity

Awakening Capacities Waldorf education is based on the educator and philosopher Rudolf Steiner’s (1861-1925) research in child development. Waldorf teachers are dedicated to teaching in ways that profoundly meet the needs of the developing human being, and the curriculum fosters an unfolding of the student’s natural capacities. In classrooms filled with light and life, Waldorf students learn traditional academic subjects through distinctive and time-tested teaching methods that serve their intellectual, physical, emotional, and spiritual development.
“Our highest endeavor must be to develop free human beings, who are able of themselves to impart purpose and direction to their lives” —Rudolf Steiner
