Biokunststoff – der Umwelt zu liebe! Biokunststoffe bestehen ganz oder teilweise aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen und sind biologisch abbaubar. Wir bieten ihnen zwei Qualitäten an: Biokunststoff aus Lignin/Stärke. Lignin ist ein Holzbestandteil, der als Beiprodukt der Papierindustrie anfällt. Gemischt mit natürlicher Stärke entsteht ein hochwertiger Rohstoff, der zu 100% aus Naturmaterial besteht und auch zu 100% biologisch abbaubar ist. Optisch besticht dieser Biokunststoff durch einen perlmuttartigen Glanz. HolzPP besteht zu 70% aus Holz und nur zu 30% aus Polypropylen. Trotz des Kunststoffanteils verhält es sich umweltneutral und ist biologisch abbaubar. Die Oberfläche erinnert an Pressholz.
Bioplastics – for nature’s sake! Bioplastics /organic plastics are completely or in parts derived from renewable biomass sources designed to be biodegradable. For our products we offer two different qualities: Lignine/Starch bioplastic – Lignine is a complex organic structure deposited in the cell walls of many plants, making them rigid and woody. It accrues as a by-product in paper manufacturing. Mixed with natural starch, a highgrade, heavy-duty and 100% natural material is created which in addition is 100% biodegradable. The pearlescent brightness makes every product an appealing eye-catcher. Wood-PP - is a composition of 70 % wood dust and only 30 % polypropylene. In spite of the plastic components, all Wood-PP products are fully environment-neutral. After manufacturing, the products surfaces are quite comparable to wood press boards.
