Spring has arrived! Get ready for the new season by giving our rackets some TLC with a bit of dusting off, re-stringing and some new balls to bounce off.

With Daylight Savings starting on the 25th September exciting times lay ahead for our tennis season. So get ready to ‘spring’ into action with the Handicap Club Champs, Saturday Club Tennis, Interclub Competition, Twilight Tennis and the list goes on!

Sun Umbrella Sponsorship With the removal of the old tree from the courtyard, we will be positioning four tables on the lawn which will be exposed to the sun.

We would like to get four quality sun umbrella’s (one for each table), and see this as a potential sponsorship opportunity for local business’s as we can have their logo printed on the umbrella canopy.

The cost of a decent umbrella (including printing) is expected to be around $400.

JUNIOR ROSTER I am once again seeking volunteers to assist on this year’s Junior Roster.

Any member who assists will be offered a reduction of the following season’s subscription depending how many times they assist this season. You don’t need to help every week; a number of our helpers have been rostered on a fortnightly or monthly basis depending on their availability and that is perfectly fine.
