BRAND PROFILE \\ Philosophy Every man carries within him stories and memories. Some of which are written in a journal while some simply remembered. Every man, regardless of the status quo, is entitled the right to possess a certain amount of space in his heart in which all the histories are kept so personally. We, however, hold this slightly different. Space is infinite and never strictly defined in any specific form. In a metaphorical sense, it is much like a blank canvas equally created for the painter, or a man of any means for that matter, who is responsible for expressing a unique purpose and telling stories through all the perfections and imperfections that have occurred along the process. Inspired by this, we aim to create something that a man can own for life, the equivalent of the blank canvas that can be used for containing things, literally. Enduring and beautiful, a leather bag carries both your past and present of which the value can only be uniquely assessed by the owner, whose identity is defined by the distinctive appearance of the bag itself after years of trust and experience. This is where scratches and scars are viewed as characters for they are after all your very own life story teller.

Establishment Headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, Bagspace was founded in 2009 under the company named AP Maverick with its mission to be part of every man’s life-long journey by leaving a space, metaphorically and literally, to the owner for imprinting their own stories through various lifestyles and countless activities, reﬂecting in the extremely wide selection of leather goods which are made with utmost durability and exceptional craftsmanship to ensure customer satisfaction and uncompromising quality over years of service. The brand specializes in making leather products ranging from wallets, messenger bags, laptop bags, leather portfolios/clutches, backpacks, and accessories, which are offered at reasonable prices, making Bagspace the quality bag of choice for every lifestyle. Our business operation at Bagspace is heavily geared towards online retailing as it has proven to be a very effective sales and communication platform for the current generation, though customers are welcome to visit our showrooms located in Bangkok.

Designing and Manufacturing We highly believe in the functionality in every bag design and the quality of the raw material used in the production. While pre-distressed leather bags appear quite attractive to the eye, our design philosophy takes the opposite view: clean, unfinished leather bags give the natural appearance we all love, which develops into a unique worn-in effect with time. They just get better with age, giving the vintage-inspired vibe like no other. It was said that “time proves quality”. All of our leather products are expertly produced by craftsmen with over decades of experience and made of genuine leather, which is durable and can develop beautiful patina and gives an individual piece a unique character as usage time goes by. Most of our bags are designed to look clean and pristine when arriving. The first scratch will break your heart but after a few scars, you start to learn and appreciate all these imperfections and flaws which have given the bag true individuality.
