about payment Consultation, Pre-Treatment and Storage · All consultations to be paid on the day of appointment. · All pre-treatment and storage to be paid within 14 days of invoice. NON-IVF TREATMENTS • Treatment cycles are invoiced on Day 1 of treatment and the account is to be settled prior to insemination (IUI) or scan (Clomiphene). • IUI – if cycle stopped prior to insemination you will only be charged for medication received. • Ovulation with gonadotrophins – there is no cost reduction if low response during treatment.
IVF Treatment IVF Treatment cycles are invoiced on the first day of treatment. For your convenience we have three ways in which you can pay for your IVF treatment. These are:

Split Payment You pay $8,000 at the time you pick up your medications. The balance is due on the day of your trigger injection.

Advance Payment At the start of your cycle, we will send you an estimate of your treatment costs. You pay this at the time you pick up your medications. At the end of your cycle we refund any overpayment, or send you an invoice for any additional costs. We expect 80% of people will receive refunds. Advance payment includes a $100 fee reduction as a thank you for using this option.

fertility Cover™ You pay a single upfront fee covering up to three cycles of IVF over an 18 month period. If treatment does not result in a live birth after the three cycles, you will receive a 70% refund.
