As we hop into the Year of the Water Rabbit, we have been exceptionally fortunate to be able to welcome 2023 with full spirits. This year, we could not be more thrilled to share the fruits of the whole team's labors, including an abundance of new experiences and unparalleled luxuries.

January 22nd marks the start of the Lunar Year, and Fairmont Maldives, Sirru Fen Fushi prepared a programme of activities and festivities to leap into the new

year. During dinner, for prosperity, travellers watched a lion dance performance and savoured a feast of the freshest seafood and authentic Chinese-inspired dishes.

Designed to help travellers unleash their inner adventurer, our newest Beach Tented Villas offer a luxurious, safari-like, stay. Located on its own secluded beach pocket with a private pool, this villa is a unique alternative to traditional beach

accommodations and overwater lodges. The Conscious Castaway experience offered with this luxury tented abode includes bespoke in-villa experiences such as movie nights under the stars and private beachfront BBQs.

A Collaboration Towards Conservation

As part of Fairmont Maldives, Sirru Fen Fushi's continuous commitment to reach its goal towards sustainability, our partnership with the Olive Ridley Project has always been a notable initiative that is to be steadfastly strengthened. Collaborations between us include data collection exchanges and a Marine Biologist's appointment to further nurture the surrounding biodiversity and protect the precious sea turtles.

A Celebration of Romance

The Maldives has always been regarded as one of the most romantic destinations in the world. Fairmont Maldives opens its doors to couples who wish to embark on a grandest private getaway in celebration of the season of love.
