A POSITIVE OPTION

Patricia Reynolds-Meade, owner of A Positive Option, has been an Addiction Therapist/Life Coach from as far back as she can remember. She had her first intervention in the girl’s bathroom in middle school at age thirteen years old. Since then, she has become an empathic and resourceful business professional. Pat has a unique understanding of the confluence of spiritual lack and mental health. She works with a wide variety of clients; from addicts to domestic violence victims; from Christian to Gay and Lesbian. She enjoys developing plans that help them to reconnect with their authentic selves to achieve their growth goals. Pat is a graduate of Liberty University, an licensed Addiction Therapist, and certified Christian Life Coach. More importantly, she loves helping others. She maintains a private practice near Sacramento, CA in that offers "house calls", SKYPE, and telephone Addiction Therapy/Life Coaching services.
