Located in Kew, Melbourne, the site has a beautifully natural cascade of landscape on a riverbank, become a place for a retreat for two differents creative-workers client. The Inner House will bridge the different patterns of life while seeking to investigate the delineation of intimacy and public life in a house and explore the essence of a home that is not just a physical dwelling or an architectural object. The Inner House will challenge the publicness of the context to be as important as the narrative parts of the personal territory. With the notion of live and work typology, the multi dwelling will be designed to allow a harmonious living and productive environment for work. 2022

Located in the town of Hamilton, Victoria, the site is in between natural landscape and assets from any direction which is a strong influence point for a new civic center. Cultural activity is activated through the integration of civic infrastructure, built-form architecture, and the natural landscape. Several routes are managed to open the civic area so it is accessible from any streets and reconnects the frontages streetscape with the back of the house. Visual qualities and axis of solid and void play a major role in circulations and the sequence of the built forms, achieving a locally sensitive public space.

This project focused on construction drawings production and exploration of sustainable construction techniques and materials as part of understanding the process of project documentation in a professional practice manner. Moreover, the process also included a sustainable understanding and emphasis on materiality. Polycarbonate is the main material and is explored along with concrete and steel construction.
