Cover Story
Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell – A story of “delight”
I
t is now year five since Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell (MBFM) opened in Northern Kentucky, and it didn’t take long to recognize that the dealership was significantly impacting the entire region. Where once stood a former hotel, turned a destination for drug abusers and prostitutes, the upscale neighborhood Fort Mitchell Police and residents enthusiastically welcomed the luxury Mercedes-Benz brand to their community. Now, Mercedes Benz automobiles are everywhere, and MBFM is leading their region of some 90 plus dealerships in sales and client satisfaction, or “delight” as their vision statement, displayed in their showroom, reads. The strategy was simple. Open and “love thy neighbor” first - give before getting. MBFM immediately stepped forward to support their community – on both sides of the river. But, their commitment to their community and to their clients - including
free life-time car washes, complimentary manicures at the “Nail Bar,” Country Club “test drive” memberships, CVG Airport Valet Discounts, a huge MercedesBenz courtesy loaner fleet, pick-up and delivery - anywhere, and so much more, clearly presented a dealership truly driven to be the luxury dealership that does it right. And it is working. Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell is the only local Mercedes-Benz dealership to be awarded MercedesBenz USA’s highest distinction – The “BEST of the BEST” – not once, but four years in a row, and every year since opening. Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell is located just 5 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. But, look around, they are everywhere. MBFM is the brand of “delight.” It’s evident why Greater Cincinnatians and people across multiple states are visiting MercedesBenz of Fort Mitchell and mbfm.com.
