Reclaim. Restore. Revive.

Vaginal Rejuvention Childbirth and the natural aging process cause changes that may affect feminine wellness. Childbirth can cause stretching of the vagina. The effects of menopause can also cause physical and functional changes, such as excessive dryness. Both situations can rob women (and their partners) of their sense of well-being and happiness. Reclaim your younger or “pre-baby body. Restore your well-being. Revive your relationship. Vaginal Rejuvenation...renew the lining and tighten your vagina. You...only better. The Brown Dog Café: New location, same stellar cuisine

T

he Brown Dog Café has moved to Summit Park! Named for the original owner’s brown Labrador retriever, Brown Dog Café serves up quality, sustainable seafood, and unique wild game dishes in this more open, bright, and casual setting. Brown Dog has consistently offered a seasonal menu to reflect the ever-changing produce available throughout the year. Their website, www.browndogcafe.com, features the current menu at any given time, and in addition to the seafood and wild game you can enjoy hearth-baked gourmet pizza and house-ground burgers. Dining at the Brown Dog Café means you can savor local, organic ingredients in a beautiful setting; best of all, everything here is done from scratch – burgers are ground in-house daily and they even make their own syrups for the bar and ice cream for dessert. It’s truly the best gastronomical experience in town. Just in the mood for a drink? Stop by for Happy Hour Monday-Friday from 3-6pm. During Happy Hour, all of their drinks are discounted by $1, and they have different drink deals throughout the week, such as their Burger and Beer for $15 on a Monday,

Petite Poutine Tuesday for $4, Wing Wednesday $4 for two full size wings, Quesadilla Thursday $4, and 8-inch pizza for $8 on Friday’s. Brown Dog shows off their talent behind the bar with their Strawberry Basil cocktail (vodka+strawberry+lime+ginger_basil syrup+soda) and the Bourbon Delight (bourbon + Benedictine + Cointreau + black cherry syrup + egg white). If you’re more into wine, they’re running a special all summer long where you can enjoy Red or White Sangria on Thursday and Friday for just $9. If you are in search of a special place to hold an event, the Brown Dog Café has a private dining room in the restaurant that seats 24, an attached banquet room that holds 60, and an outdoor patio that seats 70, which is stocked with a pizza oven and a bar. All of these areas can be reserved and rented for your next party, rehearsal dinner, business event, or get-together. Catering is also available. Drop by the Brown Dog Café in new Summit Park in Blue Ash: local, organic ingredients + sustainable seafood + extensive bourbon selection + beautiful views…there’s no better place for a night out!

Endometrial ablation can take the pain out of monthly cycles

any women experience heavy, painful menM strual cycles each month, but don’t know that there is an option to vastly improve this con-

dition. Through endometrial ablation- and more specifically: the NovaSure procedure- women can eliminate their monthly cycle and the unnecessary pain that accompanies it. The NovaSure procedure is an ablation of the uterus where the uterine lining is destroyed using RF (radio frequency) energy. This means your uterus will no longer respond to hormone production. The end result? No more heavy, painful monthly periods! This procedure is done under IV sedation and is completely painless. It has no effect on the production of estrogen or progesterone hormones, and it does not negatively affect a woman’s sex drive. NovaSure is ideal for women who are finished having children, who are tired of unnecessary and often debilitating menstrual pain.

Dr. David Schwartz, OBGYN, is a licensed gynecologist at The Christ Hospital Medical Office Building on Auburn Avenue who specializes in the Novasure endometrial ablation procedure. If you are experiencing heavy, painful periods and think this procedure could help you, connect with Dr. Schwartz by calling his office at (513) 241-4223, or go to www.cincinnatiobgyn.com for more information. With NovaSure, the results are painless and pleasant … period. Amanda Kelly Color and Cutting specialist for men and women
