Wedding Documents For a legal wedding ceremony the bride and groom must arrive to the hotel at least 5 working days before the wedding day (at least the wedding documents had been prepared on their own country through the Dominican Republic Embassy), in order to prepare here the legal documents required (Documents costs are not included on the package price and arrival day does not count).
The following documentation is required: Copy of the bride and groom passport (only passport is accepted). The original birth certificate of each person is required. Singles status affidavits. A divorce certificate(s) if either party is divorced. A minimum of 2 witnesses are required, each with a copy of their passports and tourist cards. Hotel can also provide witnesses.
Notes for all wedding packages: 1. All prices are subject to changes. 2. Rates are based on wedding groups up to 20 persons. Renewal of vows groups up to 10 persons. Extra charges for the set up and services for additional wedding guest apply. 3. Delivery of the marriage certificate by UPS. 4. Legalization of marriage certificate in Dominican Republic only in Spanish.
