CONSULTANCY Advising our customers on key issues is crucial to their development and success. We focus on results and commit to building awareness, reputation and positioning (the means), as well as growing sales, numbers of customers, and market share (the ends). Activities include benchmarking reputations, customer satisfaction, awareness and attitudes studies, brand mapping & positioning, buying behaviour, market entry and potential market growth review, market trends analysis, competitor analysis, marketing audits, strategy and business model review and mentoring.

STRATEGIC MARKETING&PR We talk to all sectors of the building, construction and home improvements markets: Specifiers, architects, developers, contractors, surveyors, builders’ merchants, builders and installers. Lucia joined MRA’s sister company, Rigby Research in 1997. In 2006 Lucia moved to MRA Marketing and became a Director in 2009. Leader of a strong team of PR, Research and Creative, Lucia makes sure the objectives of your brief are met and the team are focused and results driven.

Combining creativity with an indepth knowledge of the building and home improvement sectors, Jane is particularly good at getting under the skin of an organisation and to the heart of the message.
