STARTERS


Pamela FAKE SPIDERCRAB MOUSSE INGREDIENTS 1 tin mussels 1 tin anchovies 8 crab sticks 2 quesitos 2 boiled eggs 2 tbsp mayonnaise METHOD Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour the liquid of the anchovies and the mussels into the bowl. Beat all the ingredients. Put the bowl into the fridge for at least 12 hours. Taste it!


Ana Spanish omelette recipe Serves: 8 people Preparation time: 1 hour Cooking time: 8 minutes more or less. INGREDIENTS 1 big onion 3 kg potatoes 1 dozen eggs Salt Oil METHOD Peel the potatoes and the onion. Wash, drain, rinse and chop them. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a big frying pan, stir the eggs in a big bowl. When the oil is hot, fry the potatoes with the onion about twenty minutes. It depends on the kind of potatoes. Mix the potatoes with the eggs in the bowl. Poach for 5 minutes and fry in very little oil. Turn over and ready to eat! If you want, you can add chorizo, prosciutto, prawns...

Sergio and Carmen BREAD PIZZA If you dont know how to prepare pizza dough, but you love pizza, this is the perfect recipe for you. SERVES: 4 people PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes COOKING TIME: 10-15 minutes INGREDIENTS 2 baguettes or loafs of bread 1 jar of fried tomato 1 tomato 250g cheese 200g ham 2 sausages 100g black olives Oregano METHOD Meanwhile you preheat the oven, cut the bread and chop the jam and the sausages into little pieces. Drain and rinse the tomato and chop it into slices. Cut the black olives in a half. Then, add the fried tomato on the bread and add the pieces of cheese, ham, sausages and the black olives. Season to taste. Sprinkle oregano over the top. Cook it for 10-14 minutes to 200ยบC


MAIN COURSES


Pablo and Carlota STUFFED HAKE (Pablo’s recipe) Serves: 4 people Preparation time: 40 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 hake, opened and without bones (1k 200grs) Mushrooms, sliced Prawns, peeled Mussels Ham, diced Potatoes, peeled and sliced Olive oil Salt METHOD Preheat the oven to 180C. Boil the prawns in little water and salt. Remove and boil the mussels in the same water. Meanwhile, peel the prawns. When the mussels are cooked, remove the shells and reserve. Heat the oil and fry the sliced potatoes. Meanwhile, fry the sliced mushrooms and the diced ham in little oil in a different pan. Place the fried potatoes onto a baking pan and put the opened and salted hake over them. Then, put the mushrooms, ham, prawns and mussels inside the hake. Cook for about 18 minutes in the oven.


Pedro BAKED CHICKEN Serves: 4 people Preparation time: 1h 30 min Cooking time: 1h INGREDIENTS one chicken 4 potatoes 1 carrot 1 onion 1 tomato 1 red and green pepper salt oil black pepper One bay leaf one glass of wine METHOD Preheat the oven to 180 C. Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper and the bay leaf. Chop the vegetables and fry them for 5 minutes. Cut the potatoes into slices. Put the potatoes inside the baking pan first, then put the chicken on top and add vegetables. Finally put the leaf of bayleaf inside the chicken and pour the wine over the meal. Cook for a hour and enjoy your meal


Antía SEAFOOD RICE Serves 4 people Preparation time: 30 min. INGREDIENTS Seafood: Scallop, mussels, prawns, clams… If you don´t like this seafood you can choose others. 1 pepper 2 onions 1 clove garlic Sweet pepper White pepper Salt 500 ml fish soup 2 rice cups 4 water cups Salt Oil You need a Seafood Casserole or Crockpot to cook the recipe METHOD Cut, prepare the seafood and put it on a tray. Chop all the vegetables, peppers, onions and garlic. Then, add little oil in a pan and fry the vegetables. Cook very slowly for 10 minutes and add some sweet pepper and white pepper. Cook 5 more minutes. When the mixture is prepared, mix. Now, it is time to cook. Take your seafood casserole and preheat. First, pour the fish soup inside the casserole. Then add the vegetable mixture


and 2 rice cups. Finally pour 4 water cups. After that, add the raw seafood. Cook for 10 minutes, then it is time to serve and eat. I recommend this recipe. It is my mom’s speciality in her restaurant. I hope you like it.


DESSERTS


Noelia MASCARPONE CHEESE ICE-CREAM INGREDIENTS for four people: Two yolks 250g Mascarpone cheese 80g powered sugar (Mascarpone is sweety enough, I put less sugar 40g for example. To your liking) Chocolate syrup Shavings of almond A teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional, I prefer this recipe without it) wafer cylinders ALSO NEED: A bowl Four ice-cream cups A spatula PREPARATION In the bowl mix the Mascarpone cheese, the teaspoon of vanilla extract, the sugar and the two yolks with a spatula. Whip very well. Pour the content into the four ice-cream cups. Put them into the freezer for three hours. To enjoy this fantastic dessert will change your life forever. First of all you must take it out five minutes before being served. Then, draw lines on the ice-cream surface and add a pinch of shavings of almond over. I also decorate it with one or two little wafer cylinders. It looks so cute! Put the cups on a tray and surprise you and your guests.
