Proyecto dibujado a mano alzada
A community is a group of individuals who have certain elements in common (values, tasks, ideas), where a common identity is created, which is shared and prepared by its members throught socialization (maximum expression of human nature, human being complete to the extent we relate to others)
People who live in communities understand and learn a place as their own and identity, a recognizable and family space where they have the capacity and freedom to express themselves as individuals and with others.
The community is synergy, is collaboration, it is feeling part of a whole.
The collective memory makes reference to the memories that atrees and highlights the company as a whole. It is intimely related to the individual memory since it always appears associated with the group memory. it is in constant change.
The colllective memory is made of images, ideas or concpets and representations. It is shared, transmitted and built by the company group.

Perspective view. The spots. Scent and color
When we think about Andalucia we think about color, flowers, scents, sound of birds, patios... Sensations that wrap us and own concepts of this collective memory. Elements represented in the above collages.
These communities base their operating principles on three fundamental aspects: social, economic and enviromental sustainablity. Aspects which are develope throught the project
LightCreating a community consists of providing safe and familiar spaces for its members, designing for users.
The corralas, the vegetation, the water or the sounds, are cultural elements and easily identifiable by the neighbors of La Linea, which directly connects them with their roots and increases the feeling of belonging.
This is why it is decided to recover certain aspects of typically andalusian concepts and elements at different scales, which work in a joint way with the 4 points marked about designing sustainable ecosystems.
On the ground floor, the buildings have a multifunctional space, with public and neighborhood access. This space on the ground floo changes its use, depending on the community in which it is located or the activity that is assigned to it, in the way, come communities have spaces as variables as areas for renting offices for co-working, social dinning room or day care center for elderly. Others, as is the case of the building that is being develope in the project, has two large multipurpouse spaces on the ground floor for uses sucha as spaces for masterclasses, local art exhibitions or even after school spaces for children
In the vernacular andalusian architecture, the patio is an undiscutable symbol. In its different formats (patio de cortijo, corralas, era) the patio represents a place of reunion.
With the opening of the border, many “patios de corralas linenses” dissapeared and the few currently existing are protected by neighbor associations such as Aldepama.
The first gesture is to recover the collective memory consists in the “reorganzition” of the communitiy buildings surrounding a common and productive open area where people find space to meet and connect.
The smell of the oranges of the sevillian gardens, the essence of the jasmine in the nights of Alahambra or the flooded walls of flowers and colors of the Cordoba patios. Amiz of stimules thats flood our senses and trasnport us to those arab tales of magic nights.
Vegetation acquires a very important role in the public space in the form of the flowers, trees, crops, vegetated roofs and facades.
Dynamic and changing spaces that have beneficial effects for people and close to the community
The integration of plant spaces favors the appearance of new organisms (birds, insects and small mammals form the Strait Park) that find beneficial habitats in the area of their development.
Spaces are included for the repopulation of bees, feeding areas for birds and rest areas inside the trees, as well as water point for animals and small amphibians.
All thiese animals and insects produce sounds reminiscent of Andalusian patios, the song of the birds, crickets, at night
