Selling in Winter
Selling in the gray and dreary months of winter? Here are a few ways you can create a cozy and bright atmosphere! Ensure the heat is set on a comfortable temperature for showings. Showcase your fireplace by lighting it– it will add to the atmosphere. Make lighting a priority.Add extra lamps to the dark corners, check that bulbs are working, clean your windows and keep all blinds and curtains OPEN. If there is a showing scheduled after any winter storm be sure to shovel and salt the drive and walkways.
