Black Pudding & Scrambled Egg
Method Slice the black pudding to the required thickness then gently pan fry until crispy on both sides

25g Black Pudding
For the poached egg, bring the water to the boil and then turn to simmer; • with the vinegar and salt, stir the water to create a vortex and gently place • the shelled egg into the middle.
1 Egg
Poach the egg for 2 ½ minutes or until the white is firm enough to remove • from the pan.
